The service received was outstanding. They followed up with me the week of for my itinerary and provided an example of what was needed. On the day of, our driver was in time (even though we were running behind), patient, and didn't complain about our lively crew. Would definitely recommend. -

BVIP Limo's service helped round out our guest experience for our wedding! Our guests loved being picked up from their hotel and shuttled to our venue & back. We didn't have to worry about our guests driving under the influence and our guests' safety was really important to us! BVIP provided the exact right amount of shuttle hours needed, were very accommodating, professional & friendly. All of our guests were very happy with the shuttle buses - especially since they had a 25 minute ride! I would recommend BVIP to any bride who is looking for a reasonably priced shuttle service to make their remote venue work! -

BVIP Limousine Services delivered exactly what we needed for our wedding party.....a shuttle service between the hotel and wedding venue. They were very flexible with the hours and accommodated the start and end of the event - all with a great price! Special shout out to Chris our driver that made the special trip back to the Hotel for that "One Guy" who doesn't understand a schedule - Thank you Chris!!! -

We had a very good experience. The customer support team and account managers made it easy to book and pay. They were helpful in sending reminders closer to the date when the itinerary was due. My guests were very happy with the shuttle. No problems and very low maintenance process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the other companies I contacted.BVIP Limousine Service's reply:

We were upgraded for free to the 29 passenger bus, and our party was 20 total with 4 photographer/videographers so we kinda needed it in the end anyways! The driver was very friendly and prompt to the schedule that was predetermined. He was very flexible as we made a few minimal changes the day of. There was bluetooth for us to hook up our music entertainment and glassware/cooler provided. We enjoyed our downtime between the ceremony and reception from each picture location with this easy ride! He opened the doors for us and helped us out. He took us where we needed to go in a timely manner and even helped us out when taking pictures. Excellent limo company! I would recommend to anyone! -

Megan Sent on 08/18/2008BVIP Limo was fantastic! We hired one of their medium sized buses to provide a shuttle from Hawthorne Suites Hotel to our reception at the Oaks Lakeside in Chippewa Lake. We called so many transportation companies because most companies do not allow you to break-up the hours that you hire them. BVIP allowed us to hire them for 5 hours but broken down from 4-6pm and 9-12pm. So we only paid for 5 hours instead of 8 like most companies wanted us to do! Their services were great, the bus was clean and the driver was very polite and punctual. -

They were where we needed them to be at all time, and the only time they weren't was purely due to traffic conditions! A few times when we spoke to them on the phone or email, they weren't the most pleasant or easy to understand, but the drivers were friendly, and Tammy, our party bus driver was especially wonderful! -

Overall, the limo was a good experience. The driver got lost downtown a lot. Almost made us late getting it back on time. The limo had an awful odor to it. The driver/limo got the job done. -

Chelsea Sent on 06/23/2016We booked BVIP Limo based on their prices and they had received mostly good reviews on wedding wire. I will say that on the day of the wedding, they provided what we needed. However, I booked our party bus in December when they were running a special promotion and gave the times and locations of our pickups upon booking. A few months later I received an email saying that they heard I was interested in their services and wanted me to call them, which was concerning since I had already booked. I responded to make sure that something didn't happen to my reservation. Obviously unorganized... Then the day before the wedding, I called around noon just to re-confirm the times and locations of our pickups. The representative told me that I was "on her list" of people to call because they had not yet received our itinerary. She informed me that I received it with my contract and it stated that it was supposed to be returned by a specific date (I think like 2 weeks before the wedding). I had never received a contract, let alone an itinerary to be completed. Also, if they needed the information and I was on a list to be called, why hadn't they done so before I called at noon the day before the wedding?
On the day of the wedding 22 person party bus that we had received does not look like any of the pictures of their other limos/buses. It was rather outdated. Our driver was definitely not the friendliest of people, and his driving was less than desirable...
They got us from A to B, but all things considered, I don't know that I would choose BVIP Limo again... -

Our guests were over 30 minutes late after repeated communication about the times and directions. Especially rude customer service. I would never ever recommend, they had the bride a nervous wreck right before walking down the aisle as the mother of the groom and officiant were on the shuttle that was late. Terrible experience. -

This company stole $500 from us! Do not use them!!!!! I put a hold on for a date and canceled before they even sent me the contract and they refused to refund, or exchange for another service. I NEVER EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT! But they said giving them my credit card was good enough of a contract. They avoided my calls and played so many games. I can't believe these people are in business! HORRIBLE PEOPLE, THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!BVIP Limousine Service's reply:
We are very sorry for the way you feel about your experience. You had reserved on 8/4/23 and when you reserved you were told that you would get a contract that day and to look over the contract and make sure everything is correct and accurate. Our phone calls are recorded, and Tommy talked to you in great length and explained everything and did tell you that you would receive your contract by email that day. We emailed your contract the same day and I’m sorry if it got lost in your emails. I would assume that being a big day and you receive contracts from every vendor you reserve with that you would make sure you have it. Especially when your Wedding was 2 months away. We did email it again to you and over a month later you called and cancelled because you said you didn’t have enough people. Our wedding contracts state that your deposit is non-refundable. When you reserve with us and leave a deposit that is a guarantee that we are your transportation company of choice. We did not steal your money, nor did we ignore your phone calls. We have a contract for a reason, and we stand by our terms of agreement. Your father even called in and everything was explained to him and he understood our policy and was settled amicably. We are very surprised we are hearing any complaints months later. We have been in business for 20 years and service 350 plus weddings a year. -

Very poor experience with BVIP. We sent multiple emails and spoke multiple times with BVIP about directions to our venue (at least 6 separate times), and they still got lost and made many of our wedding guests late, delaying our wedding. HORRIBLE customer service when we tried to discuss a resolution.
There was a detour due to construction in the area, and directions to the venue are a bit confusing. I not only warned them of this well in advance MULTIPLE times and told them they must verify the route in advance, but I even drove down there myself several times to verify directions. I was assured it would not be a problem and they would let the driver know. Several of our guests even spoke to the driver as they were getting on the bus to make sure they were aware. The driver did say they knew about the construction but clearly did not check the route. They drove straight to the closed road anyway, couldn’t reroute due to lack of cell reception (another thing I had warned about), and got lost. They finally arrived 30 minutes late, delaying our ceremony and ultimately throwing off our entire schedule. This is something I was very worried about happening. I hoped they would have double checked the route and made absolutely sure they had it correct (just like I did and never had any issues getting there) after we warned them so many times, which is deserved after spending over a grand for their services. They didn’t put in that effort to prepare in advance.
Since I am currently out of the country I couldn’t call to discuss my concerns, so I had some family members call them for me. They were incredibly rude and argued, told them it has already been a week since the wedding so they do not care anymore, and hung up on them. I could not believe they talked to my family that way.
Do not use BVIP.

Nichole Sent on 09/10/2015PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this before you book with this company! I'm begging you. My fiance and I used BVIP for our engagement party on August 15th, in which we celebrated with our bridal party and close friends. I was in a bind when looking up companies, and we were on a strict budget (we didn't want our friends spending an arm and a leg) so I decided to book with this company. AFTER I booked, and put down a $200 deposit, I heard from 4 different brides that had already used BVIP for parties and their weddings that BVIP was absolutely horrible
Anyway, back to my party. I inquired with Katie and Steven and I couldn't believe the amount of attitude and sarcasm they had with me before I was even a customer. for ex when I asked what the bus was equipped with, they responded with "well, let's see. It comes with tires, windows, a driver....etc" they were so incredible rude and unprofessional, that should have been my first warning. Fast forward to after I put down the $200 deposit to reserve the date. The deposit is refunded to you after the bus returns with no damages, which I understood.
So the driver shows up, and I greet him and I got, "oh, great. Another bride." I couldn't believe it but I shrugged it off to enjoy my night. I decided to go through the bus with him before my friends got on, just to document any damages that may have already been there prior to my party entering. Which was smart, because we found 2 cuts in the seats and a crack in the TV (which didn't actually work anyway). I made sure the driver was aware of these marks and he documented them as well. I then asked how it worked with having the bus until 2 and he said as long as we are back on your premises by 2am, we will not charge an additional hour. Long story short, they KEPT our $200 deposit even though no additional damages were made, and although he was back at my house at 1:55 he didn't leave until 2:04 and they charged another $100. UNBELIEVABLE.
