Wonderful experience!!!

Thank you so much for everything!! I enjoyed having them be apart of my big day!! Mandy and Shannon nailed it with the hair and makeup!!! I loved everything about my hair and makeup and my bridesmaids did too!!! They finished with time to spare which made me feel at ease!! I Mandy was so sweet and professional to work with! Great experience - 10/10!

I loved working with the team at Brides & Beauty - they were professional but also fit in perfectly and had fun with me and my bridesmaids while we were getting ready. Not to mention our hair and makeup looked beautiful! Definitely recommend for your big day!

Amazing team

I AM SO THANKFUL I FOUND BRIDES & BEAUTY! They saved my day!! My makeup artist cancelled on my last minutes, and I couldn't find anyone that was available until I posted on Facebook, they were highly recommended by several of my friends! Mandy was so professional and extremely kind to me during my time of a highly stressful situation!!! September is a busy month for weddings NO DOUBT.... I couldn't find anyone and all the vendors I did contact never responded!!! I messaged Mandy and I received a message back right away from her willing to help in any way!!! Mandy handled my emotions with such care and assured me everything will be perfect!! Mandy sent her team of artist, Shannon & Ashley and WOW I can't say enough how amazing my makeup and my bridal party's makeup turned out SO beautiful and flawless!!! I am so happy I found Brides & Beauty and I will highly recommend them to all my friends getting married!!!

Amazing! I'm so grateful for all they did for me during a stressful week.

A coworker of mine put me in contact with Mandy from Brides & Beauty, as my scheduled makeup artist told me the week of our big day that she was unable to make it. Mandy saved my derriere and scheduled a makeup artist ASAP. I sent along a photo to her of what my makeup looked like after the trial run, and on the day of the wedding I was thrilled with my look! I will forever be grateful to Brides & Beauty for coming through for me at the 11th hour! Highly recommend their services!

Wonderful Experience!

Mandy and her staff are one of a kind! I was told early on to book with her, and I’m so glad I did. My trial was so comfortable and she really understood my vision. Our makeup was beautiful, and I loved having Mandy be part of my big day!

Super flexible and responsive

Mandy worked with me constantly as I kept having to reschedule the wedding for Covid, and was super helpful in making sure my new dates still worked. She ended up needing to quarantine during my wedding weekend, but immediately had a new stylist to take her place with no difficulties. The hair and makeup turned out wonderful, all of my bridesmaids raves about it.

Aboslutely wonderful team.

Mandy and Karri did hair and make-up for myself, 3 bridesmaids, and 2 moms with and add on of a grandmother and the groom. I did my trial run with Mandy and loved everything. The hair was PERFECT and the make-up was FLAWLESS. More importantly, as someone who doesn't wear make-up very often, I didn't feel like a clown in the make-up.
Fast forward to day of...Mandy and Karri arrived promptly and got to work. These ladies were WONDERFUL to work with and we had such a great time with them. Karri finished a bit early and was actually able to do make-up for my grandmother too who wanted to get in on the fun!
Mandy did an amazing job on both my hair and make-up and made me feel ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS on my wedding day. Not a curl was out of place by the end of the night, either-and there was a lot of dancing.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, Mandy was a LIFESAVER. The groom suffered a fairly severe acne breakout a few days before the wedding and was feeling incredibly self-conscious and depressed. I asked her is she could hold on my make-up and maybe see if she could do make-up for him before the photographer showed up. She came to the rescue and was able to add in groom's make-up services as well while still getting my make-up done in time! He felt so relieved and visibly more relaxed after that. Of all the wonderful magic she worked that day, this meant the most to me. She made the time to make the most important person in my life feel more comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day. We were so thankful and we can't thank her enough for that.

BEST hair and makeup EVER!

Legitimately could not have asked for a better hair and makeup stylist than Mandy. She is so attentive, looks at what you want and makes it come to life even better than you could imagine!! I could not recommend someone more, her and her staff are truly Amazing. I don't know how to even put it into words, but do not look anywhere else to book your hair and makeup!!

The best ever

The entire team, top to bottom, was awesome. They were so attentive to each individual need of all of my bridesmaids and moms! They even climbed 7 flights of stairs with all of their equipment for us, talk about dedication! Payment and tips are super easy too because they take venmo, no need to worry about carrying cash all day!

I am so happy I chose Brides & Beauty for my wedding day hair and makeup! Both Artist (Mandy & Ashley) were so fun and kind, and easy to work. Everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Brides & Beauty! Mandy was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process! Ashley was fantastic ans I loved everything about my hair and my bridesmaids hair! She whipped through 9 hair in no time and most importantly it stayed out though dancing and sweating! Very professional and talented.

Karri was amazing for my wedding day! She came to our venue creating less stress for us and was so sweet! She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. We did do a trial run a couple months beforehand and am so glad I did! I knew kind of what I wanted but wasn't totally sure so having the run through I was able to relay what I did not want. This made my hair for the wedding absolutely perfect! The rest of the wedding party also very much enjoyed their updos and a couple that also got their makeup completed by Karri too. Thanks!

Talented Artist for Makeup and Hair

Mandy was an absolute delight. She was extremely experienced and professional, and at the same time personable and kind. All the women in our party were extremely satisfied and gorgeous to behold. Mandy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect hairstyle for my big day. She cares about each of her clients and it really shows in her work! My hair and makeup lasted from 11 a.m. until I took it off at 2 a.m. That day was both humid and hot, 94F, and I looked perfect even after playing laser tag in my wedding dress at our after party. I will always recommend Mandy for anyone’s big day or special occasion.

I am so glad I decided to hire Brides & Beauty, LLC to do my makeup and hair as well as my bridal party. It was much more than I expected!!! I went to do my trial with Ashlee a couple weeks before my wedding and she blew me away with the hair trial. I had sent her multiple pictures of things I wanted and brought my vision to life. On my wedding day I had the best stylists (Ashlee & Ashley) and both of them were AMAZING!!! Not only were they ahead of schedule, but they also let some of my girls who originally didn't sign up for hair/makeup get theirs done. And they were still done early! It was great. They were super flexible with their time and with our comments of what we wanted. My bridal party looked AMAZING!!! Their hair and makeup was picture perfect and I couldn't of asked for better!! The bridal party was so thrilled with the services! My hair and makeup was done by Ashlee and WOW!!! She brought out my best features with the makeup and made me look great! And my hair was perfect!! My husband loved the way she did my hair and makeup!! I ended up keeping Ashlee for 3 extra hours cause I knew I would be crying happy tears and the heat would cause me to sweat. And I am so glad I did! She made sure I looked perfect for my first look, family pictures, ceremony, and my reception. I would highly recommend this company!! They really helped make my wedding day perfect!!! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Mandy and her hair and makeup abilities! On the day of my wedding, I decided I wanted something completely different than what we did at my trial. With anyone else, I would have been nervous to switch things up so last minute, but not with Mandy! She worked her magic, and I was floored by the result! I felt so stunning and could hardly wait for my groom to see me! Mandy is the sweetest and truly an artist.

Karri and her team of girls did such a great job! I used Karri for my hair and airbrush makeup for my bridal photos and my wedding day! It was supposed to rain the day of my bridals so we had to make last minute schedule changes which she was very responsive and flexible about. She took lots of pics and notes after my bridal trial to ensure everything would be just perfect the day of! On the day of she and her team of two other girls came to the hotel we were getting married at. They did a great job, kept on schedule, and made sure all my girls and mom liked their look before leaving.

Karri from Brides and Beauty did an AMAZING job on my wedding day makeup and hair for an unbeatable price!! I was able to book her only 10 days before my wedding!! Karri asked for lots of pictures of what style I wanted via email before the big day, since I was unable to do a trial run. She captured exactly the look I was going for with a gorgeous curled high up-do with a headpiece and veil, and used her own style to make my ideas work with my hair! She kept me so calm and relaxed on my wedding day and truly influenced my whole outlook on the day with her encouragement while she worked! My hair and makeup stayed put the entire 12hr day and I got so many compliments on the style. I truly felt like a princess on the biggest day of my life.

After two failed trials at other salons I was lucky enough to come across Brides & Beauty! Mandy and Missy came to our hotel for the day and provided services for 6 bridesmaids and myself. They were an absolute delight and Mandy even stayed a bit longer when I was running behind. They did such a great job on all my ladies and made them all feel beautiful. The reason they do such a great job is because they focus on just brides and bridal parties. They don't provide any other services that you would find in a normal salon. Their focus is completely on up-dos and makeup and it shows.

I am convinced that Mandy is some kind of hair and makeup wizard, because there is no way someone can be this good without some magic! She was incredibly professional, personable, and EXTREMELY talented, and made everyone feel so beautiful. She was even able to arrive slightly earlier than planned to squeeze in an extra service for my bridesmaid who forgot her makeup bag out of town. I could not recommend her more. If I could give her more stars, I would.

Karri, you are such a doll! I truly enjoyed my whole hair/makeup experience. You make it super easy to for me to travel and not have to worry about looking pretty for my out of state reception. Where do I begin!!! Karri was absolutely AMAZING!! She was extremely passionate about her work and it really showed!!! I loved everything about my wedding day hair and makeup and all 4 of my bridesmaids hair and makeup. The airbrush makeup stayed put through all my tears and my updo was a masterpiece!!! Karri did our hair and make up for my big day and let me just say she was absolutely amazing. She has a passion for her work and her friendly and outgoing personality helped lessen the stress of the whole day. They are super affordable and the money you pay is definitely worth the look in the end. My girls looks marvelous !!! Thanks so much to Karri and Mandi for the amazing job they did! I was very vague about what I wanted, and they were able to transform everyone into bombshells :) they were even able to get my mother in last minute for hair and makeup! Would recommend to anyone!

Mandy and her team were absolutely incredible! She did both my hair and makeup for our wedding day as well as all of my bridesmaids and moms. Many of my bridesmaids have been in other weddings and said that this was the best hair and makeup they had seen by far.
Mandy was flexible with what I wanted and listened to everything I asked for. She was fun, detailed and absolutely reliable. She made sure everyone got what they needed and I was a priority. I have never felt so beautiful. I would recommend her to all of my friends!

I was so happy to have booked Brides & Beauty LLC for my wedding. Many was so responsive and very helpful to coordinate the services. I lived in Maryland and got married in Cincinnati so it was so nice to have them come to our hotel and set up everything. Karri was absolutely fabulous. She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day and my girls looked gorgeous. Would highly recommend them for you hair/beauty services on wedding day!

Mandy was awesome for the very beginning! :) I had 7 in my bridal party plus my mom, so Mandy brought along two other girls, Karri and Misty. I loved my make-up at trial but after looking back at pictures I wasn't in love with my hair. I emailed Mandy about it, but I was 100% confident in the fact that she would make things perfect on the wedding day. I didn't feel the need to go back for another trial or anything like that, because I absolutely trusted her. Mandy was early on the wedding day and immediately got to work. She sent me a day-of-schedule about a week prior to, so I knew exactly when things were supposed to happen! We got a little bit behind schedule by the time it was my turn, but I know that is to be expected. All of the girls looked fabulous! Hair looked great, makeup looked wonderful and it lasted throughout the night! I have never seen my mom look more beautiful than she did on my wedding day! :)

Mandy was just flat out amazing! She was always fast in response via text and email. When I went for my makeup trial, I knew that she was perfect for me and my day because we just clicked! It also helped too that she was much more affordable than most places, but yet still provided a wonderful service (probably even better than others!). On my wedding day, she came to where me and my girls were getting ready with all of her tools and even her own stool. She styled my hair and did the makeup for myself and my 3 bridesmaids and I looked absolutely flawless!! I loved my look even better than at the trial! She completed hair and makeup on me and makeup for my girls exactly on schedule. I just love her and can't wait to find another fancy event that I can use her again soon! I highly recommend her to any bride!

Mandy and her staff are WONDERFUL! I planned a wedding from out of state and she was so helpful and flexible in planning my trial hair and makeup session. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job during the trial. I had a large wedding party, and the day of the wedding she and her staff did hair and makeup for all of us efficiently and beautifully! Everyone was thrilled with their hair and makeup, it looked great in pictures, and it lasted all day. I loved my hair and makeup even more on my wedding day than I did at the trial. I can't recommend her highly enough!

LOVED LOVED LOVED having Brides and Beauty come to the hotel for hair and makeup for myself and all my girls on my wedding day. Mandy and her team of ladies are outstanding and do beyond fabulous work. You only get one change to look absolutely stunning as you walk down the isle and I can say that that was accomplished on my big day thanks to Mandy and the other artists!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Mandy was AMAZING!!! She did an absolute fabulous job on my wedding hair and makeup. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and she wanted me to look my absolute best for the big day! I live in San Francisco, CA, but was having my wedding in Ohio, my now-husband's hometown.

Since I wasn't able to get to Ohio until two days before my actual wedding day, Mandy was so flexible to work with my schedule. We met for a trail hair and makeup session the day before -- She was very patient and professional! I had tried three different hair styles, and she, along with my family members all gave me their opinions on which one they liked most; Also, with the last minute short notice, she agreed to extend her services three hours longer on my wedding day.

From the very first moment I contacted her via email, she has been really on top of everything: responded quickly, or gave me a time frame when she would have the answer for me; showed up on time especially with the 5:15am wedding day service with her giant box of "tools" and a turning chair -- Man! She is a very beautiful and slim lady. You should see her carrying both of these two giant items! :) You know she is very confident and totally knows what she's doing! And ah, gave my husband tips of how not to have pink lips in photos. :D

We became friends for the day. hahah… She told me that lovely story how she met her husband, showed me picture of her children… and even attended my wedding ceremony!

I totally recommend Mandy! If you book her for your special event, you will have absolutely no worries, and be as beautiful as how you have ever dreamed yourself to be!

I could not have asked or dreamed of a better stylist for my hair and make-up. Her skills and vision were on point and exceeding all expectations that I had. I had a whole Pinterest board dedicated to "the look" and brought multiple examples to my trial and it felt as if it was meant to be. My bridesmaids, mothers and friends all agreed to get their hair and make-up done after watching and participating in a trial run. If there would be another large event or any excuse to use them again, it would be without hesitation. There is passion in their work which makes a big difference and you can truly see the positive outcome because of it. Everyone knows and will tell you that planning is stressful and on the day of 'something' will not go according to plan... This choice was one that I never had any qualms or a shadow of doubt that it would be flawless. I can't express or give enough credit to Mandy. If anyone is even tentative or unsure, please at least do a trial... You won't need any other convincing.

Mandy was an absolute God send for my wedding. She met with me at my mothers house to do my trial and we were able to nail down the look I wanted. The trial is so worth it!! On the day of my wedding she came to our hotel room and did my hair and make up as well as my four bridesmaids. My hair and makeup was beautiful and she made my bridesmaids look like a million bucks. I highly recommend getting your bridesmaids hair done. In the pictures everyone looked polished and elegant. I loved the eyelashes! She is so wonderful to talk to and she knew the time I needed to be done and had me done and my ladies in plenty of time. I would recommend her to anyone and I look forward to seeing her again at my best friends wedding in August!

Mandy was so amazing! She is the sweetest person in the world and an absolutely fantastic hair and makeup artist! I could not have loved my hair and makeup more for my wedding. She made me feel absolutely gorgeous and my pictures are turning out spectacular thanks to her. My husband couldn't get over how pretty I looked and just kept smiling at me. When we did our first look, all he could say was, "wow."

I had a very large bridal party and had a mini panic attack with how early we were going to have to be up the morning of the wedding in order to have everyone's hair and makeup done for pictures. Mandy pulled some strings and was able to get another makeup artist to come with her (3 total) so that we wouldn't have to wake up at the break of dawn. I cannot thank her enough for taking care of everything and making my day that much more special!

Where do I begin? Mandy is AMAZING! Her quality of service was superb. Whenever I needed her, she would respond very quickly. She was and still is very professional. I value her work and now her friendship. She will do whatever she has to do to make sure the bride is happy. My hair and makeup on my wedding day was perfect. I could not have imagined it any other way. Mandy also did my extensions. If you have medium-length, fine hair, I suggest you have Mandy do the fusion extensions for your wedding. I am ecstatic that I did it because my hair looked curly and full on my wedding day. Mandy takes her time putting them in, and although they are a little pricey, it's worth it because she does a fantastic job and they last 6 months. Even after my wedding, Mandy still keeps in touch with me, and I will continue to be one of her clients for a long time! I would definitely recommend Mandy to family and friends!

I contacted Bride's & Beauty a week prior to my wedding just asking general question's and they were answered extremely quickly. I have never hired an make-up artist before, so I had tons of questions and I'm that person who can't make any decisions to begin with. I decided to hire Mandy two days prior to my wedding and she went with it. I didn't get back with her until the morning of my wedding to give her directions and what not. She literally through herself together and made it to my home in a little over an hour. She had very little time and had 2 maids, 1 MOB, and then the Bride (myself) to get together in 2 hours. We ran out of time, so then Mandy followed us to the church to finish up, which I thought was extremely professional and just so thoughtful. The maids and my mother's make-up turned out flawless, I was extremely ecstatic. Then my make-up, OH MY GOODNESS, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing, just gorgeous, well worth the time and I highly recommend Bride's & Beauty, LLC to everyone and anyone. She is extremely professional and would highly recommend her.

Mandy was great to work with and very flexible; was willing to come to my house at 7:30 am the morning of my wedding! I loved my finished look & received a lot of compliments on my makeup the day of the wedding. Really important to do a trial run; my 16yr old daughter wasn't available to do the trial run and on the day of the wedding felt that her foundation made her look 'orange'(although it wasn't noticeable with the lighting at the wedding). Would definitely recommend this vendor for anyone wanting a professional makeup application.

Amazing!!!

I absolutely loved working with Mandy! Mandy showed up early and ended up getting my and my bridesmaids' hair/make-up done well ahead of schedule! Even with make-up starting at 8 am, everyone looked great throughout our evening ceremony and reception (until 11 pm!).

Prior to my wedding day, I had decided to not do a trail and this ended up being perfectly fine! I was able to describe what I wanted (loose romantic updo and natural make-up) and Mandy did it beautifully! Thank you Mandy!

I personally loved the services done for me on my wedding day. Mandy had some family issues come up right around the time I had started to get some wedding drama but we worked around it and everything fell into place. She was always very quick to get back to me with answers to questions. The price is decent...I searched around for at least two weeks before finding Brides& Beauty and they were cheaper than the others I had found. Only one bridesmaid did not like her hair....her curls didn't stay once Kerri was done with her and she was promised a touch up but didn't happen. All in all though, everyone was gorgeous.

Great experience with Mandi! I would use her again in a heartbeat. She was so professional and friendly even through back pains. I loved that she gave her own opinions to make sure I looked my best since I don’t know much about hair or make-up. The only downside was when the bridesmaids and moms were getting their hair and make-up done, her other stylist she brought with her made them pay for their stuff immediately after getting the service even though I was paying for it. So I had to go back and repay my bridesmaids for the service. I would still choose to use them again!

Mandy, you were fantastic and did everything we needed. You were there to help as fix whatever we needed fixed. However, we were not a fan of the 2 girls you had with you. They made my bridesmaids and mother feel rushed. I can't remember which girl it was but I know some of the girls suggested certain hairstyles and the stylist ignored them and said they needed to go in a different direction and didn't have time to do what they wanted. We expected more for the amount we were paying. I wanted my girls to feel nothing less than fabulous and that wasn't the case for some of them. They felt they were pushed aside because the stylist had to get out of there. But you were great and I will recommend you! Thank you for making us look fantastic on my big day!

Kari (trial run) and Gabby (day of) did excellent jobs. I do not generally wear make up, but I had several folks say that my make up was well done. It took a while to get my hair I wanted it, but I may not have been explaining it well enough. I did get a bit frustrated when I had sent them a video of my hair design and they said they had watched it. However when she started to do my hair, it was obvious that she had not. Mandy, who owns the company, responded fairly quickly, however we did have a miscommunication. She thought I had gone with a different vendor and she had to get someone to cover my wedding about 3 weeks before the wedding. But she got someone and they showed up at 7 AM where we were getting ready to do 6 people's hair and my makeup. Both Kari and Gabby were very professional. Overall I was satisfied since everyone's hair looked great in the end and they lasted all day.

Very poor communication

I want to start out this review by stating that I completely understand that things happen and that sometime people have health conditions that that cannot control. When I first started talking with Brides & Beauty, they were decently responsive to conversations and helpful with answering questions. I eventually received a phone number which was helpful so all communication didn't have to be on The Knot. There was a bit of a delay in communication when booking my trial, but she was dealing with a loss, which is completely understandable. I was able to book my trail and the trail went fairly well. I did ask for a copy of our signed contract to be emailed to me, which it never was. I had also asked a few times for my total pricing (which wasn't provided to me until I was given the timeline for my wedding 14 days prior) which was after totals were due. This resulted in me overpaying, which was resolved in the end. After the trail, communication started to get very poor, and I wouldn't hear back on multiple occasions. I had requested a timeline to be provided earlier than 14 days, and did not get it until I asking for it twice 14 days prior to the wedding. On the morning of the wedding, I had reached out to Mandy at 07:42 (set up was supposed to be at 8) to let her know the hotel room that we were in. I received a text back that she was unable to make it (due to illness) and would be sending a replacement Kelsey. Like I stated earlier, I completely understand that things happen, but this is something that should have been communicated with me as soon as Mandy knew she was going to be unable to attend. I don't believe I would have been notified about this had I not reached out. Kelsey did arrive on time, but was not provided the timeline or reference pictures by Mandy. Kelsey was very professional and did a wonderful job with our hair and makeup. She was ahead of schedule which allowed us extra time with photos and time to relax. At the end of the day, I loved my hair and makeup more than I did at the trail. I was just very very upset with the lack of professional communication that I received from Mandy. For this reason, I cannot recommend their services. I had so much unnecessary anxiety due to the lack of communication that I received.

The contract does state the day of timeline and total will be sent 14 days prior. It was sent to you on 10/7 exactly 14 days prior to your day of on 10/21. That is what the contract states. I will absolutely look into increase that deadline, as we have kept that in place due to constant changing details for day of timelines. Thank you. I wish you a beautiful marriage.
