Even better the second time around

We used T-cakes for our wedding cake in 2017 and followed instruction given for our top layer. On our anniversary we ate the top layer and it was as good as it was the year before. For that reason aside from great customer service I decided to use them for my husbands 60th birthday 11/9/19. They nailed it again. The Italian Cream cake was moist and flavorful. The 1970’s soul train them was exactly what I imagined. No need to search for a baker any longer I will be a repeat repeat client.

Five stars all the way! Tonia did my wedding cake and grooms cake. Everyone loved it! It was such a great value and tasted delicious! Tonia was very accommodating with payments and provided exceptional service. She even offered free cake delivery and setup since I had booked her at a wedding show. Some of my family members still talk about how delicious the cake was and our wedding was a little over 2 months ago! It was delicious!

I ordered a two tier cake for my wedding with one tier being vanilla amaretto and the other being chocolate amaretto and it was fantastic! T-Cakes did an amazing job and is very well priced!

T-Cakes by Tonia was amazing. The cake turned out better than I could have imagined. It happened to be storming during my delivery time but Tonia still made it on time. Also she has a huge variety of cake and icing flavors.

Beautiful Work!

I have used T-Cakes in the past for birthday cakes, and I am never disappointed. This time around I asked for custom cake pops, and cookies for a baby shower.
Tonia went above and beyond to get the vision I had. The professionalism, and attention to detail is impeccable.

Mrs. T was very reasonably priced. She was on time, and her ideals for my cakes were superb. I am so glad that i found her for my wedding. My husband just loved the red velvet cake and has yet to share his grooms cake with the cadillac emblem design . I recommend this fabulosity to everyone interested. Thanks Mrs. T!

Only issue we had was when we arrived at the reception the cake topper was not what we asked for. Then when we cut into the cake and it didn't have the filling we asked for. No notification was given any of those things would be different. Now granted the cake still tasted amazing and the guest liked it. It was just not what I had asked for.

We contracted this baker to do our daughters wedding cake and grooms cake. On the way to the venue the wedding cake somehow was damaged and was not repairable. The Grooms cake was not what we contracted for as well. I know the Bridal cake was an accident but however I don't think she was fair at all on how she handled the resolution for the Grooms cake as well as the brides cake. On the Grooms cake she said she misunderstood what we wanted because we gave her a cake topper. I was able to show where in an email we wanted to incorporate this on the cake. I feel if she was not sure she should have confirmed with us since different from the contract. She did refund partial on the cakes but if you hire this vendor be sure to be very sure she understands what it is you want.

There was an incident with the bride's cake during delivery that was unrepairable and did not allow the cake to be displayed, however it was sliced, served and enjoyed by all guests (per the Mother of the Bride). A last minute replacement cake was purchased from another baker so the couple would have photos of them cutting cake along with a partial refund to the purchaser. Afterwards, T-Cakes offered to create an exact duplicate of the bride's cake for photos but the offer was declined. T-Cakes was more than fair in an attempt to provide excellent customer.
