    Wonderful Wedding

    For our wedding we ended up choosing Celebrity Limousine to transport the wedding party to and from the church to the reception venue. They were awesome. The driver was amazing and very polite. I wouldn’t hesitate using Celebrity Limousine in the future. Wonderful experience all around!

    Customer Service!

    Prior to scheduling our trip, we called Celebrity Limousine several times with various different questions. This company was very professional and answered all of our questions. We asked if we could come to their location to look at a couple of different vehicles that we had narrowed it down to and they didn’t hesitate to allow us to do this. We finally made a decision and booked the vehicle. The whole experience was a pleasure and the staff made us feel like valued customers. On the day of our wedding we had a few last minute changes and again the staff was awesome with making sure everything went smoothly. Celebrity Limousine really helped to make our special day great!

    Excellent Experience.

    Celebrity Limousine provided transportation for our wedding and the entire experience was amazing. They were courteous and very accommodating.

    Good service, they provided at the last minute (it rained). Over priced. They only took us 3 blocks and charged $200 for a minimum of 3 hours. Too bad, but we needed them. There were no other vendors that would just do a transport for a minimal fee.

    We did not us this vendor for a wedding, but we used him for transportation for a special trip around bourbon county. We had a party of 10 and no air conditioning for 8 hours in the month of August. We were told that he would try to fix the air while we were at a tour. The driver was very nice, but was unable to fix the air. The people in the back of the van were miserable. I asked for an adjustment to our bill and the owner said that the air conditioning was out of his control and the air was working when it left his business. We asked for the air to be turned on, once we entered the van because the air was hot and humid. The air did not work. I should have known this company would not be a good one. I had to ask the owner 3 seperate times to email me the contract. He told me he had emailed it several times, but the email was not in my spam nor in my in box.

    Rude owner

    The day started out great! We were having fun celebrating my friend's 30th Birthday. The driver was super nice and everything was going fine. At our first stop, the driver asked my friend for payment (Not when we were at the location he picked us up at). He had a piece of paper that he needed her to sign, which had her credit card information on it. She asked the driver if he could run the card. Her husband was at work in Richmond, close to where we were picked up. Had she been informed that they needed payment up front, we would have had the driver stop at her husband's work to pick up the money. Since she was not informed of this, she told the driver he could run the card, and she would sign whatever she needed to. The driver said okay, and we kept going. The second destination, the driver asked again for payment, and again, she told him to run the card. At the third destination, the driver asked for payment again. Being concerned that he had her card information and kept asking for cash, I advised my friend to call the company to make sure the driver wasn't trying to pull a fast one on her. This is our third time renting a limo, and neither of the two companies we used before demanded cash payment up front, so she called as a precaution, NOT because she didn't want to pay. She called, and very politely asked the owner if she needed to give the driver cash, and he IMMEDIATELY was rude to her. She explained to him that her husband had all the cash and could not leave work to drive all the way from Richmond to Versailles, especially since they have the credit card information on file. He tried to tell her that he couldn't run her card, because he needed a signature. My friend and her husband are business owners, and I am one of their employees. We run cards over the phone almost daily, and just require a signature when our service is complete. She explained this to the owner of Celebrity, and he INSISTED that she give the driver cash now, or the driver would be told to leave. She asked why he needed the cash right now, and why he couldn't wait until the end of the night, since the driver wouldn't be able to deposit the cash right away anyways, and the owner said he would be meeting the driver to pick up the cash as soon as he got paid, which in my opinion, is extremely unprofessional. After asking him numerous times to run her credit card, the owner finally told her he could run her card, but he would be charging 5% more to do so. My friend accepted the 5% charge because we were doing a tour of the Kentucky Castle and she had already missed 30 minutes of it due to the owner's incompetence. She informed the owner that she would be writing a bad review because his lack of customer service was unacceptable, and his response was, "If you are going to do that, my driver will leave now!" The driver did not leave, but stayed and continued to provide us with excellent service. He went above and beyond for us, and we only wish his boss hadn't been so rude. When we got to our final destination, we met up with my friend's husband for dinner, and he was so upset when he heard about the experience his wife had, that he wrote a review. Another girl that accompanied us also wrote a review, and then my friend wrote a review. The owner's arrogance ruined, what would have otherwise been, a fantastic night. This guy is so bitter that he even went so far as to post bad reviews on our business Facebook and Google pages. He has never bought anything from our business, nor would we have treated him badly if he did. We pride ourselves on customer service, and we go above and beyond to make sure our clients are satisfied, maybe we are too naive, but we expect other local businesses to treat their clients the way they would want to be treated. The owner of Celebrity Limo would have had outstanding reviews if he had just ran the card, no questions asked, and didn't argue with the birthday girl for 30 minutes about a policy that was never made clear to her.

    Do not use this company!

    I booked a party bus from Celebrity Limousine for my wedding on June 1, 2019 and they showed up on my wedding day with a completely different bus than I paid for. A school bus really! No phone call ahead of time, no apology, absolutely nothing. After promising all of my friends and family a real party bus (they look great on their website, but they really may not exist at all...), I was pretty upset to get something completely different. When I returned from my honeymoon I called to try to have a civilized conversation about how they would make amends for their mistake. I was hung up on. I offered to pay the driver for his time. I offered to pay for the gas used that day. But the owner kept saying "I'm in the business of making money" and would not even discuss giving me some of my money back for the product I never received. He was speaking in a condescending tone, yelling, and eventually hung up on me. How sad that I gave my money to a local business and they don't know how to treat their customers. Brides, do NOT use these guys. Even after I inquired with them in December and they claimed they had me scheduled, I had to follow up 6 or 7 times just to get a confirmation email. I should've seen the red flag about their lack of organization from the beginning. If you need to rent a bus for your event, go with a company who treats their customers better.

    Horrible customer service

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. So I will try to make this short but it will be worth the read so you do not waste your money them. We went out for my sisters 30th birthday. We had long day planned to stop at winery's. Well when the driver first picked us up, he did not ask for any money so we thought we did not have to pay until the end. Which would not be a problem what so ever to pay at the beginning but we were never told that was the case. But every stop we made after that, the drive kept asking for cash right that second. After over and over my sister kept telling him "my card is on file, please run it that way or you'll have to wait until later to meet up with my Husband for the cash" Because I mean, who carries $1000 in cash on them anyways. Finally by the 3rd time the driver kept asking for cash, my sister called the owner of the company to figure out what the problem was.... WELL THAT WAS THE WORSE IDEA EVER.The owner was soooooo RUDE! My sister kept saying to him "Sir I do not know what the problem is, just run the card on file" But no, they really insisted it to be cash for whatever reason. THEN the owner said " If you do not pay the driver right now I make him leave you there" WE WERE IN HOUR OUTSIDE OF LEXINGTON. So basically, he was making my sister cry on the phone and she completely missed the tour of the castle so there went another $20 down the drain. (but we know he isn't going to refund her for that). My sister also made a comment saying "I'm going to give you a bad review" THEN the owner replied with "Oh then I make sure the driver leaves you there" LIKE WHAT!! He was going to leave 10 girls without any rides. Well we finally got it all figured out and whatnot. When we got to dinner, we told my brother everything that was going on, so he then wrote a small review saying "Very rude & disrespectful" WAIT UNTIL YOU READ THE OWNERS REPLY TO THAT. I will copy the picture of the response below. He was so rude back to him. Our family comes from working in customer service and never in a million years would we treat out customers that way with such disrespect. We are completely disappointed. Our friends were about to rent from them for her Bach party and now she knows not to even waste her time. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

    Absolute nightmare. Wouldn't return phone calls after we gave the owner our credit card number. I left SEVEN messages, none were returned. The last message said that if I didn't hear from him within 24 hours, I was going to book someone else. So we booked another company (Thoroughbred Limo was AMAZING despite the fact that the owner of Celebrity trashed them over the phone). Celebrity sent a limo to my house the day of the wedding after we had already left for the church (with a flat tire no less!) and charged us anyway (despite the fact that we NEVER signed a contract) Complete disaster, STILL fighting to get them to credit us back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
