We went to Bradley T. Harris for my engagement ring and for our wedding bands and could not have been happier! If you go, ask for Monique! I told her what I was looking for in an engagement ring and she found the most beautiful solitaire emerald cut diamond. They found the setting I wanted as well and my engagement ring is gorgeous. They also worked with me to find a band that would compliment my engagement ring and Bradley helped my husband find his band. They were extremely patient and responsive to everything we wanted. Turn around time was fast even though they were custom made.

Brad and his staff are amazing! His designer, Jennifer designed a engagement ring that I couldn't have even dreamed of. It went beyond expectations. Jennifer spent lots time with my husband going over ideas he had for the ring and showing him sketches. She also had me come in so she could meet with me as well. She got to know me and my taste in jewelry. Her attention to detail , personalization and creativity created the ring of my dreams. Brad was always very personable and has helped in reselling some of my jewelry as well. Great, honest people that will give you the best quality and deal possible. My husband also just bought diamond earrings from Jennifer that are unbelieveable. She knew the perfect gift for me!

Brad is fantastic. His prices are unbeatable and he's not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable buying both our engagement and wedding rings from him. I would highly, highly recommend visiting his store.

Brad designed my engagement ring around a family stone with my husband. I didn't see it, nor hear anything about it, until Jake proposed. I was totally blown away. It is gorgeous!

He also did the wedding band to match - I love wearing the set and also love wearing the band by itself! So lucky to have gotten to work with him. His office is professional, they are so helpful, and provide great value. Already thinking of something for an anniversary...

Before my husband proposed to me the only thing I ever told him I wanted in a ring was that it sparkled. When he finally did propose I was shocked by what a beautiful ring he had picked out...and it definitely sparkled!!! My husband then explained to me that he went from jeweler to jeweler researching rings, but he only found one that sat down and explained everything there is to know about diamonds to him.. and that jeweler was Brad. He not only custom made my engagement ring, but when we decided to go back to him for our wedding bands he insisted on making the bands to go with my ring himself....and at very fair price! Everyone is so nice when you walk into the showroom. I never got the feeling that anyone was ever sizing us up- like I have experienced at some other jewelry stores. My husband and his family have actually returned to Brad several times to buy different birthday and anniversary gifts. I think we have both found a jeweler we will stick with for life!

I found Brad by chance when I googled “jewelers + my zip code”. His name struck me because he included his middle initial.
I emailed him a picture of the setting that made me fall in love with the radiant diamond shape, and he responded extremely fast, and he didn’t mess around when he quoted his prices. “If I have to custom make it in white gold it will start at $500.00 plus gold weight. If it's a mounting I can order, cost may be around $350.00”. Sounded fair so I made an appointment to come see him.

When he looked at my ring, he instantly noticed the poor workmanship - pointing out that the stone was crooked, the setting way too high, and the metal was extremely too thin. When I told him how much I had paid, and how the whole mess went down I could see shock, and a little regret on his face. I can only imagine what he could have offered me for $3K.

There was no pressure, no “it depends on this, and that” games. No lies. He came correct.
I knew he was the jeweler I wanted to rectify the mess my diamond was in so I placed a $200 deposit that same day.

The next week I retuned to view a similar setting he’d ordered in for me, and I seriously considered it - but in the end I didn’t want to risk getting something else I wasn’t completely happy with so after much thought I went the custom route. He began work almost immediately.

Brad was very conscious of our budget situation, and how much trouble we’d had with the past jeweler so he always had a suggestion on ways we could save money, but never made me feel cheap.
The metal for my ring is X1 white gold - it would keep its shine a lot longer than regular white gold, plus he mentioned that wear and tear maintenance (buffing, and such) wouldn’t be needed as often. But the best part? It costs the same as regular white gold.

I brought in old, and unused jewelry to put towards the cost of the ring. My receipt says 26.9 dwt gold scrap jewelry. When I went back a week later to put more money towards the ring and he told me I had almost $300 worth in scrap gold!

When we picked up the finished ring, we were in awe! We couldn’t believe how pretty it looked! The setting was almost exactly like the original picture. My only complaint is that I would have liked more space in between the double shanks, like the picture I showed him. Other than that, it was practically the same as the picture. The prongs were strong, but not sharp. The diamond was low on the setting, keeping it modest, and minimizing the chance of snagging it on something, or someone. Also all four sides are clearly open and you can even see the entire pavilion/cutlet from the inside of the band allowing for maximum sparkle. He does good work - I highly recommend him.
