Party in P-town DREAM come true!
With Cosmos' help, we planned our dream Provincetown wedding from a coast away as we both finished grad school. Laura and Tracey supported us every step of the way. They were experts in navigating the unique challenges of our venue, Provincetown Town Hall. Laura was on-site for multiple walk-throughs before the big day to help troubleshoot and brainstorm ways to make our vision come to life. She and Tracey guided us through our tasting to select the best choices for our guests-- everything was so incredible that we needed their help to narrow it down! We had high expectations, and the food and drinks were BEYOND what we could have imagined. They answered countless emails, always promptly and thoughtfully. They handled permitting and logistics, so we never had to give it a second thought. They accommodated our budget with ease and made us feel that we could have the magical day we wanted without compromising anything.
As you can see from our photos, the party went off without a hitch (not pictured: spicy margs and espresso martinis! oysters! mac and cheese! pear and goat cheese salad! the best vegan entree ever!). Laura and Tracey led their team impeccably. We didn't need anyone to tell us, but it was very nice to hear from guests that our food was the best they've ever had at a wedding! Every hors d'oeuvre, cocktail, kids meal, entree, slice of cake- everything was perfect. We cannot thank Cosmos enough. They are simply the best! -

Laura and Patti , and the entire team were absolutely wonderful! The week leading up to our outdoor wedding, set among the wharf cabins at Poor Richard's Landing, was one of super high anxiety due to an approaching hurricane. Having no indoor backup plan, Cosmos Catering stood by us, and promised to make it work, even if we ended in losing power. Their tireless preparations paid off, and the storm ultimately turned out to sea, making our special day more beautiful that we could have even imagined. From the Raw Bar, to the special Lamb Lollipops we requested at the last minute, every bit of food was delicious. The bartenders and staff were attentive and kind, and made our wedding so very special. We can't recommend Cosmos highly enough! -

Seamless and Professional
I can't encourage you to hire Cosmo's for your next big event or wedding. People were raving about the food and how good it was. We did our wedding a little different- it was a surprise wedding. Cosmo's helped so much with food transitions and the time lime of the big surprise. They made such helpful suggestions in the months leading up, while planning (that I didn't think of) that helped make the day smooth. Their service was impeccable, it was as if I didn't even know they were there, but at the same time knew everything was being executed, served, cleaned up and taken care of. They were patient and worked with me throughout the whole planning process (I was so back and forth and all over the place). We were beyond happy we trusted and chose Cosmo's as our surprise wedding caterer! -

Cosmos was a fantastic vendor to work with from start to finish. We appreciated their willingness to engage in creative brainstorming with us to make sure our guests felt welcomed, and choose a menu, whose offerings were top notch. Tracey was very helpful to us and we so valued her wisdom from years of working in this arena. The appetizers were absolutely delicious and set the tone the for the rest of the night. Guests shared that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Most of all, this was the day we dreamed of. Thank you Cosmos! -

Cosmos took our stress away on our Wedding Day!
Everyone at Cosmos was incredibly helpful and nice. We chose the basic package, where Cosmos coordinates the event rentals and oversees the wedding day. This took a significant amount of pressure and stress away from us and our families. Patti was the event manager the day of, and she was excellent! She had a very calming energy and took care of us. She made sure we ate and even had the thoughtfulness of putting cake away for us to have later. My wife and I don’t drink alcohol, which we hadn’t told her directly, but when it was time for toasts Patti came over with alcohol free champagne for us. She showered us with little details like that throughout the event, which made our wedding even more special. Tracey and Laura were also wonderful. They were always available, responsive, and communicative throughout the planning process. They helped us create a menu within our budget with multiple dietary restrictions, including a variety of vegan options. They helped us choose between many rental options such as tablecloths, chair types, and eco-friendly disposable tableware. The food was delicious; the Wellfleet oysters were a particular highlight. We highly recommend Cosmos! -

Outstanding food and service for our wedding!
We are so happy we chose Cosmos to cater for our dream wedding on Cape Cod. We had to rearrange it three times because of covid - from another country. When things got quite complicated doing this long distance Laura and the Cosmos team stepped in to help us organise, speaking to some of our suppliers and they were so patient and supportive throughout. We weren’t able to do any tastings because we lived so far away but it didn’t matter because ALL of the food was so delicious! They also put us in touch with their baker who made the most show stopping cake we have ever seen and it tasted absolutely AMAZING! All of our guests thought so too! We had a few remote meetings before the wedding talking through logistics and Cosmos helped us achieve everything we hoped for, thinking of things we had not, and making sure it all ran smoothly on the day, from making some last minute alterations like fixing the tent due to weather, moving tables, changing some of the running order etc. They made it all work seamlessly. Staff also stayed later to make sure our guests had everything they needed as the party continued. We would not hesitate to recommend Cosmos for any event!

Having decided to go with another caterer who agreed to provide service, then pulled
out, we decided to ask about Cosmo’s.
Best wedding decision! They were amazing. Always in contact at the appropriate times, accommodating, - as we had to postpone due to the pandemic, and they didn’t charge extra or take our deposit and leave us high and dry, (we heard some horror stories from about-to-be/newly weds).
They knew the local venue well - Pamet Harbor Yacht and Tennis Club, and had catered there many times and had a good relationship with the managers and staff.
We treated our aunts and their friends at the menu tasting prior to the event, in our stead, as we live in London….they had a wail of a time! Tracy was such fun to work with and so easy to discuss options.
On the day of the wedding, the management was slick and hassle free, including our vow ceremony and tea ceremony to the parents. All family and friends had only good things to say about the event.

The team at Cosmos surpassed all our expectations- and we had very high hopes! Not only was the food amazing, fresh, unique and delicious, but the tablescapes and decorations they brought added such ambience to our event. The staff was super attentive and ensured each guest felt taken care of. The oyster shucker was a crowd fave! We only wish we could go back and eat everything all over again! -

Cosmos was a 10/10 across the board. They worked with me to get a price I was comfortable with, and were kind and helpful every step of the way. Patti was on-site to make the wedding better then we could have ever dreamed. We got so many compliments on the food and staff! WE LOVE COSMOS and highly recommend for any catering/rental service! -

Cosmo's Catering was the best choice in caterer that I could have made for my wedding. My husband and I got married in May of 2020 while COVID-19 and quarantine were still fairly new. We had originally planned to have a 120 person wedding and ended up having about 15 people total. Tracey Deegan, as well as the entire Cosmos Catering team, were extremely flexible and helped us cope with all the changes. Although they were dealing with other weddings at the time I always felt as though Cosmo's was invested in my wedding and put an amazing amount of effort into making sure we got everything we wanted. On the day of, the staff was prompt, professional, and I did not have to worry about a thing. The food was phenomenal and all of our guests were very impressed. Although it was not the day that we had originally planned, I give credit to Cosmo's Catering for providing food and service that helped make my wedding day everything I ever dreamed.Cosmos Catering's reply:

Laura, Tracey and team are fantastic. They were flexible with us through a date change due to the pandemic, worked with us to craft a delicious menu that accommodated all of the varied diets and allergies of our guests AND fit within our budget, and helped to ensure that our whole day ran smoothly. They coordinated all of our rentals (tent, chairs, glassware etc.) Their pandemic safety measures were top-notch as well!Cosmos Catering's reply:

Laura and team were fantastic partners in helping us create and execute the wedding of our dreams in Provincetown.
We've had the chance to work with the Cosmos team for more than two years, after our initial wedding date in 2020 was postponed a year to August 2021 due to the pandemic.
Every step of the way, the Cosmos team was proactive in ensuring that our wedding day was a success.
Cosmos goes far above and beyond the role of a typical event catering company. From working with us to decide rental options to securing event permitting to coordinating vendor logistics for the entire weekend, through to curating our delicious menu + drink selections, Laura and our event coordinator Tracey were by our side throughout the process. Our guests still rave to us about the small details we weaved into our wedding weekend, that came to life because of Laura + Tracey's tireless work.
We are so thankful for their guidance and support. It's still shocking to us that we were able to pull off a 100+ guest wedding with their guidance alone; and without needing to hiring a full-time wedding coordinator.

We hired Cosmos Catering for a cocktail party at the Pilgrim Monument in PTown. The advance work was completed perfectly: Menu selection, bar selection, permitting, on-site logistics, communication, etc. The night of the event came off without a single issue. Food was great. Raw bar superb. Both bars fully functional and fast. The surprise Ice Cream truck was an excellent surprise for our guests.

Working with the team at Cosmos for our wedding in Wellfleet was a pleasure. We felt that Laura and our coordinator Patti listened and truly heard the dining experience we were hoping to provide for our guests. They let us shape the event while still giving us expert guidance on logistics and the realities of feeding 150 people. As we narrowed in on our appetizer and dessert menus, they did all the work coordinating with other vendors for oysters and ice cream. When the day arrived, Patti was on site early, stayed late, and was amazing the whole time. We couldn’t have done it without her.
We would recommend working with Cosmos for any event large or small. They are pros.
