Brett & Heidi were amazing!! We absolutely love our engagement & wedding photos! They got so many incredible shots during our wedding at Cardiff Beach & at our reception at a private residence in Rancho Santa Fe. Phenomenal!!

Let me just say! Phenomenal photographer and team. Brett made my life so easy when it came to planning our photos throughout our engagement/wedding journey. From working with in our budget and our crazy timing fails on the day of to ensuring everyone got a photo while still keeping it all so fun and candid!. Just amazing. His team on the day of were so wonderful! So polite and accommodating to my crazy family. Brett's personality and love for not only his craft but his patrons are second to none. When we got our video my husband literally cried all over again. I know that sounds dramatic but let me just say it was that good! Haha I would and have recommended him to anyone who needs brilliance and hospitality.

He articulates exactly what he wants from you as he's seeing the shots in his mind. He's great at communicating his vision and working with everyone around. Talented! Professional! Enthusiastic!!

Talented! Professional! Enthusiastic! Hands down our best wedding vendor! After our first meeting with Brett, we knew we wanted to book him. He captured our moments perfectly during our Engagement session in Balboa Park, our Beach Wedding Ceremony at Cardiff Seaside, and Wedding Reception at a private residence in Rancho Santa Fe. Brett was amazing with all our guests and our huge wedding party of 34! 13 Bridesmaids, 13 Groomsmen, 3 Flower Girls, 3 Ring Bearers, and of course, the Bride and Groom. Amazing Wedding Photographer

Brett was our photographer for our wedding March 2019. He did an amazing job as did his helper. His experience definitely shows. He kept it fun for the wedding party. And of course, the pics turned out amazing. Hands down I wouldn't even consider looking further.

The Best Ever!!!

We love Brett and so did our guests. We are very impressed by his enthusiasm and talent! We love our engagement pictures (complimentary) and love our wedding pictures even more! He makes this whole picture taking experience so memorable and easy. More importantly, we could not ask for a more talented photographer, both in terms of guiding us with poses and the production of final pictures. Wedding day could be stressful and tiring, but having Brett somehow makes you forget about stress - his enthusiasm is infectious! He cares about the pictures more than my husband and I did, which is a sign how much he loves his work. I would absolutely recommend Brett to all the future brides and grooms!

Brett! What can we say...well, everything! We love working with you, and always appreciate your professionalism and fun personality. Making a couple feel at ease is so important, especially for those couple's that are uncomfortable in front of a camera, and you are truly a pro at this. You photos are always beautiful, and I love seeing some of the unique shots you get throughout the day.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Brett! Not only were his pictures AMAZING, but his personality and personal touch to everything he does. By the end of our wedding he was like part of the family! He catered to everything I wanted and I didn’t even have to say anything because he get to know the couple so we’ll that he vibes your style. Brett - where do I even begin!? Loved everything about him from his amazing, sweet, outgoing personality, to making my dreams come true! Amazing engagement photos and even more amazing wedding photos. A little hesitant when I was choosing a photographer because we all know how things can go wrong, but with Brett by our side from start to finish I not once had any worries or fears about these photos. Brett was amazing with our engagement photos and wedding photos!!! The night went by so quick and I'm so glad I have my amazing wedding photos from Brett and his crew to remember that amazing night!! He was very professional, friendly, approachable and overall amazing! I would highly recommend him for ANY photography!!! Our videography was OUTSTANDING!!! Brett is by far the best investment I made for my wedding! We used Brett for our engagement pictures as well as on the wedding day, and I could not be happier with the way everything went. Our engagement pictures are amazing, and although we have not received our wedding pictures (as it was just last week :) ), I am positive they will have the same amazing quality that I will love forever! His work alone speaks for itself, however, I cannot recommend Brett himself highly enough. He is extremely professional and put together and kept the entire wedding day rolling- which, as the bride, I appreciated very much! Everyone in the bridal party really enjoyed his enthusiastic personality and had so much fun throughout the day. Brett really is the whole package as he and Kelly worked seamlessly together to get all the 'must have' shots, but was also able to be spontaneous and artistic with every opportunity that presented itself! I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures, and definitely plan on using him for all of my photography needs moving forward!

This review is for Sunny the Photo Bus:

Brett's team is amazing, all smiles and totally professional! Sunny the Photo Bus is a converted vintage VW Bus photo booth. It was one of the focal points of our wedding, and left a lasting impression among all attendees. I still receive compliments about the photo bus today from out-of-town friends who saw pics online but didn't get to attend the wedding. Getting Sunny was hands down one of the best decisions we made for the cool decor and atmosphere of the wedding.

One of my favorite additions to any wedding reception is the photo booth, because it is so lively and interactive. The Baja chic, nomadic aesthetic was perfect for our bohemian, outdoor wedding. The guests had an awesome time, loading into the bus to take photos. Brett and his assistant were serious all stars. It's the vendors' job to be happy and lively for weddings, but I really felt Brett and his team went above. Their smiles are among my fondest memories of that night - legitimately awesome people! Great personalities.

The keepsake album with all the photo strips was classic. Made of eco-friendly bamboo - looks amazing on our coffee table.

Can't recommend this vendor enough. Book them now if they are available for your date!

Seriously, there are no words for how incredible Brett is at his job! He is beyond a photographer...he is a true artist. No matter what ideas you have in your head forget them all because Brett will blow them out of the water with his fantastic imagination!! His website does not do him justice nor does it show his love for life and capturing every moment of it. My brother and sister-in-law had Brett do their engagement photos and more recently, wedding photos. Hire this man to be your photographer! He is as good as it gets!
Photography was for us, as it is for many couples, the most important aspect of our wedding. We spent more time and energy looking for a photographer then we did on any other aspect of the wedding.
We did an engagement session with him so that on the actual day we'd feel more comfortable. It was a blast! He gives great direction and pays tons of attention to even the smallest details while still managing to make you feel natural. It can't be an easy thing to try and coach non-models to turn into a model for the hour/day but Brett manages to do it.
So glad we did the engagement session because on the wedding day when he showed up we were now greeting a friend, not simply meeting someone we hired. He was a rockstar all day long. He took everything we said to heart and made sure to get shots that were important to us. He worked so hard to make sure every moment was captured. He was on ladders, crawling on the ground, crawling on the rocks at the beach, he stopped traffic for us (literally), partially cleared out a restaurant for us! He really went above and beyond every expectation we had!
One of our wedding guests came up to us and said, "I don't know anything about photography but THAT guy is a photographer!!"
Brett's work is simply breathtaking. His lifetime of experience is so very evident in the finished product. He doesn't simply take pictures, he creates art.

We knew that for our Wedding what we would remember most after all of the hustle and bustle were going to be our memories of that day; something only an experienced photographer would be able to capture. After I met Brett at a Bridal Expo I absolutely knew he was going to be the one to capture those memories perfectly. Brett it not just a photographer on your wedding day he is also a friend, planner, coordinator and overall a part of your day. Brett started with our engagement shoot in which he captured our love perfectly in a vineyard and had constant communication with us after the engagement shots all the way until the wedding. Brett is approachable, professional and overall precise and dedicated to his clients. He is very personable which allows him to really get to know his clients and what is important to them so that he can capture that on their wedding day. I could never have asked for a better photographer. The albums, photos and proofs are beyond beautiful and captured our day in its entirety. Just showing any of my photos to friends and family have made them want to use him for all of the big events in their life. It is rare you find a photographer with such precision, talent, and true passion in his work. His work is flawless and overall beautiful. I was blown away by the end results from the proofs to the album to the video. Brett and his crew are definitely the best photographers in the business.

We were beyond excited to have the opportunity to do a once in a lifetime engagement session in Paris, France with Brett Charles Rose. Brett did an incredible job of scouting the city the day before our shoot, so by the time we met him he had all the best locations and fabulous spots picked out for us. Brett had such an amazing eye for what would make the best shot, no matter how dirty the ground or how busy the street, he would be lying down on it to ensure he captured the perfect angle and lighting. We loved the way he adapted his plan when we suggested an idea or his eye was opened to a great new opportunity, which led to some of our most memorable and unique shots. Brett was our photographer for our engagement and San Diego wedding in Sept 2014. If you are looking for a great photographer that is fun, energetic, easy to work with, and of course produce AH-MAZING photos, then he is it! You will see his work on his walls and portofolios in his beautiful studio in Old Town when you go to his consultation. He had great recommendations on places to shoot for your engagement/ wedding venues, hotels for getting ready.

We got ready in downtown San Diego at the Hard Rock hotel (he arrived around 10 am), 2 pm ceremony at the San Diego Mission, and 4:30 pm Reception at Green Gables Estate in San Marcos, CA. We had 12 person bridal party and 200 people at our wedding. Throughout the entire time, Brett was so energetic, keeping everyone focused and keeping up the momentum, which can be difficult for a long day as we had. He had never been to Green Gables but our pictures were gorgeous. There is one particular photo that looks as if it is from a fairytale/ Midsummer Night Dream- the look and feel that I wanted. But honestly all the photos were spot on what I wanted- a modern feel for the prep photos, historic traditional feel for the ceremony, and a whimsical/ fairytale feel for the reception You can see some of my photos on his blog located on his website under April and Nick Sept 2014.

Note: Good photographers range around $4,500. Yes pricey- but photography lasts a lifetime and it is worth every penny. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get- you will not be disappointed! Just an FYI- One of my bridesmaids is now using his talents for her wedding in Chicago.

Brett was our photographer for our wedding at Paradise Point in San Diego this past July. But it all started many months before that when we met him at his studio for the first time. We had drinks, discussed, looked at his incredible artwork around his studio and just got to know each other. At that point there was no doubt he was the right guy. And it was one of the best decisions we made! Brett is incredibly talented and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He not only captures timeless moments but has the vision to help create breathtaking photos. During our reception the sun was just starting to set and he managed to sneak us out so that we could take photos on the beach at sunset. These photos turned out gorgeous and ended up being some of our absolute favorites…and it never would have happened without him! Brett has the skill, organization, professionalism and personality to make any event flawless and fun! Words alone cannot express how much we love our engagement and wedding photos and our experience with Brett! I also did a boudoir shoot and this ended up producing some amazing photos and it was a great time! We would choose Brett every single time and we will absolutely be using him again in the future. Our wedding was an awesome day for us. But the awesomest bit (except for the actually being married now part!) was our experience with Brett and his team, and the beautiful photos we have from the experience. The engagement shoot was very fun, was a great way to get used to 'being photographed', and provided us with many great images to choose from when designing wedding elements like save the date cards. On the wedding day itself, Brett and his highly talented team were a delight throughout -- they captured so many bits and pieces that we didn't even think of, and were extremely flexible with our large wedding party and crazy reception, as well as making sure to get some truly beautiful and wall-worthy portrait type classic photos. I highly recommend Brett and his team -- worth every penny!!!

I honestly do not know where to begin with Brett. Let's just say he is AMAZING!!! If I could give him a bazillion stars I would. Complete package 100%. I met Brett at a Bridal Bazaar and I knew then that he was the one to beat regarding a photographer we wanted to work with. He was so laid back and cool. Little did he know what was stored around the corner for him at our Halloween wedding. From the engagement shoot all the way to the wedding, Brett was a true professional. His passion for everything he loves, whether that is taking photos, listening to music, or surfing exhumes from his presence. He is just a wonderful person to be around and he really makes you feel like a friend instead of a client. We could not have asked for a better photographer & he is worth every penny! Booking a photographer was one of the most important things for our wedding and engagement shoot. We could not have hit the jackpot more with Brett. We had out of the box ideas for our engagement shoot, which Brett jumped on board with, added his excellent expertise, and made our ideas come to life. The result was more perfect then I could imagine. Our wedding pictures turned out incredible. He was professional, fun, and his quality is incredible. Just got our engagement pictures back I am beyond excited for Brett to shoot our BIG DAY! My pictures were original and captured some amazing moments between my fiance and I. Best choice so far was picking Brett as our photographer.

Brett deserves 10 stars in each category!
Brett called me 1 week before the wedding to help organize my crazy timeline for my wedding party. I had a 10am wedding so we had quite the tight morning timeline starting at 6am for the groomsmen. Brett was punctual, organzied and so much fun to work with. We had a 18 person wedding party, a 2 year old ring bearer and a 3 year flower girl and my daughter 13 months old. Brett was amazing with all the kids and all the rowdy groomsmen! I was so impressed how well the little ones took direction from him and how beautiful their pictures turned out.
I received my pictures just a few weeks after the wedding I was blown away. He captured all my favorite moments and all the details that went into planning the day. Brett definitely captured all the hard work that went into planning. Going through the hundreds of pictures,I felt like I was re-living the special day all over again.
I have to say the day went as planned, minus the short time of light rain after the ceremony and still were able to get all the picture locations at the venue site that I hoped for.
I would highly recommend Brett and plan to take advantage of his photography skills in the future :)

Where do I start! Brett really is the complete package for a photographer! He made us feel so comfortable and special from our engagement shoot all the way through our wedding day. From the moment I spoke with Brett on the phone till the photos were delivered, I knew we were in the hands of a master photographer. Brett understands the business of wedding photography from many perspectives: the individual personalities, the creation of a mood, the preparation leading to the wedding, the timing and flow of the wedding, the specific choices of those being wed, the wedding as a show, the inclusion of the families and friends, the backup so as to not miss important shots, the delivery of the finished products of photos and albums, the availability of photos for friends and family to review, and the fun of it all. HIs photography is of the highest caliber; creative and true to the moment. When it comes to love that leads to a wedding, Brett connects the dots with his photos. We were direct with Brett about our desires for the photography, especially because we were two men being wed. Brett was flexible and cooperative. We couldn't be happier with the results. From a business standpoint, Brett delivered on time and as promised, and we feel a professional and personal bond to him, and most grateful.

Brett is an amazing photographer! His passion for photography shows in each shoot he does for clients. He shot our wedding day in August and the photos were simply amazing! He goes above and beyond to get the best photos he possibly can for clients! Our guests even commented on how great he was with not only shooting photos but overall great personality! Brett was the first and only Photographer we met with. We were sold when we saw his photos but It's Brett's energy that really sealed the deal. He is so passionate and excited about what he does. Our first experience was our engagement shoot at the beach. We could tell immediately that this wasn't his first Rodeo! Brett is a true professional. He was amazing on the day of the wedding. We had some challenging timing issues since our guys were coming in by boat. Brett didn't miss a beat. It was almost like he was in 4 places at once. We trust Brett completely! Our photos are always amazing! He has taken several family photos for us since the wedding and he will be our go to Photographer from now on.

Our story with Brett starts with leaving his office in Old Town San Diego. You see, after my wife and I left, we looked at each other and immediately made the decision to go back and hire him. He was the only photographer we met, but he was the only one we needed to meet.

Brett is an amazing professional in the world of wedding photography. He takes recording your day (or days in our case) to a level we had never seen before. For 10 hours, he is the most energetic, upbeat, and thorough vendor you could ask for.

This all comes at a price, and BCR isn't "cheap." But you get 110% of what you pay in. If you have the budget, don't hesitate to have Brett shoot your engagement, rehearsal, wedding, bridal shower, whatever you need!

Almost 4 years later and I still look through my wedding photos often. Brett's imagine is astounding. We would be on our way to location to take a picture and something would capture his eye and take another - those were some of the best ones all day. He was super fun and laid back and just wonderful! HIGHLY Recommended!

I had our wedding photographer already picked out before we got engaged. I was in a friends wedding and liked her work. My now husband , made me interview 3 vendors for each service we needed. At first I was frustrated with my husband , but after meeting Brett I was SO GLAD he made me do this! WE BOTH LOVED BRETT AND HIS WORK!!. He has a private studio in Old town San Diego , were a ton of his work is displayed , he was so personable and inviting that we clicked with him instantly. He did such a great job with oue engagement photos, we deicded to pay more for him and his work and booked him for our wedding! I am so glad we did, all my friends told me that our wedding pics where the best they ever seen! 4 years later and now hes taking our first born new born pics. Once again , he captured every special moment and we got nothing , but compliments from the people we shared them with. Planning wedding can be a stressful time , I have seen friends cry after they got thier wedding pics back, you will not regret using Brett. He won't feel like a "vendor" he will feel like hes part of the family and you will LOVE his work!!

We first met Brett at the 2013 Del Mar Bridal Bazaar and extremely happy we stopped at his booth. He clearly showed us that he had a strong passion for his work and knew he would be a perfect fit for our wedding. We absolutely loved how both the engagement and wedding photos turned out. The actual engagement signing book turned out a little too good and we didn't want anyone marking it up. We ended up printing off one of the engagement photos for a signing frame. Brett was crawling on the ground and climbing the ladders trying to capture those perfect shots and we were very impressed with all his hard work. He gave excellent direction in all of his shots and knew when to get everyone focused while still keeping the moment fun. We highly recommend Brett Charles Rose Photography!

We hired Brett Rose to photograph our wedding after meeting him at the Bridal Bazaar. We wanted a photographer that was charismatic and would keep us interested while posing for thousands of photographs. Brett was it. The photography package we chose included an engagement session among a few other perks. Our engagement photos were awesome and our friends and family raved about them. Our wedding photographs were gorgeous. Brett and his crew took all the wonderful details of our wedding. Most importantly, he asked for a list of VIP’s before the big day and he did a great job taking the photographs that really wanted. There were so many great photos to choose from that we had difficulty narrowing down our favorites for our wedding book. Would definitely recommend hiring Brett!

I am sure the wedding day is so important for all the brides and grooms, and everyone just wish to have the best vendors possible for their big day. It was not different at all for me! I believe among all the wedding vendors, the photographer is the most important one, since photos are supposed to capture the good moments of your day and that is what you will have for the rest of your life.
Me and my fiance searched a lot and interviewed more that 15 photographers. Finally, Brett's friendly approach besides his professionalism and the packages he offered made it easy for us to make the decision.
He did our engagement shoot and also our wedding ,and we are very happy with our photos.
He is outgoing and honest and will not promise something that he can't make it.
His photos are so artistic and he color corrected all of the them.
He is responsible, funny, outgoing and professional.
You can relax on your big day because he will capture beautiful moment of your wedding.
Recommend him big time.

Our sister-in-law used Brett for her wedding and we knew right then there that we had to use him for our wedding the following year.
He is super easy to work w/ and fun to be around. Brett was able to connect with everyone in the wedding party as well as all of the guests. To this day we use his photos and our guests continue to express how much fun they had at our wedding and how great the pictures turned out.

Brett did an amazing job. He made the whole process so easy. He did both the engagement and the wedding. We ended up with amazing book that everyone was able to sign. It was a difficult day since my daddy passed away a few months before the wedding. Brett made sure to include the pictures of my daddy that my mom had on his chair as if he were there. He did an amazing job with all of wedding party and my family. I would recommend Brett to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Brett is truly a professional photographer, it is obvious he is educated and passionate about photography. Taking photos can be awkward or boring, not with Brett he makes it fun and entertaining. A years worth of wedding planning is all over in roughly five hours, photos are the only thing you have to remember that special day. Working for a historic winery with many photo opportunities, I am always concerned that a photographer will get swept up in the venue and be overwhelmed! Brett researches his sites and has a plan in his head after speaking to his clients and is always on the mark! He has an amazing gift for "seeing it, in it's completion" for that perfect shot! He is organized, well thought out AND as spontaneous as they come to make your special day come to life with the photos of a lifetime. Brett's personality along with his staff are always fun, professional, kind and respectful of the couple's most intimate moments.

Amazing wedding pictures to immortalize the most amazing day of your life are priceless. We were so glad to have lucked into finding Brett at the Bridal Bazaar at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. We had less than 90 days to plan our wedding and with about 30 left we still hadn't found a photographer. My husband is in the military and stationed overseas and though we didn't think engagement photos were in the cards for us, Brett assured us he would find the time to make it happen. The same day my husband landed (three days before our wedding), Brett fit in the session and gave us copies of GORGEOUS pictures later that night! Our only regret is that we didn't have more time with this fabulous photographer -- did I mention he has a great friendly, personality to boot? I would strongly recommend Brett to any and everyone and hope that when we return to America in a few years can schedule more family shoots with him in the future!!!

Brett is by far, one of the most professional, energetic and wonderful people to work with.

Brett shot both our Engagement and Wedding pictures and every single one was perfection. He has an eye for the unique and artistic shots but also is able to capture the emotion and more intimate moments of your wedding day. I am obsessed with my wedding pictures.

He and his assistant were professional and got the wedding party through all of the photo ops as fast as can be. They had us laughing non-stop (wedding party pictures can be grueling) and it seemed like they never took a break. They were EXCELLENT during the ceremony and got shots that bring me to tears. They were everywhere but NEVER ONCE were in the way. I swear they are ninjas; unbelievable.

I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer; his personality cannot be beat. He arrived early and stayed late to make sure that he got every single moment. He truly cares about his clients and never double books himself. Derick and I were his only concern that day. Brett is awesome. Book him. You won't regret it.

Brett is Amazing! Not only does he take the most beautiful pictures, capturing every part of your day but he also has such a cool personality. It’s no secret that pictures are one of the most important parts of your wedding day so my fiancé and I sought out to find the very best. It’s overwhelming how many “Wedding Photographers” are out there and claiming they can do a great job. But what we found was the ones that were clearly amazing were way overpriced and the ones who had reasonable prices were so “blah” Brett was just right his upbeat personality seemed like the perfect match for us.

Our package included the engagement photos and without exaggerating every picture he took was just awesome! He is so creative and talks you through everything, posing you perfectly so that you get that super cool pinterest looking photos. We got the flush mount album and the quality of it is superb.

A few weeks before the wedding he met us at the venue to check out the place and make sure he was familiar and ready for the BIG DAY. Even though our venue was up in Temecula he made the trek to make sure he was ready for our wedding.

On our wedding day, he showed up way before the time he had to be there (I am sure he even stayed after). He was so fantastic- totally breaking a sweat making sure to get the very last detail of our special day. I can’t even count how many compliments I got on our photographer just the day of our wedding- before we even got to see the proofs. I have to say that I interviewed a lot of photographers for my wedding and hands down Brett was my pick. The thing that really stuck out for me with Brett was that when I began to talk with him about my venue and the style of photography I was looking for I could see the wheels in his head start to turn. He really made an effort to figure out what I wanted to see in my photos and gave me great advice/recommendations for the shoot. Brett was creative and helped me to envision exactly what I was looking for. My fiancé and I booked him right away and set up the date for our engagement shoot. Brett was very flexible with me when it came to changing the date of our shoot (since I did not have my outfit planned in time for the shoot) and went out of his way to accommodate us as much as possible. Our engagement shoot was a ton of fun and it was nice to have a photographer who was not only talented, but had a fun and positive attitude the entire shoot. It is important I feel for the photographer one chooses to not only be talented in photography, but also a lot of fun to be around since they are sharing your wedding day with. When I got the photos back from our engagement shoot I could not believe how beautiful and cool the pics came out. The day of our wedding Brett and his assistant showed up on time and ready to have fun. The entire day was a blast and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Our photos came out even better then I ever thought wedding photos could look and once I posted them on Facebook my friends/family went crazy over the photos. The photos literally looked like they had been pulled out of a magazine. Brett exceeded my expectations and I am so happy that he was there on my wedding day to capture our special moment. We used Brett for our recent wedding and engagement shoot. We loved the photos and the amazing colors ... He really makes sure he gets all the shots. His assistant was also very friendly - we loved the extra angles from having multiple cameras for various shots. We also had a large wedding party and Brett was great at taking control and making sure we got all the photos we would want after the wedding. He's fun to work with and open to any ideas or suggestions, although it was great that he located all the best spots ahead of time. We were also happy we didn't have to wait very long for our photos!

There are many decisions to be made when planning a wedding and none is as important as picking the right photographer (well, except for maybe choosing whom to marry but I trust you’ve done well in that department or you wouldn’t be reading this review!) One of the best decisions my spouse and I made was choosing Brett Charles Rose to photograph our wedding. From the moment we met with Brett, he put our minds and hearts at ease. His years of experience and training came across in his portfolio and I remember thinking “Wow! He made these very normal people look like movie stars!” The photos of my reveal were like a fairytale. Brett has a unique artist eye and not only did he get fantastic pictures of me and my fiancé surrounded by a lush green tropical foliage but he also took this one picture of our reflection as we stared into a pond. It’s hard to describe but he took a picture of what we were seeing and feeling at the time and it is one of the most incredible photographs I have ever seen. His out going personality yet calm demeanor was another huge plus. Gathering two families together for pictures can be a stressful event but Brett navigated it like a natural and the family portion of the photos turned out to be one of the most special parts of our very special day. The pictures of the ceremony and vows on the sandy shores of Mission Bay turned out wonderful beyond my dreams. My spouse and I were too caught up with each other to even notice but Brett was laying in the sand getting rose petal views of us at the alter. The final photos of the night were taken as the fireworks exploded in the nighttime sky above Mission Bay as we kissed romantically under the glowing fire light. The one bit of advice my spouse and I heard over and over again was make sure to slow down and enjoy the day because it would pass by in an instant. The photos Brett took caught that instant.

My husband and I first met Brett at the Del Mar Bridal Expo in October of 2011 and were instantly drawn to his energy, personality, and amazing photo books. We couldn't have made a better choice. Brett's work is amazing!! Working with Brett was very fun and relaxed. You will love his studio!! WE LOVE BRETT! We are so blessed that we had Brett as our photographer for our wedding! My husband and I both believed the photographer was the biggest and most important decision about the wedding and we made the PERFECT choice! We honestly don’t know what we would do if we didn’t have these pictures to look back on.
Brett is super easy to work with, and he is incredibly fun and professional – he is amazing at working with different personalities, family members and KIDS! Everyone at our wedding adored him and talks about how fun and interactive he was.
Our wedding day went by so fast, and we are so lucky to have these amazing memories through Brett’s pictures. Every time we look at them we are amazed at his creativity, the flow, and the detail! We did a lot of detail work at our wedding and he got every single piece! There isn’t one thing that we “wished” he had gotten because he got it ALL. I love my wedding photos. Brett photographed my wedding and was amazing! He was directive which my wild bunch needed and very creative. I have gotten so many compliments on the photos and many people have told me they are the best they have seen. He is a true professional and expert. I highly recommend him.

Talented, enthusiastic, fun, creative. These are just a few of the characteristics that describe Brett. We hired him for our wedding and he also did our engagement shoot. From the very beginning, we knew we made the right choice. We couldn't be happier with the result of our photos. He captured every special moment on our wedding day with a unique artistic style and he made the process fun and exciting. He made sure to ultilize our venue, which was a vineyard, to the fullest and truely brought out all the beauty of our special day. Brett is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I just got married on June 26th and he took the best pictures. The pictures were posted online two weeks after for all my friends, family and myself to see. He shoots from all angles and makes sure that there are a variety of creative shots. We loved working with Brett from our engagement session to our wedding day. His upbeat personality and his creative eye makes it that much more enjoyable. The rest of my vendors enjoyed working with him as well and my site would like to put this pictures of my wedding day in their office!! We haven't gotten our photos back yet, but based on our ceremony and wedding, we must say that Brett really took charge. That's exactly what we wanted! We wanted group photos, family photos, specific photos, and Brett took them all - he knows how to direct a large group of people and move them around to get that perfect shot. Super friendly, funny, efficient, and filled with a ton of great ideas (both artsy and traditional) - we just can't wait to see our photos! Also, very flexible and easy going as far as working with his contract - all around fantastic guy!

I was so impressed with Brett. He is the best and most awesome person to work with. My husband is not one of the easy person to work with when it comes time to take photos, Brett got my husband to stay calm and I can only say Thank You Brett. I have memory to keep as you work with you charm and professionalism. As we will be celebrating our each year we would love to have you take photos for us to keep. Our pictures are amazing!! posted 1/8/2012
Brett is a truly amazing photographer! He recently did our wedding in Costa Rica and everything about our experience with him was wonderful! He took our engagement pictures, he did a beach session with us a few days before our wedding, he did the rehearsal dinner, and then the day of! It was great to have him with us for an entire week and he really captured every special moment for us! He had all of the pictures posted on the day he said he would and we LOVE all of the photos! It was really important to us to find a great photographer and get amazing pictures of our wedding and with Brett we got that and more! We look at our pictures all of the time and are so very happy with all of them! We love our pictures and are so thankful we will have these forever! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brett! I am so happy we decided to use him and am very thankful that he was able to make the trip....

Brett was wonderful in our Engagement and Wedding photos. Very thorough, and made sure to get all of the photos we really wanted. Everyone at the reception loved his energy and how he was able to put everyone at ease.

We love our photos, and even have some inside jokes that we will share with the family. He is fantastic

We used them for a photo booth at our wedding. Everyone loved the photo bus and it was a huge hit! They did run a bit late on the day of the wedding and provided the teal bus versus the yellow one which was promised. They did call first to let us know that there were some mechanical issues with the yellow bus which we understood and are happy they had the back up one at least! The yellow bus would have gone with our decor more but it is a minor detail. Overall it was great value and provide a really fun element to the night.
