Brandywine Manor House is the perfect wedding venue!

- Our experience with Brandywine Manor House was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived at the big, open, and beautifully maintained property, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. I had the pleasure of first working with Nancy while Aimee was on maternity leave. She was lovely, showed us around the property, and helped us select our package for the wedding. Aimee then took over and I can’t express enough just how professional and meticulous she was to ensure that every single detail on our special day was perfect! I’m a very organized person and wanted to make sure I had a coordinator I trusted 100%. I highly recommending purchasing the option to have Aimee as your wedding coordinator. It literally took all of the pressure off of me even before my wedding day! The Brandywine property is extremely well kept and absolutely gorgeous. Many of our guests said it was the most beautiful venue they’ve been to. They have so many different ceremony, cocktail hour and reception options - you can’t go wrong! And they will help you design your ceremony space exactly as you envision it. We also chose Brandywine because they have such a detailed rain plan and I didn’t want to feel stressed or like I was scrambling if we faced bad weather. We were very lucky and had a gorgeous day. If you are getting married in the spring, the property is so lush and green, our pictures were incredible. The bride and groom suites were also perfect places to get dressed and relax before the ceremony and for my new husband and I to have a breather during the craziness of the event. I can’t express enough how much I recommend Brandywine as a top tier venue for weddings. The professionalism of the staff and the beauty of the property is unmatched.

A Dream Wedding - Glowing Praise for Brandywine Manor House and Aimee and Jen

Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we owe a significant part of that magical experience to Brandywine Manor House and the incredible talents of Aimee and Jen. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue until the last dance of the night, every detail was executed flawlessly, leaving us with nothing but gratitude and cherished memories.

Brandywine Manor House proved to be the perfect setting for our special day. The picturesque surroundings, elegant architecture, and meticulous landscaping created a romantic ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Picture Perfect Day

We decided on Brandywine Manor House after we took our first tour with Aimee! On top of her immense knowledge of the property, flexibility, and overall kind demeanor, we knew we wanted to work with Aimee to create our dream wedding. The venue speaks for itself with two options for your reception and many options for your ceremony. We fell in love. We had a back-up option for our ceremony if the grass was too wet (the patio) AND a back-up for that, (under the barn) in case it was raining.

The day of our wedding was a little touch and go with the weather. It was a cloudy and windy fall day. Aimee kept in contact with my bridesmaid all throughout the day to make sure we were on the same page with weather and where our ceremony would end up being. We had a transportation snafu and our ceremony ended up being pushed back a half hour. Not a problem, Aimee and the rest of the team accommodated and kept their cool. Luckily, because of that half hour push back, we ended up with a sunny and windy fall ceremony in the Oak Grove ceremony space. It was PERFECT!! Our reception in the barn and cocktail hour under the barn went smoothly and Aimee was right there to make sure things went the way they were supposed to.

I would 1000000% recommend Brandywine Manor House to have your wedding!! The beautiful property is all yours for the day and you don’t have to share with another wedding, the photo opportunities are endless, on top of the choices for your reception AND your ceremony. All of my vendors knew where they were going and what to do so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! I would definitely recommend getting the day-of coordination to make your day run even smoother!

DREAM VENUE, with the best of the best team!

WHERE TO EVEN START….Brandywine Manor House is our dream venue. When we had our tour, we immediately got wholesome, family vibes – the vibes we get a Disney! ❤ We love how BMH had a backup plan for a backup plan – all the ceremony & reception options are absolutely gorgeous. We had a Plan A, B, C, D, E, and F….so we decided to lock in the venue the same weekend that we had our tour. Leading up to the day, Aimee, our point-of-contact and day-of coordinator, made the whole process so seamless and she took the time to understand what we were looking for. Brandywine Manor House hosts so many weddings, and Aimee somehow personalizes the wedding day to each couple. She is the definition of “understanding the assignment”; her excellent planning skills coupled with her warm, kind energy made all of our guests feel so welcomed. We had the best of the BEST in Aimee and the whole Brandywine Manor House family. We are forever grateful! They created magic for us!!

Brandywine Manor House Wedding

Had our wedding here in November of 2022. So happy with this venue! It’s a beautiful spot with many different areas to have your event. They provide a personal touch to the process of planning a wedding that is unmatched. They recommend lots of other vendors to help you plan. They also host frequent open houses to allow you to come see the venue when you need. You get the entire venue on your big day without having to share the space with other weddings that day. Their on-site coordinator is so helpful and made our day effortless. We considered hiring a day-of coordinator but decided that we didn’t need to spend the extra money, and it worked out great. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue for your wedding!

Perfect venue

We had our ceremony at the Oak Grove and our reception in the Manor Barn. Aimee our coordinator at BMH literally made my wedding flawless!!! She put out so many fires & handles so many things to make our day perfect. I literally didn’t even know all the problems she solved because she perfectly executed the day & didn’t let me stress at all! She was so truly helpful & sweet. I cannot rave enough they were the perfect venue!!!!

Perfect Wedding Venue

A magical and perfect wedding with BMH!!

Thank you so much to Aimee, her family, her team and Brandywine Manor house for helping us have the perfect wedding day! I cannot say enough nice things about our experience working with them these past 1.5 years and on our actual wedding day.

We had the most magical day at BMH. Our wedding was all that we could have dreamed of and more.The venue is so stunning and there are so many different options/back up plans for each stage of the day. Every single photo has such a beautiful backdrop outdoors and indoors.

Aimee and her team did so much work behind the scenes to make sure that the day turned out perfectly. We would not change a thing. As our coordinator, Aimee was responsive, flexible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and especially on the big day. Although the day was stressful and chaotic, we always knew that we were in good hands with Aimee and the BMH team.

Aimee, Nancy and BMH even worked with my Mom to plan surprise fireworks!! They were outstanding and our guests had so much fun watching them. We had such a wonderful wedding at BMH. We would recommend them a 1000x over. The venue and the people are just spectacular.

Beautiful Setting - Great Venue

We selected Brandywine Manor House for our daughter's wedding this past June. I cannot say enough about what a beautiful place this is. It offers so many options for ceremony sites and each one is gorgeous. We had planned to have the ceremony at Lakeview, however the previous days' heavy rains made us move it to the Garden Terrace. Honestly, it was a great move and we were very happy with it. Cocktail hour was under the manor barn (also beautiful) and the reception was in the Crown Ballroom. Aimee was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and helped make the wedding day run extremely smoothly, paying attention to every detail. Many of our guests commented that this was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been to. I would have to agree!

If you are looking for another reason to choose Brandywine Manor House, this is it!

The staff is out of this world and the venue space(s) are incredibly beautiful and well kept. There are multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from for your ceremony/reception- we chose the barn and the ballroom!

With brandywine the entire planning process from start to finish was easy and seamless. We chose to hire Aimee as our coordinator and I don't know what we would of done without her! She was there every step of the way during the planning process and made sure we did not have to worry about anything on the day of. She was extremely organized, knowledgeable and we cannot thank her enough! Last but not least, Aimee (and Nancy!) not only helped us navigate through a postponement and the tough year of 2020, they also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was going to be perfect for our new date in 2021. There are no words to truly describe how much we appreciate their patience and kindness.

Overall, our experience with Brandywine was better than we could of ever imagined and hope that this review will encourage you to choose them too! You wont regret it!

You can't go wrong with this venue!

Not only was the venue perfect, but BMH coordinators Meg and Aimee were absolutely awesome. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is exhausting with forever changing details, but they were there every step of the way and ensured that everything would go as best it could and in a safe way. BMH has so many ceremony site options, you can really have a dream and they will make it come true. I loved that they had preferred vendors, it made picking our team way easier, and created more of a seamless experience because they've already worked together. Our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly thanks to BMH!

Enchanting Venue at First Sight, Magical Wedding Day

We had our eyes on 3 venues, and when we visited BMH on a very frigid January morning, we were blown away. We knew right away that this was the place we wanted. It was beautiful even in the wintertime. Our wedding was late September 2019, and the foliage was in its full glory. We picked the Garden Terrace for our ceremony to accommodate the older guests and high heels, but you can choose from about 5 different sites on the property, and they're all BEAUTIFUL. We worked with many of their recommended vendors (they have a good assortment of caterers, DJs, photographers, make-up people, and florists for different needs), which I highly recommend doing, because they all work so well together in scheduling and communication. Not to mention, services have been vetted, so you know you'll get quality. Once we experienced all our hard work in planning, Aimee and all our vendors delivered beautifully, were so responsive, and helpful! The venue was beyond magical! It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect. We still have family and friends talking about how beautiful everything was. Also, all your photographs will be amazing. I was still on cloud nine weeks after.

A Magical Evening We Will Never Forget

There are no words to describe how wonderful our experience with BMH was!! This is a GORGEOUS venue and the team that manages the whole operation is FANTASTIC. We worked with Meg and she was a dream. Positive all around

Brandywine Manor House was exactly what my fiance and I were looking for while we were searching for wedding venues. From beginning to end they were on point with reminding us about payments, giving us a heads up on good vendors, hosting events where we could come look at the venue again, and answering every question I had. Without a doubt, I could not have gotten through my day without Aimee. She was so detail oriented and probably handled a thousand things behind the scenes that I had no idea about. During our walk through she thought of things I forgot all about and helped me to make them possible. She's sweet and fun to talk to and handles the whole day beautifully. Brandywine Manor House was the most beautiful place we could have ever picked for our wedding. The place is gorgeous and offered various locations for the ceremony, reception, pictures, and just the opportunity to take in the beauty of nature. Aimee was always patient and willing to answer my lengthy emails in regards to the venue as well as my vision for the day. Aimee's enthusiasm was evident at our first meeting, and we ended up choosing the Glen for our ceremony. The entire wedding party was in awe of the beauty and magic of this venue. Our officiant Ryan, created the most wonderful ceremony from describing our love as a couple, articulating the beauty of marriage, as well as creating a serene atmosphere for our family and friends. My husband and I got married at Brandywine Manor House and couldn't have been happier with our experience! Both the venue & staff were incredible and easy to work with. Not to mention..our guests LOVED the stunning property.Having a rustic, barn wedding was a dream of mine, and I felt incredibly fortunate when I stumbled upon BMH during one of my Knot/Wedding Wire searches back in 2016. (The venue is seriously a gem, and the embodiment of timelessness!). When I found the venue I quickly reached out to BMH, and soon after made my first visit to the property.

From the moment I pulled up to the entrance and saw the "Happily Ever After Starts Here" sign to my right and the peaceful serenity of the lake to my left, I knew I was humbled but the beauty of the property and amazed that the venue of my dreams existed in real life! Once I met Aimee I was 100% sold. Aimee is hands-down the most incredible event coordinator any bride could ask for. Aimee spent so much time with my mom and I during that first meeting. She told us about the property, answered every question, informed us of what to expect during planning and gave us a detailed tour. During that first meeting she made us feel completely at ease and like we were hanging out with a friend we had known forever.
From that point on, Aimee was my go-to person for every question and planning inquiry along the way. She was ALWAYS responsive, so sweet and never made me feel like a burden. She was my right-hand lady through out the year and kept me calm when the wedding stress hit its heights. Aimee went above and beyond BEFORE and DURING the wedding to truly make it the most special day of my life. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly and on top of that, she was an incredible support and friend amidst all of it.

At the end of the day, Aimee and BMH were everything we could've asked for & MORE! We feel so grateful to have started our marriage here and can't wait to come back!

My husband and I loved having our wedding at Brandywine Manor House! The venue was exactly what we were looking for and everyone we worked with was super friendly. Aimee helped us so much in the planning process and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. She had wonderful suggestions for vendors and setup. We were married in the Oak Grove, had cocktail hour on the hearth patio, and our reception was in both rooms of the barn. Brandywine is beyond stunning. The grounds are beautifully cared for and the facility offers numerous beautiful options / spaces for cocktails, ceremony, photo opportunities, and more. The barn is truly beautiful and made a lovely place for cocktails. The tent is gorgeous, very spacious and incredibly elegant with lots of room for our guests to dance. Our guests are still commenting about how this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to (we thought so too!). Aimee was a pleasure to work with and very prompt at answering questions. She did a very thorough walk through of the whole property with us a couple of months before the event, offering helpful suggestions and ideas we would not have thought about. It was pretty dreamlike to have this venue to ourselves. The bridal room is extremely spacious which made it very pleasant for bringing the hair and make up people on site to handle multiple people at once. The groom's room was a bit smaller but very nice and both of these rooms were very private. It did seem like they should provide more "day-of" services and be available to troubleshoot (there were many fee-based, optional add-on services) given how particular they are, but they are up front about this from the beginning and you can pay extra to have them there. Their attention to detail was superb and they went out of their way to make this day run exactly as we dreamed it.

Brandywine was the perfect location for our barn chic wedding. The venue is gorgeous, staff very friendly and helpful (and patient, I had a ton of questions all of the time!). The outdoor space was whimsical. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

One of the first things all my guests said (and still say) about my wedding was how beautiful the venue was. This is obvious enough just from any of the pictures you'll find online, but even more so in person--even for my wedding in early December when the landscape tends to look dreary and bleak, it still managed to look stunning. More importantly, it's very well managed by the family who owns it. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable, but they were very available for the entirety of the planning process, very easy to reach and always willing to answer all of my questions. They actually turned out to be an essential resource for me, and gave valuable advice at every turn. They know their business best, and the fact that I was able to work with them to best make use of their experience definitely contributed to my peace of mind in the months leading up to the wedding, as well as to the execution of the day itself--which was PERFECT.

I (the bride) have lived my whole life in Glenmoore, PA and did not know about this hidden gem until I started looking for a venue for our reception. My husband and I were looking for a local venue that was beautiful, unique, and fit our rustic, autumn wedding vision. Brandywine Manor House was the perfect fit! We fell in love with every aspect of the Manor Barn and booked it right away. The bridesmaids and bride got ready in the bridal suite before heading off to the church for the ceremony. Cocktail hour took place on the Open Hearth Patio while we had bridal party photos taken around the BMH grounds. Then we enjoyed our dinner in the Barn Loft before commencing dancing in the Gathering Room. We couldn't be happier with the lovely ladies at BMH, especially Aimee, who helped us every step of the way in the planning.

She is hands down the best and goes above and beyond for her guests!! She is so kind and so patient and has amazing ideas for the details of your special day. All of the staff at BMH are so pleasant and vendors that they recommend are truly amazing. I would fully recommend this venue to anyone!! Did I mention it's GORGEOUS!? We absolutely loved BMH! It was great to have several options for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites. Every spot there is beautiful, which makes for beautiful pictures. We used the rehearsal and day-of coordination services, which is an absolute must. Aimee kept everything on track and flowing smoothly, and took care of any problems that arose. Aimee is a large reason that we were able to relax on our wedding day and focus on each other and our guests. Thank you so much Aimee and BMH for a great day!

Brandywine Manor House is a beautiful venue! My husband and I loved it as soon as we visited! Brandywine Manor House was the most beautiful venue we found in Chester County. They were also one of the most affordable venues, they week very easy to work with. The barn and lake made my husband and myself have the wedding that we wanted. Our photographer was able to capture the most amazing pictures you could see.

Our wedding at BMH was phenomenal!!! The staff there is fantastic! We worked with Aimee and she didn't miss a beat. She gave us advice when we needed it, and always kept what we wanted in mind. She was super flexible and had it all together. The wedding day was so smooth, mostly because Aimee took care of everything! My husband and I both have divorced and remarried parents so at times we thought the wedding process might be stressful, but BMH made it totally stress free! We also had a unique Quaker ceremony, and even though it wasn't what happens every day at BMH it was perfect and so smooth! I LOVE LOVE LOVE BMH! They're wonderful!

From the moment we stepped foot onto the Brandywine Manor House property, we knew we had found the place for our dream wedding. The grounds are simply breathtaking. Our ceremony was held at the Glen and it fit my vision of a magical ceremony perfectly. Everything about it was a dream. We used the Crown Ballroom for our reception. The chandeliers, Japanese lanterns, and draped ceiling of the ballroom are stunning. It was a gorgeous day, so we were able to have the sides of the tent open to the Garden Terrace. The ballroom has a huge dance floor with floor to ceiling windows and a view to the Glen. The big dance floor was perfect because I knew most of our guests wouldn't stop dancing all night long. Every inch of this place is gorgeous so you really don't need to go heavy on decorations.
We were so lucky to have Megan as our wedding coordinator. She was such a help, and I'm so grateful for everything she did. Plus, she is so sweet!! I loved working with her. She was quick to answer any of my questions or concerns and offer helpful suggestions along the way. My friends and family can be a little overwhelming at times, and I worried about them giving her a run for her money, but she was so patient and flexible and kept everyone on track and where they needed to be. I don't think I would have made it through the rehearsal, let along the entire wedding day without her help!
We hired Ryan, the BMH officiant, and he was just as great to work with. We were blown away by the ceremony he wrote for us. So many of our friends and family members tell us they've never heard a more honest and beautiful wedding ceremony. He did an incredible job tailoring the ceremony to who we are as people and as a couple. I have no words for how amazing it was!
My family and friends are still talking about how beautiful the Brandywine Manor House is, and I don't think they'll ever stop! Our experience overall was a dream come true :)

When we began our search for our wedding venue, we never considered ourselves as the type of people to get married in a barn. However, after seeing some of the conventional banquet halls and other popular venues in the NJ and Philadelphia area, nothing really jumped out at us or gave us that unique feeling that every couple wants to feel until we saw Brandywine Manor House.

Based on the online photos and testimonials we reviewed, we made the drive out to Honey Brook, PA to check out the venue in person. As we pulled through the entrance of the property, we felt immediately transported from farm-country-PA to some quaint, countryside villa. Needless to say, we had a really good first impression before even speaking to the owners. Our guests were just as mesmerized when they arrived and we received a lot of compliments during and even after the wedding. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in three different locations on the property, which gave the entire event a nice flow.

With all the moving parts of the wedding, we opted to utilize BMH’s wedding coordinator service, which was an unbelievable help in terms of planning and stress management – especially since we live out of state. We were very fortunate to work with Aimee, who is extremely professional, patient, and experienced with all the ins and outs of event coordinating. She made time for us amidst her packed schedule and was very reassuring during the very hectic final week.

Everything was beautiful on our wedding day; we couldn’t have picked a better venue.

I would HIGHLY recommend Brandywine Manor House for an amazing wedding venue. We used BMH for our 6/10/16 wedding and we were completely blown away with all the services we used through them and obviously obsessed with the location and grounds of the venue. Not only is BMH a beautiful place to get married- between the gorgeous fields of green and that classic barn!- but Aimee and Nancy will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is the best day ever.
We were engaged for a year and half and through that time, I may have emailed Aimee over 100 times. Not once was she annoyed with any of the questions I asked and she was ALWAYS responding to me right away! She never made me feel like I was a crazy bride with all my emails and she had the best information for me to give to all our other vendors. It was so easy to coordinate details with BMH and my other vendors because of Aimee! We also hired Aimee as our rehearsal coordinator and day of coordinator. During the rehearsal, Aimee made me and my bridal party feel so comfortable and everything went so smoothly so that the next day we were ready to go!
On the day of the wedding Aimee went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was perfect and I can 100% say that my wedding was so amazing mostly due to Aimee's professionalism and the way she handled every detail. She listened to all my visions and made sure everything was executed perfectly. It was so helpful to have her there so she could make sure all our other vendors were doing okay and had what they needed, too. If you are getting married at BMH I highly suggest using Aimee as your day of coordinator so your only task for the day is to relax and let everything fall into place!
We also hired the BMH officiant, Ryan, for the day of our wedding. People were RAVING about our ceremony and said it was the most beautiful one they have ever listened to.
I can not say enough nice things about BMH and I am so, so glad we got married here!!

BMH was the PERFECT venue. Outdoors check, indoors check, beautiful places to take pictures check. We fell in love with the property instantly and booked it that day and I would not change that for the world. Our wedding was PERFECT. I know a lot of brides say that but seriously it was so picturesque it could have come from a magazine. We had to go with plan B for our ceremony, at the gazebo, but you would have never known it! It was still as beautiful as our plan for the lakeside but a whole lot drier! Nancy and Amy were super responsive and took the time to talk with our planner prior to the event. We could not be more happy with our choice!

The Brandywine Manor House went above and beyond to help make our wedding day wonderful. From the moment I met everyone to the day of our wedding the staff was so helpful and nice. Aimee kept in touch with me for months before we even decided on a date and kept me posted on everything going on at the BMH. Lets be honest, the BMH is just stunning! Between the rustic barn, breathtaking scenery, and the crown ballroom tent, everything is picturesque! The BMH is any Brides dream come true wedding day! The BMH and especially Aimee made a wedding dream come true for someone who never thought she would ever get married. That day will and always be the happiest day of our life! My husband and I can't really put into words how thankful we are for the BMH and letting us start the next chapter of our life there. I really don't think I could be more obsessed with BMH if I tried! I fell in love with the venue the second we drove onto the property and it was the best decision I ever made to book our recent wedding there. Aimee and Nancy were absolute gems from the second we spoke to them. They made our vision come to life! I constantly told my husband that the second I spoke with Aimee about my concerns that I was immediately at ease! She was my saving grace! The venue obviously speaks for itself. From its lush lawn, to classic gazebo, to BEAUTIFUL and timeless rustic barn... Everything is picturesque. They take so much pride in this property and it is so evident. I searched high and low for barn venues and not one within a 50 mile radius even held a candle to BMH. I can't thank the staff at BMH enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. I want to relive that day over and over again! My guests were absolutely blown away by the venue and how unique and cozy it was. I wouldn't change a thing about it. I chose Brandywine Manor House as the venue for both my ceremony and reception for my 2015 summer wedding and I could not have made a better choice! Nancy and Aimee were so fantastic, they were there for me every step of the way and did not spare any detail. They were accomodating, organized, very friendly and so personable. Aimee was my coordinator for my wedding day and everything went perfectly. We were married outside on the grounds and it was absolutely beautiful. There were so many different locations for both our and our guests pictures; the options were endless. We chose the Crown Ballroom tent for our reception and the space was open and airy, with plenty of room for our guests to dance the night away. I would absolutely recommend this venue to friends. All of our guests loved the site, were still getting rave reviews!

Brandywine Manor House is an absolutely STUNNING wedding venue!! I visited in February 2014 when it was covered in snow and I still fell in love :) I love how there are so many different ceremony and reception options. There really is something for everyone! My husband and I knew we wanted to incorporate a barn and the barn at BMH is beautiful. The venue was perfectly suited for us and many of our guests expressed that. Additionally, Nancy and Aimee are a joy to work with. They are both extremely kind, positive and always responded to me extremely quickly! The communication was wonderful because as a bride you always want your questions answered quickly. Even though they are dealing with hundreds of brides they always make you feel important! Our guests have been raving about how gorgeous and charming the venue was and how it was different from any other wedding they have ever attended! Our experience with Brandywine Manor House has been wonderful. They helped to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! My advice to you...book sooner rather than later!! My husband and I were married here on the 25th of July and I'm still gushing at how perfect our day was at Brandywine Manor House! I live in North Carolina due to work, so planning a wedding from hundreds of miles away left me stressed and anxious, but Nancy and her team made the process easy and efficient. They were always available when I had questions and they were always quick with their replies whenever I emailed them. On the day of, Nancy and her staff exceeded my expectations in terms of coordination and decor setup. They made my special day even more special and not once did I feel stressed! And the venue itself is absolutely stunning; I had guests raving about the scenery all night and even days after. My husband and I got married at The Glen waterfall, which is very picturesque especially when the sun sets. Our reception took place in The Crown Ballroom, which was bigger than I imagined (I had around 160 guests and they all fit comfortably!). Plus the purple lighting that we chose really set the mood. I could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to get married in, and I would highly recommend BMH to anyone!

It's difficult to put into words how thankful and grateful we are for all the kindness, professionalism, and warmth that all of Brandywine Manor House showed towards us. From the beginning, we always felt well taken care of by the staff, and I always felt so confident that my wedding day would be perfect. My wedding day was perfect- I went to sleep that night thinking that it was honestly the most perfect day without any problems whatsoever. It may have rained but it only caused us to have the most beautiful ceremony in the barn. Brigid was on point with everything and was always there to answer questions when I needed her. She made me feel relaxed and special the whole night, even moments before I walked down the aisle. I can't begin to count how many people approached me or my parents and said that it was the best wedding they've ever been to or how Brandywine was the most beautiful venue they've ever seen....it's what we heard all night and that only goes to show that we made the right choice. Again, we can't thank Brandywine enough for helping us have the perfect wedding day. Brandywine will continually go recommended because we couldn't have imagined a more amazing day.

Nancy and Aimee were a delight to work with! The staff was very friendly and courteous & greeted us all with smiles. My younger sister had her wedding here and the venue was beautiful. The day went 100% according to plan (minus the thunderstorm) and all was orderly and taken care of. The venue is a gorgeous setting and my sister is getting compliments weeks later on the wedding! They are very quick to respond with any questions that you may have, and like I said before, they were a pleasure to work with! If you have your event here you will not be sorry.

Working with Amy & Nancy was great. My husband & I only had 2 months to plan the wedding, & we were doing it all from near 2000 miles away. Beautiful venue indoors and out! My guests couldn't stop complementing how perfect everything was. We used Aimee as our planner and she was great. She and Nancy made everything so easy. We used all the vendors they recommended and they were also amazing! Highly recommend choosing this place for a wedding or any event.

Brandywine Manor House is the place to get married! It is the most beautiful venue at all times of the year. Nancy and Aimee were there to keep me organized leading up to and the day of my wedding. Anything I needed, those women took care of it. They were always quick getting back to me via phone or email and very professional yet personable. There was not one thing I would change about that day. The word gets around about Brandywine Manor House quick so if anyone is interested (you're crazy if you're not), contact them ASAP to book your event!

The first time I walked onto brandywine manors property I knew it was were I was going to get married. The staff is easy to work with and accommodating to your individual needs. I can't imagine my wedding being any more perfect! Thanks brandywine manor for being so wonderful!

Amiee, Nancy and the staff at Brandywine Manor House are absolutely amazing! I was just recently married in their barn. We booked the barn with the thought in mind they were going to expand. Amiee kept us inform through the whole process of the expansion. Their new extended barn is beautiful and worked well with my winter wonderland theme. If I ever had question Amiee or Nancy were always quick to answer any of my questions. They were extremely flexible when I was trying to decided on the timeline for the wedding day. Every time I talked to Amiee she made me feel even more excited about my big day. I would gladly recommend Brandywine Manor House to anyone!

We loved brandywine so much! Not only is it a beautiful location but the ladies there are so helpful and always there when we had questions during the planning process and during the day of the wedding. I highly recommend using them for any events!

BMH was great in providing answers to all my questions throughout the planning time, especially in a short time frame (four months!). On the day of the wedding, I was supposed to have my ceremony outside but it began to rain right before I walked out. At the last minute, BMH accomodated our ceremony in the Manor Barn. I was so thankful! They did a great job turning the barn around quickly and making me and our guests happy.

Brandywine Manor was a wonderful venue for our wedding. Even in the rain there were so many beautiful locations to take pictures. It has been months since our wedding and we still get comments on how perfect the location was. Nancy and Aimee were great to work with. They were very kind and easy to talk to, also available when we had questions. My husband and I loved our wedding at Brandywine Manor.

My husband and I chose Brandywine Manor House as our venue prior to the barn expansion. The facility is absolutely GORGEOUS and we were lucky to use the new barn loft for or reception! We first visited with our families and were blown away by the grounds, the barn and the tent. Not only were the grounds amazing, the staff was as well. Nancy and Aimee kept us up to date with everything and answered ALL of my questions very quickly!! When the expansion was complete we chose to move everything from the tent inside. With the help of Nancy and the ability to visit the venue many times, we easily moved everything! Our day was more than I could have imagined and BMH and it's staff was a large reason why. We are overjoyed with everything and would highly recommend the venue to anyone!

My husband and I got engaged in early 2014, and were looking for a barn reception in Pennsylvania. Brandywine Manor House (BMH) was the first venue we visited, and completely fell in love with the venue and how beautiful it was. But what really sealed the deal was how professional both Nancy and Aimee were the first time we met them and their love for what they do. Planning our wedding over a 7 month period was easy because of the both of them. The site itself is amazing, with different options to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. And it's not like some other venues, with multiple weddings, etc. going on, so you truly feel special on your wedding day. We ended up choosing The Glen for our ceremony, the Garden Terrace for our cocktail hour, and the Manor Barn for the reception. Everything went perfectly as Aimee was also our day of event coordinator. In addition, since we booked the place, BMH has expanded to include an amazing addition to the Barn - the Barn Loft that we got to see before it was completed, and a new cocktail area as well. I can't say enough positive things about the place and the people at BMH!!

Our wedding day was perfect at the Brandywine Manor House. We were engaged in April and wanted to get married in August. They were happy to accommodate a 4-month engagement, were very helpful and easy to work with. Aimee was our wedding coordinator and she was fabulous! She knows her stuff. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the grounds were. It rained a little bit on our wedding day, but the "plan b" was to have our wedding in the barn, which turned out to be not a plan b-feel at all, but just as beautiful as what we always envisioned. Thank you BMH!

BMH was the first and only place we visited for our wedding. I was blown away by the versatility of the property. We had our wedding outside in the Glen but there is also a lakeview and patio option. I was worried about sound during an outdoor wedding but the grounds are well equipped to handle speakers and all kinds of hookups and not a single guest had trouble hearing. The option of a barn from the 1700's was our indoor backup plan but hardly a backup plan at all! We ended up having our cocktail hour there to ensure we used it. The tent for our reception easily held 180plus people along with a ten piece band. We opted to hire Aimee as our on site wedding coordinator and were so glad we did. She calmly kept everything in check and had great suggestions for the day of being that she was also married there. The Eck family who own the property were extremely accommodating and even made an appearance the day of to ensure everything was running smoothly and wish us well. They work with a list of very reputable vendors which helped us narrow down our caterer (Williamson Caterer). Our guests had a blast and continue to tell us we could have charged them tickets to come it was such a great day. The grounds themselves are picture perfect with endless options for photos. My family stayed the night in the BMH bed and breakfast located upstairs in the farmhouse. This worked out great for my young niece and nephews who couldn't stay awake the entire wedding night. We had a babysitter up there waiting for them and my sister could easily check on them at anytime. We brought a lot of props for the day of and were allowed to clean them up the following morning which was another benefit to using the bed and breakfast. Thank you so much Brandywine Manor House, Aimee and the Eck's!!!!!!!!

I cannot say ENOUGH about how perfect Brandywine Manor House was for our wedding! I fell in love with this venue years ago when I saw pictures of the owners daughters wedding that was held here (who just happens to be my moms coworker!) I always said this would be the venue where I would get married, and years later when I got engaged it was at the top on my list of places to visit. It was even more beautiful in person and we booked our date just a few days after our first site visit. Nancy and Aimee are such a joy to work with, they make wedding planning seem so easy. They are so laid back, down to earth, friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and were extremely responsive to anything I needed. They love weddings and understand a brides vision, and will do everything they can to help you create your perfect day. Most brides stress about planning, but Nancy and Aimee are so kind and easy to work with, I actually enjoyed planning our wedding. The grounds at BMH are stunning! The landscape is the perfect backdrop for a memorable day. There are so many beautiful places for photos, and the uplighting in the Crown Ballroom is magical! We received so many compliments from our guests about the uniqueness and beauty of BMH. We got married in the Manor Barn and it was perfect. The exposed wood, coupled with the twinkle lights throughout the barn create such a romantic ambiance. Every part of this venue is more beautiful than the next! I would recommend BMH to every bride out there! Thank you Nancy and Aimee for making our wedding day so perfect!

Brandywine Manor House was the absolute perfect venue for my wedding. I had a very specific vision in mind for my venue and as soon as I drove up to the venue I knew it was the one. Nancy was so professional and friendly to my husband and I. She was so easy to work with and also quick to reply to any questions I had. The grounds are meticulously kept and always look gorgeous. I can not begin to tell you how many compliments we had on our venue alone. Our guests were so impressed with everything about this place and are still talking about its beauty. Brandywine Manor allows you to use your creativity to make your wedding as unique and personalize as you want which was very important to me. This venue is a hidden gem and will not let you down on your special day.

Brandywine Manor House is truly a breathtaking venue with the most amazing staff. The Eck Family is professional, friendly, patient and truly care about making your wedding dreams come true. The acres of land you notice from the start, but the warm hearts of Nancy and Aimee truly make the experience one to remember. They communicate constantly with you and your vendors to ensure all goes smoothly. The bridal suite is truly amazing and and allows the bride, bridesmaids and mothers to rest comfortably while getting ready for the special day. Everywhere you turn at Brandywine Manor House is truly the perfect photo op, so it does not matter if you are posing or captured in a candid the surroundings are the best backdrop. Brandywine Manor House was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our guests have not stopped talking about the beauty of the setting and uniqueness of the venue. The barn made for the perfect rustic ceremony setting. The ballroom, complete with pale turquoise uplighting, was an elegant backdrop for the reception -- though the windows and open wall to the terrace were equally if not more beautiful since the property is quite the backdrop itself!

Nancy and Aimee were absolutely wonderful to work with. Aimee was our rehearsal and day of coordinator, and I'm pretty sure my parents would welcome her in the family with open arms! I emailed her with random questions throughout the planning process, and she was always quick and knowledgeable with her responses. Even my other vendors cited their knowledge and professionalism!

I can't say enough about how glad I am that we chose Brandywine Manor House... and I can't recommend it more strongly! Best wedding venue I've ever experienced!

We just had our wedding ceremony at Brandywine Manor House on October 25, 2013 and we cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and venue. The grounds are extremely beautiful and made for a fantastic fall wedding.

Originally wanting to have our wedding outside, we were forced into the bridal barn because of wind and cool temperatures - but the barn made for such a beautiful ceremony! Then we braved the cold and took pictures outside - truly the best of both worlds.

The entire team, especially Nancy, was extremely accommodating and quick to answer emails and questions. A truly wonderful experience! Thanks Brandywine Manor House!

I have always loved anything that was wedding related. So, as you could expect, I was so excited when I got engaged last October in Disney World! I could finally start planning my very own dream wedding--my fairytale :)! The first thing I decided on was my date- I knew I definitely wanted to have it in August 2013. My next big decision was where I was going to have it. Having been born and raised in Chester County, I knew I wanted to have my wedding in this area. One day I was browsing the web and I came across Brandywine Manor House. The pictures looked perfect and the location was convenient for family and friends. I thought it was too good to be true! Immediately, I contacted Nancy (the owner) and scheduled a time to come tour the property. The landscaping and grounds were gorgeous! Then I saw the Bridal Room and Crown Ballroom- It was love at first sight! I knew right at that moment that this was the place I wanted to be married. It had everything that I have ever dreamed of and more. Our wedding was Saturday, August 24th, 2013. I chose the Garden Terrace for my ceremony site and had the Reception in the Crown Ballroom. I chose the purple lighting scheme and it made all the pictures turn out beautiful. The weather could not have been more perfect and Nancy helped me every step of the way- so on my wedding day I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Two months have passed and my friends and family are still raving about how beautiful it was! The staff at Brandywine Manor House truly care about their clients and went above and beyond! Nancy gave my husband and I a beautiful and unexpected gift that we use daily. I love Brandywine Manor and am so happy I chose to celebrate my big day there! I look forward to having another event there in the future!

My cousin got married at BMH in may of 2009, I was only 18 but I knew thats where I was going to get married as soon as I saw the property.

When I got engaged in July 2012, I immediately started looking online for possible wedding venues near my hometown of Springfield, PA. My fiance and I knew we wanted to have an outdoor ceremony and we wanted to pick a place that was charming and different from the many country club weddings we had attended in the past. The Brandywine Manor House stood out to me right away in my search and we booked an appointment to meet with Nancy. The second we stepped out of the car and I looked around, I knew this was the place for us. Nancy was so friendly and gave us all the information and pricing up front. I fell in love even more once I looked at the reception tent and bridal suite. Everything was well maintained and beautiful. My family and I left to check out one more venue but I knew in my heart that the Brandywine was the place for our wedding and we called Nancy that afternoon to reserve our date for the following year. The year leading up to the wedding was stressful at times but Nancy was alway responsive when I sent her email. We also decided to hire the venue's wedding coordinator Aimee and she was so helpful and was able to see my vision and decorate the tent just as we wanted. The week of my wedding was rainy and miserable and I was so nervous we would not be able to have the ceremony outside but come our wedding day, the sun came out and the weather was perfect. We got married at the Glen location and our guests could not stop talking about how they felt as if they were sitting in an enchanted forest. The day was absolutely perfect and Aimee was always nearby to help with anything we needed. After the wedding, we kept getting calls and emails from our friends and family telling us how amazing everything was. I wish we could do it all again and I will definitely consider having a baby shower at the barn in a couple of years!

Best day of our lives! We just got married on October 4, 2013 and had our cocktail hour and reception at BMH. The place is beautiful!!! When searching for a venue, we knew we wanted something a little different. Both of us have been to so many weddings which were in ballrooms at country clubs but we wanted a different look. BMH was perfect!!!! The ballroom is like a tent but so much better! The fabric draping, lighting, chairs and overall appearance make it seem so elegant. You get the feel of a ballroom but with the airy, outdoor feeling. A note on the lighting - it comes out so much brighter in pictures than it appears in person. We did purple and it looks awesome! We have received so many compliments on our big day especially regarding BMH. Nancy was so great and easy to work with! She is very responsive to both emails and phone calls and truly shares in your excitement on your big day. We had our ceremony at a church but the bridal party and family were able to arrive early for pictures which couldn't have been a better setting. The bathrooms and bridal suite are beautifully decorated as well as the barn for a rustic look. You can't go wrong having your big day here! I'm just waiting for our video so I can relive it all over again!!!!

Brandywine Manor reached all of my expectations and then some! I could not imagine my wedding day anywhere else! The venue is absolutely breath taking and our guest raved all night about how beautiful and intimate it was! Not only is the landscaping well maintained and gorgeous, but the tent and barn are out of this World. I would recommend every bride and groom to check out Brandywine Manor when looking for a venue in Chester County! There is nothing else like it. Every time I visited Beandywine Manor I was impressed, but the day of the wedding it felt extra magical there! Mrs. Eck is extremely helpful in every aspect of planning a wedding. It is obvious how long she has been in this business and is extremely professional! I am more than happy with my choice, and would 100% rexcomend it for future couples! I had my bridal shower at Brandywine Manor House a few months ago in the Manor Barn. My sisters had visited the barn a few weeks before to book it and told me it was gorgeous. I didn't see it until the day of my shower and I fell in love with it right away! Nancy's staff was there the day of to answer a few questions we had about setting up. We did a shabby chic theme, using a vintage items on the windowsills and tables. It went really well with the overall look of the barn. The barn itself has such a pretty look to it that we didn't really have to add much. It has plenty of room while also being very intimate. My bridesmaids had made all of the food, and we had plenty of room for a little buffet line on the left side. We had about 40 women there and everyone loved it! Someday a few years down the road, I'll be back for my baby shower!

I had my baby shower in the Brandywine Manor House Barn and it was awesome! I was so excited to use the Manor Barn as my venue as it is a really unique space. I can't help but compare/contrast it to other showers I have attended in hotel or restaurant banquet rooms which tend to be fairly plain. The Manor Barn provided such a cool ambiance, which really made my shower that much more exciting. It just feels like a special space to have an event. My guests definitely noticed and all commented on how beautiful the barn was and on the beauty of the property itself. My family opted not to use a caterer and just all pitched in to make the food. It worked out great and saved them money in the long run. We had lots of finger foods, salads, desserts, all done up right thanks to all the incredible ideas on Pinterest ;)
I loved my shower and attribute much of it's success to the venue my Mom/sisters chose for it. I loved it so much, I've been suggesting it to all my friends! Anyone hosting an event should definitely consider the BMH barn!

Where do I begin! BMH was the first and only venue we looked at. We visited in December when the trees were barren and there was frost on the ground and even then we knew that this venue was a gem! Nancy was beyond accommodating to myself and my husband, as well as my parents who came with us to see the venue. She is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions as well as give suggestions. The actual day of was beyond my perfect dreams, still to this day guests are talking about what a beautiful location and especially how the weather just accentuated the beauty of BMH. The tent makes you feel outdoors but with a formality that envelopes you during your event. Many people commented on the intimacy of the location and how that brought guests together to have one amazing time! I would recommend this venue again and again! Thank you Nancy and the BMH staff for helping is create our perfect day.

Brandywine Manor House was the venue for our annual Peacemaker Center fund-raising dinner in April. For the past few years we had used Waterloo Gardens but we needed a larger location to accommodate our 300 guests. From the initial visit through the day of the event, the staff was extremely helpful and made suggestions that really impressed our guests. The appetizers and silent auction were held in the historic barn. Because we had a large crowd, the ability to distribute some guests in the barn, while others walked the beautiful grounds worked well. We chose a country western theme with a great band named the Hi-Balls. They played a great selection and had everyone up dancing. We used Hess BBQ and the food was delicious. We got rave reviews from our guests and everyone agreed that it was the best fund raising dinner yet. We have already booked for 2013 and we are looking forward to working with Nancy Eck and her team! You won't find a more beautiful setting in Chester County.

I was so excited to find a place to be married at, such as the Brandywine Manor House! Not only is it the most beautiful venue I've ever been too, it was centrally located between Baltimore/Philadelphia/Reading areas, in which ourselves and our guests would be traveling. It was very convenient and made our guests happy to be able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one location. The venue offers multiple sites for your occasion, including a newly constructed barn with new bridal/grooms suites. Nancy (the owner) is a joy to work with and genuinely cares about all her brides! She was very easy to reach throughout the planning and offered great advice. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the location and grounds were for a wedding. You'd be silly to not choose this venue!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Brandywine Manor House! My husband and I got married there 7 years ago and our guests STILL talk about it. I just had my baby shower there a few weeks ago, and everyone loved that too!
I had shopped around for other venues, thinking that BMH would be too expensive-- turns out they were one of the cheapest. The owners are so great to work with, and they genuinely CARE about you and your event.

We just loved Brandywine Manor House! This was our first wedding. This is written from a "Mother of the Bride" perspective! Nancy and her family provided an excellent service and venue for our daughter's wedding! We loved the "Family" element and attitude of Brandywine Manor House. We were so very happy with the information and help Nancy provided us from the very begining! She is honest and professional. The week of our wedding event Nancy wa in contact with us often. She was asking us what we needed from her, reminding us of last minute details we may have forgotten otherwise. She was there on the day of the wedding checking in and making sure everything was in place and all other vendors had what they needed. She also took pictures! :) LOVED THEM!!! The Venue we saw grow more beautiful throughout the year of planning the wedding day events. The wedding sites are constantly being monitored and groomed. We picked "The Grove" with the waterfall. Such a romantic area. Out of the Sun and cool in June! The flowers that are in bloom around the facility in June made it easy for our florist, and easy on our wallet! :) The area is beautiful - Have I said that already?!?!? ") The web site and blogs were helpful for ideas and answered questions for us newbies. We have two more daughters and know that there will be a repeat event at Brandywine Manor House in our future!

Brandywine Manor House did an above and beyond amazing job with our wedding. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained. Everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind. Most importantly Nancy herself (the venue owner) is absolutely incredible throughout the whole wedding process. I must have sent her a million emails throughout the year and she is always so willing to help and give advice. Thank you BMH from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding more beautiful and joyous than we could have ever imagined!!

I cannot say enough about this venue and Nancy. First off, it is one of the most beautiful places to be married in Pennsylvania and all of our guests were completely taken aback by its beauty. Nancy and her staff are absolutely amazing. Throughout the year I must have sent her hundreds of emails and every time she was pleasantly and promptly ready to respond and help out.

I am a Project Manager in my full-time job, and am definitely a Type A bride :) That being said, I was so pleased and happy with how well-organized and ready to help Nancy and her staff were.

Overall the Brandywine Manor House really made our wedding dreams come true, and I will admit I set the bar pretty high. Thank you SO much Nancy and BMH for everything you did!

The wedding on Saturday was amazing. I cannot begin to tell you how many people were in awe of BMH. They used words like magical, amazing, breathtaking, and like a fairy tale. Having the ceremony in the barn was so very quaint and beautiful. With all the rain surrounding the weekend, the weather on Saturday could not have been more perfect for the cocktail hour and reception. People are still sending me emails about the fabulous time they had and how very special the evening was. Deb from Perfect Setting was absolutely amazing – she was hands on every step of the way and could not have been more thorough and efficient in making certain everything went smoothly.

Truly, truly a wonderful experience and one that we will be talking about forever.

The best outdoor wedding venue in Chester County. The guests would NOT stop talking about how wonderful this place is. And if you are from Chester County it is like a hidden gem. Nancy and her team are wonderful to work with and responde immediately to any and all questions. The space is huge and does not feel like a "tented" wedding at all!! Everything about this place is just perfect. I would very highly recommend this venue.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Can not say enough amazing things about this venue and working with Nancy. She was great from the start. My husband and I looked at a LOT of venues and it came down to two. I could not be more pleased with our choice of BMH. We had visited the venue three times prior to our wedding day, and nothing could have set me up for how truly amazing it all turned out on the day of!

Nancy gave us great recommendations for all our vendors and was so accommodating throughout the whole process. She worked so closely with my dad and I over the 15 months engagement period. She was FANTASTIC on the day of. She made sure everything ran smooth, made sure everyone had communicated with one another, and was completely reliable. She took fantastic photos that she shared with my husband and I, and gave us a beautiful gift.

BMH is an absolutely stunning venue. Your traditional, stuffy hotel ballrooms just cant compete!!! This place is original and beautiful. The property is open, well taken care of, and the room itself is stunning. I absolutely recommend this venue, over and over. We got TONS of feedback from our guests, and everyone raved about the room and the venue itself. I will say, although the pictures are beautiful, it does NOT do the place enough justice.

Some people are overwhelmed by venues that don't include other services, but my husband and I had a great time choosing our catering company and other vendors. Also, Nancy has a lot of great partnerships with vendors, and really helped us out. Her feedback was honest, and she was really great at matching our personalities with vendors we would work well with. GREAT PLACE!
