This place was recommended to my sister and me by a friend who had purchased her wedding dress there. Both my sister and I find the perfect dresses there and purchased our wedding dresses there as well. Since then, another friend has also had great luck there! Bride N Belle has very friendly staff, great hours and a fantastic selection of nicely priced dresses.

So I loved my dress! However, the service was sub-par. They were always loosing my dress, and finding my dress info was always a problem. It was always super busy in there. So, overall dress was good- service was so so.

The attendant at Bride and Belle actually brought me a dress I thought I'd never like and it was the one I chose. They were abe to expedite my dress and it was altered quickly and beautifully.

My only down side was the charge for the minor alteration was higher than I thought it should be. $175 for adjusting straps seemed outrageous to me.

I can not say enough about Bride N Belle. The staff is fantastic!! When I went in to choose my dress they listened to what I wanted and helped me to find my dream attire for my wedding!! They treat you like family, not like a customer.

Bride n Belle was the first place I went to looking for my wedding dress. I surely was not disappointed. Jo helped me find the perfect dress. I absolutely loved the Maggie Sottero dress I purchased it was simply gorgeous and I received so many compliments on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and flower girls also purchased their dresses there and they all looked amazing. Teresa and her staff were wonderful to work with. They all treated us like family. The atmosphere in the boutique is also very warm and friendly. The quality of the dresses were great, service and professionalism were outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for helping make my special day perfect! I would definitely recommend them to any new bride.

I must have tried on 25 dresses before finding the perfect one at Bride n Belle. I loved the personal attention you get here - it made it a great experience. My only complaint was that at my fittings I asked for the bodice to be taken in more, I felt like it was too loose & was afraid of a wardrobe malfunction! The seamstress was hesitant to take it in, afraid that it wouldn't look good if it was too tight. I ended up losing a few more pounds before my wedding and the bodice was in fact too loose. Everything went off fine & there were NO wardrobe malfunctions but I wish I had been more firm about taking in the bodice since I had to keep pulling it up at the reception.

I enjoyed how everyone here worked as a team when it came to my alterations. They all ensured that the dress was perfect and made sure it was ready when I needed it. I also chose this location because their price for both the dress and alterations was great. I tried on my dress in three locations and this place had the best price and the best consultant!

I had a wonderful experience at Bride n belle. My mom and I had stopped in one day after calling that morning for an appointment. Theresa was tied up with another bride but allowed my mother and I to go into the bridal dress room and grab the dresses ourselves to try on. She came back periodically to check on us, but pretty much left us to do our own thing, which I loved. I narrowed it down to 2 dresses and went back a few days later with my bridal party to get their opinions and to have them select their dresses. All of the dresses came in early and exactly as ordered. My dress was amazing for the $. I only went to 3 bridal stores, but was extremely happy with my experience at Bride 'N' Belle. It is not the nicest looking place from the outside, but I thought the selection was far larger than the other 2 salon's I had visited earlier. Theresa was extremely helpful without being overly pushy trying to make a sale. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Bride n Belle. Honestly this was the last bridal shop of many I visited with my mother and we had the best experience at this shop. The owner and her staff were super helpful. I had a vision of what I wanted in my mind when I walked in and the woman helping me convinced me to try on something completely opposite of what I thought I wanted and it turned out to be the one. They know what they're doing. We even got our tuxes next door at the tux shop owned by her son! He was wonderful as well, great prices on tux rentals and they were perfect! First wedding either one of us has been in in a while that there were no tuxedo rental issues, I recommend Jason Anthony's as well!!

I looked at a lot of different Boston area boutiques for wedding gowns and even after I found the one I wanted at a different store, I went back to Bride n Belle to place my order. The ladies there were incredibly nice and I didn't feel any of the pressure that I felt at other stores. I also found the same gown I tried on at another boutique at a better price.

When I went in for alterations, everything was always ready when promised and it looked great. They also took my ideas for tailoring and really listened to how I wanted the dress to look. They were fantastic!

The store itself is disgusting. Its gross and needs serious remodeling, however you cant judge a book by its cover! The selection was great, my gown was an Alfred Angelo and it must have been a special edition because as far as the internet is concerned, that design doesnt exist. Their seamstress was great, she did a good job on all the alterations and I loved my bustle. The only negative thing I can think of is their location sucks. The parking was a nightmare and it was such a long drive and I dreaded the commute.

Background: This boutique was recommended by a colleague of mine who is family friends with the owner. I had bought my dress at a sample sale at the Pronovias store in NYC. The dress was dirty so I had it cleaned and when it was cleaned it no longer fit me. I had not gained any weight since the purchase and was told that it was over 2 inches too small when I brought it in Bride n Belle. However, the amazing seamstress Lena over at Bride n Belle was able to work miracles and I ended up having a beautifully tailored gown.

The Bottom line:

Value: Having been all over New York, Chicago and Boston and familiarizing myself with wedding dress alterations the ladies at Bride n Belle certainly give you the most bang for your buck. Wedding dress alterations were estimated on this dress, which was a multitiered gown with ruching to be between $500-$700. However I was able to have the dress altered to fit my waste, the length shortened, bustles, bra inserts and pressed for $250.

Professionalism: The ladies at the store always made me feel comfortable and at home. I was able to bring the dress in 3 weeks before my wedding date and they were able to have it ready the week of with one fitting inbetween initial fitting and pick up.

Overall, I highly recommend any brides looking for alterations to go to this store. Do not be deceived because it does not have all the bells and whistles of a Lelite or Priscillas, because the staff are some down to earth localers who are skilled at their craft.

I bought my dress at Bride and Belle in Medford, MA. They were one of the few bridal shops in the area that had the dress that I wanted. There prices were comparable to other shops that did carry the dress. I had no issues with the ordering or delivery of the dress. My Matron of Honor also ordered her dress through them with no issues. Although, I would have no issues ordering from them again, I would not have them do alterations again. I was not quite satisfied with the fit of either dress. I actually ended up taking the dress to a different seamstress a week before the wedding. It all worked out in the end and I liked how the dress looked.

I came to the store a month before the wedding and I had to buy a dress off the rack. The ladies were courteous and helped me pick one out. They modified it within a week and everything was pain-free.

Bride n' Belle is a great place to find a wedding dress. As an ignorant bride, I had no idea it could take up to 9 months to get a dress once it has been ordered. Well, it was February and I needed a dress by the end of March for my bridal photos. People at Bride n' Belle were very understanding and helped me find my dream dress in the nick of time. The dress I wanted was in a size 14 (i'm a size 4). Because the alteration was going to be too drastic and ordering the dress in my size was not an option, they decided to call the warehouse, which was in Florida, to see if they had the dress in my size. To my surprise, they had it in a size 6! It was shipped and got to Medford in two weeks. I went in, had my dress altered, and my dress was ready and ironed before the end of March. Everyone at Bride n' Belle was so nice and my dress was perfect. I highly recommend them to any bride.

They helped me find the dress of my dreams and gave me a very good deal on it. The dress was not ready when it was supposed to be and they had extreme difficulty making the alterations that I requested. I wanted to have sleeves added and they refused to do anything more than a strap (since when is the store owner's aesthetic opinion better than the bride's?), even after I requested a sleeve multiple times. The straps that they made were poorly attached and different in size. When my mother-in-law measured the straps and pointed it out to the seamstress, they still didn't fix them before steaming the dress. I ended up being disappointed in their service even though I had a beautiful dress. I could have done better alterations.
