    I would absolutely recommend Camera Studios to any groom and bride who wants to document their day. From start to finish the service I received was superb. I dealt directly with the owner, Ben, who walked me through all of their packages and offerings. He took the time to get to know me as a bride and my husband so that he could incorporate our style and family members into our wedding video. He not only documented my wedding day but also included my rehearsal dinner and prep before the wedding. I was blown away by the final video! It was one of the best decisions I made to hire Camera Studios and I look forward to working with them again on future projects!!

    Ben and Camera Studios did a great job filming and photographing our wedding. The preview video they made has had everyone in tears. Ben has great vision and talent. He was responsive and easy to work with the entire year leading up to the wedding. He took extra time to interview friends and family members to include in our videos. We did engagement shoots and were happy with the results. The day of the event, I never felt that they were "in the way" or demanding of our time. It was the exact opposite, I completely forgot they were around us shooting and filming us! Because of that, everything they captured has seemed genuine and "in the moment". I would strongly recommend Camera Studios to anyone looking for a photo/video service for their wedding. Ben has provided us with a service and product that is unique and personalized to our wedding, let him do the same for you!

    Choose Camera Studios! They are the best photographers I have ever worked with. I am a Project Manager and I feel like Benny out-project managed me on this lol. He was so communicative through the entire process. And he was the only vendor I was not worried about at all and left it all in their hands just due to how much they communicated beforehand. I was not disappointed on the day of.

    Benny was early on the day of the wedding, super relaxed, and really focused throughout the day on getting the shots we needed. More than anything benny's pre-wedding pep talk and meeting at the venue really prepared me for how quick the wedding would go and really just rolling with it, and he of course offered some pointers as well to problem solve beforehand. If you're detail oriented and want a pro then these are your guys.

    It was a great experienced working with Camera Studios. I was overwhelmed and was beyond impressed with Benny and expertise I received from them. Benny was such fun to work with. He's been in the business for many years, so he knows his stuff. I was very pleased with Camera Studios. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the photo shoot last April 2014. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so professional, definitely responsive and their quality service is AMAZING! I truly felt blessed working with them. Thank you so much for your help and I do hope to do photo shoot again with you one day. Camera Studios is perfect for any event. They are marvelous at what they do. Once again, thank you so much Camera Studio for the wonderful experience. I have suggested to my friends to have booked at Camera Studio.     Overall my fiancé and I had a positive experience with having our engagement pictures taken by Camera Studios. Ben and his team were very nice and easy to work with. We have never had professional photos done before and they helped us feel comfortable posing and having our pictures taken in public. They also stayed and took our pictures for an extra hour and a half without any additional charge which was fantastic. The quality of the photos is amazing as well; this was the main reason we chose Camera Studios as their photos were of much higher quality than the competition's. The reason we have decided to go with a 3 star rating is because we didn't really end up with the pictures that we wanted. My fiancé and I are going to have a beach wedding and wanted engagement photos on the beach as well. We told Ben and team to meet us near the jetty and pier on South Beach as this was the location we wanted pictures at but ended up meeting them at the park in between the beach and Ocean drive at their request. They had us pose and take pictures in the park for about an hour and while beautiful, this is not quite the location we had wanted. Seeing that neither of us have had professional photos done before we didn't see any reason to be concerned with the excessive time spent at the park and believed we'd still have plenty of time for pictures on the beach. After that hour a storm moved over and we had to take cover inside for a little while until it had passed. By the time we finally got to the beach it was almost dark and took maybe twenty or thirty minutes worth of photos. After the photos came out, we had many of us in the park but only ended up with three pictures on the beach and none near the jetty or pier. We were a bit disappointed by this and felt we had paid a lot of money to only get three beach pictures. We contacted the company about a possible reshoot and while they did offer $50 off the original price we were already at the limits of our budget.

    Everything was great until after our wedding.. We payed on time and in full. Its been 1 month since our wedding and all we've received was a link with our pictures which are very low resolution - KB. We were promised 3 drives with our pictures and are still waiting. Ben has been unresponsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Its like once the wedding was done, so was he.. He has yet to fulfill his contract and get us our pictures. :(

    First off I'm going to list my first red flag I ignored here. Most photographers require a deposit up front and then base the price off of how many pictures you like, and the sizes once they've shown you the final product. Not with this company it was $500 before anything was said and done. Red flag number one. We had arranged to have our pictures done at The Wringling Museum and the beach and had scheduled about three weeks in advance. We show up to the museum only to find out the photographer was supposed to make a reservation a week in advance and didn't, and there was also a photography fee on top of it that we were not aware of. We didn't wind up getting pictures at the museum. Instead we wasted three hours trying to find a picture worthy location. We finally agreed to take pictures on a backroad Ben had in mind that had tons of vegetation. Once we left we headed to Siesta Key which had been very busy because it was still Spring Break. I called Ben and had asked if we could just reschedule since nothing was what we had planned. He insisted that the pictures would turn out beautiful and that he couldn't reschedule because his wife was going to have back surgery the next weekend. After our session we were told we would get our pictures within 2-4 weeks. About a month later I received a link to half of the pictures, all on the road, none of the beach pictures. Many of the pictures had bright orange road markers visible in the background and weren't cropped out. The pictures in the link aren't high enough resolution to get the sizes I would like. Our package included one large print and one large canvas I have yet to receive. We haven't seen any of the beach pictures except one I was sent by text message. This Saturday it will be 8 weeks since we had our engagement pictures done and all I've received is a link to pictures with crap resolution. We married a couple of weeks ago and it's not like we can have engagement photos redone now. I feel like we were robbed $500. I wish we would've read reviews before booking. This amount of time to wait is ridiculous. Ben is a very talented photographer but he is going to destroy his business with the way he treats his customers and it is a shame.

    Lacks professionalism, works with amateur people and does not deliver the pictures neither the video on time. I have been trying to contact him after my ceremony for almost 6 moths. still no response. Therefore, I do not recommend him at all!

    Initially, my husband and I were impressed with Ben and his responsiveness and customer service. However, once he received our full payment, it seemed to us that his customer service level plummeted. He was no longer attentive and not nearly as responsive. The evening before our wedding he EMAILED (didn't call) to tell me that his assistant (the second photographer) was sick and wouldn't be able to make the wedding. In order to have a second photographer, he stated that he would need to go out of town to pick them up and would be late. That meant he wouldn't be available to get wedding prep pictures of the bridal party as discussed. He offered to stay late, after the wedding and get more pictures, which we declined. After hours of dancing and partying, no one would have been polished nor would they want to stand around at 10 at night to get pictures. Further, he didn't make it at the time he said he would be there (the already late time). This made us even later and caused us to have to rush the first look and it didn't go as planned. While he did refund us $100 after the wedding, we have no professional pictures of my husband and I, and our wedding party, getting ready for the wedding. At this point, I was still relatively understanding as things do happen and people do get sick. Interesting to note, however, that the "assistant" he had to go out of town to pick-up, I later found out was his wife.

    Once we got the link to look at our wedding pictures, we realized there were very, very few posed, formal pictures of my husband and I- the kind of pictures you want to hang on your wall. There were also no posed pictures of our wedding rings, my jewelry, shoes, etc.- the kind of pictures you would expect to get prior to the ceremony. I will say, however, we do have a lot of great candid pics of our wedding guests which are nice.

    Once I placed my photo order with Ben, timeliness was once again an issue. I emailed him on June 5th with my photo order. On July 5th, I

    Stay away from this company. It has been over 3 month since our event; Camera Studios still has not completely fulfilled the contract. What was delivered to us was of very terrible quality. Camera Studios has refused to make any adjustments or corrections to what was produced so far. It is Camera Studio's way or the highway. They don’t really care of what a customer needs or wants.
    Once money changed hands, Camera Studios was not very responsive to emails, calls, demands. After 3 month the contract is in a breach. The credit card was contacted to reverse the charges.
    If you decide to use this company, do not pay upfront (that is what they want). If you make the same mistake we did by paying before receiving the final product, you will not have the only leverage to deal with Camera Studios. Better yet, find somebody else.

    Horrible, horrible experience! Get away from this company as soon as possible!
    We hired Ben a year before our wedding. Up until the engagement pictures, everything was okay, he was responsive and seemed to go out of his way to give us the best results.
    After our wedding, he took 3 months to get us a link for the pictures, with which I was not impressed at all. During our wedding, I had to keep asking him and his assistants, which by the way do not seem to be professionals, to take pictures of us with our guests. I do not have many of the classic wedding pictures that I wanted to have because he did not take the time to do it, and when I asked for it, it seemed like he did not know what to do.
    We married in December 2016, and we are now in August 2017 and I still do not have the video for my wedding. All my friends who got married AFTER me and that hired other photography companies have their video in hands and in great quality. I still dont have mine and am afraid that I will probably not going to like it. My husband and I had the feeling that we would not like the results for our wedding pictures and video while we were in our party. Imagine the frustration to have that feeling in your special day? Well, I had.
    We are now trying to contact him since April for this video and we are not able to reach him neither through email nor phone. I feel like he has stolen our money! Just be advised, DO NOT HIRE CAMERA STUDIOS. Its a headache that you can avoid in your special day.
