Perfection!

My husband and I hosted our wedding on August 26th at CCC Community Center and we could have not chosen a better venue! Throughout the whole planning process, Rita was very patient with us as we were deciding all of the details. I truly felt like my questions and concerns were being heard.

My husband and I opted for a package and truly made the process seamless. The staff was amazing and the attention to detail was great! I highly recommend to select this venue as the place to host your upcoming celebration

Amazing Venue

The venue was great! Rita, the coordinator, was the best! She helps keep everything on track and checks in. She helped make sure the ceremony went as planned. She keeped track of all events throughout the night.

Hidden gem

This venue is a hidden gem. Rita, the venue coordinator, is such a sweet heart and it shows she is passionate about what she does. The vendor recommendation list she provides to assist couples in the planning helped a lot. We met with all of the vendors on her list and they were all a pleasure to speak to and work with. Rita is the cherry on top. She was available for any questions by phone or email during the planning and was always a pleasure to work with. They were extremely understanding and flexible when it came to COVID-19, very supportive and understanding of the whole situation and there for you along the way. I would definitely recommend this venue!

Little hidden gem

Much thanks to Rita - the coordinator at this venue. From day 1 she was patient, kind, and flexible with us. She always followed up with us and reminded us of what else we needed.
This venue has a very artistic ceiling, a beautiful remodeled court-yard, its a hidden gem in the city. It definitely did not feel like we were in the city during the reception time. They have their own vendor for bar/drinks, they all work with you to ensure your event is perfect! I can't thank Rita enough for all that she did for us. We loved the set up and decor. You can contract your own vendors or use their preferred vendors. Thank you!

amazing I couldn’t have had a better day

Rita is great to work with she is quick with emails responses and returns phone calls right away. I emailed her a little after 8pm one night and within 15 minutes she responded back to me. She works with you and makes sure your vision comes to life. She’s very passionate about her job and it shows through her work. She’s also great at giving ideas and showing pictures of past events but doesn’t pressure you to do what others have done. From planning, ceremony, reception and even the clean up after Rita was there helping anyway she could.

There could not have been a more perfect venue for our special day!

I just recently had my wedding at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center and have to say it was as perfect as perfect can get. My husband and I currently live in Northern California but wanted to have a wedding in Southern California to be closer to our friends and family. Planning a wedding with all the intricacies from a distance was definitely made easy by the flexibility, professionalism, and information provided by the team at Chaffey College Chino Community Center. So much so, in that I placed a deposit on the venue before seeing it in person- it was that perfect and I was that confident in this venue.

Working with the venue staff: Working with Rita, our wedding coordinator through this venue, was amazing. She was extremely helpful and professional every step of the planning process. Rita was very communicative and provided helpful advise as we were planning. She was very flexible with any changes that were made throughout the planning process ( A year and a few months). She helped us to remember small details while also not loosing focus on the bigger picture. Rita is also able to help make recommendations for various wedding vendors who have had experience in working in this space before. My Officiant, Photographer, and Caterer all provided wedding services for this venue before. This greatly contributed to my wedding running smoothly. My wedding day would not have been nearly as magnificent if we did not have the expertise of this venues team.

The Venue: What drew my husband and I to this venue was that amount of flexibility in making it our own. This is certainly not a "staged/ cookie cutter venue" where every event hosted here looks and feels the same. This venue is very versatile in that is provides a great foundation and that can really adapt for each couples' style or theme. I especially adore the huge wooden double doors that stand as a focal point for the venue.

Overall, I highly recommend Chaffey College Chino Community Center. I would encourage you to attend an Open House hosted by the venue where you can meet with Rita, tour the venue, and get acquainted with quality vendors. There could not have been a more perfect venue for our special day!

Our experience couldn’t have been any better! Working with Rita, she made every process and step very easy and comfortable. We were beyond happy working with her since day one! This venue was wonderful. The staff was great, and Rita was absolutely amazing. We had a few issues with other vendors, but Rita made sure that everything continued to move on smoothly. Our wedding was beautiful. Thank you to the cleanup staff, and to Rita and Alyssa for the great job that you did.

As a stressed out bride, I cannot speak highly enough of Rita's follow-through and responsiveness. She made the entire experience so much better, and was quick to answer my late night emails. The venue itself is beautiful, well kept and has lots of great lighting. I was looking for a venue that did not feel like a typical hall with low ceilings and dim light...boy did Chaffey Community Center deliver! The wedding packages are affordable, and it comes with the one and only Rita Elias! I would recommend this to any bride looking for a gem of a venue!

Chaffey College Community Center was the best decision I ever made for my wedding. It’s a great location and the space is roomy. I got the full package (package C) and made some upgrades. Rita was helpful ever step of the way. I could never thank her enough. She made sure everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding and even coordinated with my vendors. I felt stress free and got to enjoy every second of my wedding with her help. Surely my wedding will be the topic for the next years to come. It was a hit!

We are so happy that we had our wedding here. It was animating experience from start to finish. Rita the coordinator is an amazing person to work with. She did everything to help our special day come true. Thank you. The hall was very clean, everything was set up perfectly and on time. Rita and her staff made sure everything ran smoothly, we never had to worry about a thing, that made our day perfect! the venue was big enough to host 250 guests, a live band, a dj a candy station and buffet tables. It never felt stuffy or hot! It is also a perfect venue for a wedding with kids. it was just awesome!!!!!

I wouldnt have changed one thing about my Wedding Journey. Rita Elias was my venue coordinator at the Chaffey College Community Center and all I can say about her and her service is Wow! She is amazing at what she does. From day one Rita Elias walked me through everything. She responded very quick to all my emails. She was so flexible when it came to meeting up to go over details for the wedding. She worked around my schedule and kept me updated on Bridal shows, Caterers, florist, DJ's etc. She had an answer for all my questions. She made my wedding journey as smooth as possible and for that I thank her.
We met up one week before the wedding and she had me feeling so comfortable with our final decisions and had rehearsal 2 days before. The day of the wedding she was very prompt and on top of her game! The organization the day of the wedding was great, like I said earlier the wedding went so smooth and I honestly owe it all to her.

We just had our wedding on October 29th 2016 and had the BEST experience with Rita and Chaffey College Chino Community Center.... Rita was truly amazing, she was professional, organize and extremely attentive to every detail, we didnt have to worry about a thing. We couldn't of chosen a better place to get married. We had our wedding here in August 2016. The event planner Rita was always available to answer my crazy bride question and eased my mind every time we spoke. The venue is so beautiful and my family and guest still talk about it. Many options for food, music and decorations which made it a plus. And the clean up crew was awesome. We were so happy that everything at the event ran so smooth and loved that we did not have to worry about a thing. Very clean professional and accommodating, I would recommend this place to anyone for any type of event. I hope to plan my baby shower there in a couple of years. Thank you so much Rita for making my BIG day a big priority and a BIG success!

My experience at Chaffey College Community Center was amazing! Rita is such a sweetheart, and made me feel comfortable from the first day I met her. She had frequent communication with me and made sure everything was perfect. We got married July 16th, 2016, my wedding was everything I could've wanted and more. The ceremony was elegant, and beautiful. I love all the trees and the long aisle, the banquet hall is also beautiful! Pricing was also great, and we loved that we can hire our own vendors if we wanted. I highly recommend this cute spot!! Thank you Rita for helping us have the most perfect day!

Looking for a modern setting with reasonable price venue? Here is the right place. The venue is new and clean, big enough to fit 250 people party or wedding reception. You can also walk around the building, taking a lot beautiful photos. I love the parking space as well. It is right in the front of the building and it hug! Your guests don't need to worry where to park. Call Rita. She is so helpful and professional. She answered every question I had and responded right the way. Big thanks to her!!!

Our wedding at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center went very smoothly. I worked with Rita Elias to help organize my our personal vendors since we didn't choose a package. Rita was very helpful and even help us find vendors that they use. The staff at the venue was very kind and accommodated our needs. Rita was also able to help us coordinate the rehearsal and flexible when it came down to choosing the time. I would definitely recommend this venue for both ceremony and reception needs.

One of the biggest reasons we hosted our wedding at Chaffey College Community Center was because of Rita. She was truly a pleasure. She was professional, organized and helpful. All of the "preferred vendors" she provided us were amazing and spoke highly of her. Our wedding went amazing and she was a huge part of that. Many of the same preferred vendors also provided us discounts because of our wedding location. One of our best decisions in planning our wedding was to have our wedding at this venue.

We loved this venue. So easy to have your guests arrive for the ceremony and stay and enjoy the entire night. The garden area for the ceremony was beautiful and the hall was absolutely breathtaking. It looks like a five star hotel at a fraction of the price. Rita the coordinator was so helpful from our first meeting till the very end of our party. She was on top of every detail and answered all my 1000's of questions. With her help our party was an absolute success. We are still getting compliments about how everything was perfect. Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was. Book this venue, you & your guests will love it!!!

I do not know where to start!! Rita is amazing, she's very organized on top of everything and very helpful. There is nothing negative I could say about their services provided at this venue. I can't say enough good things about the venue and Rita Elias. I booked my venue over a year in advance so I had a lot of time to plan and communicate with Rita Elias (venue coordinator). She was always very sweet and responsive to my numerous e-mails. The venue is beyond gorgeous, you don't even need to go to a park you can take your pictures there. The architecture is breathtaking and my guests haven't stopped raving about it. They loved the various areas such as the courtyard, the living room area where we had the photo booth and open bar set up and the reception area for dinner and dancing. There is also a beautiful bridal room where I had my makeup touched up and where I had a photo shoot with my dress and bridesmaids. The bathrooms are super clean, the air conditioner works great and my wedding was 300 people and everyone fit comfortably. Rita went out of her way to accommodate our needs the day of. We had an unexpected rain storm and she let my family and bridal party go in early to finish setting up and to get out of the rain. She let us take the linens the day before and even put all the linens on herself, truly a sweetheart. If you want a beautiful venue, a responsive and professional coordinator and a day to remember then definitely go with Chaffey College Chino Community Center. You will not regret it and I booked a lot of their recommended vendors and they were all very professional.

This is a great venue with both outdoor and indoor options! Affordable, great parking, and beautiful outdoor space for pictures! Rita is very helpful in the wedding planning process also!

Rita, Rita, Rita! I would have never made it with out you. Your facility is gorgeous, I got so many great compliments, but overall your personalized service is where the value lies.
You truly were so helpful and a blessing in disguise.
A few of my vendors were late and she jumped in and helped as much as she could.
She was very accommodating with my lateness and lack of organization skills, lol, sorry.
Her recommendations were always welcomed and because of her great relationships with vendors, everyone was so accommodating and happy to work with Rita.
The venue is clean, and kept clean through out the whole event.
Honestly, if not for the great garden area and the spaciousness of the venue, book this place just to work with Rita, she really is everything everyone talks about and more♥

This venue is beautiful and you get a lot for the price. Not only was Rita super friendly but she was also very helpful and gave me some tips on how to keep wedding costs low. I would definitely give this venue a look if you want something affordable that looks like you spent a lot of money on.

The venue was so beautiful and big. Everything about this venue is amazing! Rita Elias, the event coordinator, does an amazing job! She is there for all of your needs, she helps you keep up with your vendors, and she is there to answer all your questions. She supervised the event on the day of and she did absolutely amazing, the day wouldn't have gone as planned had it now been for her.

From day one Rita was the most professional and helpful person we could ever hope for. Our event was a true success and we had a fantastic day. Every detail was taken care of and the support Rita gave us was beyond our expectations. The Chaffey center in Chino was such a great place and I highly recommend this location. Rita is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional yet very approachable. She responded to us very quickly every time we needed her. She took care of welcoming and coordinating the vendors and having everything set up as we requested. We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but Rita's friendly and positive attitude greatly alleviated that stress. We remember going up to her a week before and telling her we were worried, but she assured us the wedding would turn out great. And it did! The venue is beautiful and is a great deal if you're a chino resident. It's more affordable than other locations, but still looks great. It's a perfect venue for a wedding because it has a courtyard adjacent to the banquet hall.

After deciding on a short engagement (one month) we were quick to decide on our favorite venue. After viewing photos online and reading reviews we were set on the five Cs; Chaffey College Chino Community Center. Throughout our whole experience, Rita was always helpful and courteous to us, even when we would call or email multiple times a day. We went with their list of vendors for catering and linens, they did not disappoint! On our wedding day, everything worked out so well. What little hiccups we had were easily corrected and Rita was there to see that everything went as planned. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Rita and would recommend the Five C's to anyone looking to have a beautiful indoor / outdoor event.

Professionalism at its best. On behalf of Ayala Spirit Booster we would like to say what a pleasure it was working with Rita. So often you work with customer facing employees and they have no idea what customer service is. The service Rita provided us was outstanding. She took time to walk along side of us during our banquet planning and give ideas and suggestions that made our banquet the best banquet the Ayala Spirtleaders ever had. I recently had my wedding reception here and had the pleasure of working with Rita! She worked with me side-by-side and helped with any questions and concerns I had. We only had 6 months to plan my entire wedding and I had no idea what I was doing. I'd never been to a wedding before much less plan my own! Rita kept me at ease and always had a professional and friendly demeanor, regardless of the number of times I made changes with vendors!

In regards to the vendors, they were all amazing and incredibly helpful and flexible. Rita made sure we got the best deals and did all she can to help us stay at our budget (which wasn't too big). Rita even petitioned to have the courtyard rented for free rather than pay the extra fee! Another amazing thing Rita helped us out with was allowing us to set up the day before the wedding and gave us an extra two hours. It seemed like every time something unexpected happened Rita was there to save us! She was ALWAYS 5 steps ahead. We even forgot to rent coffee cups and she was more than happy to offer us the center's.

Months after the wedding my family and I are STILL talking about how amazing the reception was. We definitely got our special day exactly the way we wanted it without breaking the bank.

PROOF that you don't need to spend a ton of money to have a memorable wedding day, all you need is an outstanding event coordinator like Rita, reasonable organization and follow up skills, loved ones and comfy dancing shoes and your wedding will be amazing!!!

Also, there's ample parking and if you mention you found them on WeddingWire they give you the bridal room free of charge!

We celebrated a 80th Birthday at Chaffey College and did business with contact person Liz McCain, from day one Liz was very helpful in all areas. She went over and beyond to help make our celebration a memorable one.
Unfortunately that day we had bad weather and Liz gave of herself and added special accomodations for our guest. We will difinately use this venue again and have recommended to others.

We held our religious center's Annual Gala at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center and were very please with the level of service we received. Elizabeth was great to work with and was extremely patient, especially since we had many last minute changes.

This was our second event in 3 months at this venue and we will be hosting more events there in the future.

The venue was so elegant and clean. My guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue was, and the lobby and courtyard are a huge plus to the venue. Rita was always responsive and very helpful. The day of the wedding she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and to ensure our wedding went as planned. Our wedding and reception occured exactly as planned. Elizabeth and her team worked with us and accomodated all our requests. Since this was a first indian wedding and reception at the venue, there were alot of questions, uncertainities, and obsticles in the way, but nothing that could be resolved in time.
The venue is quite large and accomodated 250 guests easily with ample space remaining. The courtyard is quite beautiful, and so is the entire facility. There is plenty of parking.
The facility is in great condition (only a few years old), and the price value is great compared to holding the events at nearby hotels.
Elizabeth is very professional, punctual, and responsive. We would love to work with her and make use of the facility for our future events.

My husband and I just got married here a month ago and we absolutely loved it!! Rita Elias was such a HUGE help in the wedding planning process! Finding a reasonably priced wedding venue these days is hard. I think that Chaffey College Chino Community center is the perfect place for a wedding and any other event. We had our wedding ceremony and reception there. The venue comes with chairs and tables for the reception a bride room is also available. Everything else will have to be vendor out linens, food, ceremony chairs, flowers, etc.

Rita the event coordinator is really good at recommending food places we went with los Portales and the food was amazing. DJ, linens and chair rentals, Flowers, Cake and a clean up service. you can set up the day before we had some problems with this because two weeks before an event was booked the day before so we were able to set up at 10pm before the wedding. However the morning we were allotted time. I had hired a coordinator for the set up so my "Vision" would be set. I recommend this because no bride has time to be setting up! Blake Miller is who coordinated from me and you can get her info from Rita. but her is her number also 909 816-2568.

This venue is perfect for the DIY bride I had a theme and it came out perfectly. Rita is really nice she does a lot of the behind the scenes work with the vendors and taking care of the overall facility. she will sit and meet with you a few times prior and make your floor plan. I would defiantly recommend hiring a day of coordinator to help keep things running smoothly or it would be chaos.

I was worried about taking pictures at the venue but there are a lot of places to take pictures after. I will post and send my photos to Rita for future brides to see and get ideas.

Overall the facility is really nice and basically new! you have a lot of flexibility in creating it how you want it to be. I had nothing but compliments from guests!! So what are you waiting for book your wedding with Rita today!!

The Venue is beautiful. It is clean and in very good condition. The lobby is amazing and made the perfect space for our cocktail hour. There is a very nice brides room (although a bit small) with a separate bathroom which was very convenient. It would be nice if it had a grooms space too.
Having the outside courtyard and the banquet space together in one location was perfect for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. The grass area would be better if they could improve the leveling of the ground. And although the trees were nice they are place in odd places for a wedding ceremony.
Rita (the venue coordinator) was very easy to work with, she walked us through each step of the process and did a great job following up with us. She was always available and worked to make all our requests happen. Rita made me feel like she was just as excited as we were for the wedding. She is a wonderful asset for this facility.
It is great to have such a fabulous venue available in our community.

I was the first wedding to have their wedding there. Location was beautiful. They had just build it and it was fantastic.

the BAR however, had to be by their managing company... Impressions Catering. After meeting with them several times, and when my husband met some of the vendors at our venue prior to the wedding, he speciflcally stated that our family liked a specific type of beer and to please not run out of it. In 15 minutes when my reception had began, they ran out of the beer that my new family enjoyed. They ran out of pretty much everything. Not once did they attempt to call and apologize for the inconvience or try to compensate us for the inconvience.

On my wedding day, the facility forgot to set up the courtyard for the ceremony, causing my wedding to start an hour later. This was stressful. All my guest had to wait in the lobby area that was reserved for my bridal party. They saw the bridal party and some of them saw the bride before the ceremony. Other than that, the facility is the perfect place to have both the ceremony and reception.
