Everything from the start of communication with Rachel Santana and her team was so wonderful and smooth. She created beautiful vision boards throughout the process and was beyond responsive to any requests and adjustments. She created the wedding of my dreams (even better than I could have ever imagined). Her prices were very reasonable and the arrangements you receive are the highest quality, definitely a 'big bang for your buck'. NYBG Wedding - Bride and Blossom Florist
We got married on 5/2 at New York Botanical Garden, and I'm thrilled we used Rachel and Bride and Blossom as our florist.
From the start, Rachel was so easy to communicate with and extremely thorough when we started discussing our vision for the day. We made some changes at the viewing, and her and her team executed flawlessly - they were very flexible in the changes we wanted to make to the candles / color scheme.
On the day, her team was fantastic - the set up was seamless, and the ceremony space was breathtaking. The work they did with the cocktail room was beautiful, and the reception room exceeded my expectations. We gave them free reign on the head table, and I got several compliments about how beautiful the space looked. The team was in and out on the day, breaking down very quickly.
Rachel and the team were a huge part of our beautiful day, and I'd recommend hiring her as the florist for your wedding or event!Bride & Blossom's reply:

We worked with Rachel and her team for our wedding and we were so happy that we worked with them! We had a lot of confidence in Rachel from our very first discussion onward. She made us feel heard, and provided very insightful and thorough responses to the unusual ballroom setup we had in mind. What won us over is that she was quite transparent with her proposal, providing a great amount of detail and examples, and she made very thoughtful changes to the proposal when we provided feedback.
On the day of, we were so happy with the final outcome! The flowers looked very healthy, our chuppah was to a tee as described in the proposal, and the look of every centerpiece was consistent. Her team even offered to make some small additions to the chuppah on the day of that looked amazing and, when we had to add a table for our guestbook last-minute, they proactively found a way to decorate the table.
The overall service we got from the whole Bride & Blossom team made us feel confident about what we considered one of the most stressful parts of our wedding planning. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them!Bride & Blossom's reply:

Beautiful Modern Wedding Florals
B&B really stunned in the floral arrangements and decorations for our wedding. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and everything looked perfect! Some of our guests even told us they were the best floral arrangements they had ever seen at a wedding. Very modern, but exactly what we wanted! The most beautiful wedding flowers
Bride and Blossom did a phenomenal job at my wedding this past weekend at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel. They dropped our personal flowers earlier in the day, and we knew from that moment we didn't need to worry at all. I'm a small person, I told Carla, B&B's manager, I don't want a big bouquet. B&B delivered-- it was the perfect size and so beautiful. When I saw the room reveal of my ceremony and reception room decorated with B&B's flowers later on in the day, I was really in awe. I was literally touched, It was everything I dreamt of. It is worth mentioning-- I did a sampling with B&B, and the feedback made in the sampling were noted on the day-of decorations.
I worked with Carla starting around 8 months ago. Carla has been amazing from the beginning. She was professional, she was very accurate at depicting what I wanted just from inspo photos I sent her and meeting me once in person, and she revised my proposal 7 times until it is exactly the way I wanted it! I'm so glad the flowers turn out beautiful and stunning in our wedding, they are so instrumental. B&B's flowers are the biggest part of our budget, and worth every penny. Thank you Bride & Blossom for decorating our wedding wonderfully, we will forever cherish their service and recommend them from the bottom of our hearts!Bride & Blossom's reply:

Bride & Blossom is the absolute best! We truly enjoyed working with the B&B team leading up to our wedding in the planning stage and then they executed in such an amazing way. Based on our initial phone call, and images we provided,they put together a visual representation and proposal for how they would decorate our wedding. We then worked with them over time, after hiring them, to adjust the initial plan to meet our needs as we continued to develop our plan for the wedding. All throughout the process Carla was very helpful to both execute our vision while also providing incredibly useful feedback based on her expertise and knowledge, to help guide us.
Then once it was time for the wedding, they made it all come to life: the reception room was a dream, the ceremony room was magical and it all was even better than we could have imagined.

Gorgeous fairytale flowers
Carla and her team at Bride and Blossom did the most incredible job on our flowers. From the start, she understood our vision and was detailed and careful about how to make it a reality. That said, reality was even better than I'd hoped. The chuppah was enchanting and the dining room was like a magical, mystical fairyworld. The team painstakingly hung individual flowers from the ceiling and wrapped trees in our flowers to make an already lovely venue truly breathtaking. Carla and her team are absolutely amazing! One of our top priorities for our wedding were our flowers, and Carla flawlessly executed our vision for our florals, within our budget. Working with her was seamless, especially when we changed our minds on center pieces and color pallets a few months before the wedding. Carla was always calm and capable, there was no ask that was impossible, but she was always was clear and respectful of our budget. New York City Wedding
Hiring Bride and Blossom was one of the best decisions my husband and I made! We had a vision for an elegant NYC wedding that included centerpieces made of calla lilies and tall candelabras, and were insistent on getting married under a lucite chuppah with a floral canopy. Wow - did Bride and Blossom deliver!! We worked with Carla who was so kind, helpful and patient with us and truly made the vision come to life! Romantic fairytale wedding
Flowers at a wedding create the hopes and dreams of a wonderful future. Once an old fashioned lace wedding gown was picked, the style grew from it, and B&B then knew exactly what we wanted - beautifully scented roses in soft pastels, a floral canopy that was picture perfect, and a reception area that showed our love for the new couple and our guests.Bride & Blossom's reply:

WOW! I can not say enough wonderful things about Rachel and her team. They not only constructed my ideal wedding bouquets and centerpieces, but they did so with quick and kind responses ongoing as we collaborated on designs. On top of this, unlike most of my vendors on my wedding day due to a parade blocking many streets in NYC, they were on time for drop off. Importantly, just a few days before the wedding, we had to rearrange tables leading to a few different table shapes versus what was originally expected. Although the flowers had been ordered already, Bride & Blossom were able to rearrange them to fit the new shapes of the tables, creating stunning centerpieces regardless of the last minute change. What's more is they were very fairly priced. I would highly recommend Bride & Blossom time and time again. My husband and I truly appreciate everything they did to make not only our day so special, but the planning process a whole lot easier!Bride & Blossom's reply:

When I explained exactly what we wanted and the budget we had in mind, they were able to tailor our florals at Gotham Hall beautifully with florals that matched both our look and feel as well as our costs. The whole venue looked spectacular. Everything from the candles to our mandap to the high and low center pieces were designed with class, thoughtfulness, and detail. Rachel and Carla did a beautiful job at our wedding! The flowers were amazing. Everyone commented on how beautiful the chuppah was, and our jaws dropped when we walked into our reception after a room flip. The tall and low arrangements with the candles were stunning. We made some changes after our initial trial and were completely blown away the day of. Rachel and Carla were also accommodating with logistics. They ensured the chuppah was ready in time for us to take pictures before the ceremony and flipped the room for the reception. Totally worth it!
I was torn whether or not to hire a wedding planner for my small/intimate wedding but decided to work with Bride & Blossom to ease the stress of it all. Bree and her team were so helpful and made me feel much more relaxed about the entire experience. They have a wealth of knowledge and provided great recommendations and advice whenever I needed it. I felt confident that everything was taken care of leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I had 2 coordinators on site to assist and make sure everything went smoothly - Annie and Imani. They were total pros and helped to calm my nervous jitters while at it! They thought of everything. When I woke up the next morning I panicked thinking I left my card box and bouquet etc. but it turns out that they took care of ensuring my mom and best friends took everything home, including leftover cake! They really had everything under control and I cannot recommend them enough. You can trust that you’ll be able to be present during your wedding day and not have to worry about any “behind the scenes” things with vendors, guests, etc. I’m so thankful to have worked with them! -

Beautiful flowers!
Bride & Blossom was wonderful from the start! We heard about them from our venue, the NYBG. From our first meeting, Bride & Blossom staff were very attentive to the ideas we had for our florals. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we postponed our wedding celebration twice and then unfortunately decided to cancel the event. However, we did still take formal wedding pictures. Bride & Blossom was extremely understanding and flexible through all of this and very nicely agreed to provide a bridal bouquet and groom boutonnière for these pictures. They delivered these flowers to the picture venue and I was delighted that these florals were exactly what we wanted! The team at bride and blossom went above and beyond to make our day a beautiful one. The florals and our table scapes were even more gorgeous in person than any of our design inspiration that we shared.
Also, they worked with us through a twice postponed covid wedding and were incredibly flexible and accommodating. They made what could have been a much more stressful time so easy for us.

We were so lucky to have Carla from Bride & Blossom curate the look of our wedding! Our ceremony was postponed several times, scaled back, and we even had to change our venue - all due to the pandemic - but Carla was so patient and flexible with us as our plans changed continuously. Carla had wonderful ideas to bring our garden theme to life at our synagogue and worked with our budget to bring to life our chuppah, bedeken and reception. We had to adapt to smaller-sized 30" tables to accommodate social distancing, so Carla came up with these beautiful centerpieces for our guests. She listened to what I had in mind, asked about pictures I liked for floral inspiration and provided us with so many options to bring our vision to life. We loved our wedding!Bride & Blossom's reply:

Stunning beyond belief
As two brides, we were a bit worried when we were choosing our vendors, but it was a complete non-issue for Bride + Blossom. They made us feel special and celebrated, and for that we're so grateful. I'm not sure how Carla managed to know exactly what we wanted when we struggled to realize what it was we wanted ourselves, but when I first saw the flowers I was stunned. Every flower was beyond perfect--our guests are still asking us who our florist was three months later. -

We started planning our wedding as soon as we were engaged. Once we determined on our venue, the venue provided us with a listing of their preferred vendors and Bride and Blossom was one of them. I reached out immediately after reviewing their website.
I first met with Eliana for a consultation. Their 3rd Avenue office is centrally located and beautiful. I came to the consultation armed with pictures, color swatches, theme and color palette. Eliana asked me several questions about my style and how I envisioned the day. She took copious notes. Within a couple of days I received the "vision" board for the flowers for the wedding and was blown away. Not only did she capture the essence of what I was aiming for the digital mock ups were beautiful.
Bride and Blossom worked with my budget and were the consummate vendor. Their work is artful, visionary and beautiful. I highly recommend them!Bride & Blossom's reply:

Bride & Blossom did an INCREDIBLE job designing all of the floral arrangements for my wedding last weekend at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Initially, we had a meeting about my wedding vision, from there, they send you a proposal with inspiration images and types of flowers to be used. When I saw the proposal, I knew that my vision was understood and that I would be in good hands, and I was. On the day of my wedding, Bride & Blossom far exceeded all of my expectations (and I have HIGH expectations). From the ceremony arch, bouquets, chair arrangements, flower runners, centerpieces, etc, everything was stunning and absolutely perfect, I am SO happy with their creative services. Throughout the evening, and now a week later, my guests are complimenting me on the gorgeous floral arrangements and that the decor was the best they have ever seen. I was also very happy with the price. Flowers are one of the most expensive parts of a wedding and I feel that the price I paid was completely fair. I received so many flowers for the price and when I compared my costs to other brides I know, my flowers were more abundant and yet I paid less. I cannot say enough good things about Bride & Blossom. We worked with Carla and from our first consultation up to our big day she was nothing short of fabulous. Don’t think twice - hire Bride and Blossom!!!
If you are newly engaged and reading this review - just stop what you’re doing and hire Rachel and her team at Bride and Blossom. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with them from start to finish. Our wedding flowers exceeded all of our expectations and when I saw our beautiful huppah for the first time I cried happy tears!
Wedding planning can be stressful and sometimes it feels like vendors overcharge you just because they can. While other florists I spoke with tried to over sell me, Rachel was transparent from the start that flowers and wedding decor can be absolutely stunning within my budget. She then turned my vision into life, modifying things if I had a change of heart and providing her honest feedback and design expertise. She was more than professional - answering every phone call and email in a timely fashion - but also warm and thoughtful in every conversation. Rachel truly was one of my favorite people to work with throughout this wedding process and our wedding was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.
