The best cake in Wichita!

Wow cakes really lives up to their name! The flavors are incredible and service is phenomenal too! We were given a tasting kit at consultation so we had options for flavors, but they have soooo many to choose from. They delivered my cake to the venue and it looked so beautiful! Prices are so reasonable. Could not have asked for better for our wedding!

A great experience- definitely recommend!

When we started planning for our cake we walked in almost on a whim because all other bakeries were closed at the time. The staff was very nice and helped walk us through different styles of design. We took home a sampling kit of about 12 mini cupcakes and 3 different frosting flavors and a rating sheet to narrow down our favorites. That was probably the most fun and least stressful part of all our wedding planning! We chose a 6”/8” cake with 4 dozen cupcakes. A week before our wedding I came in with left over fake florals and was pleasantly surprised with the final design on our wedding day!

Absolutely Fantastic

Our cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted even better! We had so many compliments! We also ordered gluten free cupcakes and they were fabulous as well. Everyone at WOW Cakes was great to work with, we highly recommend!

Cake and Cupcakes were so good!

We got our cake and cupcakes from W.O.W Cakes and they were so good. Our cake was a marble flavor that tasted amazing. For our cupcakes we got lemon, snickerdoodle, and German chocolate. The flavors were so delicious and the price was very reasonable as well. I had pictures from Pinterest of what I wanted the cake to look like and it turned out just like it. Definitely recommend W.O.W Cakes if you’re looking for your wedding!

Fantastic! Would recommend

Worked at a compietitor bakery for a couple years, left on bad terms right before we had gotten engaged so I was nervous on who to trust with our wedding cake. When we were picking what bakeries we should try I had heard bad things previously of this bakery. BUT... I’m so glad we tried it! Our guests loved it.. we had so many people rant and rave about the flavors etc. they also have great pricing as well!

Wow Cakes provided a gorgeous, delicious cake for our daughters recent wedding. Each layer was a different flavor that she and her fiancé got to choose. Highly recommend, especially if you want an original, specific design, delicious fresh cake for reasonable rate.

We were so happy with our Wichita skyline/keeper of the plains wedding cake. Not only were the flavors we chose amazing, our guests thought the cake was VERY unique, delicious and fit our theme for wedding. It was well done and Pam and Ally were great to work with, as well, and captured our vision (which we were nervous about!) perfectly!

We used this vendor and let me say the cake is sooooo good. We have gotten a lot of compliments on it. They called several times to make sure everything was correct. The day of the wedding they called just for a last update and the cake showed up on time looking great! They even made sure someone asked me how I wanted the cake topper. I definitely recommend using them for your cake needs! I can't wait for our 1 yr anniversary to get some more!

We had met with a few other cake places and as soon as we sat down and started talking about what we wanted I knew I wanted to use Pam. She was so professional and made me feel at ease about everything. She drew out exactly what I had pictured and discribed to her. Our cake tasted amazing and I'm already looking forward to our one year to eat some again!

WOW Cakes says it in the name.. WOW! They were amazing! The cake looked just like we talked about and honestly better than I could've ever imagined. Although my husband and I didn't get to eat much cake on our day, all of our guests were raving about our cake and how good it tasted and all the flavors we were able to have. I HIGHLY recommend! They were flexible when we wanted to change flavors later on and seriously have the BEST flavor choices to choose from and don't charge extra for having tons of flavors! Seriously great!

I love the flavors of cake this place has! I ordered 4 dozen minni cupcakes, a coorslight grooms cake, and a 5 tier wedding cake. I showed them the pictures of the grooms cake and wedding cake and they were so spot on that I thought I was still looking at the magazine picture. The cake was very moist and is still really moist even after a week after the wedding :). The grooms cake was delicious I wish we could have tried it before my nephew stuck his fingers in it lol but we ate around that anyways so it was all good. The one thing I really enjoyed with this place was the fact that we didn't have to save the top tier of our cake because they will automatically send you a fresh top tier on your one year anniversary! How great is that!

Pam at WOW cakes was so wonderful! During our consultation she let us taste all the wonderful flavors of cake! They were all so yummy!!! It was hard to decide which ones to choose! But my husband loves cake so I just let him decide! We got so many compliments on our cake! It was beautiful! She was so helpful and easy to work with! Very great customer service! And the groom's cake I ordered looked exactly like the picture I gave them from the internet! They really did a wonderful job!!! Thanks WOW cakes!!!

Our cake and groom's cake turned out beautifully and tasted excellent. The cake was very moist and fresh and the frosting was incredible. We booked WOW for their unique flavors and all of our guests loved the ones we picked. The margarita flavor was a HUGE hit. WOW was very good at contacting us prior to the wedding to go over details. The cake was delivered on time and stayed looking terrific until we cut it up. We went over our original cake budget, but it was so worth it.

My wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly what I wanted. It tasted great. Everyone loved it. I ordered an extra tier for height, but had just a few pieces left over, it was so good. We also had a groomsmen cake and chocolate covered strawberries decorated like little footballs for my husband!

Our cakes were absolutely amazing! They not only looked incredible but tasted even better. We still have people asking us about our cakes and telling us how great they tasted. Almost everyone had more than one slice including myself!! My bride's cake was gorgeous. It was just what I wanted and turned out beautiful. The groom's cake I designed was not an easy cake to make (we had them create a 3D scuba tank) and it turned out so cool. My husband was so happy and again it tasted awesome. I will be using WOW cakes in the future. Thank you for adding your great work to our big day!

I met with five or six other cake shops in Wichita because I had a cake that would require more detail work than most others. I was blown away by the knowledge of the culinary artist at WOW-- she was head and shoulders above the rest. And my cake was STUNNING. And tasted amazing-- guests came back for two and three pieces until it was gone!

The idea for our wedding was to have each center piece be a wedding cake, every one a different flavor. W.O.W cakes was the only one in town who agreed to take this on for us and they delivered exactly what I asked for and more. We wanted our guests to be able to be interactive and use the cakes as a get to know one another and use it as a ice breaker. All 18 cakes were a different flavor combination and tasted so incredible. The staff was so helpful and friendly beyond my expectations. We would give them more than 5 stars if it allowed and we have recommended everyone to use them in the future. They really helped make our reception the fun evening we dreamed it would be, a complete success.

Unbelievable! Our cake looked phenomenal, and tasted even better. Even my crazy particular friend couldn't help but tell me this was the best cake she had ever tasted in her life. Pam does an awesome job and the prices are the best in town. While we never really bothered looking anywhere else, I know no one could have pulled off our masterpiece the way her team did. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVED our cake. We went and tried almost every flavor they have ( and boy do they have a lot!) and all were amazing! We went with 4 layers...1. 1/2 strawberry 1/2 Madagascar Vanilla, 1 Chocolate, 2 Madagascar Vanilla, and the grooms cake was chocolate raspberry. Every guest asked where we got the cake from and said it was amazing. I will definitely use them anytime I need a cake made. I didn't shop around much but the price was cheaper than I expected for a cake. Pam was so nice and had wonderful ideas for the cake. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

First of all, I am a very hands on groom and this cake was my idea. My whole family was gasping when they saw the cake. It was very bright and just the colors that I had requested. Taste wise it was fantastic. We actually ran out of cake because our guests were coming back for a slice of each flavor. Pam and her crew were prompt on the delivery time and did magic with the loose flowers that the florist had left for us. We give them an A+ for the cake. We will definately be ordering cakes from them again.

W.O.W Cakes was AMAZING. They worked so well with us and delivered more than we could of imagined. Our 3 cakes turned out amazing. I was so impressed when I saw them on our day. They were so nice and made sure they did everything to please us. They even stayed at our venue and cut the cake for us to make sure serving sizes were correct. We got so many compliments on our cakes. We used 11 differnt flavors and I think 7 different flavored frostings. I also felt that the cost of everything was very well priced.

The folks at WOW cakes are THE BEST!!!! Forget Cameo or Cheri's bakeries. Go to WOW CAKES!!! I was able to bring my own sketch in and have my vision brought to life! I was also able to have many different flavors without getting charged extra. And, not just "traditional" ho-hum flavors either. I got to have Black Forest with Dark Chocolate Fudge filling, Italian Vanilla Orange Marmalade (OMG YUM!!!!), and many others! The Red Velvet and German Chocolate cakes were also oh so moist. Not semi dry like some are. YUM YUM YUM!!!!

She did our groom cake too, and it was so cool! We chose a KC chiefs cake, and it looked awesome! Our wedding cake was 3tiers, and each tier had a different yummy flavor, and was soooooo beautiful. WOW Cakes blew me away! From the moment we sat down for cake tasting, we knew they were it. We tried other places, but none could compare to the delicious cake, friendly service and super convenience of WOW. Not only were their flavor selections unique and delicious, but they didn't charge extra for them and there was no skimping on the taste testing! We received a completely customized cake that tasted as beautiful as it looked. People would come up to me throughout the reception and rave about the cake---sad to say, the only piece I was able to swipe was the one my husband stuffed in my face when we cut it---but what wasn't smeared on my nose was soooo good! Even my dad, who is notoriously picky about cakes and icing, is looking for another excuse to get a WOW cake.

Service
Yeah, Pam is amazing. She and her staff work late hours, so even as a busy bride I could stop by and look at the cake or drop off any custom decorations I wanted, at any time---even at 9:30 at night! She always took the time to call or email me if she needed something, and that was wonderful.

Location
The strip mall the shop it's in looks a little shabby, but I felt safe and the shop itself is cute, warm and the smell is to die for! It was very close to my grandma, who paid for our cake, and downtown, where our wedding was, so it was very convenient as a whole.

Pricing
Pricing was about standard, but for custom flavors, considerably cheaper than most. Pam worked with Flower Factory to put the fresh roses on the cake and she also let me use a vintage cake topper, which she put on on-site. She knew what she was doing, but she was never controlling.

I really can't say enough about these ladies, except brava! I can't wait for my 1st anniversary so I can eat more of their cake!

The wedding cake that Pam did for my daughter's wedding was fabulous! She incorporated the perfect colors and my daughter wanted to make sure it was big so Pam made it fit the whole table with several little cakes extending from the big cake int the middle with several different flavors that the guests thoroughly enjoyed!! As a mother of the bride (aka. lady with the creditcard) I was so happy we used WOW cakes. Pamela started off with a tasting with a herd of bridesmaids with a sweettooth. It was difficult to narrow down the many wonderful flavors and fillings that could be had. The bride and groom had final say. The girls liked it so much they surprised the bride at her shower with a cake from Pam. Rachel asked for certain things for her cake and Pam was more than willing to create exactly what she wanted and use her creativity too. Especially the grooms cake with the bride and groom rubber ducks was what she wanted. Pam created a cake full of icing bubbles which foamed down the cake that had pictures of the couple. It was quite a eye catcher to the guests. The traditional cake sparkled with glitter as much as the bride did. Pam is correct that everyone will love her cake. Make sure to order extra just so you can have some later! Her prices were reasonable, especially when you can order different flavors and fillings. Her cake looked fondant without the cost. Her size of each piece was larger than many of the places we looked at. One of the biggest perks was for a very nominal fee she will even come and cut and serve your cake. I cant say enough nice things W.O.W. and Pam. Wish her all the best.

W.O.W. Cakes created both our Wedding and Groom's Cakes. My bride and Pamela worked together to create a unique design for our reception for the wedding cake and Pamela did a magnificent job creating exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond all our hopes and expectations. Our guests were extremely impressed. Most made comments on how beautiful the cakes were, and how great they tasted. My cake was beautiful and funky, just the way I ordered it! All of my guests were impressed with the detail and with the taste. I have recommended these guys to all of my friends and I know that my maid of honor just placed her order for next June! The whole experience was great. The consult was so fun and Pam had about 18 flavors of cake for us to try, so we were able to actually mix in a few fun flavors instead of the boring chocolate and white. They have become our bakery of choice from now on!

Our wedding cake turned out great. It was exactly what we had ordered. It tasted good and was moist. She delivered it on time and even put the flowers on the cake at no extra charge. We were very happy with what we received for the price. We had ordered a grooms cake too and it was very cute. We wanted a Pillsbury Doughboy with a flaming baseball and a fishing pole and that's what we got. Thanks to Pam for all her work and her flexibility for dealing with us from out of state.

My cake was great. It was exactally what I ordered and thanks to Pam it was possible. I had gotten quotes from a couple of other well known Wichita bakeries and was going to have to greatly simplify my idea so that it fit into my budget, when my mom saw the article in the paper about Pam. I called her and was able to get right in for a consult. I got the cake that I wanted plus she had ideas to make it even more elaborate, and the price I paid was less than half of what my quotes were from those other bakeries. My guests loved the cake and I was asked several times who made the cake. I'm so glad that Pam included a little cake that was already wrapped for our anniversary because there wasn't much cake left. If you have a tight budget and want somothing elaborate or crazy, Pam is great to work with. She takes an idea and runs with it, and you won't be dissapointed.

I had no idea what I wanted for a wedding cake. I told Pam that I wanted it big and with a country flair and that the flowers for the rest of the wedding were daisies. The cake that she made was stunning. It was huge with a fountain and bridges and daisy chains. It was exactly what I wanted but that I could never describe. Pam was great to work with and she really understood that my wedding day had to be perfect, and the best part was that she was so inexpensive. Talk about getting what you pay for and so much more! We have had her make several other cakes as well and we have never been dissapointed.

the cake flavors were amazing! so many choices and so very helpful. they delivered the cake , it was beautiful. a little pricey, but worth it. i will shop there again. we, also, did not get to eat a lot of it the night of the wedding, but a few pieces were left for us, and our guests have raved about it! i highly recommend wow cakes!! thank you so much!! sooo delicious!!

W.O.W cakes is an amazing place to go for your dream wedding cake. Pam and her team are excellent to work with and they really help make your vision a reality. Our initial meeting with them was perfect; they were very engaged and wanted to make sure that we covered everything. My wife made a few visits to their office and had no problems contacting anyone at any time. The day they arrived with our cakes, we were blown away. Our wedding cake was amazing! Many of our guests took photos and we got complimented way more on our cake than I ever expected. It is a good thing that we elected to save the top; there was nothing left when my wife and I wanted a late night snack lol. She also did an incredible job on my grooms cake. I asked to have a bowling ball with pins around it. I was expecting a bowling ball laying on 2 pins or something to that effect. Nope, they went all out. What arrived was a bowling lane with a bowling ball and 10 pins upright. The pins were fanned out so it looked like a legitimate bowling ball crashing through pins. The bowling ball was made of nothing but pure chocolate cake...I now weigh an extra 10 pounds haha. Our experience with W.O.W. was great and we recommend them to anyone looking for your dream wedding cake :)

I have a food allergy to eggs and was nervous about finding someone professionally that could do our cake, and maintained the flavor of the cake. We had a smaller cake we cut, and had our cake topper on it; they were able to make these without eggs for me. We did eight different flavors of cupcakes and got rave reviews from the guest on the variety. I wanted the cupcakes to look like brides and grooms; they did a nice job keeping it simple but elegant. They were more than accommodating through the entire process and delivered great customer service. I would recommend any couple planning their wedding to check them out, the prices were outstanding, and they really worked with our ideas.

We would definately recommend this vendor and have used them several times since the wedding. Prior to selecting them as our vendor we had a consultation and they provided us free samples of almost every flavor offered, it was great! Our cake tasted great and the guest loved it! There was one minor error, we paid to rent a cake stand and it was not delivered on the day of the wedding. Pam apologized and immediately refunded us the rental fee.

Wonderful Customer service. Cake tasting was great and when we picked out the deisgn Pam was very good at asking the right questions and just running with our ideas. Prices are very reasonable. We chose them mainly because we could choose any flavors with no extra charge and there were a variety of flavors. Also she does a small cake for you for your one year anniversary! We loved their cakes! The grooms cake had a lot of changes over the course of our planning, and in the end things happen and brought down our Dr. Pepper can to the floor. It was still amazing! They were so nice everytime I emailed or talked to them. The tasting was fun and they were really helpful on just offering popular suggestions and mixes with icing and flavors. The price is unbeatable and they were great, even the fondant tasted good!

Great cake flavors. Beautiful design, just how we imagined it. Wasn’t able to deliver to our town/venue due to being “wedding season” and having a high volume of deliveries for in town only so we had to pick up and deliver ourselves, but they packaged it great and there were no problems. They also give a packet of instructions/pictures for proper cake cutting to ensure that you get your correct servings/size. Flexible and allowed us to pick up the cake before hours on the day of our wedding reception.

My husband and I absolutely loved this vendor! We had been sampling cakes elsewhere at other vendors for a few months off and on, and of course at bridal expos. I had tried W.O.W. cakes at an expo last year and I knew we had to try them out! We ended up booking our cake for our wedding date the same day! The day-of delivery was on time and they were very professional. Also, the cake was perfect and it was the talk of night! We loved every bit of our wedding cake and on the plus side- they will send you a small cake for your 1 year anniversary so you don't have to store it in your freezer! :D

WOW Cakes is absolutely amazing! We were able to try 12 different cakes beforehand, which was super helpful. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the flavors - they're that good! Pam shared some wonderful input and ideas to help make our wedding cake absolutely amazing. My husband isn't too fond of cake, so Pam helped us come up with an alternative for the groom's cake. At the time of our first appointment, she suggested we do brookies (brownie cookies). By the time the wedding came around, it seemed as though they didn't make them anymore (the vibe I got from one of the employees). However, they still made them and delivered them. These were also to die for! We loved working with WOW Cakes and highly recommend them!

Our wedding cake and groom's cake were exactly what I had in mind. Pam talked to me on the phone, we met in person, and discussed flavors and budget at length. She and her team created two gorgeous and delicious cakes. Seriously. Best wedding cake I or my guests had ever eaten. The buttercream frosting was to die for. Our cake was wonderful, everyone loved it, we ordered long, I think it was supposed to serve 208 and we invited 140 people, we hardly had any left overs! Pam suggested because we did a whole bunch of flavors that some people would end up taking more than one flavor, she was right! I'd suggest having someone cut your cake, either WOW which I'm pretty sure she does offer, or someone else through your catering. We had friends cut it and pass it out and it was kind of a mess.

Anyway, so you get a hold of Pam and schedule a tasting, ours was in her old building, at the time she was just getting ready to move to a new location. The building was fine, she was super sweet, she had a ton of portfolio books to look through and little cupcakes for us to taste. Go hungry because even the tiny pieces add up fast! We were pretty clueless, she very nicely pointed us towards good ideas for serving sizes, etc. We were in touch again shortly before the wedding to finalize everything.

I will say that I wasn't totally pleased on the ribbon color around my tiers, it was a very dark green, almost black, and we had intended a more sage green. Everything else was perfect! The ribbon color was totally my fault, she asked for a sample of color or ribbon and I never came through with it. So, if you're in this situation, send the lady what she asks for!

They delivered the cake on time, straight to the cake table, it was gorgeous, they placed our antique topper for us. Great service, wonderful cake!

Our wedding cake was amazing. It turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. I had taken in pictures and ideas and wanted it to be different. They helped me sketch out the perfect vision and did a amazing job making it come to life. Our cake tasted perfect also. It was Very moist and fresh. My only complaint was the tasting. It was my husband and I and our mothers, they brought a quarter size cupcake that they split between the four of us for each flavor. I felt it was like tasting crumbs and hard to really taste what the flavor was. Otherwise everything with great.

They did a great job a little pricey I think all wedding cakes are. I decided to pay the extra fee and have the fancy cake and get it delivered. They said they would call back to verify the time. I didn't here from them I called three days before the wedding. When they called back they asked what the problem was. I was just a little off put by that. I told them I just wanted to be reassured that we were all good they said yes. Everyone loved the golf ball cake it was gone within minutes. The wedding cake was beautiful and very yummy.

Loved that this cake company was able to offer many different sugar free options. We weren't happy about some of the colors on our designs being wrong, but the cake looked awesome anyways. They delivered on time. Getting ahold of them on the phone was difficult sometimes due to there hours.

Honestly i had expected more for our wedding cake. Serving size was adequate but it looked very small even though it was 4-tiers. The design was lacking despite our sample picture i had shown the cake decorator. The color was less than vibrant. My cake was simply below average for it was dry and stale. My second, back-up cake ended up tasted a lot better than our main wedding cake, and it was only a sheet cake from a french pastries store.

While our wedding cake itself was very yummy, we were not at all happy with the service. They called multiple times to double check our order ( once after placing the order, 1 month and 1 week prior) which is fine but then wanted 4 contact phone numbers for the day of delivery in case they couldn't reach one of us, which we felt was a little over the top. Also the person delivering our cake couldn't get out of there fast enough. Placed the cake topper and before her tail lights were out of the parking lot the topper fell and damaged our wedding cake. They were aware that the topper to our wedding cake was iffy prior to leaving and did not take any steps to ensure it didn't tumble. alas we were left to our own devices and had to repair the cake ourselves. A few extra minutes by their staff to ensure it was secure would have been greatly appreciated, but apparently the person delivering the cake thought it best to drop and run.

Would not go back

We were very disappointed with both our cakes. While they tasted amazing, the presentation was terrible. The wedding cake was noticeably leaning to one side, the ribbon was not placed on the bottom tiers as discussed, the seams were on the front because some of the cake was falling off a corner and one of our guests had to put together the flower topper. The grooms cake was a little better, but still wasn’t the best quality for the price. They said if we came in they “would make it right,” which I’m assuming would be a refund of some sort, but that doesn’t make up for a terrible-looking cake in all our pictures, especially one that we paid so much money for.

Disappointing

I have ordered from WOW before so I decided to order a small cake with cupcakes for my daughter’s baby shower!!! Big mistake! The baby bottles on the cupcakes looked like male genitalia and decorating on all was mediocre, at best. The cupcakes were very dry and the buttercreme frosting was hard, thick and way to sweet. Everyone at the shower chose the small 5” cake because it looked a lot my appealing. It was good, just not enough for everyone and then we had a lot of old cupcakes that nobody wanted. Thank goodness I also ordered cookies from Connie’s or it would’ve been a complete wash.

Our wedding cake was gorgeous and delicious. HOWEVER, our wedding cake arrived 4 hours late, the reception had already started. They were attempting to contact me, the bride, and not our wedding planner who we specifically told them to contact on the day of our event. I almost started crying before our reception (which started at 7pm) because I thought we were not going to have a wedding cake. It finally arrived and they were setting up as our sit-down dinner was occurring so all of our guests could see that the cake was late to arrive. Also, we paid the full amount to receive their discount and after we paid we had trouble contacting anyone, as they would not return emails. We scheduled a follow up tasting and they were not prepared for us, we arrived and no one knew why we were there until we showed then the confirmation email from our phone. Our follow up tasting was not rescheduled and they ended up having us pick up samples that were NOT labeled...The product, amazing...the service was the worst of any vendor/service that I have ever experienced.

My Fiance and his Mother went to taste wedding cakes and order our wedding cake today. They had such a horrible experience I felt compelled to share. My Fiance and soon to be Mother-in-law are very mild mannored and friendly people. My Fiance actually had to go outside for a bit and wrap his head around what an awful experience his mother and him were having. They left and went to another cakery where everything WOW cakes said they couldn't do or wasn't modern was able to be done. Our cake is ordered definatly not from this place! This is the first and hopefully the last bad review I'm ever compeled to write for the sake of sparing others a horrible experience!

We ordered two cakes, the brides and the grooms. It was very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. We were very specific with the design of the cakes during both of our visits. The grooms cake was a rough draft of what we paid for. We were embarrassed by it. The monogram on the front of the bridal cake was not what the decorator reviewed with us. It looked as if a 3rd grader wrote it in cursive, when it was specified on the papework, that it was not to be in cursive. The cross to be placed on top of the cake was laid on its side, and that's how it was photographed. The flavors and layers were not what we picked out. For the large fees charged, we were very disappointed.

I prepaid $714.28 for a wedding cake and groom's cake on July 14, 2012. The quote included a 3D groom's cake. I later received an email from merchant stating that they could not do the 3D groom's cake due to a lack of technical expertise. My wedding planner contacted them to explore options and was told that they were unable to create the groom's cake that I ordered, and that the merchant would not allow us to move the groom's cake to another baker without also moving the bride's cake. The merchant stated that she did not like the quality of other local bakers' products and didn't want wedding guests thinking that she created the groom's cake if it came from another bakery. As a result, I canceled my order and moved both cakes to another baker. The merchant is refusing to refund the full amount and is charging me a delivery fee as well as a 20% deposit. Nothing was delivered to me, so I do not agree to pay the delivery fee, and I do not agree to the 20% deposit since the merchant insisted that I move both cakes if I moved one. I am seeking the full amount of the refund since the merchant's policy as told to my wedding planner is the reason I had to move both cake orders to another baker.

My negative review was removed from this website. I think that is incredibly shady!

Overall DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR BIG DAY!!

Update: As of Jan 22, 2013, this vendor is now refusing to send me even the partial refund that they agreed (without stipulation) to pay me. According to their response to my BBB complaint, they refuse to send me any money until I agree that the partial payment is a resolution. I repeat, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
