Excellent quality professional services
Brian and his assistant were so much fun, but very professional at the same time! An excellent choice for a quality photographer for sure! We felt very comfortable and trusted that he had our important event covered. He captured some very priceless memories! We highly recommend his photography services. -

Energetic, Professional, and Fun!
There are people who take pictures of weddings, and then there are professionals like Brian. Brian photographed our wedding on 9-6-2020 and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He showed up early and prepared and was the perfect photographer for us. He knows what he is doing and will capture the moments you want to remember. Really couldn't be happier with the experience. His portfolio while amazing doesn't do him justice as far as his interaction and keeping things fun. He clearly loves what he does and it shows. You will be happy you hired him for your special day! -

You won’t regret this decision. Loved him!
We had a destination wedding in NOLA, and booked everything based on online reviews. You will not regret having this energy at your wedding. From the second he walked in he makes you feel so calm. He is upbeat and everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop saying “you’re photographer is hilarious and made things so easy”. From the booking to the wedding even 7 months after the wedding he has made the whole process easy. I could not be happier with him as a person, and our photos. We are not natural models and he knew just how to direct things and make sure it went smooth. You will love him!!! -

Went above and beyond!
Brian went above and beyond on our wedding day to capture the best photos! This included shuffling spectators out of the way at Jackson square to be sure to get that perfect shot. If you do a second line parade, he’s an asset. Highly recommend for professional photos and for capturing all the magical moments. We look back on our album with nothing but joy and laughs! -

Creative and fun

Perfect Wedding Photographer
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brian. As stressful as having a wedding can be he went out of his way to capture every single one of our special moments without adding to our stress. His photos were so amazing that it landed our wedding as a highlighted one in New Orleans Wedding magazine. He comes highly recommended from us and is very Professional. He also is amazing at keeping the mood fun and playful and reading the Bride and Groom and keeping them happy. -

Perfection
Absolutely superb! All my guests and my wedding party commented how well Brian gave direction for the pictures! Everyone had a ball, he'll definitely make you laugh even if it's at him! Not to mention the pictures came out absolutely marvelous! -

Professional, attentive, great photographer!
Brian is a rockstar! Leading up to the wedding he checked in regularly with me, always made sure he had answered all my questions. At the wedding he was energetic, attentive, and kept giving us hints and tips throughout the reception to make sure we got the absolute best photos of the key things we'd want to remember (first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc). We chose to wait and take all pictures after the ceremony, so he had to be quick to take ALL of the family and bridal party pictures--he handled it with grace and kept everyone happy and smiling through a ton of shots. He also took my husband and I aside at sunset and got some great pictures of just the two of us--doing so quickly so that we didn't miss much of the reception. I highly recommend Brian! -

All-around best photographer!
We couldn’t recommend Brian Jarreau Photography enough!! He was everything we wanted in a photographer and more. Not only did he arrive early for our beach wedding to get the lay of the land, but was on site and ready to go before anyone else was so that he was absolutely prepared for the day. This was so very helpful for us, because it allowed us to know what was going on when we arrived to begin the day. In a way, he also filled a lot of roles that a wedding planner would do. It wasn’t in the cards for us to hire one, so needless to say, we were very appreciate and thankful because we don’t think the day would have run as smoothly as it did without his knowledge! Brian brings with him a wonderfully bright personality, and honestly, he couldn’t have fit in any better than he did with our vibrant crowd. He seems to have a way of meshing and maneuvering around any crowd he finds himself in. Brian did anything we asked of him. He was 100% professional and knew exactly what he needed to do. He actually offered us up some wonderful suggestions and tips which helped us immensely. Beyond all of this, his pictures were absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t question that they would be anything less. He got them to us in a timely manner and we had no concerns; only “oohs” and ”ahhs”! We have to mention that Brian had actually been hurt in an accident prior to our wedding, but we can say with full confidence that he still showed up to do his job and then some. It wasn’t even a question of “if” he would come. And to make sure that everything went smoothly for us, he brought a second photographer at no additional cost! This type of professional is unmatched. We feel bad that we lucked out in that deal, but we’d be lying if we said that we weren’t excited and profoundly grateful! His second cameraman can be described as having all the same qualities as Brian does, including the phenomenal pictures we received! We really can’t say enough here about Brian Jarreau Photography. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their photographer!! -

Fantastic Wedding Photographer
Brian shot our wedding on March 3, 2018 and did a wonderful job! We had a very large wedding party (20) and he handled us with ease. He also followed all my requests for specific shots, and had a great eye for seeking out spots along the way that fit with our vision. The wedding itself was over 300 invitees in a large space that spanned two rooms and I am pretty sure he captured all of them somehow, I had several guests comment after how much they liked my photographer and had pictures taken with him! I would highly recommend Brian, on top of being extremely professional as well as easy and fun to work with, his packages were exactly what we were looking for, I was really impressed with the quality and selection of his products! Very satisfied customers! -

Brian is amazing!
Brian was so so much fun to work with! Our photos are beautiful, and we had a wonderful time taking them. Brian made my husband and I so comfortable while we took photos. Brian was on the dance floor with us all night, and all of our guests loved working with him as well. I can not recommend Brian enough! -

I've never met a more energetic, fun, loving, professional photographer! This man and his assistant Jeff had such positive, infectious energy that lasted from the early morning until the late night. They kept up with all the craziness of the day and even got us a preview of photos just hours after the day was over. Every bride is excited to see those photos and Brian exceeded my expectations. I don’t think I can fully put into words just how much time, energy, passion, and talent Brian gave to our special day. We will forever be grateful for his incredible work! Looking for the right photographer can be so difficult. Between trying to find the package you want, deciding what moments to capture in the time you have, and blindly trusting someone with the pictures you'll display proudly for the rest of your life, it can be a little daunting. Brian was the greatest... hands down. He customized a package to give us exactly what we wanted. He has an incomparable eye for truly beautiful pictures and an impeccable instinct for catching every moment, every tear, and every beaming smile. It was truly an honor and privilege to have him share his gift with us, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks for everything, Brian! -

BEST EVER! Seriously, Brian Jarreau's name should be changed to Brian Jarreaux (for true New Orleans flare)! He did an amazing job at making my wedding photography experience as seamless as possible. When I tell you he'll climb a tree to get the best shots... He'll climb a tree! He's a very laid back person, which helps on wedding days. He also knows when to be silly, when to crack jokes, when to hustle, when to be calm, and when to be serious - all of which can be necessary on your wedding day. One of the many things that stood out about Brian was that he was a team player. He didn't come to the wedding just to take photos, he was helping out the entire time! He was extremely self directed, arranging items like my wedding dress, jewelry, shoes, etc. for photos, and for my convenience, prior to me even arriving in the suite. He served as a contact person for my wedding planner and guests, even though he didn't need to. He also created an atmosphere of excitement and eagerness during a time that easily can be so stressful. Before the wedding, we went to Mardi Gras World for bridal party photos, and he came up with so many ideas for great photos and was so upbeat it was infectious. At the wedding, he was so cordial and friendly with all of the guests, that by the end of the night, most knew him by name. I really enjoyed working with Brian, and I'm SO thankful that I chose him as our photographer for my wedding. He really contributed to making my best day ever, my best day ever!!! -

Brian is amazing and deserves a hundred stars, 5 certainly doesn't do him justice. We've heard two things from every single person at our wedding... our band rocked, and our photographer was spectacular. Brian ran his ass off the entire day and night (yes, he worked quite a long day for us), I've never seen a photographer work so hard. I can't stress this enough... he worked his ass off!!! He captured the day beautifully, and we couldn't be happier with our photos. Besides the fact that he is clearly a talented photographer, he's a great guy and incredibly fun to work with. Which is exactly why everyone at our wedding loved him! He didn't miss a beat - from the prep photos while we were getting ready, to the first look, to directing all of our guests for a big group shot after the ceremony, to the second line and party photos - every moment was captured beautifully. And by the way, the photos he took of our massive dance party are priceless. He's unbelievably talented, it's a simple as that. It was more than just a pleasure to work with him, it was an honor to have him there to capture every important moment from our day. You're a fool if you don't use him for your wedding... just our thoughts from a very happy bride and groom! -

Brian is one of the most gifted photographers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. In my line of work, I have worked with many wedding photographers. I feel so fortunate to have had him as our wedding photographer. Energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism are words that come to mind when I think of the experience we had. Brian is a friend of my husband and so we already knew that he would be a great person to work with. He made sure to set up several phone calls and skype sessions before the event to be sure that he understood what we wanted! He worked fast and efficiently the day of the wedding to get shots in different locations throughout the property and make sure that family and friends weren't standing around waiting on him. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommended him as a photographer for any event! -

Brian was truly amazing! Our original wedding photographer went MIA exactly one week prior to our wedding and Brian happily stepped in. He single-handedly saved our wedding day...he literally shot our wedding pictures despite his sprained wrist! His professionalism and dedication to making our wedding pictures memorable were truly noteworthy. He listened to our requests and produced the most amazing shots we've ever seen. It's also worth mentioning that his lovely wife, Leslie, assisted him and was equally amazing. What a great team! Also, worth mentioning was the turn-around time for accessing our pictures. Within a couple of weeks Brian uploaded our pictures and made them available for friends and family to view. So many wonderful shots to choose from and we couldn't be happier! Thank you so very kindly, Brian! We loved your work and we look forward to booking you again!

Brian is AMAZING!!! Talented, patient, creative...not to mention he kept us laughing and enjoying every moment without keeping us from our guests and family. We had SO MANY great shots from our wedding - I don't think there was a single photo we didn't love. I can't say enough great things about this photographer. Brian took our wedding day photos and we would have loved for him to capture many more of our family's significant moments if he was still in Chicagoland! Thank you Brian for everything! -

Let me preface by saying that I have been in quite a few weddings, and usually I don't really enjoy taking the bridal party photos. You're tired, ready to get on to the celebration, and the directions/posing can be cheesy and stiff.
Brian totally changed my opinion about wedding photography - he brought energy and humor that kept it from feeling like a chore. You can really see that we were having a great time in the photos. He captured the LOVE!
Also, the photos are phenomenal (and flattering!). It was an outdoor wedding and he really had a eye for composing a shot that captured the beauty of the setting. -

Let's be honest, having to do wedding photos in south Louisiana can be quite uncomfortable. It's hot, humid and there are bugs. Did I mention that it's hot?! I've been in several weddings and in my experience you want a photographer that is quick but thorough with great energy. Brian is all of the above! He knew exactly where he wanted us and he moved quickly and effectively while being absolutely precious! He has the best personality and lots of energy which makes it so much easier and more comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. The guy knows his stuff!! -

Brian was great! He worked along side me every step of the way: going through my Pinterest album, suggesting poses for our engagement pictures, walking our wedding veune a head of time so we got a good grasp on everything the day of, attending and photographing our rehearsal dinner, attaining a permit for pictures in the park and even posting links on Facebook for our guests to order pictures! I would recommend him to anyone. He got out bridal party pumped up and rounded everyone up for pictures. Our photographs came our beautiful! -

Mr. Jarreau was as professional as I would imagine a photographer could be. Not only being wonderful at his pictures, he helped me and my bride with the actual walkthrough of the ceremony. He was a huge help and I would definitely recommend his services. -

We are overall extremely pleased with Brian's services for our wedding. He took time prior to the wedding to discuss what our expectations were and ask for any ideas we had. He was very punctual on the day of the wedding, and came prepared. His attire was professional. He was very personable with our wedding party and guests and did a great job interacting with everyone while he took pictures. I will say that our wedding party (with several children involved) would have been stressful for anyone to work with, and Brian handled everything with plenty of grace and professionalism. He was always present at opportune moments to catch a great picture with a family member or friend during the reception. After the wedding, he put together an online gallery fairly promptly where us and our guests could view the pictures. He did a great job organizing the pictures into categories so they were easy to browse and locate certain shots. The quality of the pictures taken was very high and very artistically shot in many cases, especially the pictures of my wife and my self (both separate and together)! Overall we couldn't be happier with Brian, and we would happily recommend him to anyone. -

Ok! So, I found Brian on The Knot... I had never heard of him and nor had any of my friends, risky, right?! But, his reviews on The Knot were EXACTLY what I was looking for: energetic, knows how to work a crowed, made the bride feel incredible, professional, etc. Well, let me just say, Brian not only lived up to his reviews, but he was SO much more! Every single person I talked to at my wedding, told me how amazing he was... People thought I had known him for years!!! Words can't describe how obsessed I am with him AND his work. I'm obsessed with ALL my wedding photos and highly recommend Brian!!! -

I know looking for wedding vendors can be quite overwhelming at times. There are a lot of good photographers out there, but if you are looking for a phenomenal photographer, look no further. I can personally guarantee any bride-to-be will be more than pleased with the work of Brian Jarreau. Brian is truly an amazingly unbelievable photographer! I was lucky enough to have him shoot the most important day of my life, my wedding, and he went above and beyond all my expectations. From the moment my husband and I first met with him, Brian was such a dedicated, professional and artistic photographer. We felt extremely comfortable with him, as did my bridal party and all of our guests. And most importantly, the photos from the wedding turned out better than I could have imagined. He has left us with a detailed storybook of our most special day. I absolutely adore all the pictures. I can look at them over and over all day long. Thank you Brian for paying such close attention to all the little things that made our wedding pictures so perfect. I could not be happier! If anyone ever mentions they are planning a wedding, I would strongly recommend Brian : awesome personality and best photographer. Brian was a great photographer to work with. Very personable, and easy to get along, and he made our entire bridal party (20 people!) feel comfortable. He was on time and stayed on track, but was flexible too. He took some fantastic shots of our wedding ceremony as well as fun ones with the wedding party. He is very creative and it showed in his beautiful photos. He was also able to take more traditional photos (as we wanted a mix of the two).
I only talked to Brian a handful of times before the wedding, but he totally understood what we wanted and had some good suggestions for places to go around the city to get skyline and natural shots. We had a good mix of both.
We had to cut out one of our photo stops (due to bad traffic) but we were so happy with the photos we did get, that we didn't care!
I would definitely recommend Brian for my friends and family that are getting married!

BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER!
Brian was my photographer for my wedding in Chicago. I first saw his work at my sisters wedding, I fell in live with his work. My biggest concern was not to have pictures that looked like my sisters. (we had the same church and the same location for pictures after our ceremony) Brian did an amazing job capturing that day. He was very professional, personable, easy going he got along with everyone at my wedding. My photos our beautiful I love looking at them. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great photographer. -
