    BEST DJ we could have hired. Kevin was extremely attentive to our wedding, without being too much of a distraction from all the other things going on. He kept the music at the perfect tone for any moment, and stuck to my playlist until I gave him permission to take requests. And his pricing was better than 5 other DJ services we got quotes from. His process is super easy and convenient. I highly recommend this company for any wedding or event.

    Amazing, affordable and dependable.

    We used Butler Events for our wedding and we couldn't have asked for better!!! We got married at a garden club which has 5 separate garden areas, and we wanted each garden to have a speaker so that each garden was hearing the same music. Butler Events was more than accommodating about this extra request. They are very affordable and well worth the service we received. He went above and beyond to be sure it was the best day ever and we are so appreciative!

    Best dj ever!

    Butler events did an amazing job as the dj & photo booth at our wedding! He was very personable & was perfect at making sure everything was running on time during the reception. He was very helpful with song ideas and very easy to work with! The photo booth was a huge hit as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better dj, making the night filled with dancing & celebrating so much fun!

    Butler Events did an amazing job at our Surprise 30th birthday party for my wife. They were professional, patient and friendly. They played all the songs I requested and went above and beyond to ensure that the event went smoothly.

    Butler Events is such a great service! They are professional, affordable, and work with you in whatever way you need; and do so in a polite and caring manner. We had an event planned in a very short amount of time which created a limited budget and Kevin made it happen for us. He responded to every email in a timely manner and was just very agreeable and helpful. You can't go wrong with them!

    Butler Events DJ service helps keep the reception moving! If it wasn't for him, I would of been stuck in the line all night. I recommend them to everyone!! So fun having a live DJ :)

    Kevin did an amazing job at my wedding. He made sure to remind me when all the important events like toast,bouquet toss etc needed to happen and announced it so everyone was present. He put together a daddy daughter mix for me that turned out amazing. I was very happy with his service he was prompt, professional and helped the night run smoothly. His wife also went out of her way to record my wedding and she did an amazing job as well.

    Disappointed

    I was honestly overall disappointed in our experience working with Kevin. We picked him as he had good online reviews and he seemed responsive and helpful during the first few interactions by phone and email. As the wedding day approached, we faced some challenges - all of which seemed to resort in more monies being needed in order to execute things as had been discussed from the beginning. For example, we had made him aware during the first phone call there would be no electricity source at our ceremony site, as it was remote and far from the reception site. A few weeks before the wedding he emailed to inform us his solution was to buy a new battery-based audio system, meaning $600 more was needed in order to have any audio for the ceremony. The week of the wedding he emailed to advise us what time he would be arriving, only allowing 15-30 minutes for himself to set up prior to guests arriving - noting, again, he would be setting up and using new equipment for our remote ceremony site. In order to ensure he had enough time to make it to the site and possibly troubleshoot any issue as he had never been onsite, and again, he had never used this equipment before, Kevin charged us an additional hour of services when we requested he consider an earlier arrival time. In the end, audio by the ceremony site did NOT end up working out, so our officiant cut it off to avoid static/audio cutting in and out during the ceremony. It was monies wasted as his solution did not work. During the reception itself, he barely MC'd except for when our planner prompted him. Overall, hiring him was the biggest misstep for our event. Sadly, my planner with Piper & Muse, my parents, my husband, and I would not recommend him.
