Affordable quick quality service
From the beginning, Carmen was understanding and helpful. She helped us stay on budget while creating the look I wanted. She was honest about what I could get and not, and her transparency helped us make a deal in a VERY short time span. She went above and beyond by including extra arrangements and helping us set up decorations that were not flower related. She was professional and kind every step of the way. I pray for her and her family, what a wonderful group of people. -

Carmen is the BEST!
I am so happy with my decision to use Carmen for my wedding! I was very particular about a certain rose I wanted and she made it happen. They were gorgeous! Carmen was easy to work with and always so polite! Thank you for making our wedding day so wonderful and beautiful! -

Pick Carmen
Carmen is a blessing that every woman needs in her life, especially on her wedding day. With Carmen, I not only got the world’s most beautiful flowers and arrangements; I also gained a friend who was supportive, caring, creative, artistic and so much more. She went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her.
I had a morning wedding in January 2019 and Carmen was there early ready to go. She had everything labeled and organized, everyone knew which flowers were theirs, and every detail was in place. Morning weddings are chaos and she made everything smooth, easy and stress free.
We all need some support during the craziness that is wedding planning. Carmen is always quick to reply to any email or phone call I gave her, reliable and trustworthy with anything and everything, and her creativity and talent is breathtaking. My guests raved at my wedding about her beautiful creations and all my table arrangements were taken home by guests who couldn’t stop complimenting how much they loved her work. She transformed my wedding into a masterpiece and made my vision a reality. Her work speaks for itself, it’s that good.
She works with you, and brings so much joy to the entire process! Planning and details get stressful, but Carmen made the flowers a memory with my mom that I will treasure forever. Pick Carmen. She will the best decision you make for your wedding, I know she was definitely mine.

Exceptional
Carmen is an angel. We worked with her in 2016 and ended up postponing our wedding until end of 2018 - totally different concept. I tell everyone the flowers were my absolute favorite part of the wedding. She made them awesome and was so supportive every step of the way. -

Fantastic florals

Bell Tower Wedding
When I first saw pictures of Carmen’s work, I knew I loved her style and beautiful arrangements. However, I would never have expected that my wedding flowers and rehearsal dinner flowers were even more beautiful in person! In addition, Carmen is the most kind, thoughtful, and delightful person to work with. I cannot recommend her enough. She made my wedding so beautiful and was such a highlight of my wedding planning experience. -

It is amazing how you can show me ANYTHING that Carmen has created and I automatically love it. Everything Carmen created was high quality, tastefully done and just beautiful. She went above my expectations in everything. My bouquet was breath-taking and I had so many compliments on the cake that she decorated with flowers. She added to my special day being just perfect. I recommend her to any bride in Houston! Her prices are fair and what you are getting is art because she puts her heart into her work.-

Carmen was amazing to communicate with throughout our wedding planning process. After our face to face meeting, we saw Carmen's passion for her work and we were very confident going into our wedding day for her quality of work. She was also accommodative with our extra requests for boutonnieres and corsages. She was, by far, very affordable compared to other florists that we had quotes from. Carmen is amazing!!! She sat with me for 3 hours helping me pick out each individual flower I wanted in my bouquet and floral arrangements... and then when I changed my color scheme a few months later she helped me AGAIN! I could not have been happier with how all of the flowers turned out. Everything was perfect! -

I love Carmen! She is so incredibly talented. I made numerous trips to visit her and calls to check-in and she was so sweet and so helpful each time. Carmen definitely is busy BUT she treats each of her brides SO special. You are definitely not "just" another bride with her. I appreciate all of her work. Carmen did an AMAZING job with my flowers. She went above and beyond to do exactly what I had wanted. I wanted peonies in my bridal bouquet, and Carmen said that since my wedding was at the very end of peony season, that she would try her best!! A few days before my wedding, I received a call from Carmen telling me that if I still wanted them she could get them for me! I was so excited! When I saw my bouquet as well as the bridesmaids bouquets, I was in awe of the talent Carmen has.
When my husband & I walked into our reception-both of our jaws dropped at how absouletly beautiful the arrangements looked. You can definitely tell that Carmen puts her heart and soul into each of her arrangements. She is wonderful!!!! Thank you Carmen!!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great reliable florist who does everything she can to ensure that her customers are more than happy! -

I just got married on the 7th of May in Missouri City, TX. I was looking for a florist to do my ceremony flowers, I found Carmen's Floral Designs and when I saw the 5 stars review I immediately called her and booked an appointment. Ms. Carmen is an amazing vendor. She answered and catered all my needs. She went above and beyond. My altar flowers, my aisle flowers and my sweetheart table centerpiece was very beautiful and elegant. The flowers were so fresh. And the colors were vibrant. Carmen is very talented and I would recommend her to anyone! She is extremely responsive and reasonably priced. I got far more florals at my wedding within my budget than I expected. She even has centerpieces and a relationship with a linen company that has amazing and unique products. It's really a one stop shop. We sat for a long time and put together a plan for my wedding. I sort of new what I wanted but she helped make my wedding far more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Once we got closer to the date of the wedding, I made a few last minute changes but she was patient and flexible. She even threw in a couple of complimentary pieces. Carmen is absolutely fantastic. If you're looking for a great quality florist with reasonable prices, she's your girl! -

Carmen is an amazing florist. She is very personable and listens to what you are wanting. She is not outrageous in price. She will give you options if you are indecisive. She made all the bouquet, corsages, boutonnière for my wedding. She also did my center pieces for my reception tables. She is very knowledgable of the different flowers so if a flower ends up being out of your price range she can suggest another that looks similar. I would definitely use her again. I would also highly recommend her to all my friends and family. -

Carmen is absolutely incredible. Not only are her flowers incredibly beautiful, but she is a joy to work with! I have always had a difficult time making decisions. When I met with Carmen for the first time, I told her the color of my bridesmaid's dresses, and told her I wanted jewel tone floral arrangements. She immediately started showing me picture upon picture of her previous work, and she used her creativity to make my vision come to life. I was so excited on my wedding day to see the flowers. When she arrived at Briscoe Manor, my breath was taken away. The flowers were even more beautiful that I had imagined. The effort and time she spent putting my arrangements together was obvious. I couldn't have been happier. I've been married for 3 weeks now, and my bouquet still has some life left in it! I am still enjoying it. Carmen turned my wedding into the fairy tale every girl dreams of. I look forward to being able to work with Carmen again in the future. She is personable, accommodating, professional and amazingly talented. -

I cannot possibly praise Carmen enough. She made the entire process of choosing/ordering flowers absolutely stress-free. She has an amazing personality and is willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She is extremely thoughtful and responsive. I changed my mind about a billion times during the process (yes, I was one of those brides...), and Carmen was so flexible and so kind about everything. My sister hired Carmen for her wedding and told me "Ashley - you cannot possibly get married without Carmen and her flowers!" and BOY was she right. I will tell all of my girlfriends the exact same thing. -

I heard about Carmen through a coworker of mine that used her for their wedding. Carmen was extremely responsive and flexible since I had to stay within a budget. Carmen made my bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaid’s bouquets, and 2 boutonnieres out of succulents, carnations, and orchids. She also decorated our wedding cake with stunning purple orchids. When I met with her I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I didn't know how much everything would cost and what we could actually afford. She was very helpful and gave many suggestions and ideas. Her main concern was getting me the best flowers for my wedding for what I could afford. She was very kind and you can tell she loves what she does. I was impressed that she was leaving to go out of the country the day after my wedding but still was willing to take on my wedding. My bride and her groom go to college in Louisiana and Carmen worked so well with my daughter on her schedule with meeting with us and by email and kept everyone in the loop with emails and phone calls The flowers that were used were just beautiful and the roses held up so welll! All you need to do is say what you are thinking about and Carmen does her magic and you get twice what you pay for. Church and reception hall were every brides dream! Even at the last minute we needed baby breath for the chairs at the reception and Carmen came thru for us and knew just how much was needed. Ohh my god, what can I say about Carmen and her flowers. She is amazing and her work is just breath taking!!! Her flowers made my wedding unforgettable. When I met with Carmen she was the sweetest woman I have ever met, she works from home and in her office she has so many thank you notes from all of her clients. She has tons and tons of pictures of her work, which by the way are amazing! She loves what she does and it really shows in her work. I talked to her about my budget and she said she would work with me, she gave me suggestions to keep the costs down, she was very professional. The day of the wedding she delivered the flowers on time and stayed a while to make sure the flowers looked their best. When I showed up to the Gazebo, I was truly amazed at how beautiful the flower arrangement were and how beautiful my bridesmaids looked with their bouquets. I absolutely loved my bouquet, I only wish it could've lasted forever lol. Carmen was amazing! The flowers were absolutely stunning and beautiful. I received several compliments from guests and even the venue coordinator shared that she would now be using Carmen for her events.
Besides providing beautiful flower arrangements, bouquets, etc. Carmen went above and beyond as a florist for our wedding day. She was very knowledgeable on what would be needed for our wedding day and provided great recommendations and options for us to choose from. She also was very flexible and helpful when we decided to change the wedding ceremony indoors due to rain. We had originally planned to have the ceremony outdoors. She provided last minute columns, urns and shepherd hooks to hang flowers on in the church. She also made last minute flower arrangements in the back of her car to accommodate the venue that she felt would help finish decorating the reception hall. Both the church (wedding ceremony) and the reception hall where beautifully decorated with flowers. It exceeded our expectations.
I would highly recommend Carmen. She is a pleasure to interact with and is an artist with flowers! -

I am not an imaginative person by any means so Carmen helped me see things visually by showing me her many pictures of her arrangements and by arranging some flowers for me herself at her house. This helped me see exactly what my bouquet was going to look like on my wedding day. She helped us fit all of the flowers we needed in our budget and didn't pressure us at all to go over it. We called her 2 weeks before the wedding in a panic needed a couple of small flowers for the boutonnieres and she ordered them right away, no questions asked and she didn't even charge us for them! She was a very nice lady and I would recommend her to anyway. Her prices are very reasonable and since she owns her own business she truly cares about your flowers. -

I could not say enough to explain how thrilled I was with not only the flowers on my wedding day, but the whole experience leading up to it as well. Carmen was so easy to work with. I appreciated that she focused more on my vision than her own creative process like I found with other florists. My bouquets and table settings were lush and reasonably priced. Not only did Carmen do a fantastic job with my flowers the day of the ceremony, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Carmen is extremely helpeful, freindly and honest. She does not try to upsell she truely wants to give you a beautiful day. Going in to my initial appointment I wasn't sure what I wanted, Carmen had files and files of pictures and threw out some amazing ideas to help guide me to what I wanted. People are still talking about the flowers at my wedding I definitely reccomend her for anyone having a wedding in the Houston area. -

Carmen did a wonderful job on our flowers, which were blue and white hydrangeas with ivory vendela roses. We wanted an elegant and understated reception, and her centerpieces matched our décor perfectly. The bouquets and boutonnieres were also beautiful. I was concerned about using all white flowers in my bridal bouquet, because my dress was ivory, but Carmen used a combination of white and ivory flowers that complimented the ivory dress.
When I first met Carmen, I was unsure what type of flowers I wanted for our wedding. She spent several hours discussing options with me and looking at pictures of her previous events. Carmen has a lot of ideas and experience, which was a bit overwhelming at times, but I am glad I trusted her suggestions. On our wedding day, everything looked beautiful. We had a morning ceremony (10:30 AM) and her delivery and arrangement of the flowers went smoothly. -

Carmen is AMAZING!! Flowers weren't really my thing and while I love seeing them, I wasn't the type of bride who needed a specific flower type to make my wedding perfect. Carmen helped me develop beautiful bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids! I wanted to add some purple into my bouquets and she came up with beautiful arrangements without breaking my bank. After sitting with her for an hour discussing flowers and seeing MANY different bouquets that she had done, I was confident that she knew what she was doing and helped me pick out the perfect bouquets. After speaking with her, my husband wanted me to look into other florists in order to compare pricing. I took my time (a little TOO much time) looking into other florists and decided that Carmen had a very good price for the flowers I was wanting. However, I made this decision about 2 weeks before my wedding (that's close, I know!). But I called up Carmen and she was on her way out of town however she took the time to discuss what options I had. I spoke with her after the weekend and she was so helpful and worked with me to get everything together.
Due to the short notice, she wasn't able to deliver, but I had a family member pick them up from her house. She gave us explicit instructions on how to care for the flowers before the ceremony. When the flowers reached the venue, I was speachless! For such short notice, these bouquets were more beautiful than I ever thought possible. Carmen really is a miracle worker and her flowers are worth EVERY PENNY!! I really appreciate all she did to get me flowers on my wedding day! -
