  great experience! we purchased at the Pittsburg, KS location and were so pleased with our experience. we had been casually looking at rings for a couple months just trying to determine a price point. we only came in to browse but found a unique ring that apparently my fiance couldn't walk away from:) they were very helpful with wedding band selection as well. and have continued to be accomodating ever since. the customer service didn't end at the time of purchase, this is very much appreciated and hard to find!

  Very professional and helpful starting with engagement ring through the wedding bands. Will definitely purchase from again in the future.

  Very friendly. Great service. You can always come in and they will clean your jewelry or re-dip anything you need done. I'm just sad that they are not a chain.
