There are several Historical buildings on the property dating back to the 1850's. They are beautifully restored. The Tea room is offered free of charge to anyone who has booked the venue and would like to use it. It is up to the individual to decide if it a place that will work for them and their guests.
The owners work diligently for each event and always clean up and change prior to the event. The contracts state that they will be able to eat.
