  After a great deal of searching and placing phone calls I decided to book travel through the Wynn Encore. To my surprise they used CLS as their transportation provider. After 20 minutes on the phone with the concierge desk I had booked 2 limos and 1 town car - all with separate time pick up and drop offs. CLS was the cheapest out of all the limo services in Las Vegas and they did not try to make me reserve a limo for a mandatory minimum time unlike most of the other limo providers. Overall I was extremely satisfied with CLS and would use them again.

  CLS Las Vegas had a very nice fleet of limousines waiting for us to pick one.We booked a nice white one and had them decorate it for the occasion.Our limousine arrived right on time and we proceeded to make our stops that where scheduled.I would definitely recommend CLS they did a great job on our wedding day and didn't over charge us.

  Because our plane was leaving at 1am and it was 1130pm when my husband got around to asking me, I called the service and asked if he could pick us up, get a a license, get us married and to airport on time. He told us no problem. He not only got us everything on time, he did't charge us and actually got our rent a car back to the airport for us.My husband and I don't rent cars anymore, we use CLS Las Vegas only for all of our needs. GREAT SERVICE

  CLS limo was very professional. They showed up a little late but at least they showed up. Unfortunately it seems that limo companies in las vegas are unreliable as I had read in other reviews. Our limo driver was great. We wanted to stop at the las vegas sign on the strip to take a few pics and he was very accommodating. Our wedding location was 8 miles from our hotel in our car it took us about 20 minutes to get there. CLS automatically charged us for 1.5 hours which is ridiculous it does not take 90 minutes to go 8 miles, even in the traffic on the strip. We were in the limo for less than 60 minutes but were charged for 90 minutes, I guess this is their policy. It seems that it is the policy of all the limo companies.

  They were curteuos and professional. The car was great and they decorated for us.

  We rented a limo for a short ride back to our hotel after the ceremony.

  CLS was terrible. They were over 30 minutes late picking us up (they said they thought our wedding was the day before when we called?!) The total cost was $50 more than quoted to us on the phone. The driver was impolite and put off. We would never recommend their service to anyone, especially on the day where you have enough to worry about!
