The best choice you'll make

There are plenty of videographers out there who will try to upsell you on packages you don't need, or overcharge for baseline services. I describe Braven as a hidden hem. His pricing is fair but most of all, his work is absolutely extraordinary. He captured scenes throughout the day that we didn't have the chance to fully enjoy in the moment, and having these films to look back on is the greatest gift of all. It truly feels like we are reliving the day all over again every time we watch. His communication was prompt and clear, and the day-of, we hardly even noticed he was there (in the best way possible). We are endlessly grateful to Braven and his best-in-class team!

Absolutely amazing

I cannot speak highly of Braven and my experience working with him! He was extremely responsive leading up to the wedding day, and made sure to ask all the important questions. It put me at ease knowing he truly cared about the outcome. The day of the wedding, he provided enough direction and made sure that every shot was captured. Every single person that interacted with him said the same thing "He really knows what he's doing!" or "He was FANTASTIC. We can't wait to see the final product". The final videos were truly AMAZING. They turned out better than I could've imagined and we felt like he captured everything so perfectly. The shots, the style of filming, and the way it was edited together - all were perfect. Everyone who has seen the final products said the same thing. 12 out of 10!

Braven is the Best in the Business!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Braven, who truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we first met with him, we were impressed by his professionalism, creativity, and passion for his work.

On the day of the wedding, Braven was a true professional. He arrived early to ensure that he had plenty of time to set up and get everything in place. Throughout the event, he was constantly on the move, capturing every moment and every detail of the day. He was incredibly creative and had a great eye for capturing the perfect shot.

What really stood out to us was Braven's ability to capture the emotion of the day. He has an incredible talent for capturing the little moments that truly make the day special, from the way that we looked at each other during the ceremony to the way that our friends and family celebrated with us throughout the night.

The quality of Braven's work is truly outstanding. His attention to detail and his ability to capture the essence of the day is truly remarkable. We will treasure these photos for a lifetime.

Very happy!

Braven and his team were our wedding photographers and videographers. We could not be happier about the quality of the pictures/video that they presented. We're so thankful to be able to relive our wedding memories forever!

So happy we had the privilege of working with Braven for our wedding. He made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day and was fun to be around! He worked hand in hand with our photographer to ensure every moment was captured!

Not only does he have a great personality, but his quality of work is like no other. We are so happy we selected him to film our wedding. The video is such high quality and really recaps the entire day. Our parents have joked saying that the film should be nominated for an Oscar, ha.

He also got all of our films back to us in less than a month! The turnaround timing was so impressive.

We unfortunately had to change our wedding location & date due to COVID, and he was extremely accommodating.

Having a wedding video is worth every penny!!! I could not be happier that we selected Braven to document our special day! Look no further with Carver Weddings - you will not regret it!

Braven is Amazing!

I cannot recommend Braven highly enough! We found him from a recommendation of our photographer, Meghan Christine Photography, and from our phone conversations, Braven was polite, responsive and knowledgeable. My father is in the post-production side of the entertainment industry and Braven graciously answered all of my father's continuous questions over the course of the months leading up to the wedding and I am very grateful that he was so patient. We met him day-of the wedding and he couldn't have been nicer. Neither of my husband nor I had ever been professionally recorded before, but he immediately put us at ease and made the whole experience not only comfortable, but a whole heck of a lot of fun too. The final video was amazingly shot and edited and made me cry in the best way possible! We could not be happier with the way that Braven captured many of the special moments from the happiest day of our lives!

Carver Weddings

Our decision to get a videographer was a little late in the wedding planning, but we could not be happier with the choice we made! Working with Braven was such a pleasure (and completely stress-free) and he produced an AMAZING product. The highlight reel was so much more than we could have ever imagined and it brought tears to our eyes. The footage was ready for us a little sooner than I had honestly thought, so it was a lovely surprise! So happy to have these incredible memories forever. I highly recommend Carver Weddings. They shot our wedding in February of 2017 at the San Juan Capistrano Mission and El Adobe restaurant. I love the movement, voices, and details that his video adds to my memories. I just rewatched my film after a year and it brought back so many wonderful memories! Braven is very professional, on time, and his product is simply amazing. We had a party to show our wedding photos and our 15 minute cinematic film and he had our guests laughing and crying. He is truly talented and you will be extremely happy with his video to help you remember your special day.

My husband and I were married at The Villa SJC this spring and Carver Weddings did our videography. Braven was laid back, flexible and accommodating. He was friendly and professional, and worked well with our photographer. We adore the video he created and have received many compliments on it from friends and family.

Braven is a truly incredible video artist! We were/are still blown away by our wedding video that he created with such love and hard work. He turned our day into a perfect recap and love story, with perfect music to go along with each part. He was incredibly easy to work with, listened to our wants and needs, and edited the parts that we asked him to. The best man had a few too many cocktails, but Braven was able to edit it to perfection. We are incredibly grateful to have this video to forever remember the best day of our lives. It was absolutely worth every single penny and so glad we trusted fellow brides that used him before us.

Holy Moly, Braven is just INCREDIBLE!!! He videographed our wedding in 9/2/17. He is a true artist with true talent!! I was not sure about having a videographer for the wedding, but hands down, this was the best decision!! The wedding video is like a mini-movie!!! My husband and I were SO impressed with Braven's final product. Everyone who sees it, comments on how fantastic it is. He was able to capture the essence of the day, which shows his true talent.
Leading up to the day and day of, Braven was very professional, easy to talk to, and you could tell was true to his word. He was just fun to be around, too! Your photographer and videographer are let in on such intimate moments on the big day, that I could imagine it could feel awkward. But with Braven, my husband and I never felt awkward. Braven made us feel so comfortable and was present for all the important moments, but not obtrusive at all!!! This was important to us because we had been to weddings where the videographer was somewhat intrusive. Braven was the opposite, but still captured EVERY moment.
Braven is phenomenal and if you are debating whether or not to get a videographer, I would say it was some of the best money we spent!

Braven and his team shot our wedding in September 2017 at the Bel AIr Bay Club in Los Angeles. We read a wedding tip that said it's a good idea to find a photographer and videographer who work well together. So once we found our photographer, she recommended Braven.

It was clear early on we made a great decision with Braven. He began by conducting a Skype interview so he could to know us and understand our vision. He worked with us on a great package, one that included a second videographer (which we recommend, if you can swing it, because it allowed for more shots that might not have otherwise been captured). We opted for The Feature Package, so we could have a highlight film to post on social media, and a longer version just for us.

On our wedding day, Braven and his team were polite and professional. They worked well with our photographer so it seemed like they were on the same team. Towards the end of the night, Braven grabbed us to do one last shot, which he used to end the film. It turned out incredible and really showed his imagination and passion for his work. Of course, the finished product was amazing. High quality, professional film that even my brother (who's in the film business) was wowed by. We cannot recommend Braven enough.

Braven did our wedding video in April 2018. The end result is more than we could ask for! Braven was fun to work with on our wedding day and was accommodating to our photographer. I was on the fence about getting a wedding video but I am SO glad I did because the video came out fantastic! Braven lets you pick the music so the video is really personal and emotional. I watched probably 50 wedding videos before selecting Braven as my videographer. The quality of his work is far better than any others I've seen. Before getting married on 7/30/16, I watched quite a few wedding videos. I fell in love with Braven's style of videography after watching just one video on his website. The lighting was so clear the video scenes were never jerky or rushed. From the beginning, Braven was quick to communicate. After meeting in person, it was clear that he loves his job. He has a genuineness in personality and passion for filming and editing, which was important to me because I wanted a videographer who wasn't jaded in this fast-paced wedding industry.

On the day of the wedding, Braven came on time and worked flawlessly with my photographer. I really liked how he got so many shots of my friends and family, as well as those romantic moments with my husband to be!

Bottom Line: I've edited a few videos myself, so I can truly appreciate all the work Braven put into making our wedding video so beautiful. It made me laugh and it made me cry. He incorporated all of our favorite songs and I am just so happy with the outcome. :) Braven is a great person to work with and he is worth your investment for your wedding. Braven was absolutely wonderful! He is so easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to questions. If wedding wire gave out 10 stars that's exactly what my wife and I would have give Braven Carver Films. We met Braven at our venue while he was getting ready to shoot video for another couple. Needless to say we ended up going with him and it was one of the smartest moves we made for our wedding. Braven was everything we could of hoped for in a videographer. He was easy to work with, punctual, and the most amazing part was that you don't even notice he's there! When my wife and I were deciding if we should have video, I told her we would definitely regret it if we didn't. She was very hesitate, but after receiving our video she agreed with me 100%. Thanks Braven according to her I'm never right. The aerial shots, the music, and just how every perfect moment was captured was amazing. I posted the video on my Instagram and people who I've never met were commenting that they were in tears. They said the video made them wish they were invited! If you are looking for a videographer just stop. Go to his blog and your search will be over. Thank you again Braven for everything. The video will be shown to our future children and grand kids. Braven was absolutely amazing. Our wedding video is better than I could have imagined it would be. I wasn't going to hire a videographer, but about a month out we changed our minds. Luckily, Braven was available. He capture EVERY detail of our wedding day - more details than I thought there even were. I hoarded our wedding video for about 2 weeks before I shared it with our family because every time I went to share it, I just watched it again. We were overwhelmed when trying to find a videographer because we weren't sure what to look for as we shopped. We liked the video examples Braven had on his website so we decided to go with him, which now we know was absolutely the right choice! Braven was very comfortable at the wedding with what he was doing, and I could tell it wasn't his first rodeo. He was great to instruct us on what to do and when... not to mention all the fantastic candid clips. So that was the wedding day... he seemed to be great, but how would we really know until we saw his work?! Well, once we received our wedding video all put together, we were ecstatic!! The way he placed the music we wanted and strategically put in all the clips was perfect. I'm so glad we decided to go with the longer video (about 16 min) because our special day is now gone... after countless hours of planning, preparing, and executing... all gone. The pictures are also wonderful to have, but the video is extraordinary! To have everything put to music, and something we can look back on over and over, is truly a treasure (I've already watched it about 100 times since we received it a few weeks ago). Many people who've seen it say they can't believe how awesome it is and wish they had something like that of their wedding! I would hands down recommend Braven! He's an amazing artist! You won't be disappointed!

I had to convince my groom that a videographer was worth it when we were planning our wedding, but after getting our film back from Braven, my husband absolutely agrees that this was a necessity! We are so thankful we choose to have Braven capture our special day. Our wedding video is AMAZING! We planned our wedding from 150 miles away and did not have the chance to meet Braven in person until our actual wedding day. Through Skype and email communication, Braven answered all of our questions and made sure we felt at ease with our selections for our film. He is professional, timely, and delivered an excellent film. We loved how cinematic it was and have watched it dozens of times with family/friends since receiving it. Braven was the absolute best videographer for our wedding!! He was recommended to us by our venue's coordinator and we could not be more happy we took the recommendation! I originally debated if I was even going to hire a videographer for my wedding because I thought the pictures would be enough and I didn’t need to spend the money to have a video too. Everyone told me that I would regret not having one so I finally gave in and booked Braven to film my wedding, and that was the best decision I could have made! The video turned out absolutely perfect and I can’t even believe I was questioning whether or not to hire a videographer in the first place. I love being able to watch the video and relive our big day. Braven did an amazing job capturing the memories and all of the guests in attendance, I couldn’t be happier. In addition to being extremely talented, Braven is very personable and does a great job making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. You won’t regret booking with him :)

We were indecisive about booking a videographer, but in the end it was such a great decision thanks to Braven! Luckily he still had availability a month out and was able to fit us in his schedule. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and had a very quick turnaround time. He was a joy to work with on the day of the wedding and was able to capture some really amazing moments. We absolutely love our video and it is something we will always love to watch again and again! You will not regret booking Braven!

Braven was incredible! We couldn't have asked for a better videographer! He was flexible, timely, polite, professional, and went above and beyond. The questions is how do he do all of this? Well, he was involved early. He met with us often and emailed us to keep everyone in the loop during the whole process. He made sure to accomadate us at every turn. We emailed him a lot about all of our expectations, and he was open to everything. He was more then willing to do anything we asked. We wanted him to have all the freedom he needed because we knew he would deliver expert results based on his website. All the videos we watched were so professionally done and just blew us away. Choosing him was easy. During the wedding, Braven discreetly inserted himself into all the most important parts of the day. From the two of us reading our letters to each other in the groomsmen and bridesmaid suites, to capturing the Bride's face as her eyes met Groom's, to the Groom seeing the Bride for the first time. He caught every moment spectacularly. The final highlight video was everything we were hoping for, our favorite memories of the most memorable day of our lives. Braven made sure we were taken care of and always asked us if could do anything more. He was excited and energetic during the whole day and never quit. He was there to the very end and gladly stayed over to capture every lasting moment. Our wedding would only be memories if we didn't have Braven there to capture everything. When my husband and I were planning our wedding, we were originally a bit indecisive about hiring a videographer. After experiencing my wedding day and having Braven as our videographer, I can absolutely say that hiring Braven was one of the best decisions we made. Braven was referred to us through our wedding venue. We researched several options and were most pleased with Braven. As soon as we met him, we could see that he was very easy going, which was a must for my husband and I. At the same time, he is professional, responsive and extremely helpful. The day of our wedding, we shot our couple photos / video at the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. Braven was a huge help. He knew every cool spot to shoot both our photos and video, which was great for time management and maximizing our photo shoot locations. We were also very impressed that although he had several cameras set up during our wedding, and was videoing every moment, you hardly noticed that he was there. He created a relaxed environment for us where we were able to just be in the moment and enjoy ourselves. For those of you who have not yet been married, your wedding day is truly one of the most amazing days of your life. The emotions and feelings you experience are unlike any other, and are in ways indescribable. When we first watched our wedding video, it immediately took me back to my wedding day and all of the many incredible emotions I felt. I was crying, laughing, reminiscing, and was overwhelmed with the deepest happiness that I could relive my wedding day for the rest of my life, thanks to Braven’s amazing work. He is creative, passionate and extremely talented. He is also so thoughtful in his process. When watching our video it is very apparent that he really captured who we are and edited our video based on our personalities. Our experience with Braven went seamlessly and he captured every essence of our wedding day to perfection. Thank you Braven…we couldn’t be happier with our videos.

We are truly happy with the wedding film that Braven did for us. He captured all of the special moments during our wedding and reception in a way that also reflected our personalities. Braven was our videographer for our wedding in 2011 at Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano, California. He had a very professional and serving attitude. He also came early and went above and beyond our expectations. The day of our wedding, he was practically invisible, but got every shot possible! The video turned out great, with beautiful editing done! And he had an extremely fast turn around. We would highly recommend Braven to any couple getting married.

Amazing video and amazing person! I can not say enough great things about Braven. We had our wedding at a winery in Temecula, CA and the opening aerial shots he provided set the tone for an incredible video. From the moment my bride and I got to the venue until we left for our honeymoon Braven was everywhere capturing memories I will truly treasure forever. My wife and I recapped our expenses recently of the wedding with some friends who are planning to get married soon and were raving about how Braven's video was the best money we spent throughout the entire process. My wife and I have watched our video at least twenty times and still can not get enough. Our reception video was even used by our DJ on his website for promotional purposes. Braven was wonderful and worked very well with our photographer to make sure that we had the best memories possible. Thank you so much Braven you have given my wife and I a gift that we will look back on in fifty years and still marvel at. Braven came highly recommended by our DJ Dean... who was also excellent... We really wanted a videographer because pictures do not always capture everything... and watching videos is always fun...Braven was very professional and dedicated himself for the entire day and even extra hours... He really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied... He not only created/edited a wonderful video he also included some extras that we had requested in advance... Braven and his team were such a pleasure to work with! He captured our real life wonderful memories of our wedding that my husband and I will be able to relive over and over again. After my friend had Braven as her videographer, I knew there was no way I could get married without him there! There was no question. All I had to do was show one of his previous weddings and I had sold my family completely. The video he creates is worth every penny, completely priceless.

Braven is a professional from start to finish. He met with us prior to the wedding and went over everything clearly. During the wedding he filmed everything we needed and more. After, we received exceptionally produced videos, including the full ceremony, toasts and a beautiful cinematic short movie of our day. Working with Braven was a delight! He made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. His energy was just the right amount of celebratory fun and calm professionalism. Braven worked well with our photographer, following her lead, but taking initiative to get the shots he needed and wanted. Braven and his team did an amazing job as our videography team at our wedding! We had a rough time with wedding planning, including the loss/sale of our venue 8 weeks before our wedding. Braven's team was flexible and accomodating, and took changes in stride. The final result was better than we could have imagined! Our Same Day Edit came out perfect- our wedding guests LOVED it and it was a great way to relive the day (which of course flew by!) before the reception was over. Our short and long films we received after the wedding were great too- it captured the character and style of our wedding (and us), providing us with a great way to look back on our wedding day memories. Braven was amazing. We loved our video and were very happy with all our contact with him, from our first meeting to getting our finished product. He captured everything so well, getting everything I thought was important. He was easy to work with and he worked so well with our photographers. He was patient and easy-going and clearly knew what he was doing because it all went seamlessly, in my perspective. That day is very stressful for a bride, and I can remember my vendors who caused me more stress and those that did not cause me stress at all. Braven was excellent! I had gotten referred to him by a friend of mine. I had seen her video and I knew I needed to have one. That was something I just had to spend the money on and it was worth every penny and more! He was also so great during our reception. Our day of planner just left and we didn't have any direction on what to do next and between him and my photographer they stepped in and got the things done we needed! He was also so easy to be around. It was wonderful to have all the special moments captured. He is super creative in his editing , my in laws saw the video and every time we watch it it makes them cry! We got to pick all our music and it was even more perfect than i imagined. Braven Carver was our wedding videographer and truly captured our most special moments of the day in a beautiful way. He managed to be both a joy to have around and also blend in with our guests so as not to be distracting (no easy feat carrying camera equipment!).

Braven captured the stand-out moments of our wedding day and the spirit of each of those moments. He has a creative eye and seemed to always know where to be to get the best shot. He sees the beauty in people and places and has found a stunning way to translate that in his work.

You will love working with Braven and the way he captures your wedding. He also follows through with timelines, honors contracts, and works quickly and efficiently to get your video back to you.

You will not get anything better than Braven! Braven is a childhood friend of mine, but our friendship was not the reason why I decided to choose him as our videographer, it was his incredible work! Braven met with us prior to signing a contract to make sure he could provide me with exactly what I was looking for within my budget. My fiance and I wanted to capture the memories of our wedding day in a format with audio and storytelling that still photos just don't do. We also wanted to have a way to quickly and easily share the highlights of our wedding day with family and friends for years to come. We were referred to Braven by our wedding photographer. In the photographer's previous engagements, he felt Braven was mature, professional, trustworthy and worked well with everyone.
In all my communications with Braven, from the initial inquiry to follow up months after the wedding, he has always been responsive, professional and accountable.
When we first met with Braven, he came prepared with examples of his work, he explained his services and customized a package for our needs. The day of the wedding, he worked with our photographer in a collaborative effort to line up shots and images. He collected hours of footage and tried to capture all those special moments.

He promptly worked on our highlight video so that we had it soon after we returned from our Honeymoon. It was a beautiful way to re-visit the special day with family and watch the highlight video. It was also great to see parts of the day that we had missed (guests arriving, different perspectives of the ceremony, happy hour etc.) He PERFECTLY matched the songs my fiance and I had selected with the video and made the video flow completely. I cried with happiness as I watched the highlights.
Braven provided us with the final long version a bit later and it's our most favorite momento from the wedding. Our guests that attended the wedding have asked for copies of the video because they felt it so perfectly captured our wedding day and perfectly captured us as a couple the way Braven edited the footage and paired the songs.
Braven completely blew us out of the water with his work and we were over the moon with his product. I would definitely trust Braven to capture your special day.

Hiring a videographer wasn't something I had initially considered when I began planning my wedding. However, after viewing a few wedding films (on various wedding blogs), videography slowly became something I had to have. I found Braven through some mutual friends, and after checking out his blog and all the great work that he does, we went ahead and booked him. We immediately felt a sincere connection with Braven. he listened to what we didn't like in videographers and what we wanted. He and his team were both very professional and very talented! Very soon after the wedding we received the video from Braven. The family got together to watch it and it was better then we could have even imagined! It brought back all of those magical moments, laughter, joyful tears and even gave us each Goosebumps! Braven created a wonderful memory for all of us! I would highly recommend Braven to all of my close friends and family . Enjoy your wedding...the day goes by so fast its great to have a beautiful video! I have three more weddings to go and he will be invited to video tape each one!

I’m usually not one to write a review as I’m always pressed for time, but after watching our wedding video yesterday, I just had to endorse Braven’s work so that other soon-to-be-married couples could share in the pure joy that comes from the magical combination of Braven’s skill, creativity, professionalism and attention to detail. First off, working with Braven was about as easy as it gets - very straightforward, smooth sailing, no gimmicky Wedding BS (which most planning couples are used to by the time they engage a videographer) – such a refreshing experience in the chaos that is wedding planning. Prior to booking Braven, we had watched a bunch of his spotlight films and it was obvious that he has a natural talent for capturing the couple’s unique style – our own video could not have proved this point any better. Day-of, Braven was so perfect to work with. That said, I was not a controlling bride, I just respect the experts and let them do their thing. Now, I don’t know film editing terminology, but Braven’s choice of camera angles, music, frame speeds, clip selections, and whatever else is in his bag of tricks – it all came together perfectly in a beautiful masterpiece that will forever be treasured :) HIGHLY Recommend going with Braven!!
