Captured every moment

We could not be happier with our experience with Capture the Moment Photography for our wedding! From start to finish, they were professional, fun, and incredibly talented. The company was great to work with over the phone, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. We were amazed to receive teaser photos just one week after our wedding, and they are absolutely stunning—we can’t wait to see the full gallery and pick out favorites for our album.

Dave was with me (the groom) from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, and I was so impressed with how decisive and clear he was in his process. He gave straightforward instructions and helpful advice, all while keeping things light and fun. He embraced the goofy, creative ideas from my groomsmen, which made the photo session not only efficient but also a blast.

Jess was with my wife from 9:30 am to 11:15 am at our home, capturing beautiful getting-ready photos with thoughtful touches like incorporating our landscaping and outdoor scenery. She later joined us at the venue at 12:15 pm and stayed until 8:00 pm, guiding us through first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, sunset, and evening photos. Jess came prepared with fantastic ideas and already knew the best spots at the venue to take breathtaking shots. She was not only professional but also a joy to be around, making the experience so much fun.

Both Jess and Dave brought incredible energy, laughter, and creativity throughout the day. It’s obvious how much they love what they do, and that passion shines through in their photos. We couldn’t appreciate them more and would highly recommend Capture the Moment Photography to anyone looking for exceptional wedding photographers. They made our day unforgettable and gave us memories we will cherish forever

Wedding 8/3/24

Our photographers Jessica & Vince and videographer Rob were an incredible team for our wedding day. They started with the girls at the hotel getting ready and stayed by our side all day capturing every moment. Capture the Moment works closely with Swan Lake and we felt so comfortable with them when they said they work a wedding there nearly every weekend. They knew all the perfect photo spots at the venue and even took us on a golf cart to secret spots. Through the planning process they were amazing at communicating with us and their premade shot list was super helpful to work with. The day of the wedding we felt extremely comfortable behind the camera and took all the photos we wanted within the time frame we needed. We received a beautiful preview of 200 photos within a week and can’t wait to see the final results of all photos and videos from our special day.

The best photographer!!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Capture the Moment. The planning was incredibly easy and they were all so helpful. We did an engagement shoot with them and the photos were better than I ever could have imagined. They got them back to us so quick and I couldn't believe how many different photos they were able to take in only an hour. For the wedding day they were early, efficient, and a great time to have around! We again were always ahead of schedule and were able to take more photos then I thought would be possible. We only saw a few teasers so far but they are the most beautiful pictures I have seen. I will be using them again for any photography I do in the future and recommend them for everyone to use!

Absolutely amazing

The entire team at CTM was absolutely amazing! They were so easy to work with, and made our wedding night photos seamless. I know we were worried at first that the photos would end up taking up too much time from the day/night giving us less to really enjoy but they planned it perfectly! We just received the teasers and WOW they came out better than we could have even expected. We are so looking forward to getting the rest back and would like to highly recommend using them for any of your photo/video needs.

Amazing and Professional!

Capture The Moment was amazing from the very first meeting we had with Jessica. Her enthusiasm and energy is infectious and something that made us feel a connection from the start! It was obvious to us that we had to use CTM for our photography. H day of our wedding she was kind, fun, and down for any and everything we asked for! JT was equally as professional and fun! Amazing!!!

I just got married this past Saturday May 20th. We had Jessica Nelson and Ina as our photographers from Capture the Moment. They were amazing. It rained but they still worked with us to take pictures outside when we could and the teaser photos came out beautiful. She makes you feel comfortable and the pictures came out amazing! Jessica is a pleasure to work with! Definitely highly recommend!

Beyond amazing

We had our wedding 1.6.23, Capture the Moment Studios was the first vendor we booked. We had experienced their work at our friend’s wedding last year and were amazing at how great the wedding video and pictures came out. They were a must-have at our wedding and they did not disappoint. Not to mention, their Instagram is filled with proof of the quality work you’re going to get by choosing them.

The owner, Anthony, was knowledgeable, he listened to all my thoughts / ideas— and was beyond thorough with making sure our day went according to plan. He made a plan A, and plan B just in case of weather, and made a detailed timeline of our day without us asking for it. His staff members that were with us the whole night were beyond incredible. They were on point, professional, they really made our vision come through. They made us laugh, they respected our time, and were amazing throughout the whole entire night. We could not have asked for a better crew.
We got some proofs the night after, and everyone has been saying it looks like its from a bridal magazine. I Couldnt recommend a vendor as highly as we recommend this one!!!

Stunning wedding photos

Capture the Moment Studios is the best photography team on Long Island. We had our wedding this past September and I was recommended to them through Swan Lake Caterers. I am so thankful I hired them for my whole wedding day! Jessica and Vince are both amazing photographers and did a great job! They both showed up on time ready to work and started taking shots. Unfortunately, they were not available for video on my wedding date so I had another team doing video. Vince and Jessica were so patient and professional with the other team and worked well with them. Im very grateful for that because that was something I was worried about during planning process.

I liked how Jessica took charge when doing bridal and family pictures. She was great at vocalizing where people needed to be and if they needed to fix there hair and dress. She was very attentive to detail and I loved that about her. While Jessica was taking pictures Vince had the shot list that I wanted with our friends and family. They coordinated it all so well and family pictures of 100 guests were probably only 35 minutes! They were so smooth it was amazing! Because they were so quick I got to enjoy most of my cocktail which is what I wanted and I’m so thankful for that. When they took us for our couples portraits around the venue it was so much fun. Even though we had been taking photographs since 9am it was a great time working with them. They did the traditional poses but then they had us do different ones which came out perfect! They were there for every part of the night. Vince did our sunset and sparkler photos and he did an amazing job. They are stunning!
I had a-lot of anxiety the day after the wedding related to the pictures and if I got shots that I wanted during the ceremony. I texted Jessica and she reassured me and she sent me a few shots to give me a little relief and it did. I really appreciate that of her. She really cares about her clients.
Jessica had my teasers for me the next day. When I got the teasers back I cried because they were so beautiful. They did a beautiful job, my whole wedding gallery is stunning. Vince and Jessica were truly a pleasure to work with and CTM is the best!! I recommend them 1000%.

Amazing!! So happy we used them for our wedding!

Capture the moment was amazing to work with!! Our photographers were Jess and JT and they were awesome! They have a planning form, so we had all of the people we wanted pictures with written out. They went down the list so smoothly, and suggested shots that I hade forgotten about or didn’t even think about ! I am 7 months pregnant, and they were very easy going with me and made sure to take it easy on me while still getting so many amazing photos! We have a 6 year old son, and they added so many creative shots with him in it! I have t gotten my photos back yet, but they uploaded 41 teasers to their Facebook, less then a week after the wedding! They were all stunning! I couldn’t believe how beautiful every single shot came out. Everyone reached out to me to tell me how beautiful the photos were. They took us around on a golf cart to all different scenery spots on the golf course of swan lake ! I am so grateful we had them as our photographers, and I can’t wait to see the amazing job they did when the rest of the pictures are ready!!

Ctm is amazing!

Capture the Moment Studios goes above and beyond to photograph the most amazing pictures for your wedding. My husband and I had Jess and Dave photograph our wedding day and they made taking photos so much fun! Jess also took our engagement pictures prior to our wedding and we were so blown away by how our engagement pictures came out we were thrilled to have her also photograph our wedding. Jess and Dave are incredible at what they do and make the whole process a breeze. They were also great at putting up with a very rowdy group of groomsmen and managed to get them in check during photos (Sorry you had to deal with them Dave!!) We got our sneak peek photos quickly and we are beyond obsessed with how they came out! My husband and I could not have asked for a better team to photograph our wedding!

Professional and fun!

This past weekend on January 15, 2022 We had the pleasure of having Inna and Dave from Capture The Moment be our photographers for our wedding. We have family and friends who have used them before that have all raved about them, but obviously as a bride you always hope you make the right decision when choosing a vendor as important as photos! From the start of the day, they arrived a few minutes early to each of our houses which was perfect and jumped right in. They did not rush either of us once, they asked for all of the items they needed and what we wanted them to include and not once did they bother us when we were getting ready or in the middle of something.
Inna and Dave were so professional and got things done so fast. They let me rest when I needed it and asked a my opinion and questions if I wanted to do certain shoots before doing it. They exceeded our expectations in every way. They also showed us some photos of things as they took them since they knew we were excited about certain shots. You will not be disappointed with capture the moment! Also, leading up to the wedding, the communication with the company was unbelievable and they even checked in the day before asking if I needed help with anything.

So nice we used them twice!

I can’t say enough about Capture the Moment and how amazing they were to work with. From the moment I met them, I knew this was the place to go with! Stephanie made us feel at home right away and listened to all of our ideas. When our wedding was affected by covid and we had to change our plans, they were so flexible and understanding. The whole team went with the flow and got amazing photos. We then used them this past year to take photos at our venue due to not having a big reception due to family health issues. They couldn’t have been more understanding and we’re always on top of communicating with me to make sure we were both on the same page. Our photos from both December 2020 and 2021 came out amazing! Now we have these beautiful albums combining pictures from both years.

Incredible! A must book vendor!

Genuine, fun and down to earth people to work with! They are truly the best of the best! My husband and I worked with them for over two years to plan our December 2021 wedding. Our original wedding got postponed, so working with this team for an extra year honestly turned out to be a blessing. They were there for us every step of the way and helped make a difficult decision and challenging year easier by supporting us through it all. They are spot on with their work and capture the pure magic that comes from such an exciting day. Jessica, JT, Antonio, Rob & Rae, we couldn't think of better people and a better team to have capturing such an important day in our lives. We appreciate all that they and the rest of CTM did to make our wedding as amazing as it was! Would recommend over and over an over again! We hope to work with them again in the near future.

Loved CTM!

Capture the Moment was amazing from start to finish! I loved having them as part of our day and was completely blown away by how many photos we got back and how amazing each one was. The kind of people you want around you on your wedding day

I looked around a lot for wedding photographers and eventually found Capture the Moment through High Voltage Entertainment. I’m SO glad I did. They use an electronic planning form which we loved. There are photo combination suggestions built in, like a template, that we really appreciated. They were so helpful with advice, ideas, and tips. They really helped us a ton figuring out our time line too. It was wonderful to work with the photographers and videographers. They brought so much fun and ease to our wedding day. While some vendors are difficult to get in touch with, Capture the Moment actually called me through the wedding planning just to check in. Capture the Moment and High Voltage work so incredibly well together and it made wedding planning so much more simple for us. Having both vendors was one of the best decisions we made for our day. They feel like a big family and they really care about their craft. I would recommend using both Capture the Moment and High Voltage to everyone.

Best photo/video team out there!

Capture the Moment could not have been any more perfect for our wedding day. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Capture the Moment was an absolute dream to work with. CTM checked in on us many times throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. Not only that, but they were incredibly accommodating after we had to postpone our wedding for a whole year due to COVID. On the day of the wedding, Jess, Dave, Antonio, Rob, and John were the absolute dream team! They were so fun to be around and were the ultimate hype people. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of cameras, but everyone made us feel like complete naturals. Each picture is beyond stunning and even more perfect than I could have imagined. CTM Made My Wedding a Breeze

Under the stress of a tight timeline and an officiant who was running late, Vince, Jessica, and Antony put us at ease, working through our wedding shot list in record time. I'm amazed they were able to wrangle me (and my cat!) up for all the photos with how much time I spent running around the property obssessing over every other detail. Vince even helpfully suggested retaking our "first kiss photos" when it turned out the microphone stand had been accidentally blocking us during the ceremony. Thank you guys so much!

Absolutely Amazing!

I have nothing but praise for the team here! We had 2 photographers, a videographer, and a lighting assistant for our wedding on 9/17/21. Jess, Dave, Rob & Albert made a great team, were super attentive, and made sure that they captured all of my requested shots!

One photographer went to where my husband and his groomsmen were getting ready, and the rest of the team came to my house where I was getting ready. Their coordination was awesome and really made for such an easy day.

We got our teasers back within 5 days of the wedding which we were SO excited about! While I haven’t seen the rest of the photos or the video yet, I will say that I believe all of the shots that I requested were taken, as I remember Jess constantly crossing items off of the shot list on paper as she was directing the photos to be taken.

10/10 would definitely recommend! I’m definitely going to be using them for any events/photo shoots that I have in the future!

SO Great!!!

I had such a great experience working with capture the moment! They are beyond professional but also such a good time. We had two photographers, Jessica was amazing! She worked with me and my girls to take getting ready photos and made me feel so comfortable in front of a camera. I loved her enthusiasm and excitement when she had ideas for shots. My husband and I had such a great time! JT was also equally amazing and stayed throughout the entire night taking so many photos. Anytime my friends or family wanted to take pictures on their phones he was right behind them waiting to take more pictures without me even having to ask. I couldn’t have asked for such an amazing team to document such an important day for me!

Capture the Moment Studios are great! My husband and I have used them for our engagement pictures, our wedding day, and now our postponed wedding celebration day. Jessica, who we had on our wedding day and celebration day, and Dave, who we had for our engagement pictures and our celebration, were professional, efficient, detail oriented, and made us feel so comfortable. FLAWLESS JOB!!!! talk about making us the stars of the show! Vince, Rob, Rae and Dave were so attended to us, literally capturing every moment of our day! From my getting ready, my wife’s getting ready, my dads first look, our first look, family pictures, amazing video shots! They were so patient with us with all the photos we wanted! They went above and beyond! Our guest were so impressed with how everyone was so nice and organized- again, they definitely took the stress off of us and made our day so flawless! Plus we had a drone- got amazing footage and we got a photo of all of our guest- one big group photo! We can’t wait for that- definitely a one of the many highlights of our day!

CTM is amazing!

Capture the moment was amazing to work with!! My fiance and I booked with Capture the moment back in 2019 for our 2021 wedding. After meeting with Stephanie and seeing their beautiful clear, light and airy photographs, we knew we wanted to go with them! Stephanie captured our engagement shoot photos and they came out so beautiful...she even was able to photograph our dog! On the day of our wedding, we worked with Jessica & Trish. Together, they made an awesome team! They were friendly, funny, calm and reliable. Our wedding was this past Sunday, and we have already seen a few "Sneak Peak" photos! Hands down the best company for photo and video!!

Capture the Moment is hands down the most amazing company I have ever encountered. We hired them for our wedding and it was the best decision we have made and are now so fortunate because the photos and video we will receive are what gives us lasting memories for years to come.

My husband and I were very worried that taking pictures were going to take us away from having fun with our guests and bridal party, but WOW our team made it unbelievably fun. Pictures didn’t feel robotic and staged it just felt like we were enjoying our day. We were lucky to have Jessica, Vince, Rob and Ray. All of them were genuinely sweet, attentive to our needs, and dedicated to really get the best shots!

Throughout the day and night they would show us a sneak peak of the camera and my jaw would just drop every time! They are the most talented people you could hire for your wedding! If I ever have an event that requires photo and video I know exactly who I plan to call. I recommend Capture the Moment to every bride and groom and everyone in between who wants amazing photos and video!!

I also want to mention that we were one of the many “lucky” couples to have our wedding postponed due to covid and Capture the Moment was incredible throughout the entire process. Many other vendors took advantage of this situation so the fact that they were sympathetic and helpful throughout the process, to me is priceless. Another reason this company is incredible!

Ctm is amazing!

Jess did our engagement shoot back in 2019 after we signed with them, and they came out stunning, and she’s also just a really awesome person and made us feel super comfortable (we’re definitely not used to being posed and photographed). After we got our engagement photos back, we knew we really wanted her to do our wedding photography, and let me just say, SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. AT ALL. Jess and Inna did an absolutely incredible job with all the photography at the wedding. They got us teasers back SO fast. The video team, John & Rob, did a fantastic job, too! They made sure that they captured SOO much footage at the wedding, and from what we’ve seen so far, IT’S INCREDIBLE. Such a talented photo and video team at Capture the Moment Studios.

As far as operations went, it was SOOO smooth. They are so organized! They have a form that we filled out to make sure that they captured all the pictures/combinations that we wanted.

I also want to shout out Stephanie even though she wasn’t our photographer, but she helped us a lot throughout the planning process!

The whole team treated us like family.

I highly recommend them for engagement shoots, weddings, or really any event where you need a solid team of talented photographers and videographers.

We’re already trying to figure out the next big event so we can have CTM there for photo/video! :D

We used Capture the Moment for our wedding in June 2017. We can honestly say they were one of our favorite wedding vendors! From the first time we met Jessica, we knew we had to use her and her team for our big day. Jessica and Trish took the most stunning pictures and Rob just captured the day perfectly with our video! We still watch the trailer! We recently used Capture the Moment again for fall minis with Jessica. This time she got the best pictures of our three month old! Truly amazing

We had some amazing vendors at our wedding, but CTM truly hit it out of the park. Connie, Jess and Rob are truly the best in the game. They are SO fun to be around and so down for anything. Our bridal party and our family can not stop talking about how much fun it was to take pictures with the team and even dance with them! This team will be ANYTHING to get the shot. Amazing Experience

My wedding was Friday, January 3rd. Stephanie and Jessica were both amazing and they LITERALLY captured the moments that I want to remember forever. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Capture the Moment. From the moment I booked with CTM I felt at ease. The planning process was so smooth, even when I thought I was going to lose my mind with some of the other wedding. Stephanie helped keep me calm, and organized.

The day of when Trish and Joe arrived they were fantastic. Helpful in every way possible. Not only were they absolutely professional and friendly but they made every person comfortable and captured beautiful pictures. Brought out best in the entire bridal party. Such a great team to work with.

Amazing!

Hiring the perfect photographer is essential for your wedding day. The trick is having a photographer who confidently conveys that every important moment will be captured and Stephanie and her team over at Capture the Moment deliver in spades. Patience and quality are two of the defining traits to the team here. Stephanie runs through your pictures swiftly but you never feel like it’s rushed. She clearly wants to get the best possible image while making sure you get to enjoy your day as well. Stephanie and her team are so swift and ninja like that you almost forget that there is a photographer roaming the dance floor.
As for the pictures themselves? Stunning. Stephanie sent us a teaser shortly after the wedding and the moments she captured are breathtaking. Not only did they evoke all the feelings from the day but framed and poised gorgeously. You could almost hear what was happening in the background as each moment is wonderfully preserved. Best Decision Ever!

Capture the Moment Studios was the best decision we made for our wedding day. All the staff were beyond amazing and made myself, the groom and the entire bridal party so happy and comfortable. Even my wedding guests were raving about the team! They noticed how organized they were and kept the day running smoothly. On top of all of that, the teaser photos we got about 1 day later, were breathe taking! We also used them for our engagement photos and they were the most beautiful photos I have seen! September Wedding

From the very beginning everyone we worked with at Capture the Moment Studios was professional. More than that though, we felt they really worked to make everything as easy as possible for us! A quality that was very much appreciated!

Our photographers Traci and David were a dream to work with. We just got our teaser photos back and we are so pleased! The photos are clean and not over-processed. They captured the sweet moments of the entire evening, the natural beauty (and lighting) at the beach and the classic grandeur of a traditional church wedding. We also appreciated the teams ability to grab the shots we were looking for quickly so we could get to the party with our family and friends!

Jessica and Connie of Capture the Moment took amazing pictures. We are incredibly happy with how our engagement and wedding pictures came out.

It was really impressive to see how quickly they were able to get the pictures we wanted. There were even a couple of times during the night where Connie or Jessica would be like, follow me, I want to get a sunset shot, and we would be out of the party for 5 minutes max so they could set up the shot, take it, and then let us get right back to the party. They also paid such awesome attention to the little details. At one point during our mass (I think right before our vows), my dress got tangled so Connie quickly came in to fix it before our vows began so that our pictures could show my train falling off the altar. I am so happy she did this.
We hired them really early on in the process so when we met Jessica, via skype, we did not yet have day-of schedule. She helped us create one during our initial meeting, which was great so on the day so we had enough time to both enjoy everything and get the portraits we wanted.
We found them through Swan Lake Caterers, our reception venue. They were one of about five photographers we interviewed, and we felt that Capture the Moment’s portfolios showed the highest consistency in getting great photos the most consistently (across weddings). We are very happy with our choice.

My husband and I truly cannot say enough good things about Capture the Moment. The photos and video that we received from them have been nothing short of stunning. They truly find a way to live up to their name and then some. Each and every photo is of such a high quality and make the moments and the scenery look better than I can even remember! Their creativity and level of dedication are exactly what you want in your photographer.

The overall experience with them was also fantastic. It was honestly a really fun day and they definitely helped make it that way. Taking photos never once felt like a chore. It felt more like we were enjoying our day with our guests who just happened to be incredible photographers! Their rapport with everybody was great and we got so many compliments from all of our wedding party and family members about what a great job they did, how organized they were, and how great they made the experience. They even came up with the perfect ways to keep our three-year-old flower girl engaged in the photo shoot, which was a major plus.

Capture the Moment completed every photo that we needed. We even used them for video. The video experience was just as wonderful and our video trailer was absolutely breathtaking! To top it off, they were extremely timely in the whole process. Within a week we already had our preview photos and a trailer video for our wedding only a couple weeks after. We received all of our photos (over 1000!) in about two months! They are incredibly timely and still provide you with the high quality of work. This was truly the best photography experience that my husband and I have ever had. They helped us relieve our favorite day with each and every picture and second of our video. Book with Capture the Moment. It will be one of your best decisions without a doubt.

My husband and I used capture the moment for our June wedding! I can not say enough about how amazing Jessica and her team were throughout the entire process! They were so easy going during the planning and quick with responding to questions/calls/emails. The day of the wedding Jessica made me feel so comfortable and calm as I am usually a nervous and stressed out person. She captured every photo I asked for and more! Not once did I ever feel like I was being Directed for pictures. She had everything running so smoothly with family and bridal party photos with enough time for extra photos to be done of my husband and I. We had requested sunset pictures during our reception and she made sure to come to us to let us know the sun was setting and would do photos only when we were ready! I have Already received my online gallery, photo usb, preview of video, and my photo album which have all come out perfect and amazing! They definitely take their time to perfect everything and they make sure your vision comes alive! Everything was exactly how I could have imagined it! I would definitely recommend this company 100%! We had Capture the Moment for our videographer at our wedding in September. They were amazing. The videographer was Rob and his assistant was James. Everyone at our wedding said they didnt even realize they were there because they were never in the way. Rob and James were so nice and were able to capture every amazing moment of our wedding. The highlight video was in our email within a few weeks and it was great to see what was to come. When we received our full video we were not disappointed. The video came out better than we could have imagined. Working with Jessica and Stephanie was a pleasure. They were in top of their game and never kept us waiting. Our wedding was 4 weeks ago and we had booked Capture the Moment after reviewing all of their photos and videos online. I had been recommended to Jess through a coworker and couldn’t be happier with our decision to book with her. From the first day we met with her we felt like we were lifelong friends. She made us feel at ease and comfortable and listened to everything we wanted and we booked her on the spot. The prices that they offered were incredibly fair in comparison to many other companies. We made the easy decision to book both Jessica and Connie, as well as two videographers for our big day.
When it came to our engagement shoot Jess and Connie made us feel so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their vision was clear, as they would quickly move us to a new location, move branches around, and just set the scene perfectly. We were thrilled with the way our pictures came out and received them only a couple of weeks later. They were all so great we had trouble picking out only one for our save the dates and went with 5 of them!
On our wedding day, Jess, Connie and their team were on time and immediately got to work shooting what they had to. They made the entire picture taking experience incredibly easy and fun. They made sure to capture everything on our list and knew exactly the best way and time to make that all happen. They were phenomenal with my two year old niece who wouldn’t warm up to the camera at first and were able to get her to smile and laugh in SO many pictures. The videographers were quick to bring us from room to room, filming shots that they showed us little previews of- which looked AWESOME! We just loved how great they all worked as a team, helping one anothers vision turn to reality. On a day that goes by way too quickly, Jessica and her team made us feel at ease that the entire day was captured, so we could go back and enjoy everything afterwards. Look no further, the entire team is fantastic and you will not be disappointed!

The crew at Capture the Moment made every step of the way a breeze! Very flexible and very nice!! The day went by so fast, but they made sure it would go smoothly. Capture the moment is willing to go above and beyond to make sure they get the perfect picture! It is nearly an impossible task to capture the beauty, the love, the emotion, the joy, and the everlasting vows of commitment and matrimony that a Bride and Groom share on their wedding day. Nearly impossible, but not impossible thanks to Capture the Moment Studios.

My wife Grace Ann and I married on July 29, 2017 after countless hours spent on planning our dream wedding. Most people hire a photographer, but we wanted more than that. We wanted to capture our day, not only in our memories, but on film to relive and share for the rest of our lives. Normally the bride writes the reviews, but I am so profoundly impressed by Capture the Moment Studios and the work of Jessica, Connie, Rob, and John that I had to make it known how stellar they were. The photographs, the VIDEOS, the professionalism and the creativity are the best I have ever seen, and while I am biased as the groom, I guarantee if you check out their website you too will be impressed.

From the pre-wedding meetings and discussing package options and pricing, to the morning of and meeting our personal videographers and photographers who captured us getting ready so perfectly, to the ceremony and reception where they saw everything yet weren't in the way, and to the finished products; sneak peak pictures the morning after, amazing video trailers, and more pictures to count, it couldn't have been any more perfect than it was.

To Connie and John- your energy and talent were such a comfort on the morning of the wedding, filming me and the guys getting ready. Jessica and her team at CTM were nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we met with Jessica we knew that she was the one for us. She was friendly, funny, reliable and very easy to talk to. We had met with many other photographers in both Manhattan and LI but when it came to the quality of work as well as professionalism none compared to CTM. We went with the bronze photo package that they provide which comes with both photo and video. The price couldn't be more reasonable for everything that was provided. We can't praise or thank Jessica and her team enough for all of their hard work and how enjoyable they made our day!

Capture the Moment was incredible from the second we booked them. Our engagement shoot went amazing and our wedding day photos and video were even more spectacular. I would book them again in a heartbeat!! Jessica and her team is very focused and made sure we got the special photos we were looking for on our day! I can't express enough how amazing Jessica and Stephanie were! We had hired someone else for our wedding and ended up with nothing but raw footage and no editing. I heard it Capture the Moment through my best friend and called them right away. Not only were they very affordable, but they were quick to respond and answer all of my questions. Once they saw the original raw footage it took less than 6 weeks to receive a trailer and fully edited video. I thought I would never have a video that I could easily watch to remind me of our day and CtM made it possible. I will forever tell people about my awesome experience with you guys ! (WEDDING) Let me start by saying that I am not an easy client to please when it comes to photos and video's. I'm very picky and know what I want. i swear, this team READ MY MIND! Jessica (the owner) and main photographer knew the best angles for my body, along with her second shooter Stephanie! They knew how to work around my crazy morning, and just really connect with me and my now husband. Her videographer Robert and his assistant are so incredibly talented!
Communicating with her via E-Mail has been quick and professional, even with my millions of questions!
I would pay any amount of money to have them again for a big event. My husband and I seriously could not be happier with EVERYTHING I could cry just thinking about how glad I am to have chosen this team!

I honestly don't even know where to begin. Jessica was amazing from the moment we sat down with her. She makes you feel so welcome and is so easy to talk to. Jessica and Stephanie were so responsive to emails and phone calls. We were definitely on a budget for our wedding, and the packages she offered us were by far the best prices I had seen anywhere. We got the bronze photo and video package which was exactly what we were looking for. Jessica and Rob did our e-shoot which was so much fun, and the pictures came out amazing. On the day of our wedding, they made it so simple. We did not do a reveal, so we were expecting to miss our cocktail hour all together, however they are so quick and efficient that it only took us 30 minutes to get all the pictures we wanted. We were able to enjoy half our cocktail hour and greet all our guests. The very next morning, they had put up teasers of our wedding day online. They were so beautiful!! I really cannot say enough good things about this company and how pleased we were. People are raving about our pictures and I am so in love with each photo, and that's all thanks to Jessica and her team at Capture the Moment.

Jessica and her team at CTM were truly a pleasure to deal with during wedding planning and even more enjoyable the day of our wedding. When we met with Jessica she was sweet, energetic, fun, and organized. We knew she was someone we would enjoy spending the day with and smiling for in pictures and video. Stephanie the office manager was always responsive through email as we live in Florida and did a lot through email and phone which made things very easy for us. The day of the wedding Jessica and her team were amazing and our bridal party had so much fun with them and so did we. The day after the wedding CTM posted a "sneak peak" on facebook which was so exciting for our guests and friends and family that were not able to attend. We received texts and phone calls non stop about how beautiful the photos were and how excited everyone is to see the reset and the video! Photos were amazing, working with CTM was a pleasure, and their prices are exceptional. You cannot find a photographer and videoagrpher this great at such a great price anywhere. We used CTM as our videographer for our wedding last month and could not be more pleased! Jessica and her team went above and beyond to capture our vision for our wedding video better than we had even dreamed! They even worked that day to help us show a clip at the reception which had our guests in love and in tears! Everyone was asking "who is your videographer we need to use them for our wedding!" We have watched ALOT of wedding videos when looking for a videographer and CTM studios truly shines out. The full highlight video looked like something out of the movies and we were truly blown away and cry without fail even after the 100th time watching it. Jessica and her team were so friendly and accommodating that day and made us feel so happy and comfortable! We cannot wait to see our full length! I am recommending this vendor to everyone!

We used Capture the Moment for our Wedding videographers on 5.15.15 and we absolutely loved them!!! From the first time we met with Jessica, we knew she would be the perfect fit for our Wedding. She was always quick to respond to any emails and questions we had leading up to and even after our wedding! On our wedding day, we had Jessica and Rob with us from start to finish! I did not want video at first and a few months before I changed my mind. I said after seeing so many great trailers that If capture the moment wasn't free, then I wouldn't have video. They were free(although another bride the same date inquired right after me) and the price was right. Jessica was so sweet I knew she would do amazing and she didn't disappoint me. I received my wedding trailer and she hit my vision completely.I loved it and so did everyone else. You didn't even know her or her assistant was there, it was great. no one was in my guests faces. Jessica and rob did a amazing job and would highly recommend them.

They were recommended to me through a friend of a friend of a friend and whatnot so I didn't really know what to expect. Saw some of their work and knew it was absolutely gorgeous. So my husband did not want a videographer. He felt like it was an unnecessary expense that wasn't needed. However, thankfully my parents paid for this expense. Thanks to LI weddings, I found Capture the moment and discovered that I actually knew Jess the owner- she went to my high school and graduated a year before me - funny coincidence. We booked with her right away and i loved her. she was so sweet and she understood what I wanted out of the video. She always responded quickly to my emails and messages. What's nice is if you pay cash she lowers the price by 100 dollars which in wedding world whatever you can take you take to save some money. Rob did our wedding video on our day because Jess was unavailable and he was great he really got some beautiful shots he was incredibly nice and professional to work with. I couldn't believe the beautiful shots he got. He would come up to us during the night to get some shots outside and he really worked so so hard. We got our trailer about a month after the wedding which we love our trailer and my husband was soooo glad we got a videographer! The way Jess edited it was so so beautiful and everyone said how nice it was. She also put all our raw footage on a hard drive we purchased for no cost and gave us as many copies of our final dvd as we wanted. No complaints here- there are so many companies who really run up the prices on the videos- Jess doesn't - she keeps it budget friendly and the quality is the same as if you paid 5000 or 10000 for it. I am so grateful we found her! Our final video was amazing as well. I gave Jess footage of our proposal because my husband videoed it on his phone and she put it on our video so we'd have it forever.

She's professional and subtle...no one noticed them all night (sorry, jess!! lol) yet the coverage she provided it was as if she was standing next to me all night. We decided to use Capture the Moment after meeting with several photographers. Jessica and Chris were so easy to work with and made us feel at ease upon meeting. We had 2 photographers and 2 videographers for the day and they were so so easy to work with. They were friendly and down to earth when working with our large families and bridal party. We loved their ideas for photos and they also entertained our ideas as well. They had a teaser album up the very next day after our wedding on Facebook. We are obsessed with them! Photography was the most important vendor in my search. We decided early on that we did not want a video so our photo's needed to be the best quality for the best price. I finally found Capture the Moment and after our first meeting was hooked!! I met with Jessica and Chris at my first meeting and they set me at ease regarding my tight timeline and really were so easy to get along with. The morning on the wedding Chris arrived (on time!) but with Matt instead of Jessica, due to illness, but in any event - Chris and Matt did a FABULOUS job. Both family and friends commented on how friendly and easy they were to work with. Only negative I would say would be that since I was corresponding with Jessica throughout the entire process, Chris and Matt did not have a copy of my shot list that I had sent to Jessica. So there were pictures I was hoping to have done with the guys, when I wasn't there, that weren't done. When we got to the venue my day of coordinator did give the photographers a copy of the shot list so we did get through it eventually. The teaser photos were up on facebook the next day and I am obsessed! My husband and I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures!!! Even though Jessica couldn't make it, I really would feel confident with anyone that works for Capture the Moment. Both Chris and Matt worked as a great team, suggesting poses and lighting, which made me comfortable knowing that between the 2 of them we would be getting the BEST pictures possible. From my experience so far, I would highly recommend.

My entire experience with Capture the Moment was FANTASTIC! From our first email exchange through the completion of my wedding video - each interaction was easy, professional, and enjoyable. I rave about Jessica's customer service every chance I can - and considering we never even met in person, that's pretty impressive! From the minute I met Jessica I was completely comfortable with her and her remarkable portfolio made me totally confident that she would provide me with the quality photos I was looking for... which she did. Jessica was such a sweet heart to work with. She always responded to my emails very quickly and made sure I was happy with my package. Two days after the wedding, we got our teaser video! I couldn't believe how quick she did it, and it was freakin awesome!!! CTM will deliver on your day!

Absolutely lovely company!!! My husband and I highly recommend them to any future bride and groom. We had two photographers -- one that went to the guys and one that went to the girls before the church. Both photographers were exceptional!! They really know how to "capture the moment". They were even videoing a bit, and didn't tell us, so that the video was candid (which we love!!).

The videographer was quiet, and we hardly noticed him throughout the entire day/night. You didn't have a bright light shining in your face! Our highlight reel was phenomenal, which makes us super excited to see our wedding video. Same goes for the sneak peek photos. They were very creative with photos, and really worked with what we wanted throughout the day.

Overall, you barely noticed they were there -- which is great when you are trying to enjoy a day that goes by WAY too fast as it is. The price was even better, and, compared to other companies, their work is better than the overpriced ones. Please do not pass up this company when looking for your photography/video needs!!

Capture the Moment Video made everything so easy and stress free throughout the whole planning process. They were extremely flexible and were able to accommodate any request me and my husband made. On the day of I barely knew that they were there. They did not disrupt any part of the ceremony or reception, yet still managed to capture EVERYTHING! When it came time to edit the video they were able to edit anything I asked and went above and beyond with taking my requests. Capture the Moment Video truly added a special factor to our day! Our wedding video is something that will be cherished forever thanks to them!!!

I used them for my video and photography.

Jessica was in constant contact with me, and answered any and all of my questions.

The day of the wedding, I had two photographers and a videographer. Everyone was on time and professional throughout the day.

I had sent some shots I really liked online and we recreated those.

They rock! Would highly reccommend them!!!

I researched a lot of vendors when looking for a videographer for my wedding and I can tell you that Capture the moment video is the best value for their quality of cinematography. Jessica is very friendly and is super talented. I told her exactly what I wanted, I even sent her some videos I found online and she nailed it. My highlight video was perfect! All my friends told me they cried watching it. Full length video was just as amazing. The camera guys were friendly the day of the wedding. Best part, I got my wedding highlight video less than a week after I got married. Full length video within 1 month. Amazing service. You will not be disappointed hiring them for your next event.

We used Capture the Moment as our wedding videographer and working with them has been amazing since day one. Jessica is such a sweetheart and has been great to work with. The highlight reel they made from our wedding was ready TWO DAYS after the wedding and is so amazing - we loved showing it to our family and friends. We just received our full length video from her as well and it came out amazing as well! Such a great wedding vendor! Would highly recommend!!!

For my husband and I's wedding day, we booked with Jessica at Capture the Moment video. We got the package with the two videographers, memory box, and dvd discs. Upon our first meeting with her, we knew right from the start that we made the right decision choosing her. Jessica is one of the sweetest women ever, and her professionalism was downright impressive. On the day of my wedding, she was kind and sweet and got right to work filming every aspect of the day. I can't wait to see the final cut, but I have all my faith in her because her work is sooo amazing!!!! DEFINITELY go with her for your big day!!

Jessica and capture the moment are the best vendor I dealt with in my whole wedding planning process! The package was very reasonably priced and came with 3 extra copies of the DVD to share with family. Jessica made up a preview video that I could share on Facebook less than a week after my wedding! She responsded quickly to every email I sent and when my DVDs got lost in the mail she took me at my word and sent out new copies right away. I highly recommend capture the moment for any event! Nothing captured my wedding better than her video

Jessica was wonderful! She listened to everything we wanted and made our wedding video something we will treasure forever! We had our highlight video in under a week and our full length in 3 weeks....the turn around was exceptional! My guests didn't even know that we had a videographer!
