I highly recommend hiring Caridad for your wedding! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted during the trial, and went above and beyond with attention to detail. On the wedding day she arrived early and completed hair and makeup for me, 2 bridesmaids, and my mother who were all extremely happy with their looks and got many compliments. Our hair and makeup lasted all day/evening without any touch ups! We wanted natural looking makeup and hair that would withstand the island humidity, and Caridad delivered exactly that. Caridad was so easy to work with, from all aspects. We did a trial a few months before the wedding, which I would highly recommend. We were able to make adjustments in real time to make my wedding look a dream come true. She took very professional notes at and after the trial to ensure perfect replication on the wedding day. During the wedding morning, she arrived on time and remained on time for all of the services throughout the morning and early afternoon. Everyone was so please with their hair and make-up; me especially! She gave me a perfect "natural glam" look that lasted all the way through my afterparty. Would highly recommend her!!

Simply the best!
Working with Caridad was truly a highlight of my wedding week! During my trial we spent hours together perfecting an up do with my naturally curly 4A hair. Caridad patiently and expertly pivoted until we had my dream wedding look. On my wedding day Caridad left my mom, 86 year old grandma, Mother in Law and bridesmaid feeling and looking beautiful. Caridad is a total professional hair & makeup artist. She is very organized and responsive. She went above and beyond on my wedding day to make sure I felt and looked like a princess. She worked with my mother to ensure she felt comfortable in her look and made my MIL's dreams come true. She can envision what would look great on you and also take your feedback as she understands your happiness is what matters. She also helped put my dad's tie on and fixed his hair to ensure everyone looked great. I cried for at least 30 minutes between the ceremony and the reception, and my makeup was intact. I felt so beautiful and like myself. My day wouldn't have been the same without Caridad.

Caridad is a top notch professional! Very responsive, organized, and on top of every detail. She is also such a lovely human, so kind and compassionate. She did my bridal H&M as well as my mom and MIL. My MIL had never had her makeup done professionally and was a bit scared but Caridad listened to her and also got great intuition on what she was dealing with and did such an amazing job with her, she looked gorgeous! I wanted a slightly heavier makeup than we had done at our trial and she was able to tweak things and make it exactly how I wanted on the day of. Turned out so beautiful and I sweat and cry a lot, but this makeup made it through it all. Loved working with Caridad, would 100% hire her again and recommend for any bride.

Natural Glam at its best
Caridad was wonderful to work with. Her calming and grounded presence is what ever bride needs on her big day. She takes her time and is not rushed, which means an early start time, and I was so grateful to have that precious time with my mom and sister. Her expertise and experience really shines through her work. She was able to take the photos my mom and sister showed her and apply it to their features. Additionally we did a last minute hair change from my trial and of course she was able to make it perfect. What I appreciate most about her aesthetic is that she makes you feel like the most elevated glam version of yourself. Her makeup up feels light and airy which is a win in tropical weather. HIRE CARIDAD TODAY! She did my sister's wedding and now mine! She and her team were absolutely amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She also did a great job of keeping me calm and relaxed and reminding me to enjoy this moment. It was easy to do that when she took such great care of not just myself but also my mother and bridesmaids. She listened to what I wanted as a bride and made sure that vision came to life. My now husband loves a more natural look, but I still wanted to feel bridal at the same time. Caridad did that and beyond. She also was so easy to talk to and very easy to coordinate with throughout the entire process. She even stayed a little extra to make sure our day was just perfect. If I ever do a big event, I would fly her to California to do my MUAH again! Highly recommend!

Where to begin with Caridad!
I was so fortunate to book with Caridad only a little over a month before the wedding and thank God I did! Coming all the way from New York I was very hesitant to book with a hair and make up artist without a trail. I have very thick hair, and as a woman of color, I have had difficulty with previous make up artists matching my foundation. I looked through Caridad’s work and decided I would trust her with my special day.
When Caridad and her team made it to Aguada all the way from San Juan, my fears were immediately calmed. She has such a calming presence and friendly nature while reaming highly professional (very much needed on wedding day!). She had me perfectly on time, even after switching things on her last minute. She was able to do hair and makeup on 6 different women with all very different skin tones and hair textures and we all looked beautiful and were so happy with her services. It poured the whole night of our wedding and my hair and makeup looked perfect for the whole night! Not only did my hair makeup look FLAWLESS, she felt like part of the family by the time she was leaving. I only wish they were able to stay and enjoy the wedding with us!

Caridad was amazing to work with! She’s extremely professional but also very personable. She spent over 3 hours during the trial session making sure I liked every detail of my hair and makeup and then created a second look for that night to make sure I didn’t look “the same” during my rehearsal dinner.
She’s also an amazing listener and will walk you through the process to make sure you are happy with everything! I had never gotten extensions and she made sure they were comfortable and I knew how to take them off later that night.
She did my H&M (bride) as well as both mothers and the maid of honor. She got there early to set up all the make up and stayed until the bridal party left for the church.
If you want a classic natural look that will last all night- she’s your person!!!

Perfect Hair & Makeup All Night Long!
Caridad went above and beyond to make me look so beautiful for my special day. My hair and makeup were perfect all night long - and in the rain forest! We had or wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre. I was worried because my hair is normally really frizzy in Puerto Rico but my hair was perfect. She also did my bridesmaids' makeup and they kept getting compliments all night. My bridesmaids all have different skin tones, but Caridad knew exactly how to match different shades and still make everyone look uniform. While she was doing my makeup and hair trial, she gave me some helpful tips on different foundation and concealer. She was such a pleasure to work with and very professional with many years of experience. I highly recommend Caridad for hair and/or makeup for any special event that you have in Puerto Rico!

Most talented makeup artist!
Caridad is the BEST in Puerto Rico hands down. I was very lucky because she was recommended to me very early on in my wedding planning process, and I was able to snag her before she got booked up. She was easy to communicate with, professional, and not crazy expensive - fair! I flew to Puerto Rico for a food tasting at my wedding venue, and met up with Caridad for a trial. Needless to say, I booked her on the stop. Thank you Caridad!

Beautiful hair & makeup
Caridad helped make our wedding so beautiful. Planning a destination wedding and handling everything over the phone/email can be difficult but Caridad made it very easy. She accommodated having a trial day just 1 day before our wedding. She listened to the style that I was looking for in terms of hair and makeup and when the time came, she was able to achieve the exact look that I had envisioned. She also made my daughter look and feel so beautiful.
Thank you again Caridad for making me have that wow factor at my wedding and transforming my vision into a reality.

Awesome makeup and hair artist
Caridad is great at what she does! Caridad was absolutely wonderful from the start of our planning process all the way through to our wedding day. She was consistent in her communication with me via email and a few phone calls. I live in NJ and so I wanted to have all vendors in PR. Caridad was recommended by our wedding planner Rosalina Torres. I had her do my hair and makeup for my trial and wedding as well as my bridesmaids and my mother. She did an incredible job. My makeup lasted all day and night. My crown stood in place the whole evening. I was given compliments all day and night. It rained the day of my wedding and Caridad was able to help me keep my cool as best as possible hahaha... I highly recommend Caridad for makeup and hair for your big wedding day!

Excellent Service!
We held our ceremony at the Condado Vanderbilt, and Caridad came highly recommended by our wedding planner at the hotel, Ms. Tatiana Espinosa. Caridad did not disappoint. Caridad was absolutely wonderful from the start of our planning process all the way through to the end of the ceremony. My wife and I live in New York, so planning a destination wedding can have some unique challenges -- but Caridad made this process much easier with her consistent communication and flexibility (especially as I made various changes throughout the planning process!). Caridad was certainly the consummate professional, and helped make our special day that much more special! I could not recommend Caridad and her services more highly!

She made feel SO beautiful!
Caridad is not only a genuine, caring soul, but her work as a makeup artist is unmatched by anyone else. I am really happy to have hired her for my wedding day. She, along with an assistant, worked on two mothers, 5 bridesmaids and myself on the morning of the wedding. We all had different types of hair and skin tones, and she was able to make each one of us feel incredibly beautiful. Caridad did beautiful make up on me, and she also helped me create the exact hairstyle I wanted - which lasted all night! I brought in hair extensions and she knew exactly how to place them and to keep them intact even after everyone was pulling me in for hugs all night.
I truly recommend her for any bride. She was exceptional.

Caridad did an amazing job for my wedding. I hired Caridad to do hair & make-up for my two bridesmaids and I. She was on sweet, on time, efficient, and able to create the hairstyles and looks that we requested. My ceremony was at the San Cristobal fort, which is notorious for being windy, and my hairstyle stayed in place, while still maintaining a soft and romantic style. I highly recommend her.

Made me feel like a princess
Caridad Vidro is truly a beautiful person. I did a trial with her and instantly I knew I had chosen well. She did my makeup exactly as I wanted it. She did multiple hair do's so that I was sure about what to chose on our special day. Her type of makeup is very natural, makes everyone natural beauty pop even more. On the day our wedding she made me feel calm. I never once felt anxiety. We laughed and I enjoyed every second of my preparation. I recommend her 1000%.

I will say the one thing that got my attention with Caridad Vidro was, she was many preferred vendors list for makeup & Hair. I made the decision to contract her based on this. An incredible talent
I hired Caridad Vidro to do my hair and make up for my wedding, as well as that of the bridal party and certain female relatives in attendance at the wedding. She was absolutely amazing, as was her assistant, Elsa. She arrived at the bridal suite at 6:45 a.m. full of sunshine and stayed with me until 3 p.m., when I had to leave for the church to be married. Her work was impeccable - she gave me the most beautiful make-up and hair and took into account my wishes, as well as her artistic impression of what would suit me best. Everyone commented on what a beautiful job she did and I felt beautiful and confidant on my wedding day, which was everything. She did equally marvelous work on the other girls in the suite. And perhaps just as important, was her wonderful disposition. Instead of being nervous on my wedding day, Caridad felt like a friend who chatted with me for 8 hours beforehand. I walked out of my bridal suite with moments to spare before my wedding, and was the picture of calm. Everyone should feel so amazing on their wedding day. I would recommend her to anyone without the slightest reservation.

Caridad is great, she is very talented with hair and makeup. Caridad and her assistant showed up on time the morning of our wedding and were both so personable and friendly. They did hair and makeup for myself and two bridesmaids, and makeup for my Mom. Everyone's look turned out great. My Mom was nervous to get her makeup done after a bad experience with my sister's wedding, but she absolutely loved the look that Caridad gave her. Thank you Caridad!

Caridad was AWESOME to work with. She's so great at what she does, but she's also an absolute pleasure to be around.
I hired Caridad for both my hair and makeup. I asked her for a boho look with beach waves and had a halo-style hair piece I wanted to use. My hair and makeup were both on point- maybe even better than I expected. She needs minimal direction to achieve the look you want.
Besides that, she was a pleasure to spend a few hours with. She gave me a lot of great travel tips for Puerto Rico including which towns to check out, where to stay, eat, etc. I wish I lived in Puerto Rico so I could hire her again!

Caridad is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond her role as a makeup and hair artist. We wanted to capture the sunrise for our elopement photo shoot at 7am, so we had to get ready by 6am to drive to the destination on time. I was extremely happy that Caridad was able to accommodate our schedule. She was willing to come to my Airbnb and start her work at 3am!!!! As I had no maid of honor or bridesmaids to help me with my dress, she was happy to do so! I am glad to have her there to help me pick out my earrings, help my husband tie his bow.She really made sure I look stunning for my photo shoot. Caridad deserves more than 5 stars :)

If I could give Caridad a higher rating than 5.0 I would in a heartbeat! Very profesional, responsible and she instantly knew what I wanted and gave some advice when it came to picking a hairstyle for my wedding (I had trouble deciding). Like other brides mentioned, its not easy planning a destination wedding and not knowing what you will get when you arrive in Puerto Rico a few days before your wedding! I hired Caridad for a 20 th Anniversary Wedding Vow Renewal and my Wedding Makeup and I were not disappointed. Prior to the wedding she kept in contact with me via Email and I sent her pictures of what I was thinking hair and make up was.She texted the day before the wedding to confirm everything.The morning of the wedding day she showed up on time, was energetic, very professional & kind, and really knew her stuff, as well as had all the latest and greatest products to use. Everyone said it looked beautiful and it held even after sweating through a beach ceremony and pictures on the beach. Caridad came recommended to me by our planner Maria Lugo; I was looking for a natural look, as I do not usually wear makeup and Caridad delivered! We communicated during the months before the wedding via email; we went over hair and makeup options as well as planned the hair and makeup trial. When the day came for my trial Caridad showed up right on time and was professional and super friendly. She made me comfortable and it felt like I was sitting with a friend not someone I had just met! She is very knowledgeable and was happy to share tips and show me how to apply every product she was using (yes, things most people learned in their teens I was learning in my 30’s). I have never used fake eyelashes before and I have to say I really liked them. They were not heavy at all and they made my eyes look more dramatic. The morning of our wedding, she arrived at 7AM to set up along with her assistant Elsa and began working on me immediately. She and Elsa moved on from me to my mother, aunt, niece and best friend seamlessly. The time flew by and we enjoyed every minute; we joked and laughed the whole time. The work Caridad and Elsa did was Amazing. Everyone looked beautiful. Our hair and makeup withstood all the challenges of Puerto Rico’s climate that day; it started out hot and sunny then later in the evening rainy and humid. If I could have Caridad personally, do my makeup every day I would be set! I cannot thank her and Elsa enough for the great job they did!

I got married on 05/19/2018 and I was fortunate to have Caridad Vidro as my make up and hair artist. She did my H&M trial and she was great and demonstrated to be really good at what she does. If she was good during the trial, she was the BEST during my wedding day. She and her assistants arrived at my house on time at 6:30AM and they spent the whole day doing the H&M for my Mom, Maid of Honor, the majority of my Bridesmaids and me (The Bride). For the ones that she did not do the hair, she made sure that their hair was perfect. She was very professional and demonstrated her knowledge when selecting the best product choices for all of us considering our skin type, color, hair type, etc. She listened to what we wanted and provided her input. Her assistants were also very professional and knew what they were doing. My skin type is combination with some acne marks and a wrinkle here and there :-). The end result was the absolute best: our hair and make-up stayed put all afternoon and night. It looked natural and not overdone. Our hair felt soft and looked natural. There were no issues with anything. IT WAS ABOSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! If you are getting married, please please please use Caridad Vidro... you will not regret it.

Oh where do I begin with this one….Caridad Vidro is a godsend. To anyone planning a wedding in Puerto Rico and in need of hair and makeup, she is the one. She was suggested to me by my wedding coordinator. And I couldn’t be happier that I made the decision to book her services. I started following her work on Instagram and fell in love with what I saw. She did the most amazing job on my hair and makeup. And not to mention on my princess as well. My hair came out exactly how I envisioned it. She made me feel so beautiful, so calm and stress free. I would love to give Caridad 100 stars!!! If you are planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, you must have her do your hair and makeup. She will make you look (and feel) like a supermodel! I found Caridad on Instagram and Wedding Wire and also stalked her for a month before we decided on a few weekends to have our wedding. Once I knew she was available on our dates, I had to book her. You will not be disappointed! She is very funny, sweet, caring, and so fun to be around. I am happy I was able to do a trial a few days before my wedding, but I knew I was in good hands and would have been just as happy if I didn't get to do a test run. Caridad Vidro did an absolutely amazing job with hair and makeup for myself as well as my bridesmaids. She is not only an artist, she is a perfectionist! My hair and makeup lasted the entire evening, which is incredible!! She is very talented, but she is also a fun, warm, and kind person. On my wedding day I wanted to feel relaxed but have fun with my bridesmaids while we got our hair and makeup done. Caridad was amazing!!!

Caridad is absolutely an angel. She worked with us for our wedding just last week. Since it was a destination wedding, she came to our room 2 days before for my trial and spent as much time with me as I needed to ok everything. Since I normally don't wear a ton of makeup, she knew exactly what I wanted without even describing the look. And my hair.... gosh.... it was gorgeous! She is a saint and if you don't hire her for your wedding, you are missing out. I felt like she was part of our family after the week and cried when we had to say goodbye. Caridad is a master and I'm so lucky to have found her for my destination wedding at La Concha Resort, San Juan, PR. I was not able to travel to PR for a trial makeup session. I was a little nervous at first, but from when I first met Caridad and her assistant, Elsa, I knew I was in good hands! Looking for a makeup artist for a destination wedding can be a very scary task, which is why I am SO glad I found Caridad! Who did my hair and make-up for our destination wedding in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico and did great! We highly recommend her! She is well worth it!
Prior to our wedding, we did not arrive from UK until day before wedding, since I didn't have the time for a trail, I had a trail in UK and sent her pictures and pictures of other styles similar to what I wanted. From the first email to the wedding day Caridad remained professional and positive and takes her work very seriously, she puts her heart and soul into creating the perfect look, also being very organized and takes her time to listen to exactly what you want, while providing her professional insight and helping to create the look you have envisioned.
Caridad is simply amazing! She and her lovely sister Elsa arrived early at my hotel room and we established rapport very easily, they made me feel at ease they rapidly setup everything and got started.
Caridad is truly an artist! She is so kind and easy to get along with and so talented!
She made me look even better than I was expecting she even worked with the hair piece (clip in) that I brought with me giving me fuller up do hairstyle. My hair stayed in place through the heat and dancing and my makeup didn't smudge despite tears and sweat!!
The best hair spray “glued” by Got2b on my fine hair it never moved all day and night! Which Caridad did love. They do a travel size too.

Caridad is truly phenomenal! I first used her for my hair and make-up for my engagement photos in old San Juan, which took place about 10 months before my wedding there. I looked so incredible that I couldn't wait to have her do my hair and make-up for my wedding too. I honestly didn't think I could look any better than I did for my engagement photos, but I was wrong. She beat my highest expectations on my wedding day. I felt absolutely stunning. I would give anything to have her do my hair and make-up on a daily basis, but seeing as how I live in Kansas City that is just not an option. Being a black bride is not easy. Especially when you're going to have a destination wedding and you can't afford to fly anyone out to do your makeup. Then adding in the fact that you have nine members of your bridal party - most of who were black women of different shades and hues. It's a pretty big deal. But then my wedding coordinator, Rosalina Torres of Momentus Special Events and More, suggested Caridad. We hit the jackpot!
Immediately, Caridad was on top of it! She responds to emails quickly. Her emails with her services and directions are clear and concise. There's no confusion. There's no what should I do.. It's clear and for a busy bride - IT MATTERS! Caridad tells you what to wear and what not to wear and creates a schedule for your bridal party. She keeps this part of the wedding day moving like a well-oiled machine. Her prices are reasonable. She's flexible with any changes you need to make. Simply, Caridad is the consummate professional.
On my wedding day, July 16, 2016, Caridad and Elsa came and they got to work. They were friendly and happy to be there. They talked with each person. We joked. We laughed. We had a wonderful time. You felt comfortable. You felt like you were among friends.
And get this - her work is WONDERFUL! Every bridesmaid looked beautiful! The mother of the bride was radiant! The teens were dolled up perfectly! Everyone's makeup was natural. Not too dark, not too light. It matched them so much so that they just looked beautiful. Not over done. Not like they were at the wrong event. Caridad enhanced their beauty and every picture of them, so far, has shown it. And for me, the bride, I looked like a bride. Like I was star of the show but it was so delicate and perfectly applied that it was flawless.
You cannot go wrong with Caridad! She's versatile, flexible, talented, friendly and just all around wonderful. It was the icing on the cake to see how well she worked with my photographer, Rafy Vega. She's a team player. THANK YOU!!

I found Caridad online initially and when i saw she was on my wedding coordinators vendor list I chose her for our hair and makeup. She was very flexible with me when finalizing last minute head counts for hair and makeup on our wedding day. Her and her assistant came about 45-60 minutes after the time they told me and my girls to be ready. One of my bridesmaids was not satisfied with her hair so they redid it and still had plenty of time for me to get my hair and makeup done. We all looked soo beautiful I was extremely satisfied! I would recommend them to everyone getting married in PR.

I got married on June 11, 2016 at the San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino and Caridad was amazing! Caridad is, without a doubt, one of my favorite people from our wedding experience. Of course you want someone who does makeup and hair professionally that will both look great and last a long time. She absolutely does that--knowing even better than you what is going to look great on you for your wedding day :) But I think the thing I liked even more about her is that she brings a sense of calm, happiness and positivity on your wedding day when you are running around frantic and surrounded by a million people asking you questions. She was also very flexible. My bridesmaids changed their minds on the day of the wedding when they saw what an awesome job she did on one girls hair so she was able to squeeze in one more person. She also even put a little cover-up on my now husband since he had a little blemish that he didn't want to show up in photos.
Also, way before we ever showed up in Puerto Rico, she was one of the best vendors in quickly responding to emails. This is VERY helpful when you are trying to manage multiple vendors from far away and don't have the chance to meet face to face.

She did hair and makeup for my wedding day and made everyone feel beautiful and pampered. By the end of the day, I felt like we'd been friends forever.
I didn't make a trip to Puerto Rico before the wedding, so I had a very limited time to do a test when we arrived. Caridad came to my hotel and spent several hours with me. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made suggestions of her own, ultimately coming up with the perfect look.
She and her assistant arrived on time on our wedding day and were such fun! Her assistant even went out and got treats -- traditional Puerto Rican delicacies! We only had one hiccup -- they got behind and our wedding started about 30 minutes late because she was still fixing the flower girls' hair. Though as a control freak, I would normally lose it -- I came to realize that PR time is a bit more relaxed. In the end everything turned out perfectly.
Everyone's hair stayed in place through the heat and dancing. And my makeup didn't smudge despite tears and sweat!!
Despite, the delay -- I would book Caridad again in a heartbeat!

I used Caridad's makeup services for the bridesmaids, my Mom and myself on October 9th, 2015. She is a true artist. I was not able to connect with her for a make up trial. But I was told from several vendors she was one of the best in Puerto Rico. I also looked at her work online and liked the simple yet classic look she is known for.

I hired Caridad based on a recommendation from my wedding planner or my destination wedding at La Concha. She is reasonably priced, and above all a fabulous make up and hair artist. I was pretty nervous at first since I didn't have the time to do a trial before hand, but I showed her a picture, and she made me look even better than I was expecting!!! I looked amazing on my wedding day, and didn't want to wash my face off afterwards! She even worked with the hair extensions (clip in) that I brought with me giving me fuller, longer hair. I wasn't sure what to expect in hiring a someone to do my hair and make up for the most important day in my life based on a recommendation from my wedding planner, but Caridad was better than I could have ever dreamed. She did a trial a couple days before the wedding which put me more at ease on the wedding day. I have naturally curly hair and she worked with me and listened to my ideas on how I wanted to do my hair. She didn't force a style on me and but still gave it her own touch and it came out perfectly. I have never had my makeup done professionally and really didn't think it would make that much difference. Boy was I wrong. I wish I could replicate what she did everyday! I felt like a princess. From the very beginning my experience with Caridad was nothing short of amazing. She was responsive to all my many crazy bride questions and very easy to communicate with via email. I did my trial with her when I was in Puerto Rico doing a site visit and was thrilled, she took the reins and suggested an option that would work with my requests and my veil and I was so happy. On the day of the wedding she and Elsa arrived right on time and had a plan for the whole day. They were so easy to be around and the minute you begin working with Caridad, you feel right at ease. Caridad was hired as my make up artist for my wedding in Puerto Rico at the Ritz Calton Resort. May I first say that she is a beautiful person inside out and she carried herself very professional. She entered my bridal suite with confident and experience and was able to match every single ladies complexion. We all were so pleased with her work. I live in NYC so I was not able to get a trial to see if I liked her work however, my bridal party and I were all so beautiful throughout the day. The makeup stayed in place for 10 hours and believe me it had to have been great products because I danced all night.

Caridad and her team were amazing! From the trial day to the wedding day, she was on time and listened to what I wanted...I have never felt so beautiful! Being a destination wedding for us, it was hard to decide who to go with from California, but because of her website, reviews and email promptness, I knew this was going to be a great fit! I am beyond happy that I chose Caridad Vidro to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She made my day extra special and did an excellent job with my hair and makeup. I received so many compliments. She did hair and makeup for me and my daughter and hair for my mom. We were all very satisfied with the result. Caridad was very professional and she was able to work with my budget. Highly recommended service for wedding hair and makeup.

I cannot say enough good things about Caridad. She is truly a talented artist. She did my hair and makeup as well as my mother's and my maid of honor's, and did either hair or makeup for my other 4 bridesmaids. She always pulled off amazing hairstyles based on the pictures or feedback provided and they lasted the entire day/night even after a LOT of dancing, and her make-up and hair withstood the humid head of Puerto Rico. I was even able to wear the same hair and makeup to the farewell brunch the next morning! Just had to touch up my lipstick and add a little powder and done. Six weeks before the wedding I had also done my trial with her and the results were equally stunning. Her make-up looks very natural and just brings forth one's natural beauty, you don't end up looking like a totally different person. You also can't feel the makeup on you, even the fake eyelashes, which didn't look fake at all and I could barely feel them. She also shaped by eyebrows beautifully, and was able to rescue them from a really horrible waxing I had had a few weeks prior. I just felt comfortable and beautiful the entire wedding thanks to Caridad.
Not only were her services amazing, she was an extremely fun and kind person to have in the bridal suite the entire day, and so was her assistant. Caridad is so much fun to talk to, and was extremely resourceful and prepared. She saved the day several times by having scissors and a ton of safety pins on hand. She was also very flexible and was able to accommodate all of our different needs and made sure we were all ready on time. She is a little on the pricey side, but worth every penny. If I ever need a professional stylist when in Puerto Rico, I definitely know who to go to. I highly, highly recommend her services.
