I had a wonderful experience at Caryn's! The staff was helpful and not overbearing. I worked with Victoria who had wonderful advice and made me feel very comfortable. They also have a great maximum limit on alterations that they will charge. Currently it is $195, which I think is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for bridal or prom dresses.

The staff at Caryn's bridal was absolutely amazing! Going in, I had no idea what style I was looking for. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond until I found my 'dream dress'. The staff is wonderful and the dresses are one-of-a-kind. Phenomenal experience!

My experience at Caryn's Bridal was one to remember. The service was outstanding! All the props go to Lelia Rice. She found the dress that ended up being the perfect choice and she also knew exactly how to accessorize. She had the eye for picking the veil and headpiece that made my outfit exactly what I had always dreamed of. She was very professional and made the whole time we were there fun. I like how she asked me my opinion of the dress in the dressing room after viewing it to my mom, sister, and grandma so she knew exactly how i felt about the dress. Not only did she help find the dress, she picked out several styles for bridesmaid dresses that I am strongly considering and are so in sync with the theme/look I'm going for! I will highly recommend Caryn's Bridal to any future brides and would like to give a special thanks to Lelia Rice for making me feel like royalty.

I had a very bad experience with David's Bridal in Richmond Virginia. Several women from my job told me about Caryn's Bridal. I emailled them and received a phone call within the hour. They have very flexible hours so my appointment was made on a Sunday. The sales associate Victoria was great. I was very excitted about the experience because they made me feel like a queen. They asked me questions about my fiance and life. They focused on the style that I liked. They also helped me dress, which was tough for me because I am very short. The facility is gorgeous. The deals were wonderful. I loved my experience with Caryn's Bridal. Go there if you are having a special event, you will love it too.

My experience at Caryn's Bridal was awesome! Lelia knew exactly what I liked when I didn't even know and suggested a veil and a headpiece that I ended up getting along with my dress. She was such a big help! Thank you Lelia. :)

I met with Cindy to try on dresses for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. My mom, MoH, Mother in Law and Jr. Bridesmaid went with me. I had a short conversation with Cindy about my style and how I had scoliosis and wanted a dress that would hide that, it couldn't have been more than a 5 min conversation, and she said she had this great dress she wanted me to try on. I tried the first dress she mentioned and I knew it was the one. We continued to try on different styles of dresses but I still knew that the first dress was the one. Now, my mom is very opinionated and had her own idea of what I should be wearing but Cindy helped me keep her at bay, and giving me encouragement when we were trying on the dress. Cindy was a great asset and I can't recommend her enough.

Though my wedding has not yet transpired, Caryn's was extremely helpful. Tori Evans gave of her time in the selection of my gown, veil, headpiece, jewelry, and MOH's dress. My dress has been ordered and is expected to arrive by May. We are preparing to order the MOH's dress. I look forward to a continued relationship with Caryn's as we prepare for my fittings, etc. Interestingly, I am a Pastor and usually not involved in this aspect of planning for a wedding. What a nice place to be and what an awesome opportunity to work with Tori!

I got my wedding dress at Caryn's, the store was absolutely beautiful! All of ladies were very helpful. Leelya (spelt wrong) made me feel relaxed and helped me calm down a little while I was trying to find the dress that I loved. She was great! Emily helped me find my bridesmaids dresses, and we all love the bridesmaids dresses. They arebvery professional and know what theynare doing. I want to thank Caryn so much for everything that she did her store is beautiful and I cant wait to visit it again ;-)
