I found Amelie just by googling make up artists in my area a few years ago. I am SO happy that I found her! She does whatever look I’m wanting to do PERFECTLY. I also feel like she is very reasonably priced, she always takes a lot of time with me. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else! -

Christine will make you feel beautiful
Christine uses the best makeup and lash extension products and I could really tell from the longevity and quality of my makeup and lashes. The lashes stayed looking amazing for weeks. She is a wizard and applies everything flawlessly. I can always count on her. -

User2453898 Sent on 12/04/2015Christine is an exceptionally talented make up artist! Her work is absolutely flawless and she does an amazing job adapting her techniques to an individual's needs. I saw this through the work she and her team did on my 6 friends, 4 relatives, and myself on my wedding day. They prepped skin so their high quality make up could go on smoothly and they finished with products to help it last. The look is natural, but polished. She makes you look like the best version of yourself, rather than an entirely different person. All the make up they use is super flash- and photo-friendly. In natural lighting, you can't tell where the foundation ends and your own skin begins! She is truly an artist.
We also used Christine and her team for hair. They again did a wonderful job on everyone with some exceptions. My mother wasn't pleased with her's, but Christine personally made sure she was happy by the end of the day. Unfortunately, this was at the expense of my own hair styling. I ended up walking down the aisle with my hair down, looking no better than if I'd done it myself, when I had wanted (and done a trial for) an up-do. Hair was in my face the entire ceremony and it looked terrible in all those photos. I was very upset that my hair could not be done, but beyond that, I didn't feel beautiful that morning. While time management certainly played a factor, I don't entirely blame Christine - she was responding to an overly dramatic and demanding mother. I do wish she had reinforced that my hair had yet to be done rather than caving to the loudest voice.
Christine mentioned that she had never before had a bride not ready on time, which is something I believe. In writing this review, I wanted to provide my honest experience with what was otherwise a fantastic vendor. Ultimately, I would absolutely choose her over again for make up, but I would perhaps look elsewhere for hair (and only because mine didn't get done for the ceremony).
