Great Chairs & Pricing!
We rented beautiful silver Chiavari chairs and a loveseat for our sweetheart table from A Chair Affair. They gave us GREAT pricing and had everything in place before our wedding. For after the wedding, they also offered late pick-up, which was very helpful for us. The chairs really made the room look so much more elegant and we’re glad we went with A Chair Affair to do that!

We couldn’t be any happier with the rental of the Chiavari chairs. It was a last minute addition that our venue failed to tell us about. However, Chair Affair had us covered with many color options and time for delivery and pickup. Highly recommend if you are going for that extra custom look!

The owner of the company Mrs. Ann Taylor is just the sweetest! From my initial consultation at their Orlando wearhouse I knew that we were in good hands. They have such unique pieces that will work with any wedding or event vision. Our wedding tables looked amazing and everyone loved the dance floor and the bars. I rented tables from them and last minute (like the day before) realized that I also needed 2 bars. They were very responsive, and quick sending me an updated invoice. With Covid they were very easy to work with when changing my wedding date. The tables were perfect and the bars were beautiful.

Our chairs literally made the whole wedding.
My fiancé Joe and I got married on 3-1-2020 at the Acre in Orlando Florida. I myself am a wedding photographer and I knew for certain that we would love working with A Chair Affair. Our venue came with white folding chairs and quite a few tables but I knew immediately that we had to have a budget for different chairs. Honestly, I loathe those white folding chairs! Our venue was all outside and we wanted it to feel whimsical, bold, and modern. Those chairs just did not cut it. We found the perfect ones with ACA. We rented these amazing acrylic ghost chairs in black. They were amazing and made such a huge difference in the aesthetic of the day. We used them for the ceremony and then moved them to the reception. We also rented 5 heaters from them at the last minute to make sure our guests were warm during dinner. They were professional and reliable. If you are looking for unique seating and rentals to complete your wedding vision I highly recommend them!

This company really helped us out on short notice. The rental company we were depending on decided to go w another client bc they said there was no communication, but all's they had to do was pick up a phone & call us & we would of paid them. So last minute...literally 2 days before the wedding we are scrambling find a dinnerware rental company. We were told about them by the company that dropped us & it turned out to be a Blessing in disguise. They had Beautiful quality dinnerware... chargers, plates, silverware, champagne glasses, water glases & more. The prices were reasonable & they were very on top of their game. Thank u So much Chair affair for making our big day so special!

We were referred to A Chair Affair by family friends for rentals for our wedding and we were not disappointed! Rebecca L. was super helpful when we went to the showroom and she was patient as we tried various charge/chair/table cloth combinations. Their products are reasonably priced and we always received responses to our questions in reasonable amounts of time. They also had unique offerings (like different styles of sweetheart tables) compared to other rental companies. We highly recommend this company!

The furniture from A Chair affair was exquisite it added so much old Hollywood elegance to our outside rooftop venue as well as our inside cocktail hour space! Rebecca was excellent to communicate with, so sweet and professional. I would definitely rent from them again.

Great experience
This was my favorite vendor. We rented just chairs from them but I literally had to do nothing else but put my order in. They were in and out and took care of everything. Never even saw them! Highly recommend.

A Chair Affair did such a fabulous job with my wedding! Everyone was so incredibly helpful through the entire experience. They have so many great resources that they offer you that go far beyond just rentals for your event. Their knowledge of the event industry and expertise is very helpful! Their showroom is a very fun experience to go to and create a vision for your big event and they have so many options! Their staff that delivers and sets up the furniture are all efficient and super accommodating! I would rate them beyond exceptional! So impressed!

A Chair Affair provided church pews and white country chairs for our wedding ceremony. The church pews and the white chairs with pink cushions were beautiful and perfectly reflected our vision for our ceremony. The delivery workers at chair affair were very professional, patient, and very nice. They delivered the chairs before our ceremony and removed the chairs after the ceremony very quickly and smoothly. They were kind and waited until the guests had completely left for cocktail hour before removing chairs. They were great! Rebecca was very kind and very understanding. The person we previously worked with changed positions without helping us develop a plan for delivery/pickup and rain, but Rebecca talked with us over the phone and help us come up with a plan for our ceremony and helped us create a backup rain plan. She was very professional and very kind through the whole process. She was great to work with and made it stress free on our wedding day. She gave us her personal phone number to contact if we had any issues. She also contacted us the day after our wedding to make sure everything went perfect. She was great to work with. I would definitely recommend A Chair Affair!

Great quality rentals with a responsive, professional team!
We used A Chair Affair (ACA) for our wedding ceremony and reception and they were fabulous! Their communication from the start was timely and professional, and I thought their prices were competitive with others in the area. We rented farm chairs with pads, water goblets, champagne flutes, and white napkins, and everything was beautiful! ACA was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them.

Good rental company
We ordered a few things from this company to lessen the burden of bringing our own stuff the day of the wedding. All was delivered and set up on time. However, they were a tad bit late picking them up at the end of the evening, but that's my only complaint. Still, they got a large selection of items at a reasonable price. You have the option of having it delivered or you can pick it up yourself, which I thought was nice.

A Chair Affair was definitely a pleasure to work with and met our needs when it came to our wedding. They were flexible with us on what we needed and if we needed any last minute changes, they would accommodate us! They provided us clear chairs along with geo glass tables that gave us a super clean modern look because we didn't want linen since our wedding on a rooftop in Downtown Orlando. One of the relaxing parts of planning!
I did multiple quotes when looking for chair and table vendors and the minute I spoke to A Chair Affair representative on the phone, I knew this was the company I wanted. The women was knowledgeable of my venue, she had great suggestions, and was very kind.
We needed to be able to flip our ceremony space into our dinning area space and she made me feel so much more comfortable with that turnaround.
We visited the showroom and Jourdain was extremely helpful in picking out colored linens that worked best for us. They were also very accommodating and let us pick up our napkin linens a few days early to be able to roll the silverware ahead of time.
Making changes to our reservation was easy and simple. The prices were reasonable and the products were higher quality than other vendors.
The day of deliveries went extremely smooth. The workers even waited with the tables in the truck until after the ceremony so we could flip the space.
I would highly recommend A Chair Affair. They made it as stress free as it could be.

The greatest decision ever made for our wedding!
We extremely appreciate A Chair Affair's professionalism, service, and overall quality. The products are new, shiny, of great quality. We had a DIY backyard wedding, and when looking for event rental, we went for the first ranking retailer - A chair affair. At the appointment, Ann welcomingly received us. We were impressed by the quality of items in stock and immediately decided to rent from them. It was not cheap, but we are 100% sure that it is worthy of the money. On the wedding day, rentals arrived promptly. We found an easel was broken, but they sent a brand new one within 30 minutes. After we put everything together, it was so beautiful and just like a dream coming true, we were greatly impressed. I recommend A Chair Affair to everyone engaged couple - you won't regret.

From the first email/call to the final set-up and break-down, Carly and her A Chair Affair team were amazing. Carly made herself available every phone call I had with answers to all my questions - even on weekends - was very flexible with changing/updating our proposal based on our wedding day needs leading up to our big day, had staff show up early with extra guys there to help with the room-flip and made sure everything looked great and went smoothly! Highly recommend A Chair Affair as a reliable vendor, with a great team on staff and excellent selection of decor and rental equipment to make your wedding all that and more. Also really need to note that they have all GLASS chargers, a lovely upgrade to your already beautiful day.

No complaints, very easy to deal with
My wedding planner mostly handled the delivery and pick up of our chair rentals but on our end we had no problems viewing the rentals, seeing what options were available, and booking our items. Everything was there when it was supposed to be and it all went smoothly, not to mention the ghost chairs made our space really pop.

A Chair Affair was awesome!
This was the easiest process and everything turned out great. We contacted A Chair Affair and in few emails were able to setup a private showing where everything we emailed about was setup for us to look at live! Everything else from there was quick, easy and convenient! When we saw the room all set up it was amazing! First class and beautiful products and presentation! Highly recommend!

Jordan was a pleasure to work with from Day 1! She was very prompt with responding to my questions and emails, truly listed to our vision, and exceeded our expectations! I remember looking around on our wedding day thinking “they really knocked it out of the park!” The decor was elegant and as high of quality as we were looking for. Our cake designer did not have a cake stand available in gold, so I looked online and found A Chair Affair. Carly was so helpful and friendly and their prices were significantly less than other places I looked. The cake stand was gorgeous and helped make our cake a statement piece!

Our experience with Chair Affair was seamless! We did have a day-of planner so I honestly can't speak for the day of delivery and interaction with the associates. BUT! Thats probably a good thing! There were no issues, the chairs we ordered were delivered as promised. Seemed like a good deal for what we paid!

The Chair Affair team will drop what they are doing in a heartbeat to make sure you have everything you need and/or if anything in the order is not exactly correct (we had a little hiccup) and they fixed it SO quickly sending another crew to drop off a barrel needed. It blew me away how quick they were and handled the situation with such ease! A Chair Affair has a large range of choices for flatware, furniture, decor, etc. so you are bound to find what you want/envision for your day. This was for my daughter's wedding. We rented the ghost chairs, and they looked so beautiful on the beach! We were planning this wedding from out of state so it was a little stressful in other ways, but the people of A Chair Affair were so helpful and kind and it was the least stressful part of everything. The delivery team were all so friendly and patient and everything went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!
