    I used Cooper Global for a six-hour stretch to transport my guests from the hotel to the wedding reception and back. I didn't want drunk guests trying to make it back to the hotel at the end of the night. I requested quotes from a couple different places and Cooper Global offered me the best rate. I was told that it was a holiday promotion. I didn't know what size vehicle I needed, but the customer service representative I worked with was very helpful with advice, quick to respond, and professional. I was charged a reasonable flat hourly rate that included tax, fuel, and gratuity for a large mini-bus that seated up to 35 individuals. The service was prompt and professional. The bus looked clean and well-maintained. There was some light rain on my wedding day and the driver was so kind to extend a very large umbrella to the guests while boarding the mini-bus. There was no upfront deposit and the charge was billed to my credit card at the end of the service. All in all, I was very happy with Cooper Global and would definitely use Cooper again for any future transportation needs.

    Kim Crowder with Cooper was great to work with. She was super flexible and worked with our budget. The mini-buses were great! All the guests loved them. The drivers were on time and very friendly. I would recommend them without a doubt!

    They were on time and had the routes planned out. We booked a car, a limo, and the charter bus with them and were happy with all three. No complaints at all! We would highly recommend them!

    Wonderful experience using their limo bus for my wedding night. We had it carting our guests all over Buckhead and the whole experience with Cooper was fantastic! They were so responsive and understanding of last minute changes!

    Our driver was great! He took us everywhere we wanted to go. He also had refreshments readily available. He was also really friendly, even though he has a bad headache. He even offered to drive us around Buckhead because we had extra time before needing to go to the airport. We would definitely use this company again.

    Our limosine was absolutely beautiful, and our driver was fun and completely professional. After the wedding, we thought he was going to take us straight to the hotel, but he knew we had some time left over, so he took a scenic route to give us the chance to spend that time together, enjoying the view from our fabulous ride. He was great!

    Cooper Atlanta was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. The limos showed up early, the driver was extremely professional and friendly, they got everyone safely to the wedding and reception, and the cars were beautiful! We even went an hour over our allowed time, and Cooper Atlanta didn't charge us for the overage. I would recommend this company to everyone!

    Everything from the first initial email to dropping off the last person from the bus we used for the wedding was exceptional! Very informative and helpfull!! I am so glad that I found them and so is everyone else that was able to use this service! A great choice for any need that you may have for transportation! I will definitely use them again!

    I had many out of country and out of state guests at my wedding. I am so glad that we got Cooper Transportation to help with shuttling our guests back and forth the airport and between different party venues. Kim Butler was great to work with and was very helpful in introducing other vendors too. The drivers are very professional and always on time, getting guests to the location on time. It was easy to make new and cancel bookings. Might be pricey, but definitely worth it for the level of service and professionalism provided! Highly recommended!

    Limo service is just expensive, there is no way around it. So - you might as well get the best for the money. Cooper provided excellent car service for the bride and groom, as well as perfectly scheduled shuttle service for our guests. They are large and professional, which counts in this industry. You don't have to worry about a car breaking down, or your driver not showing up, or Eddie from Mississippi driving in to subcontract your transportation on your big day. Leave it to the pros.

    We knew we wanted a limousine when we saw the Cooper fleet.They had some of the best looking vehicles and buses out of anyone in Atlanta.We called to make a reservation and their customer service was ace.Our limousine arrived on time and the chauffeurs was very friendly and accommodating.This is definitely a business that knows how to treat their customers.I will call them first when I need a limousine in the future.

    KeyPoint Alliance has frequently used Cooper Global for nearly a decade, and the company has become our primary transportation provider for our innumerable in town and out of town group travel needs.

    Over the years, we have traveled thousands of miles with Cooper Global and have generally found their drivers to be professional, courteous, punctual, and committed to getting our groups to their destinations safely. The buses have been comfortable, reliable, and well-suited for long-distance travel. We have also been fortunate to avoid major mechanical breakdowns or disruptions during our trips like I have experienced a few times with other bus companies.

    Another reason we have continued doing business with Cooper Global for so many years is their customer service. On the few occasions where challenges or concerns arose, management was accessible, responsive, and willing to work toward a resolution.     Wedding transportation is $$$, but a very nice thing to do for your bridal party.
    They worked with my budget and requirements.
    The driver that picked us up at the end of the wedding was very nice and even had a red carpet for us!

    They were helpful during the planning process and picked us up on time. They had no difficulty finding our venue or hotel (even though GPS was sending people to a hotel on a similarly named street). I'd recommend them if you are looking for prompt and professional service.

    I had a really hard time finding companies with a Crysler 300 limo. This company had two and they were quick with sending me confirmations by email and the cost was well worth it. The driver could have been a little more friendly. We paid for 3 hours of service and he drove straight to our hotel and let the hour we had remaining go to waste. He did however take a couple of pictures of us in front of the limo. The only thing I was not crazy about with this company is they called me two days before my wedding and told me they could not bring their $100,000 car to my reception venue because of a curvy driveway. I don't know why anyone would try to bail out on a bride two days before a wedding, when stress is already so high. It did work out luckily!

    Cooper Atlanta provided the transportation for the groom and I from the church to the wedding. We were on a budget when it came to transportation and they had a service for us that included pick up, drop off and a just married sign and fit right in our budget. The person who booked us was named Kim Crowder and she was very patient and nice and gave us a very good price. The day of the wedding the limo arrived on time, had the just married flags and sign and they driver was nice. I wish we had been able to use them for more people for the wedding. I would recommend them to brides on a budget!

    For our wedding, we had a 12 person van from 4:30 to 10:30. They spent the extra time getting us all back with an extra trip. We also had a limo for the bridal party for the first two hours. The limo driver seemed hesitant to go back for more people even though we had two hours for a 15 minute drive. Overall, good experience.

    Kim Crowder was great in setting up the transportation the problems ran into were the day of the event. The limo showed up on time to pick up my husband and get him to the venue but then got lost trying to pick myself and my wedding party up to get us to the venue. We were late so we had to rush on pictures of myself and my wedding party so was not to thrilled about that. The sedan that was picking us up at the end to bring us to our hotel was on time and clean but no water or anything to drink in the vehicle but he was nice and courteous.

    Only used them for transportation back to the hotel after the wedding. They didn't tell us we had an hour, but drove us directly to the hotel (about 3 miles away)! Partly my fault because I should have known what the contract stated. He did offer us water and was extremely pleasant!

    Pick your driver wisely!

    If you’re ever assigned Marquetta/MK, avoid driver at all cost! I’ve organized group travel since 2002 and have been a loyal Cooper Global (CG) client since 2017/18, spending approx. $40–$50k yearly with GC so I’ve had my fair share of drivers, and thankfully NONE like this one! For years, we’ve entrusted CG for countless group trips, which makes this review especially hard to write. Luckily, we’ve had positive or at least decent drivers for the vast majority of our CG trips (and other bus companies’ drivers), but, by far this was the absolute WORST driver experience in my 24 yrs of conducting bus trips. I recently led an out of state 3-day trip with 49 passengers (mostly minors) and had the misfortunate of being assigned MK. From start to finish, she was hostile, dismissive, had negative/toxic attitude/energy towards me and others on the trip. The worst part was that towards the end of the trip, her actions spiraled down into very hostile words towards me in front of my child, which I had to escalate to authorities. Basic communication was met with aggression, rude responses, silence, or visible annoyance. As the trip progressed, the environment became increasingly hostile to the point that others (including myself) were hesitant to say anything to her due to fear of provoking angry outbursts or a bad disposition. It was constant drama with this driver, including (but not limited to): A very abrasive intro before starting the trip that included her telling the group to avoid their natural bodily functions when using the bus restroom (that she flat out refused to dump the entire 3 days which resulted in an unbearable odor in the bus). Refueled the bus with folks on onboard. Repeatedly vaped in and around the bus, including near fuel pumps and around minors. Purposely blocked the wet bus aisle with her large bag, creating a tripping hazard, then showed terrifying behavior when a staff member kindly asked her to move the bag, which she angrily snatched off the floor and hurriedly slammed it down hard on the dash top in an intimidating manner. Failed to properly clean the bus despite claims otherwise. Provided untruths to GC about her hotel room, thus it impacted my ability to supervise the minors on the trip because I had to spend an exorbitant amount of time speaking with GC reps instead of dining with my group. Failed to follow the printed itinerary, causing my group to miss a significant portion of an important event they waited months to attend. She became hostile towards me simply because I wouldn’t exit the bus (I paid $6k for) while my group partook in a college tour. I’ve done this same trip many times over and typically, I’d always stay on the bus to finish my admin work with absolutely no problem from drivers, but she was highly offended that I wouldn’t yield to her demand to get off the bus because she stated, she needed a break from us. Because I refused to exit, she became hostile towards me (in front of my child) while I remained seated on the bus. Her very aggressive interaction escalated to the point that I genuinely feared for my/our life, and our safety thus it was escalated to authorities. No customer should ever be subjected to such unprovoked hostility, aggression, unprofessionalism or be made to feel mentally, emotionally & physically unsafe for paid services. I contacted the GC president about the egregious situation since reg managers were unresponsive. To his credit, he acknowledged the seriousness of the situation but also shared that due to her being a contract driver, he was limited. Thankfully, he did provide an agreeable resolution to resolve the matter. Based on the egregious experience with that driver, I'd vet drivers beforehand and read driver reviews cuz the driver can create heaven or hell. Since she contracts with other bus companies, be aware! There are too many good drivers out there to be stuck with this one! No one should have to be subjected to such an appalling experience let alone pay for it! Consider this as your “buyer beware” warning.

    It was the worse service I have every had. Coming to pick us up they were late. Then coming back the Chauffer didn't pick us up at the door. We had to walk this long distance to get to the car then when we get in the car the musice was very loud. Not a pleasant ride home at all. Then I called to make a complain and to get a credit and the Quality Control Manager Beth refuses to give a credit for the horrible ride we had home. I am very disappointed. I don't think I will do business with them again.

    The drivers were terribly rude and pushy! My contract was to make multiple trips but that didn’t happen!!! Look around before you use them!!!!

    Our driver was George. He drove us from my house to the church for our wedding ceremony. The limo stalled once on the way to the church. After the 2.5 hour ceremony, the driver told us the limo was okay. From the church to the reception, the limo stalled 4-5 times. During these stops, the limo had no air conditioner in Atlanta's late 80s oF. We had kids in the limo & they were scared. We got to the reception 15 minutes later than scheduled.

    Throughout the trip, George kept us in the loop of the problems. We still tipped him in the end because we realize that it wasn't his fault.

    After the wedding day, we called Cooper Atlanta 3 times to speak with customer service. The 1st time, the representative told us that they weren't liable for the break downs. I understand break downs beyond control but Cooper Atlanta had 2.5 hours in between destinations to have the limo fix or swap. Two other times we called & were asked to leave our number so that a manager would call us back. And yet, we still haven't heard from anyone. We were disappointed in the customer service we received after all the good reviews we hear. We will never use Cooper Atlanta services again & will tell our friends & families.

    I am so glad that I get to review my transportation for my wedding night. I can't even rate this company because they NEVER SHOWED UP! That's right... we spoke to someone and everything to have qalimo pick us up from our reception and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! We were left at our reception hall after all the guests left, and had to get a ride with my parents... just what you want to do on your wedding night!!!

    When I called the company to find out where the limo was, they said they never spoke to me???!!! I already gave them my credit card and everything weeks before!

    I would NOT recommed this cmpany to anyone, unless you don't really need a ride! You're better off calling for a taxi.
