Food & Service - 10/10

Food and Service was so amazing. I heard no complaints and we barely had any food leftover at the night, so that's when you know it was good!! I knew I didn't have to worry about anything when we hired Corporate Caters.

Great Staff

The staff at corporate are great! If you can get past the rudeness of the office side of Corporate, they’re a great company to use. The food was great as well as the serving staff!

Amazing food!

Corporate caterers was great! I'm still getting compliments from guests about how good the food was! It was also great to have a one stop shop with them! I didn't have to worry about anything because they took care of everything! I also loved that they gave us the option to donate a portion of leftover food to the homeless!

Wonderful food and service

They were professional and the food was great. They serve the bridal table and when you pick them every table gets a tea and a water which saved us from having to buy containers to put tea and water in or bottles or tea and water. They do not nickel and dime you either. Good food, company owned by a man that loves his job.

We recently celebrated our daughters wedding at the Drury Plaza Hotel Ballroom and Corporate Caterers provided appetizers, dinner buffet, late night snack and bar service. The food was all excellent quality and more than enough quantity for our 400 guests. Service during the event was excellent. Linens and dinnerware were all included with the food service at reasonable pricing. They definitely know how to successfully cater for large events!

Hands down best catering in Wichita! They worked with us to provide the exact meal we wanted, including special dietary considerations. They have free tastings throughout the year, or will do individual ones if there is something particular you want. The food tasted amazing, like it just came from the kitchen instead of being prepared hours ago. And the staff was very efficient and professional from asking how we wanted it set up, to asking if we would like to donate the leftovers while they were cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them for any occasion!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am of Corporate Caters for making my wedding reception so wonderful! My guests loved the food! Ben and the staff was attentive and friendly. Corporate Caters worked their best following my venue rules and procedures. Everything went so smoothly! I highly recommend Corporate Caters!

When we chose corporate caterers we were not disappointed. The consultation was amazing and the chef was extremely nice. When we got our food for the wedding it was above our expectations. It was amazing! I would recommend this to everyone!

Corporate caters did an excellent job with my daughter's September wedding. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and frequently checked to make sure everything was going as planned. Our guests raved about the food. The dinner was plated and the food was served very promptly and was beautifully displayed. Ben was a delight to work with and I would recommend them for any event. Gina M

Corporate Caterers did an amazing job at my reception. They beautifully constructed a gorgeous buffet layout, bussed tables, passed hors doeuvres and cleaned up all without me ever even noticing that they were there. They were like ninjas. The food was fantastic. I have guests to this day still raving about their chicken salad tacos.

They are beyond flexible. We tried 50+ items at the tasting. We did a combination of pasta bar and appetizers for main course. The chicken salad tacos were a huge hit for our appetizer, people are still talking about them. Amazing value for the money. Easy to use worksheet to help you think of everything g you might need.

Our food was amazing and the service was great! We had so many compliments for weeks after the wedding from our guests. Dee was very responsive and was great to work with. Definitely recommend for any occasion where you need a caterer!

We loved Dee and the food from the initial taste testing. He was so passionate about what he does that he instantly drew my husband and I in. The food was amazing and we got to try such a variety to choose from. They were so flexible with creating out perfect menu and responded quickly to emails. We were very impressed with everything and got so many compliments on the good at our wedding.

We used them for our wedding in Wichita. The food was absolutely delicious (we got many compliments which many times you hear the food isn't really that good at weddings) and they were super easy to work with. We were able to confirm everything, have tastings, and it all went according to plan. Thanks again corporate caterers!

This was such a great choice for the food at our reception. They have so many options to fit every budget and tastebud. Our guest raved about our food. We had a guest list of 300, usually when you have that many the food line feels like a feeding trough, but it was perfect and the food tasted so fresh and delicious. Staff were also great to work with. Definetly recommend!

Brandon was excellent at accommodating our requests. The company owns AVI Seabar & Chophouse, which is one of our favorite restaurants, and we were able to cater from AVI instead of the standard catering menu. The food was amazing. Everything came out great, no issues with the bartender, waiters, etc. They came and setup and everything looked perfect. The food came out when expected. It was a fabulous meal. Highly recommend.

Corporate Caterers was one of the best vendor choices we made for our wedding. They did our rehearsal dinner at our home and did a fantastic job. The rentals vendor was late and we were running behind so were a bit frantic when Corporate Caterers showed up. No worries! They set up in the background and didn't need any help/oversight. We weren't ready to eat when they were done setting up so they gave us a few simple instructions and we were able to eat when we were ready.

The food was great! Guests even applauded when CC came in perfect timing to clean up the buffet. We would definitely recommend Corporate Caterers as a vendor.

The food was amazing & the service was superb for our wedding reception. We served a buffet style dinner and had water carafes on each table for guests to refill their glasses. The tables were cleared in a very timely manner as people finished dinner and there was never a carafe that was not full with water. We had many, many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food and excellent service. We will definitely use Corporate Caterers again for any catering needs we have in the future!

Fantastic caterer! I coordinated my wedding in Wichita from across the country, and Corporate Caterers made everything super-easy for me. They were flexible with tastings, responded quickly to all my emails, and were willing to work with customizing my order (several times, ha). And the final product was amazing! Beautiful place settings, delicious food (we had the top sirloin and chicken with portobello mushroom sauce, green beans and baby baker potatoes; everything was delicious), and service that was prompt, professional, and very smooth. Not to mention a great price. I unqualifiedly recommend Corporate Caterers to anyone!

We hired Corporate Caterers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and they were awesome! For our wedding reception we had appetizers, dinner, a chocolate fountain, and hired one of their bartenders for the night and it was all wonderful. The fountain was a lot of fun, and they left out the appetizers and fountain most of the night for people to pick at. The appetizer table was set up next to the bar which was great. Guests could go through and get a drink and snack at the same time. We also received tons of compliments on the food! Everyone seemed to love it. It was delicious! And I really liked how attentive and professional they were. We had a buffet line but they still had 'servers' going around the room to see if anyone needed anything. And I really liked how they asked me if I thought everyone was finished eating before they broke things down. They even bring complimentary lunch to the church on your wedding day!! This was so great since we were too busy to get food ourselves during the day. They also help you save money by calculating a percentage of food that is needed instead of a flat $/person for each item. This was great. It saved us a lot of money. We still had plenty of food but didn't end up with a huge surplus of leftovers. I have no complaints with them and would recommend them to anyone!!

These guys were wonderful from the tasting to the wedding day. The food was delicious, and it was hard to narrow down the choices for our dinner. Great price for the variety and amount of food we had. Everyone loved it. We also had their chocolate fountain, which during their set up was malfunctioning. They had another one delivered and ready to go before the event, and I didn't even know there was a problem until after the whole evening. Great service!

Corporate Caterers is definitely the way to go for weddings in Wichita!! We LOVED how professional they were, we felt absolutely certain that they knew what they were doing the whole way, and would make our reception awesome. The food was amazing, and all our guests said the place looked awesome. We hardly had to worry about our reception at all, which is an awesome thing when you're wedding planning!!

Everyone at Corporate Caterers was very helpful and friendly. They provide greate service and high quality food for a reasonable cost. I have been to many weddings where they were the caterers at and have never had a bad dish from them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to host and event.

Corporate Caterer's staff and Brandon were amazing from the menu tasting to the final results at the reception. Corporate Caterers was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. Firstly, we enjoyed the option to attend the tasting where we were able to sample many of the menu items. Additionally, the staff was very helpful in personalizing our menu and service needs for our reception. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We were especially surprised when the staff made our plates for us (the bride and groom) and delivered them to our seats. It was also a relief to have CC cut and serve our wedding cake as we knew this would be a challenge. We received several compliments on the menu and know our guests enjoyed themselves!

As expected the food was amazing. There were no complaints from any of the guest about the meal. In fact, there were a lot of great complements. Very hard to come by when trying to feed a couple hundred people with various appetites. Even the simple lunch provided for the wedding party on our special day was greatly received by all members. But beyond the outstanding food is the performance of the service. We were unaware of the full service that Corporate Caterers provided with their dinner and an exceptional service at that. The service included setting-up, serving, breaking down, and included helping with the clean up in-between. The crew that was present at our wedding was very professional and exceeded our expectations.

The food and service provided at our wedding by Corporate Caterers of Wichita was a full 5-star rating. Something that we do not easily hand out.

The staff at Corporate Caterers of Wichita was very attentive to our needs during the planning process and on our wedding day. They were willing to set up several tastings until we found the perfect courses for our family-style dinner reception. We received many, many compliments from our guests about the food and reception hall.

Great service! They took care of every little detail and made me feel like royalty. The food was amazing!! I still have guests approach me about the chicken cordon blu and the smothered steak! I HIGHLY recommend Corporate Caterers!

Our food was FABULOUS!!! OMG the chicken was to die for..it was just so moist and delicious! Corporate did an amazing job, and they were so friendly! I loved going to the tasting event, and Ben was so sweet and even entertaining! He explained each dish we were tasting, and how it was prepared, and variations we could make with the dish. I would highly reccomend them to every Bride. They will work with your budget too. Great value and great food!!!! Thanks Ben!!! You rock!

The food was delicious and they provided lunch also which was so helpful! They even provided us with a special meal (for lunch and dinner) for a bridesmaid who has to eat gluten free :)

Corporate Caterers is absolutely AMAZING! The food was the best....we got so many compliments about the food! The chocolate fountain was a hit as was the champagne fountain. The workers were so nice and did a wonderful job. I just couldn't imagine everything going any better. Also, very affordable!

I cannot say enough nice things about CC!!....Ben is wonderful!! Our food was fantastic, the staff was professional, and Ben was so easy to work with! We had a blast at the food tasting event we went to before the wedding, and when we met with Ben in person, he had lots of options for our budget. These people are the absolute top of the list for great food, great prices, and fantastic service too!
He even let us use the CC building for our rehersal dinner the night before our wedding @ no charge!!! We also got a free chocolate fountain! I love Ben! You have to call CC before you call anyone else!!

Very good food for a reasonable price! They were very considerate and flexible to the fact that my husband and I are vegetarians. They were very efficient on the wedding day, as well.

Corporate Caterers did an awesome job catering our wedding. Many of our guests commented on how great the food was. They are very professional and do all that they can to make sure that everything goes according to plan. We had our reception at their location and would recommend them to anyone. We really enjoyed working with corporate Catering. They were responsive to our needs, discussed all the details with us ahead of time and were very easy to work with. We loved the food, as did the guests. The kids really enjoyed the chocolate fountain and the kids menu. We also had corporate catering provide bartending service. Our guests were very happy with the bartender, he was friendly and stayed an extra 2 hours. Overall Corporate Catering provided us with a lot of extra perks, which we really appreciated.

My I simply say... Oh..My...God! If i wasn't getting married, and he wasn't married... this man's food will knock your socks off ladies! He and his crew did a FABULOUS job for us! We're talking about using him for our 10 or 15 yr anniversary (or whenever we can next find an excuse!) You will love him. We had the duck and the steak. BOTH of which would melt in your mouth. It was SO worth it! You have GOT to go to one of his tasting sessions. They're free, twice a month i think, & a great way to try it before you buy it!

Everything was delivered as promised and well prepared. The guests loved the food and so do I. I'd like to get married again so I could have a big fancy meal for all of my friends again.

The food was amazing and the staff was phenomenal. They made my wedding perfect! They went above and beyond and I would highly reccommend them to anyone looking to book a caterer! They were so friendly, they felt more like guests at my wedding rather than vendors! Also, during the booking process, I was being very picky about the food and Ben kept making me samples to try, he was very understanding that I wanted everything to be perfect!

The entire staff was very friendly and we received tons of kudos on the food. They delivered lunch to the wedding party on the day of the wedding and took special care of my husband and I all night.

We rented a chocolate fountain from them and they were very helpful. They helped us pick the right package for the amount of people we had attending and we had just enough. They were excellent and I refer them to all my friends!

We've used Corporate for several events in the past and they're always great! We had a couple of guests with special dietary needs and they provided those meals to us with no problem. Food was excellent (especially the jumbo ravioli!!).The only thing I was dissappointed by was when we've used them in the past, one of the servers would grab and load our plate (as bride and groom) so as to not mess up our attire. This time they didn't do that. Not a huge deal, but I felt it was a special touch that went missing.

I am very pleased to have selected Corporate Caterers for our wedding caterers. They are VERY flexible and will do the best that they can to provide a pleasureable experience. They have hundreds of different items on their menu, in which you can mix and match. We had selected a multi-course meal and I must say their Hawaiian ribeye were soo delicious. We were concerned about the bar set up because at most asian-style weddings, the hard liquor are placed at the table. Corporate Caterers met all of our request. Other vendors required ALL liqour to be obtained at the bar and they charged a premium. Their gratituty is a little bit high but the workers did a very great job.

The food is fantastic and reasonable for what you're getting. Everything is taken care of, from set up of tables and chairs, to having someone to serve your cake. Did I mention the food was fantastic????? We had rave reviews from all of our guests about how good our food was.

This company was wonderful! We met with them and they had a lot of different options to choose from. They had a wonderful selection and the food was so tasty. We had a lot left over and we got to take it home and now we have leftovers for a while!

The Best Potatoes

These are by far the best caterers that we tasted out of five in the Wichita area, and the cheapest oddly enough. During our tasting, my husband and I could tell that the chef really loves his job and loves cooking. We chose to do a combination of steak and chicken with asparagus and twice baked mashed potatoes which still make my mouth water thinking about them. They were easy to work with and very flexible. We were able to add a bar package so easily.

Noah's Event Venue closed 4 weeks before my wedding, and I was so stressed out. My husband was a great comfort and kept a clear head through this mess, and the only time he got upset about having to find a new venue was realizing that we might lose our caterers if our new place had a closed catering policy. Corporate Caterers offered to waive the cake cutting fee and include linens if we booked with the Drury Hotel (something Noah's provided), and my husband just fell in love with the hotel as soon we walked into the lobby to see the space. It worked out beautifully, the space was perfect, we got to keep our caterers, and it was still a perfect day because we got married.

They were wonderful and even worked with a few last minute changes. They are a bit pricey but worth the money, everyone LOVED the food. I would recommend them to anyone.

We booked all of our extra linens, dinner catering, and chocolate fountain with Corporate and found them to excel above and beyond our expectations. The food was delicious the added color in the room made everything beautiful. Also, having the staff from Corporate Caterers tie all the chair sashes freed my friends and family to ready the room in other ways. We really appreciated all of their help through the whole set up process. Brandon Hathaway was my main correspondent through my wedding planning, and he was amazing! I must have sent him 20 emails with various questions asking to tweak services one way or another, and he always answered me promptly and professionally. By the way, if you're considering thinking outside the box on your food choices, the Roasted Duck Breast and Stuffed Steak Pinwheels are divine!

Corporate Caterers was a wedding saver! We had checked all around town for a hotel banquet hall to hold our reception but they were either already booked (more than a year in advance!) or ridiculously expensive with little to no menu customization allowed. Corp Caterers has a COMPLETE menu of everything you could ever want, plus their prices are actual REASONABLE which is hard to find in a wedding vendor. Even if you want something they don't have, they will make it for you. And they give free tastings which is enough food to feed an army: my 7 guests and I were completely stuffed for the rest of the day.

The staff was always really friendly and helpful, I must've e-mailed them 20 times in the last few days before the wedding with last minute additions or changes. The inside of the venue is very elegant, it is so perfect for a wedding reception. My only complaints are that the ceiling fans don't work (which I was never told) and that the neighborhood isn't the most attractive. Since it shares the building with other businesses it looks kind of small and run-down on the outside, but I think it makes up for that on the inside.

Our guests have all told us what a beautiful and fun day it was, so I'm very thankful we found corp caterers!

Corporate caterers set up our reception beautifully! They set up the tables, chairs, and also the table linens including chair covers and sashes. We also rented some flower vases from them. We had approx. 500 guests at our wedding. We had two chocolate fountains (white and milk chocolate). Their food is the best I have ever had at any restaurant or catering service and they are great to work with!

Corporate Caterers did a fantastic job providing a buffet dinner for our daughter's wedding reception. All the food was delicious. All details were taken care of as agreed upon--probably better than. Staff at the reception was great too. They also did the rehearsal dinner which was wonderful too. Great value!

My fiance had a very "specific" type of dinner he was looking for and some of it was just not realistic, but with the help of Corporate Caterer's they made him see how we would take his vision and make it work. We loved everything about the food and have gotten nothing but wonderful feedback and compliments from our guests. They made renting linens, chairs etc very simple. I found afterwords that there were some things that did not get ordered and they didn't even think twice about getting what was needed without bothering or stressing me out!!! Their customer service was amazing and we had some issues come up after the wedding and they were absolutely wonderful in helping me with them. Overall our experience was great and I felt they tried to make our day as smooth as possible, even after the event was over.

They work very hard to give you great customer service. They set up everything in a timely manner. The cheesy ravioli is too die for. I would definitely try it and go with it. I do think they could be more affordable, but weddings are expensive.

Great food and the chef is a great guy. I ordered their lowest-priced menu at 8.99 per person. You can choose two entrees with it and two sides, plus salad and bread. They gave us a free chocolate fountain for spending over $1500, which was a big hit at the reception. We also rented chairs for our ceremony from them and linens for the reception.
They brought tons of servers who filled up glasses and took empty plates. The presentation was wonderful! I was very happy with the service and highly recommend using them.
You should make a reservation with a few family members or friends to do free food-tasting which takes place on Sundays around lunch time. You get a free meal if nothing else!
They have a bunch of hors d'oeuvres, but I think the meal was enough with the cake and fountain. We had a lot of leftovers. I guess it just depends on how fancy you want to get!
We also bought their bar service which included garnishes and glasses for alcohol. They provided some mixers and ice and storage for the alcohol, too. That way, we brought in our own "bartender" and alcohol and paid considerably less.

Don't cheap out on your caterer! Corporate maybe a couple hundred more but it's worth it! The service is amazing! The food was perfect and everything went flawlessly because they were there to help run things!

We loved their prices and the service. They have Sunday sampling where you can taste different items that they serve. It's free and it's great. It's mostly for people that have already booked with them, just so you can choose what you want I think. They book up pretty fast so you have to book in advance. I know that they closed for a little bit in 2007, but that was after our reception. Brad - the owner and chef - does everything himself and he's great at it. The food is great. They can do a bbq or an upscale dinner. Definitely give them a try. They also rented us square mirrors to put on our tables for centerpieces. Great company.

Corporate Caterers did an absolutely incredible job with the food served at our wedding. We were able to have a tasting beforehand, which was very helpful. However, it was hard to choose the items because everything was so good! We were given so many compliments about our food from our guests. They provided lunch for the groomsmen and bridesmaids the day of the wedding, which was awesome! We loved not having to worry about running to grab food or making someone bring it to us. Overall, I would recommend this company. Easy to work with and very accommodating!

Corporate Caterers did a wonderful job at my recent wedding. The menu selection was awesome. They were efficient, professional, and fair with price. The food was very impressive and the guests liked it a lot. My only complaint is that I wish they would have boxed leftovers with the boxes we provided, it was such a waste of food and many guests were asking for boxes. Also, we didn't get to any of our sheet cakes so we had two full sheets left over. Other than that, they did a great job!

The Italian buffet we had for our Wedding was absolutely delicious and everyone had great things to say. It was the perfect choice for a Vineyard Wedding. We had the chicken marsala, pasta bar with alfredo and marina, meatballs, steak tips, grilled veggies, green beans, bread, and salad. The alfredo sauce was some of the best we have ever tasted! They made a special dinner for us so we could try the chicken marsala before deciding to choose it as an entree. We had a chocolate fountain with all the fixings and they kept it stocked and clean. We also rented our white ceremony chairs, extra tables, linens, and used their bar tender and keg beer. It was so nice working with only one vendor to handle and deliver all these important must haves.
Unfortunately, there were some issues. We payed an extra fee to have our tables, chairs, and linens delivered and set up the day before the wedding, and not everything was set up. My mother, bridesmaids, and I had to set up the ceremony chairs at the rehearsal and fix all the wrinkled table cloths. We also requested coffee/hot water canisters so we could serve hot chocolate before the ceremony, (we were hit with cold weather the weekend of), and those did not arrive for us to use. They also completely forgot the coffee, which we paid $1.95/person for unlimited coffee, water, and tea. So we had nothing warm to offer our guests all night. I would have been totally satisfied overall, but these mess ups are enough to make me upset and disappointed in their service. They could have offered to run back and get the coffee at least because that is a major drink offered at weddings.
Overall, Corporate Caterers was great, and I would recommend their food hands down, but be prepared that there may be some issues, too. The were quick to respond to calls and emails, were accommodating of changes we made throughout the planning process, and easy to work with. Too bad they forgot the coffee!!

I was generally pleased with Corporate Caterer's service and professionalism. We had sirloin steak and stuffed salmon for our reception and I was not completely satisifed with the steak - it appeared dry and the flavor was not there. However, the salmon and the vegetable entrees were delicious. We also had an ice cream sundae bar but most of the ice cream had melted which was disappointing.

Corporate Caterers is absolutely amazing! They were incredibly helpful every step of the way. Ben knows the "ins and outs" of every dish and was able to explain everything in detail.

The food was absolutely fabulous! All of my guests RAVED about the food!

The service was above and beyond anything I could have imagined!

The only problem we did have was that the "head" lady for my wedding argued with my mom about cutting all the layers of cake. Each tier was a different flavor, but the lady didn't want to cut them all. She eventually did cut them all

After the wedding my mom called Ben and he handled everything! He definitely made a big difference!

I will recommend Corporate Caterers to anyone I know, and I will definitely use them for any catering needs in the future!!!

I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding FABULOUS!

The food was incredible. We loved our sample session and had a hard time decided which ones we wanted to serve. They were all so tasty. Everything went as expected and we were impressed. We were suppose to have Pizza served close to the end of the night. There was miscommunication about the pizza and we were told it was gone but the next day there were leftovers. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed leftovers after the wedding!

I have mixed emotions about our experience with corporate caterers. Before the wedding they were extremely easy to work with and had lots of great ideas and choices. They also have an amazing selection of food and seemed reasonably priced for the amount of food you received. And very good about telling you how much you need of each type of food.
We did have a few issues the day of the wedding however. The bridal party lunch was supposed to be at the church by 11:30am...at noon the guy comes in with what we thought were our sandwiches. However he informs us he actually forgot the sandwich meat and would have to drive back across town to the west side to get it. This would not have been a big deal except for the fact that I had to be ready for pictures at 1245. Therefore myself (the bride) and the majority of my wedding party did not get to eat lunch and had to wait for several hours until the reception dinner.
Now don't get me wrong the food was amazing!! We got several compliments on it but they did not leave the food out long enough. The buffet was set up in another room so it was out of the way but they still packed up the food about an hour or so after they opened it up. We purposely had finger foods and appetizers so people could snack on it all night. I wanted to run out of food!!! I had several people come and ask where the food went so quickly, they wanted seconds but all the food was already packed up in plastic bags!! We had SO much food left over and I would have rather had people eat it then it go bad while we are on our honeymoon!! So that is why I have mixed emotions....great food but they did not deliver the quality of service that I expected the day of the wedding!!

Prior to the wedding things were fine, Ben was friendly and easy to work with, however that all changed when we got stuck with his wife the day of the wedding. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. She was beyond rude and her bad attitude was noticed by everyone. She was practically non responsive to our concerns, the staff did not finish setting up the room before the guests arrived. The food was mediocre at best and disappointing. I am sure there are other places in Wichita that want your business, would not recommend CC to anyone. After the wedding I was told by a friend who works for a large medical facility that they have had several bad experiences with this company as well.

We used this "caterer" for a 50th anniversary celebration. We will never use them again, nor will we recommend them to anyone!! SERVERS- LAZY!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE- ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!! When preparing our menu, the servers realized that the cook didn't prepare one of our dishes, a side we PAID EXTRA FOR. So, instead of addressing the issue, it was decided that the staff would not worry about the dish, wouldn't bother to tell us about it not being prepared, would make NO EFFORT in getting the dish prepared and delivered to our event, and place a duplicate dish on the buffet line which made the buffet line look pretty stupid with two pans of green beans on it! I lost count of how many times I found servers outside smoking cigarettes instead of attending to guests, AND how many times they would return to the banquet room AFTER a smoke break, without washing their hands! In no way did this caterer staff earn the CONTRACTED 21% GRATUITY THAT WE HAD TO PAY!!! ALTHOUGH I, THE HOST GOT TO HEAR MORE THAN ONCE ABOUT HOW THINGS WERE NOT IN THEIR CONTRACT! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
