He was so helpful in every way. His team was awesome, very nice man to work with, very reliable and provided everything. I would recommend him 100%, he help with decor, cakes, food everything was awesome. Even during my wedding he kept making sure everything was ok, and made sure everyone of our guest was happy. A++++++ for him!!!

Chef Raoul created a beautiful and delicious custom menu that fit in our budget. I tried his food at a few open houses and put a hold on the date of my wedding well in advance because I knew I wanted him as my caterer. He even made a deal with another vendor for me so that I could get the mismatched china, flat wear and glasses that I wanted at a lower price! He is so kind and generous. Rest assured, with Chef Raoul as your caterer you will have knock out food at your event!

Very flexible in working with us, as our wedding was New Year's Day. His prices were very reasonable and we didn't feel we were being taken advantage of in any way. Our venue also highly recommended his services.

Truly amazing, he made my 280 guests, 10-hour, big Latin wedding work perfectly! Food was delicious and Chef Raoul is a pleasure to work with. He enjoys his job and it comes across in his food and in his service. 100% recommended!

Chef Raoul was nice enough to schedule a private tasting for us! His food was delicious! He worked with us to make adjustments to the menu. He was slow to respond to e-mails and phone calls, but came through with everything we needed.

Chef Raoul was amazing. He offered wonderful advice for my beer and wine, his food was delicious, and he did everything he could to work with my budget. His chicken Alfredo was awesome! He was very professional and I could tell that he took a lot of pride in his work.

The food Chef Raoul prepared for our wedding was absolutely delicious. We had several guests mention they loved the food and wanted seconds. Especially loved his signature sauce on the chicken parmesan. Chef Raoul let us have a private tasting and took down every detail. Had tried other types of his food at an open house and everything was wonderful. He was slow to respond to calls and texts but when it mattered, he was there and made everything perfect. Can't thank him enough for the amazing food he prepared.

Food was DELICIOUS!!!!!! Great quality. NOT the most organized man but from what we understand he was running his business by himself. Sometimes hard to get ahold of. Did our catering and bartendng for us.
