Best Venue Ever!

This venue is the best! Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day and they were there every step of the way to help with everything during planning. From the venue itself down to the food- just amazing! The vendors they work with are just the best too. I highly recommend if you are in this area looking for an all inclusive venue. So thankful for them!

Amazing wedding vendor, low-stress!

The Bradford House did both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Everything was absolutely seamless for both events, from start to finish. If you are a bride and want a low-stress wedding, the Bradford House is the way to go. The food was delicious for both events, service was phenomenal, and all the preferred vendors work together seamlessly. The day of my wedding was very relaxing, due to all the help I had from them. They are extremely responsive to emails and are very flexible depending on your desired style for your event. I would highly recommend them.

Our Dream Wedding Come True

Where do I even begin!? Jeremy and I are so glad we chose Bradford House and Gardens for our wedding!
Everything was amazing! From the planning process to execution, Cyndi and Laurie were there every step of the way! They made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it! During the planning process, they were very helpful and responsive. Every time I had a question (and there were a ton), they answered right away! They made us feel comfortable in a fairly overwhelming time!
And, the day of … wow! They were on top of it! They were everywhere making sure everything was going smoothly and perfectly. One thing that really sticks out: they always made it a point to find me and check in and see if I needed anything. During the cocktail hour after the ceremony, while we were all taking photos, they were right there on the sidelines with hors d’oeuvres and a drink stepping in to give me a bite or a sip whenever I needed it! That really stuck out to me!
And, I wish I could remember the name of the guy that served us dinner and directed the cake cutting, because he was AWESOME!

The venue is gorgeous. The staff is incredible. You cannot go wrong with Bradford House and Gardens! Thank y’all, so much, for giving us the day we had always dreamed of!

You will not regret booking Bradford House & Gardens!

Debbie and her team are incredible! They made everything so easy to plan and the day of entirely stress free! They anticipate and plan for everything, so there are no surprises. The grounds are beautiful and they were able to accommodate all of our guest easily (at least thats what it looked like to me)! People still talk about the apps we chose for happy hour and we just had our top layer of cake- it was still amazing!

The Secret Garden

This location is EVERYTHING! The staff was excellent and did everything to accommodate our every need. Such a beautiful venue and the owner, Debbie, went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come to life! The food was incredible as well!!

Recommend this place always!

We are so over the moon with The Bradford House and Gardens and how our wedding day turned out on Valentine’s Day! The owners and coordinators worked closely with us during the entire process and made it entirely stress-free! The venue was so beautifully decorated on our day, ran so smoothly, the staff was very attentive at our every need and want, food was phenomenal, great photo ops, etc. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! I 110% recommend this venue to a bride that does not care for stress! It was amazing from start to finish!❤❤❤

My Dream Wedding~~May 11, 2019

The Bradford House is the perfect place to have your wedding. We got married May 11, 2019, and it could not have been more perfect! Debbie and her staff are super friendly and eager to make your special day everything you hoped it would be. With catering included, there are so many options for reception food. We also didn’t have to worry about any of the linens, chairs, overlays, or even the DJ because all of these were included. The house itself is gorgeous and holds so much character. We loved having a bridal and a groom’s suite to get ready in because this made it easy to bring wardrobes the night before so it makes the big day seamless. It was supposed to slant rain all day with an overcast, so Debbie worked hard to create an option for the ceremony and reception space. However, the rain cleared and the sun came out in time for the ceremony which we were so happy that it did because the greenery outside is absolutely beautiful! We had a “woodsy and greenery” themed wedding, so this just added to the detailing and the natural setting of the ceremony. We then had dinner inside the house where we had our own private space to eat before greeting the guests. The staff then flipped the ceremony space out in the pavilion to the reception space with a dance floor, and we danced the night away. We love our wedding day and wouldn’t change one detail. Thank you to the Bradford House for helping make our dream wedding!

Stop searching... THIS IS IT!

I absolutely LOVED working with Debbie and her team! I initially had selected a different venue and wanted to only hire them for catering, but once we visited the venue we just knew this was the place! Practically all inclusive, this venue was perfect! We had our ceremony in the pavilion, the cocktail hour in the gorgeous garden, dinner inside the house, and then cake and dancing back in the pavilion. They work within your budget and took care of every single detail, even the small things! The best part is 100% the food! Guests are still talking about how wonderful everything tasted! They keep saying it was the BEST wedding they had ever been too! The venue is kinda far from the city of Atlanta where we live so I chose to book rooms near the Mall of GA which turned out perfect for guests. If you are getting married in the Atlanta area, stop looking and check out this venue. You will thank me later!

My fairy tale night wedding 10/26/2018

My fairy tale wedding was everything I ever wanted . Miss Debbie and her sister make sure that I was very pleased and happy they're very respectful women very helpful & responded to every need that I had.my wedding cake was awesome the food was great drinks decorations the DJ everything.i really enjoyed my wedding it was awesome .well put together and I didn't have to do anything but my part ! Couldn't Ask for a Better Venue!

From the very beginning, the Bradford House was amazing. We got the Gold Package, which includes the dinner, champagne toast, table clothes, an amazing DJ named Ricky, the wedding cake, and so much more. They were attentive to want we wanted. Susan did an amazing job coordinating our wedding the day of. I couldn't imagine a better place to get married. Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I were able to enjoy our day. I highly recommend the Bradford House and Gardens. So beautiful and wonderful!

We hosted our wedding at the Bradford House and Gardens in September 2018, and we highly recommend this venue. Debbie, Susan, and the entire staff are kind, professional, responsive, and helpful. We had the pleasure of working with Debbie through the entire planning process. She is truly a wedding-planning expert! She helped us with all of the details, and it was so helpful to have her thoughts and opinions. Debbie made planning our wedding easy and fun!

All of the staff members are very accommodating and kind. You can truly tell they want this to be the best day for their brides! The food was delicious - every dish we tried was fantastic. We were very pleased with the serving of the meal as well. The venue is beautiful and makes for fantastic pictures. We are so glad we had our wedding at the Bradford House - it was the perfect day!

They are awesome. The staff was very accommodating. The venue is beautiful. The food was exceptional. There were no worries for the bride and her mom. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a Royal Wedding. Friends and family are still talking about the beauty and elegance of the wedding. Everyone was the best here!! Debbie and Susan were really helpful from the beginning to end. We knew automatically that this place was for us the moment we stepped into the house. The flowers and lights outside were beautiful and the wedding flowed with what I wanted. The food is absolutely amazing and the guests loved it also! Debbie and her staff and the Chef was nice and accommodating. Our wedding was made magical. We’re hoping to come soon and do Sunday brunch here because we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Would def recommend!!!!!

We got married here this past May and it was the best decision we made. We did the Saturday evening package and Debbie worked with us in keeping it within our budget. We were able to diy most things but Debbie and her team were in charge of the main things such as catering and the bar! We only had to bring in table decorations and flowers. They also let us use some of the stuff they had on hand so definitely ask if they have any table decorations or candles that were left from a past wedding! People loved the salmon (highly recommend) but everything was delicious. Everyone was so accommodating and made it stress free for us. The staff was super helpful and the setting was exactly what I was looking for! They added a bunch of lights to the venue which really made it pop at night. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We had a wonderful experience hosting our rehearsal dinner at the Bradford House. From the atmosphere to the superb food and excellent attentive service everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. We received and overhead so many compliments and positive comments about it from the guests. They were so helpful throughout the planning process. Bradford House and Gardens met our needs in every way. It was made simple with the reassurance of a perfect wedding, and they delivered. Every detail was met . Debbie and her crew were top notch!
Its sometimes the little things that matter. Debbie made sure my daughter the beautiful bride she was , had tea sent to her bridle room prior to the ceremony, just one of many things. The DJ Amazing Sounds and the Photographer Paul Rawlins that was included in our package made things so easy for us. I recommend for sure.

The team at Bradford House and Gardens helped us pull off the best wedding ever! Debbie, Tonya, Lou, Chef Terrell and the whole staff were just wonderful throughout the entire planning process and on the day-of. Their all-inclusive package made wedding planning so much less stressful than I ever imagined. The grounds are beautiful, the pavilion is beautiful, and so is the house. It is all clean and well-maintained. The food was WONDERFUL; I am still getting compliments 6 weeks later. Our wedding was so fun, unique, and beautiful, and it could not have happened without the wonderful team at Bradford House. I highly recommend to anyone!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! THIS IS IT!! ...Where do I start? 5 stars is not enough, they deserve more! My entire experience from the first day we toured this venue was amazing! We had toured several other places (some more than once) and booked Bradford House & Gardens on our very first visit, and that was the best decision, EVER! The staff is amazing! They have all of the transitions from wedding to cocktail hour to dinner to reception down to a Science. Everything flowed SO smoothly. I had VERY high expectations and they surpassed them. I had a lot of personal/specific traditions that I wanted to incorporate and they took care of all of them with no errors. The owner, Mrs. Debbie, is the sweetest lady and I never felt like she was "selling" anything. She was always upfront and honest about everything and did a great job communicating with us. The wedding coordinator, Tonya, was AMAZING! I can't say enough about her, I feel like she was my sister during the entire process and I truly don't know what we would have done without her. She kept me sane, and I'll be forever grateful to her. The FOOD is second to none! Our guests are STILL raving and we got married a month ago! ... Also, this venue is very unique and elegant, everyone was asking how we found it and saying how much they loved it. The way the gardens light up at night is breathtaking!! ... We used the venue's DJ, the Baker for Wedding and Groom's cake and the Photographer and couldn't have been happier! The photographer, Bobbie, knows the venue very well and was super amazing. Likewise, the DJ, Lou, was super fun and kept the party going. Lloyd, head of the waitstaff, was like our personal assistant all night making sure we were taken care of and we didn't want for anything because he was right there to make sure we were good. Have your wedding here! You WON'T regret it. Take this for someone who's usually impossible to please :-)

Love Debbie! She was so great; when we were in the planning stages we went over everything and everything and it was so nice to have an all inclusive deal like this where I didn't have to stress about finding a million different vendors for everything. Got such a great deal with the cake, catering, decorations, and dj included. At the wedding everything was so magical and beautiful. I had many friends tell me how lovely everything turned out. The location is beautiful and there was plenty of room to get down and boogey after dinner(which tasted sooooo good; their chef is amazing.)

By far, the best wedding venue in GA!. The facilities are beautiful, well groomed, and all together a perfect atmosphere to have a wedding at.
Debbie is amazing and very flexible with all the demands that a wedding has. She was always able to work something out to make our wedding move forward without a hitch. Debbie was very understanding and will really work with you to keep you happy and to make sure you're getting everything you want, without gouging your wallet.
The food was great. Even with the most basic food package, we still had a very delicious spread of appetizers (spinach pastry's, coconut chicken, and pigs in a blanket), which our guest had nothing but high reviews of and same with the main course! Now the main course was nothing short of amazing, even down to the french bread on the side!
Tonya made sure the entire venue was professionally decorated to our liking
The DJ, wow were do I start. From the beginning of the wedding he was with us, all the way to the last till the last dance. He definitely kept the wedding rolling smoothly, interacted well with our guest, and kept the party popping. He was always checking on my wife and I, making sure we had something to drink, eat and were having a great time. Music was great, family friendly, and the staff that worked with him were very professional.
Overall: For the price we paid, amount of guest we had, food, drinks, cake, pictures, decorations, and the experience. I can honestly say we greatly underpaid for the excellent service that the entire staff at the Bradford House gave my wife and I. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding the best wedding we could have ever wished for!

I loved every moment of planning my wedding with Debbie and Tonya! And the wedding itself - OMG! The bradford house and gardens is the PERFECT Place to have a wedding! As soon as my husband and I walked into the house and felt the warm welcome of Debbie we knew it was where we wanted to get married. We were then introduced to our wedding coordinator, Tonya, who was absolutely amazing. On the first meeting all we did was sit down and the vendors came to us! Very easy and stress free since they had trusted vendors for us to use!! The food was absolutely amazing and our guests were raving about how good it tasted. We used their florist, Yolanda, and their DJ Lou. The flowers were beautiful and we can't say enough about how great Lou was. He was always there if we needed to talk to him and gave us courtesy calls to make sure we didn't need anything, even if it wasn't DJ related! He kept the party going for the reception. I didn't have to stress about anything. Tonya and debbie were very easy to get in contact with, and helped us in every need. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly how I described it to them. Our wedding was perfect and they took care of every need and make the reception and ceramony look beautiful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free and beautiful place to get married!

We are still rejoicing over the marriage of our daughter and son in-law last Saturday, December 6, 2014.

I am most grateful for the wonderful way in which you worked with Maureen to make her wedding a dream come true.The setting for the wedding and reception was superb, the food was so very delicious and the service of your staff was undeniably professional. The mantle was so lovely and made the most beautiful background along with the fireplace which gave the ceremony great warmth.

The setting in the pavilion was extraordinary with the well arranged tables. The temperature was just enough to keep us warm but not enough to make us hot after dancing, and we did quite a bit of that! The wedding cake was beautiful and tasty! This was truly a fine dining experience. We even had decorative take away containers!!

So many family and friends have shared with us how much they enjoyed the the special services of the Bradford House and Gardens. They wanted to know how Maureen found such a treasure!

Many thanks, again, for an evening full of heartfelt memories!

The venue was beautiful, the flowers were gorgeous, and the ppl were very sweet and attentive. I really like the fact that this is family run. The only thing that happened was my bridesmaids and my hair took so long that we were 30 min late on the ceremony which made pictures late which made the reception short by almost an hour. So we literally danced to 4 songs and that was all. Wasn't the venue fault, but it definitely wasnt planned. We also had a photo booth which never got set up bc of fire safety and time, no floral decor on our wedding cupcake/cake tower, and our favors were never put out. So ppl literally grabbed them out of plastic bins. Those parts I wasnt happy with, but it was still really beautiful and I have tons of wonderful beautiful memories of one of the best days of my life!!

My husband and I got married at the Bradford House and Gardens 11/01/14. Debbie and her staff did everything in their power to make sure it was the perfect wedding. Our rehearsal would have been on Halloween night, but Debbie agreed to move it to the week before to facilitate our bridal party. They completely changed their normal program so that we could have the ceremony in the house and reception out on the pavilion. This was a morning wedding and the temperatures were in the upper 40s - low 50s. At no extra charge the pavilion had very professional looking clear siding and heaters added to keep guests warm while retaining beautiful views of the fall colors. They offer a wide range of packages at very reasonable prices making it easy to reconcile your wedding dreams and budget reality. I am so glad we chose this venue!

My husband & I were truly blessed to have our wedding at the Bradford House, and to have Lou LaPointe (Amazing Sounds) as our emcee. We recently attended another wedding which helped us remember and truly appreciate (again) the whole experience of our day from the care that the staff at Bradford House took to tend to our guests to the PARTY! atmosphere that Lou generated. What a blast and what a lifetime of memories they helped us create.

Debbie & Susan were fun to work with, but beyond that, they kept track of all the little details so we didn’t have to think about them. They bring an air of celebration and thoughtfulness to what they do, which adds to the excitement of the actual day itself. Also, Debbie and her team are truly willing to go above and beyond to get creative with solutions and offer ideas (like our S’Mores bar).

Chef Terrell’s cuisine is out of this world. The care that he and his staff took to prepare and serve the food was shown in the quality and deliciousness of the meals. Our guests were raving about everything, from start to finish, but the lobster-stuffed-beef was hands down, the favorite dish of the evening.

The staff at the Bradford House took such good care of our guests, from the cheerful smiles to the attention to detail that was paid.

One special touch that I appreciated is that we had a small table set up in the bridal suite so we could have our meal after the ceremony and pictures. It was lovely because while our guests were mingling, eating and enjoying, we had a few moments as a newly married couple to grin at one another and have a few bites of dinner quietly. It was a precious twenty minutes (we could’ve had longer if we wanted) that we treasure.

So, almost a year later, we are grateful for their efforts to make our day so special. We're still glowing from those memories.

I highly recommend Bradford House and their catering services. Just married last Saturday in a neighbor's backyard which is beautifully landscaped and has a pool. I met with the owners and we discussed my vision and they could picture how their services would blend with my end result. They arrived on time...set up and were ready to serve. My guests raved about the food and the service. Beyond all of that, it was the extras like helping my bridesmaids with gown bustling duties. Making sure the wedding party's plates were replenished without asking. I also appreciated the guidance the staff provided while we were cutting our cake. We didn't know how we should hold the cake cutting knife and the staff just stepped right in to make sure we did that correctly. They also helped us with our cake topper that didn't want to stay upright on our cake because of the heat of the day. With some hydrangeas from the front garden, the cake topper was able to sit upright. This was all done without my knowledge and I so appreciative because my brain was not in decision-making mode!
The staff also cleaned up and packed up the left-overs and coordinated storage with the homeowner.
I highly recommend Bradford House and Gardens. Choose this group and you won't be disappointed!

If you are a bride or groom who is looking for a perfect outdoor/indoor venue for your wedding, look no further! Why you ask? Well here are a few reasons!

1. The overall appearance of the facility - During our wedding on May 10th, 2014, I cant tell you how many
of the attendees commented on the beauty of the facility and asked "how we found this place".

2. Close to home, but far enough away - This facility sits back off the road. It has close access to the
interstate, but has the feels of a charming antebellum style home nestled in the mountains.

3. The staff - I can't say enough how tremendous the staff was to work with. Debbie and Susan lead
charge. From the obvious to the unexpected, these two will answer any and all questions you may
have. There is nothing too small or large they cant handle.

4. The food - First rate, second to none! Looking around during the short time I had to sit down and eat, I
saw smiles, and heard lots of yums! The plates were emptied everywhere I looked. Terrell brings a
bang to the kitchen. When I first sat down to sign my contract at the Bradford house they couldn't stop
talking about the food.... well they were right!

5. Last but not least... Affordability.... The Bradford House and Gardens brings you a little slice of heaven
at a very reasonable price. They will work with you on any package you pick, or any custom wedding
you would like. The sky is the limit with your imagination!

At the first meeting we were promised a full service venue that would take care of all of our wedding needs, and that is exactly what was delivered! The venue had recommended vendors, and we went with all of them except the photographer because we had a friend that we wanted to use. They arranged a meet and greet with all of the vendors on one afternoon, to save us some time and travel. There we arranged all of the necessary details in one swoop. Then came the wedding day, which was the best part! They did all of the set up perfectly, even the extra personal touches that we'd brought from home. We were taken care of from start to finish; from coffee for my girls to crackers for the babies. The DJ kept everything moving effortlessly. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. We even received more compliments than I can count on our cake! It was delicious! I honestly don't have one complaint about my entire experience. The venue was beautiful, the food delicious, the service friendly and helpful...and it all added up to one big happy day, for us and our guests!

My daughter got married at Bradford House & Gardens on December 28, and the entire family could not have been happier with how it all turned out. The rehearsal dinner was even held there the night before.
Debbie and Susan, the owners, were a joy to work with. They walked us through the whole process with grace and respect. All our questions were answered and all our ideas were listened to and implemented.. The food was to die for at both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, and the service could not have been better. The venue is beautiful. Unfortunately we had some rain, but if needed our guests were escorted from their cars to the warm pavilion and the house under large umbrellas. The cake turned out perfect, the DJ kept the party hopping, and the photographer and videographer worked tirelessly to record the day. I really can't say enough about Bradford House and Gardens and hope some day we can hold another event there.

Debbie and Susan were EXACTLY what I needed . They made everything so easy for me to decide on being that I'm so very indecisive. They made my big more than I could every ask for .! The services were 10's across the board and they went above and beyond my expectations. Our wedding experience with the Bradford House and Gardens was absolutely perfect. The staff was wonderful to work with throughout our planning. We had a situation come up where we had to change the date and package of our wedding. They understood the situation and worked with us to suit our needs. They are very professional and the communication was great. The venue it's self was gorgeous and perfect for our big day. They gave us a recommendation for an officiant, who we ended up using. Her name is Rev. Deanna. She was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an officiant. The only negative experience we had was the florist. She was incredibly rude on the day of our wedding. I do not believe the flowers we received were worth the money we paid. We did not get any of the corsages we ordered for the women, they were all boutonnieres. The grooms boutonniere was the smallest one and had to be replaced with another. She made a very rude comment to me and left the venue as we were about to start taking pictures. I am not going to let this experience reflect negatively on the venue though. We were very pleased with everything else. Again, the staff was incredible and would recommend them and this venue to anyone. Thank you for making this special day amazing!

I am extremely glad that we chose the Bradford House as our wedding venue! I really enjoyed the family-owned feel and kindness of the staff! They made everything so easy and were very flexible. When searching for my wedding venue my mom and I came across the Bradford House and Gardens online. The pictures and reviews were great so we called for an appointment. As soon as we sat down with Debbie, the owner, I knew it was the place where I wanted to get married. We booked that day! It was so easy and stress free! They helped provide all of the vendors and we just showed up. The day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding were amazing! The Bradford House was so accommodating and thought of everything so that we did not have to. We were so calm and enjoyed every minute of our special day. My husband and I as well as our parents are still getting calls from family and friends saying how wonderful and beautiful the wedding was. It was more than I ever could have imagined and I recommend The Bradford House to anyone who is searching for their venue.

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue for the most important day of my life! From the very beginning, Debbie and Sue were fantastic to work with. A part of their packages is a day where you meet with them and the vendors to plan; that took SO much stress out of the wedding planning process! We were able to meet with Debbie and Susan, the photographer, the florist, the DJ, and sample the cake all within a few hours. In thee weeks leading up to the wedding, Debbie and Susan were fantastic, always quick to answer my questions. The day of the wedding... WOW! Debbie and her staff were so amazing. My mother-in-law realized she forgot her glass for mimosas; one of the staff members heard her talking about it and brought one to her without being asked! They allowed us to come early and get ready at the house, which made the whole day so much fun. The ceremony ran so smoothly because of all of their prep and help. The food was DELICIOUS, and our guests are still talking about the beautiful venue! Really and truly, we couldn't have asked for a better day, and it's because of the amazing work of the Bradford House and Gardens. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!! They take the stress out of planning your wedding!

Bradford House and Gardens was the perfect wedding and reception venue! The house and grounds are flawless, they are absolutely spectacular and well-manicured. It makes for incredible outdoor pictures! The bride's room is lovely, with plenty of space for girls to hang out, and a nice big bathroom for getting ready. We had our ceremony in the pavilion, which was wonderful because I had always dreamed of an outdoor wedding, but my husband was afraid it would be hot in the sun. The pavilion was cool and beautiful! Our reception was up at the house, and it was terrific.

The food at Bradford House is incredible - some of the best food I have ever tasted! I recommend trying the onion tarts (Bradford House's specialty, and a must have!), as well as the strawberry soup shooters, and the lobster BLTs and salmon were a huge hit with all the guests.

Ms. Debbie and Ms. Susan ran our wedding and coordinated everything, and they were amazing. They were always there if I had a question or needed advice, and they made sure everything went flawlessly. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything, because they took care of it. They are also the sweetest people and were happy to accommodate any changes or special requests I had. I am so thankful that we had them for our special day.

The price for the package I chose was very reasonable as well, it made it easy to choose Bradford house, and I am so happy with my decision!

I felt like I had the most stress-free, beautiful, smooth, relaxing wedding in the world, and I had many guests come up to me and say that this was the best wedding they had ever been to!

My husband and I were recently married at Bradford House and Gardens, and would completely recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a beautiful venue with amazing service. Debbie and Susan made the planning process very simple and stress free, and really worked with us to make sure this was the wedding we wanted. We were married in the fall when the trees were turning orange and red, and the covered outdoor pavilion was a beautiful setting. The food was delicious and our guests still talk about how good it was! The cake was gorgeous and exactly how we wanted it; the baker they use does fantastic work (plus it was delicious)! We would absolutely recommend the preferred florist and DJ; the flowers were spectacular and the music kept everyone dancing for a LONG time. Our experience was amazing and exceeded all our expectations!

We had a very pleasant experience with Debbie, the owner of this venue. She was wonderful from the touring and preplanning all the way to the wedding day. My only complaint would be the staff that was hired for the reception was rude and unprofessional. The venue, however, was beautiful and absolutely perfect.

There's a saying "you get what you pay for". As a rule this is true but rules are sometimes broken. Bradford House and Gardens broke the rules. They far exceeded my expectations and provided my daughter and fiance' with an exceptional wedding ceremony and reception afterwards. The service was excellent; the food was very good and their DJ, "Lou" made sure everyone was having a great time and certainly an evening to remember. I'm sure there are venues throughout the greater Atlanta area that are comparable but at a much greater expense. Thank you Debbie Knight and Susan for a hosting our special day!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience! I shoot weddings professionally so I’ve seen and experienced A LOT of venues from mega pricey to pretty low budget all around Georgia and the south east. After visiting several venues, we went to view the Bradford House and knew we’d found our spot! Debbie and her staff were super accommodating and the food was DELICIOUS! We didn’t want to sink all of our savings into the “big day” so we decided to go with the elopement package. A month later, our friends are still talking about how our 1.5 hour wedding was the new “Gold Standard!” It was short, sweet and absolutely beautiful! The package prices are definitely the way to go for easier planning! Our cake, flowers, and the minimal venue decor exceed every expectation I had! I can’t recommend this venue highly enough!

The best venue I could have asked for! Friendly and made every need a priority. I totally recommend having a venue provide it all for you; photographer, florist, decorator, cake, and coordinator! The venue is beautiful! Everything was perfect, my only complaint is Yolanda (the flower person). She did a beautiful job but she gave my bouquet away without asking! The wedding was a Saturday (my husband and I went away for Saturday night, came home on Monday morning) and I realized I didn't have the wedding bouquet (I had all of the table flowers/bridesmaids bouquets). My mom and bridesmaids said that they looked everywhere for my flowers before they left the wedding and they were nowhere to be found. My conclusion is that Yolanda took them before the wedding was even over. Like I said beautiful venue, pleasant people, amazing food and photographer..my only complaint was taking my flowers without even asking. I emailed her and she informed me she gave them away. She did remake my bouquet but that still bothers me what she did. So just an FYI to keep them close by if you use her! :)

The all-inclusive package was amazing!! It saved mine (and my mother's) sanity. I loved not having to find vendors and trying to get a good price... I thought the packages were reasonably priced, and the wedding coordinators will make the details as personal as you want. My wedding was absolutely beautiful. The florist did EXACTLY what I wanted. Yolanda went above and beyond my expectations for my flowers.

Ciji, the photographer, was fantastic!! She did both our engagement and wedding pictures. They were great! She was very professional and very excited about shooting our wedding. We absolutely LOVED her!!

The DJ wasn't necessarily sensitive to my requests for the music, but the reception was still fun.

I'm writing this review a little early, but I am so pleased with my experience so far that I felt that I should write one now. My wedding is a couple of months away, but so far my experiene with Debbie and the Bradford house has been superb. We had our tasint tonight and Debbie, Chef Terrell and Loyd went above and beyond to making the experience classy and comfortable. Not to mention the food was really good. We are in love with the Glorified Cabbage. In any case so far as a bride in the throws of all the planning, it has been so nice to be working with a venue that is considerate, patient, and seems to be pretty accomodating and just focused on helping us make our day amazing. I'll update my review after our wedding, but I'm sure it will still be no different. I think we picked the right venue!

There were several issues along the way. Debbie, the Owner who was our Wedding Coordinator that evening left 2 hours before the wedding was over. Our sand ceremony vase was left down at the pavilion along with our wedding guest canvas. As a result, more than half our guests did not get to sign our canvas which is very unfortunate as we had guests fly in from all over the country. The flower arrangements & food were great but I feel I received much less than I paid for in the way of professionalism.

The venue itself is beautiful. Our guests raved about how pretty it was. The problems we had were with the management staff. They were very unorganized. They lost a payment, confused me with other brides repeatedly, and every meeting we had they had changed plans that we had made previously. If you use them, be organized, take notes at every meeting because they don't and stay on top of them. Susan ran our rehearsal. My wedding party was very concerned about how the weeding day would go because she was so scattered. She called my husband by the wrong name and was confused the whole time. Even the day before the wedding she still had things wrong and we had to correct her. It was a very stressful planning process. The actually wedding went smoothly but I credit that to how thorough I had planned everything and my amazing DJ that ran everything. I would make sure you have someone else in charge to run the day because the management staff is not reliable. The food was adequate, nothing like the tasting we had before the wedding. The came was delicious, even a week after the wedding. They did not cut the groom's cake at all, just boxed it back up. My mom was mad because she had paid so kuch for it. The servers at dinner were so helpful and friendly. In closing, the Bradford House is a good price for what you get. Make sure you are organized and triple check everything.

Beware to anyone planning a wedding or any type event at the Bradford House and Gardens! Although the house, pavilion, gazebo and gardens are pretty and yield nice pictures, dealing with the 2 women who run the place is so stressful that you will wish you never heard of this venue! They are so nice and accommodating until they get the $1500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit from you. After that they continually assure you that they are there to make your wonderful day stress-free, while in reality they become the biggest stressor of all the planning process. On several occasions, Debbie or Susan would tell me one thing then deny having said it. It got to the point that I didn't know what to believe or trust. The worst thing that happened was their misrepresenting that they could provide alcohol. Four days before my wedding, I received an email from Debbie (the owner) saying that they didn't have a liquor license and that I would have to provide my own beer, wine and champagne.
She never even apologized for this. We had paid in advance for the alcohol and the service. However, she found reasons to keep most of the money even though we had to supply the beverages!

One thing you can believe them about: When they say they will pull the plug on your DJ, they will. We had paid to rent the venue until 10pm. At 9:47, during the last song and without any regard to the damage she may have caused to the DJ's equipment, Debbie jerked the plug out of the wall yielding an abrupt ending to our reception. She then had a sheriff's deputy stand in the middle of our formal event, whistle like a redneck and shout "Everybody Out". This all occurred before 10pm. Speaking of formal, everyone was dressed appropriately (including the waitstaff) except for Susan and Debbie. They were both dressed in slouchy attire and Susan was clad in white clunky tennis shoes! What would be cool pictures of my son and me (he walked me down the aisle) are ruined by Debbie who insisted on carrying my train.

I was so excited to book my wedding with the Bradford House & Gardens. However, while the venue itself is very pretty and the food was good, the so-called "wedding coordinator" (her name is Susan) did a HORRIBLE job, promising far more than she actually delivered on my wedding day. Before the wedding, Susan seemed very helpful and accomodating. I felt very confident that I would be well taken care of on our special day. However, she failed to coordinate my cake-cutting, our entrance to the reception, the toasts, or our transition between the ceremony and reception. We paid $300 extra for her day-of-the-wedding services, but it was a total waste. The ONLY thing she stuck around for was the entrance to the ceremony. After that, she was nowhere to be found!! For example, she was supposed to have all our toasting glasses passed out to our guests before the toasts were made, but it was not taken care of until my mother went into the kitchen and asked the waitstaff what was going on. Not even they knew where to find Susan. Our DJ had to take over completely and totally saved the day for us. When my mother confronted Debbie (who runs the Bradford House) after the wedding, she verbally attacked my mother and refused to refund the $300 coordination fee. Also, the Bradford House staff hung around just watching our photos being taken, and are standing in the background of all of them! We had to photoshop them out. If you choose to use the Bradford House, be prepared for a totally unprofessional environment, little to no organization, and a very difficult pair of women running things (Debbie and Susan, who are evidently sisters, too...surprise!). Food is good, the cake was okay (they will provide the cake, but offer a very limited selection), but at least the venue is pretty.
