Poor Customer Service
If I could give Carters Family Rentals 0 stars, I absolutely would. This company displayed horrible customer service today, when they were called out to measure for a Tent Rental Quote. The technician, Lori was rude and condescending to my elderly mother. Lori also lacked the basic knowledge of “tables and chairs” available to fit inside the tent. If it’s too much to explain to your customer, carry a pamphlet to show the options available for rent!!! I called to speak to the owner of the company, whom sounded half asleep on the phone and defended Lori’s procedure and poor business acumen. I’m sure they aren’t the only “show in town” and will gladly take my NY coins elsewhere!!!!! PS- I’m pretty sure you were turned off by the melanin in my mothers skin. If have have more than half a brain, you will comprehend. Toodles!
