Our wedding cake was absolutely incredible! Not only was it beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but it tasted just as amazing as it looked. Desiree was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process, so helpful, responsive, and truly talented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding and would recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning and delicious cake for a special event! Desiree was an absolute joy to work with!! We did a cake tasting with her, and it was so hard to decide. Every cake, filling, and icing was so delicious. We ended up doing a different flavor combination for all 3 tiers. I also shared inspiration pictures with Desiree, and she made my vision come to life exactly as I had hoped. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was the best wedding cake I've ever tasted! We got so many compliments from our guests as well. I highly recommend Chantilly Cakes! -

Periwinkle Blue Toile Engagement Cake
Thank you Desiree!!!! Your professionalism especially in response to a request which needed to be fulfilled in a short period was truly the icing on the cake for my son and his fiancé.
As for the cake, it met and exceeded beyond our expectations. It was beautiful, the delicate pattern was precise, and the cake, well the cake, was downright delicious. Everyone raved and wanted to know where we got the cake.

Chantilly Cakes did our wedding cake and just did an outstanding job. We did a style we hadn't really seen in her portfolio, but Desiree still knocked it out of the park, and it tasted fantastic! I also want to commend her for doing our groom's cake too, even though it was totally last-minute. We had an unconventional idea for that too, and she killed it! Both cakes tasted great and looked incredible. They were such crowdpleasers, and I would absolutely recommend Desiree and Chantilly Cakes to anyone! -

I live in Montana and my daughter had a destination wedding in Florida. I found Chantilly Cakes online and I'm so glad I did. I was able to order the cake, pay for it, arrange for delivery, everything - from Montana. When I got to Florida, all I had to do was wait for delivery. I picked a cake design and sent Desiree a picture of my daughter's bouquet. Desiree made edible flowers to match the colors and flowers of the bouquet. My daughter jokingly said the cake either needed to look good for pictures OR it needed to taste good - she would be happy with one of those things. She got both. I ordered cake without filling and both the white tier and the chocolate tier were delicious. The top tier was removed and stored without any problem. I was also able to order 12 gluten free cupcakes - half white and and half chocolate. They had little decorations that matched the cake colors. Desiree was very responsive to my MANY questions (the last time I ordered a cake was for my wedding in 1997) and she was super flexible when we moved up the delivery date by a day and who to contact. There was a driver issue on that Saturday so she delivered it herself. My daughter and her new husband and all of the guests all talked about how good the cake was and how beautiful it looked. I could not recommend them more!! -

Best cake ever!
My cake was not a wedding cake but it was amazing! I had a surprise party for my son to celebrate his new job as a pilot! I sent her pictures of 3 different cakes, told her what I liked about each one and she did an amazing job of making exactly what I wanted. Not only was the cake beautiful, it tasted so good!!! My cake stop from now on! -

Exactly What We Wanted!
We used Chantilly Cakes for our wedding on 01/20/23 and couldn’t have been happier! We went in for a tasting and made all of our selections. We wanted a smaller cake to serve with cupcakes and cannolis, and everything turned out perfectly! The cannolis were a huge hit!! I would definitely add the cannolis to any order. We chose almond wedding cake with strawberry mouse filling along with 3 different flavors of cupcakes. Everything was delicious! It was exactly what we had hoped for, and the pricing is very fair and great value. Thank you for helping make our day so wonderful! -

I sent her pictures of a Lord of the Rings inspired wedding cake that I wanted, she talked through the different options with me, and it came out absolutely beautiful!! She was also able to squeeze me in for a cake tasting when I was only in town for 1 day, which ended up with me switching some of our flavors. The cake was also delicious! -

Wedding cake with this vendor was a part of our package in Bayou club. We absolutely loved the cake when it was delivered on the wedding day. I forgot the cake topper and really it was even better without. Cake itself was stunning.

From the beginning they were very responsive, in all interactions via phone calls or emails. They accommodated every request including cake colors, flavors, design and ingredients. Provided them a photo of another barrel wedding cake that they duplicated with no problem. Chantilly provided many suggestions in the best way to accommodate our needs. All my guests loved the cake and inquired about the baker. We were just amazed at the cake that they provided. We even took the leftovers and put it in our luggage to enjoy back home in New Jersey. Highly recommended. -

Hands down best cake maker! They made it so easy for an overwhelmed bride. We know after the taste testing that they were the right choice for making our cake. We had an additional cake made for my brothers birthday to be shared at the reception. He said it was the best cake he ever had made for him. We got so many compliments from our guest about how delicious it was. We will be using them again for any other special occasion. -

Desiree did an amazing job on our wedding cakes. We almost went with Publix until we found Chantilly. I am so thankful we did. Desiree really listened to our vision for the cakes and totally came through! I loved how they turned out and everyone at the wedding said the cake was amazing. Unfortunately, our caterers did not save our pieces of cake because never had a chance to go back to the table. They did not even box it up. So, we are looking forward to our 1 year cake much more. I would highly recommend going with Chantilly! -

The cake was SO SO good. Desiree was easy to communicate with and made everything a breeze for me (I was a destination wedding bride.) I wasn't able to do taste testing, or to meet before the wedding so I just had to go off trust. Everything went off without a hitch and I just adored the cake, loved it. I received many compliments on the taste as well. Easy and rewarding experience! -

This is a late review, since our wedding (and cake) was back in 2019. However, my wife and I frequently talk about how stressful the wedding process was and how we visited multiple vendors and found them to be very unhelpful UNTIL we talked with Desiree.
We went in thinking that we were going to have a similar experience as previous vendors. We thought our choices were going to be limited and we were going to be steered to a direction that the vendor wanted. Instead, an unflinching Desiree replied with a "yeah, we can do that". She showed us many beautiful cakes that she previously did and we settled on our design. Furthermore, she allowed us to mail her a custom cake topper that they added when it was delivered.
We highly recommend Chantilly Cake for anyone who wants to have a less stressful time planning a wedding! -

The best choice for a beach-themed wedding cake!!
I am so glad I hired Chantilly Cakes to do my wedding cake!! I had first heard about Chantilly Cakes from a friend. I went to this friend’s wedding and I ended up having two slices of her cake because I couldn’t believe how good it was! I am a huge icing connoisseur, I will literally eat fondant straight because I love icing that much! Lol So when I say that cake had the best buttercream icing I had ever had, I am not playing. I’ve tried it all and this was by far my favorite. So I contacted Chantilly Cakes, and wow, Desiree just outdid herself in kindness and professionalism. She ALWAYS responded to my phone calls and emails within 24-48 max, but most of the time unless she was busy with a wedding, it was within the same day. I scheduled a tasting with her and she was so accommodating and kind. We were able to try our top picks for flavors and fillings, and we decided on a chocolate and amaretto cake (holy moly this amaretto was like vanilla but even better! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a traditional “white” cake but want a more interesting flavor than vanilla!) and buttercream icing as our filling because it was too good not to have! We discussed my idea for a design and I was blown away by what she created. I was having a very classy beach wedding at Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club, so I wanted to incorporate some beachy elements without it looking too much like a birthday party cake. I decided on an all white cake with White Sea shells. The sea shells are all white chocolate and any designs are just piped buttercream. It was really important to me that there was no fondant on the cake because I know a lot of people hate it, and she was able to do this beautiful cake without it. She worked with us on measurements so I could have my dad make me a “dock” cake stand and it just turned out so beautifully. She delivered the cake on time and in one piece (this gets overlooked sometimes but this is the most important part - having someone who you can trust to deliver it on time and in one piece!) and I loved my cake so much, that I even ordered a mini cake from Desiree when I got back from the honeymoon since I was so busy dancing at the wedding that I didn’t get my fill! I will forever go back to Desiree for any speciality cakes because she is beyond talented and I couldn’t recommend her or Chantilly Cakes more!! -

Desiree did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake and she was so easy to work with! Our caterer was supposed to pick up our cake and bring it to our venue since it was on his way. We ended up having to switch caterers and Desiree was more than willing to make the drive to our venue to drop our cake off with very little notice! Our cake also looked exactly how I had imagined-it was perfect! Thanks for making our day so special!

Chantilly Cakes did such a wonderful job with our wedding cake! Desiree was great at guiding us through the cake tasting and decorating process. My husband and I had no idea what we were doing, and she was patient and helpful through the tasting. The cakes all taste phenomenal, and my husband (who usually isn’t a fan of cake) said he was looking forward to the cake as one of the highlights of the wedding. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to Covid, and they were so accommodating and kind through everything. She seems to really love what she does, and it shows in her work. Desiree was amazing to work with! Getting married during a global pandemic is so stressful and heart wrenching. Our original wedding date of 3/28 had to get canceled, as that is when lock down started. We moved our date out 3 months and the Desiree was more than accommodating. We had way more cake than needed that day, given our guest list got cut in half. But it was still amazing. Desiree brought my vision to life with our wedding cake and Bills grooms cake. My husband and his entire family loved it! Every detail was perfect and so glad we went through with the day. Thank you again for being part of day! -

Gorgeous cake, such an easy process
We first set up a tasting with the idea in our head that we weren't going to do a wedding cake, but hey it was a free tasting. Within minutes we had several different flavors of cakes and mousse in front of us and pages of designs. We were so at ease with how simple the process was and felt extremely comfortable and assured that Chantilly cakes would deliver our dream cake. Next thing you know, we had a 4 tier cake picked out with two different flavors. The mousse between layers is to die for! When I saw our cake the day of the wedding, I was blown away! It was gorgeous and fit our theme perfectly. Everyone raved about how amazing the cake tasted and we had more than enough to even grab seconds. I would for sure recommend choosing Chantilly Cakes if you want a beautiful, tasty cake with a seamless and effortless process. Thank you Chantilly! -

From start to finish Chantilly Cakes was incredible! We were planning everything from out of state except for the two- two day trips we took to get some plans in place for the wedding. We met with Desiree the owner to do our cake testing, and even though we had an idea on how we wanted the cake to look we had not a clue on what flavors. She prepared three different cakes and three different fillings for us to try and they all tasted like heaven! To try to explain how amazing the samples we tried were is impossible, but i did 100% look forward to our cake as the last few months nearing the wedding passed. After we picked flavors we talked about the size of the cake and she helped us figure out how much we needed. We had made the request for the top layer to not be in the count for the guest but instead for us to take on our honeymoon, seeing as we were out of state and we did not know how to get it home to freeze like some couples do to later eat on their anniversary. We then picked out the colors, which we did an ombré from ice blue to white. Then we picked out the cake decor, we did not use a topper but used baby's-breathe and small starfish on the cake. They provided the starfish and we had to drop off the baby's-breathe the day before the wedding. We had everything planned with her from the cake itself to how the cake would get to the dinner after the ceremony. Desiree took in our ideas and vision of what we wanted and put it all together perfectly! All of our guest have raved about how amazing the cake was from how beautiful it was to the delicious taste! My Mother-in-Law actually went and bought a separate small cake to have at her house because she loved it so much. Desiree and her team are extremely talented and were so helpful and sincere through the entire process. Please note the picture I will be adding to this was just one taken by one of my guest, we have not received our professional photos back yet, the wedding was on June 6, 2019. -

We had a small destination wedding in Redington Shores, FL. She let our entire group do a cake tasting 3 days prior the wedding. We did a Batman City Scape on the back portion of the cake and she nailed it! She comes highly recommended. -

We had such a hard time choosing flavors that our wedding cake ended up having different ones for each tier. The bottom was almond cake, chocolate cream mousse, and pineapple cake. The middle was almond cake, raspberry cream mousse, and marble cake. The top tier was the almond and pineapple cake with buttercream. It was SO delicious!! In addition, we asked for a naked cake design and had our florist add flowers. It was absolutely stunning! We highly recommend Chantilly Cakes!! -

Yummy, gorgeous, easy decision!
We hired Chantilly Cakes for our November 2018 wedding. My fiancé and I, and our mothers met with Desiree for a cake tasting, and it was nothing short of amazing! Everything was so delicious- the cakes, the frostings! Somehow we were able to narrow down our favorites. I explained to Desiree we wanted a two-tier cake with cupcakes towering the bottom, gave her our wedding colors of blue and gold, and showed her examples of cupcake décor I was wanting. She completely understood my vision, and was so helpful in the process! After sampling cake tastings from other bakeries, we easily made our decision to go with Chantilly. Our wedding cake and cupcakes were visually stunning, and tasted incredible! We went with three flavors: marble with choc buttercream, Lemon with ivory buttercream, and almond with ivory buttercream. The decorations were beautiful and she put our cake topper on for us. I can't wait to eat our leftover cake for our one year wedding anniversary!! Everyone raved about how delicious the cupcakes were! I recommend Chantilly Cakes to anyone who needs a fabulous cake for any event! I'm so happy we chose them!! Thank you, Desiree! -

The cake was amazing. they made it just the way i wanted it to be decorated. the cake was so moist and the flavors were amazing. My aunt who never eats cake actually ate half of the raspberry swirl cake with the raspberry mousse.

From the very initial meeting, we were blown away with all the flavors and fillings available to us and everything was delicious. We supplied our own topper which they put on for us and delivered the cake to our venue with zero issues! Everyone was raving about our cake and wanted seconds! I highly recommend the lemon and almond cake flavors with raspberry filling! Yum! We ended up breaking tradition and ate our entire cake topper the week following our wedding because it was that good! Thank you for creating the cake of my dreams!

I have to say my cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and tasted out of this world!!! Desiree did such an amazing job. I didn't even want to cut it , it was so gorgeous!! The cake had some sentimental value. My grandma loves Hummingbirds so I wanted to incorporate them in some how. I also wanted the cake to be simple but also elegant. I chose strawberry and Lemon for the flavors. I received so many compliments as to how good the cake was. I was 100% satisfied with Chantilly Cakes and I recommend them a million times over. They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!!! Thank you!!

I loved that she uses buttercream frosting and not fondant. Our cake turned out absolutely beautiful and tasted delicious too. Desiree was great at providing suggestions for cake/filling combinations when we were getting overwhelmed by all the choices. Extremely satisfied with Chantilly Cakes!

Desiree herself is lovely, talented and extremely professional. Nothing was a problem working with her. Emails and phone calls promptly responded to, tasting was a breeze, and day-of delivery she was right on schedule. We just wanted to thank you, the wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. Desiree even helped me keep the Grooms cake a surprise. She knew exactly how to make my vision a reality. Phillip loved the midi keyboard, it was better than I could have imagined. We were originally going to go with Publix (because who doesn't like Publix cakes?) but they wouldn’t let us supply some of our own decorations for the cake and weren’t really wanting to work with us on the design. We just happened to be in the area of Chantilly and walked in. Desiree the owner took the time to sit down with us and really help bring our idea to reality. And this was just a walk in, no appointment. She even did a small tasting for us since we were there and were able to choose the perfect flavors for our wedding cake and the cupcakes for our guests. The final product came out amazing and were exactly what we had in mind. -

After getting engaged, this was the first vendor we went to with 100% certainty that we were getting the absolute best in wedding cakes. We just showed up without an appointment and Desiree fit us in, listened to everything I wanted, and took copies of the pictures I brought. She kept in touch and even revised any changes up to a week before the wedding. The cake turned out beautiful, even better than the pictures I brought. Desiree was such a wonderful lady to work with, we enjoyed our cake tasting so much, it was hard to decide which flavors were the best!
The cake was so beautiful, the outcome matched the photo inspiration perfectly, I could not have asked for anything more!!! I sent her my cake topper directly, she worked with my florist, and everything tasted as good as it looked!!!
