Great florists!

My husband and I hired Botanica for our Ringling wedding in Sarasota and we couldn't have been happier! Their team was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Zoey was super creative and flexible. Roxanne and Johnny came to my location to get decorative pieces for my bouquet and they were so nice. It was nice to see them in action with my bouquet and to hear how much fun they were having. My So happy to have had them on our big day.

The Dream Team

I cannot recommend Botanica Design Studio enough. They were absolutely incredible to work with. They go above and beyond for their clients, and created the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The flowers were stunning, and they worked with me on my budget and my somewhat unconventional wedding décor style. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

A dream!!!!!

From start to finish, our entire experience with Botanica was absolutely exceptional! I highly doubt we would have ever had such a delightful and enjoyable experience working with any other vendor. We started working with Botanica back in 2019 and from the very beginning, Zoe was the sweetest and easiest person ever to work with. We sat down with her at our design consultation and after giving her our thoughts and ideas, she immediately knew how to bring our vision to life. After that, we eventually received our design proposal packet and were amazed by how detailed and beautiful everything looked. We couldn't even imagine what it would all look like in real life! Unfortunately we would have to wait another year to see it all come to life because our wedding was originally supposed to be on 10/3/20, but we ended up postponing till 10/9/21. Throughout all the craziness and changes, Zoe and the entire Botanica team were so kind and understanding. They truly helped us get through such a stressful time. All in all, over the years we made many tweaks and changes to our proposal. Zoe guided us every step of the way and really helped put everything together to bring our dream day to life. The flowers at our wedding were absolutely STUNNING and I couldn't have dreamt up a more perfect day. We truly can't thank the entire Botanica team enough!!!

The dream team!

The Botanica team is incredibly talented and so easy to work with – they really went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect! Margot and Zoe helped walk us through every step of the process, and they put together extremely detailed plans for the proposal (including plenty of example photos) and our final choices. We wanted a hanging structure with greenery and flowers for our indoor ceremony, and it turned out even better than we could have imagined – you can tell that their team is really passionate about what they do. You'll love working with them!

Best florists you can hire

We hired Botanica to do the floral arrangements for our wedding weekend - and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The entire staff is insanely professional and organized. They responded promptly and knowledgable to all inquiries. I really appreciated that my wife and I had a few ideas when we first met them, and after our first meeting with two of their planners, we walked away with some themes and ideas for incredible and unique arrangements. During our wedding day, they worked discretely to make sure everything was perfect - they even made me a back up boutonniere when mine needed attention. I would absolutely recommend them and hope to use them again for other events.

Botanica - exceptional from start to finish!

Botanica exceeded my expectations from the beginning of our relationship and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Throughout the entire process the Botanica team was extremely responsive, helpful and such a joy to work with. Whenever I had a question or needed guidance, they were there to provide their opinion and additional suggestions when necessary. I never questioned the team and Botanica and knew throughout our wedding planning process that I was in the best hands with Margot and Zoe. Aside from communication and the planning process, the day of execution was flawless. The team and designers at Botanica completely understood my vision and delivered. I received so many compliments throughout our event and days later on how beautiful the florals and the table arrangements were. Botanica was there from start to finish — to guide, support and execute a gorgeous event and I will happily recommend them 100 times over to anyone who is in the market for such services. Ian Prosser, AAF, AIFD, PFCI, NDSF*, is simply brilliant. I’ve been familiar with his work for almost a decade, so I wasn’t surprised at all — but my wedding guests had never seen anything so spectacular. It was so fun watching them running around and snapping photos with the decor. I work for the floral industry and definitely had my choice of “suitors” for my wedding flowers, but the choice was obvious. When I close my eyes, I can still smell the tent at my reception — it was full of garden roses, gardenias and jasmine vine. My husband immediately remarked that it felt like we were in a botanical garden. In addition to his floral expertise, Ian helped me make smart decisions regarding colors, table linens, flatware etc. The end result was perfection.

I had the pleasure of working with Ian, Zoe and Margot for my wedding this past weekend, and they were INCREDIBLE! The flowers and displays were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. For the past few days, I've had guests contacting me and asking me who did the flowers, because they were simply stunning! The experience was seamless, magical and surreal! One of the best decisions I made was hiring Botanica for my Wedding. I shopped around and received quotes from six different vendors. I was very specific with my budget and what I wanted in regards to floral and design, but was open to the designer’s interpretation. They came back with a very detailed and well thought out proposal. Their proposal really impressed me because I am not super familiar with flower names. They actually had the flower’s name with a photo on their proposal, making it a lot easier to visualize what the arrangements would look like. They invited me to their studio for a mock table setup, where they showed what one of my reception tables would look like. Zoe from Botanica was so accommodating! She and her team were willing to alter their design based on my preferences. At our Wedding, I was completely blown away. Their florals and décor were so stunning beautiful, my jaw literally dropped when I walked into the room. Everything they provided; bouquets, table décor & ceremony arrangements well surpassed my expectations. They were truly amazing and unforgettable. I highly recommend Botanica and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Botanica did an absolutely fantastic job of bringing our floral dreams to life, both for the Rehearsal dinner as well as our Wedding Day! I had a view in my mind of certain aspects, that I was hoping for-- but the end product was above and beyond my expectations! Zoe and Margot were amazing to work with, from the first email sent, to the excitement and anticipation leading up, and then to the reality day of. I would recommend Botanica for any event-big or small, they do a fantastic job every single time. No matter what style, color pallet, specific flower, design feature that you wish for, Botanica will deliver.

Our wedding was a fairy-tale wedding thanks to Botanica! Our floral decor were all so beautiful and our guests cannot stop raving about how beautiful the arrangements were. Zoe is so accommodating and really makes your vision come to life. She is very detail oriented and makes sure you get exactly what you ask for. Our wedding was a destination wedding so unfortunately our guests could not take home the arrangements, but Botanica donates any remaining flowers to the hospital which really made my husband and I happy.

Zoe at Botanica is fantastic! We had a hard time finding examples of what we had in mind and we were trying to use a unique combination of flowers and colors, but Zoe captured it perfectly. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were and about how they have never seen that combination of flowers in our color palette. I wish I could have kept them forever in my home - everything was stunning, down to the tiniest details on the boutonniere! Everything was soft and feminine, but definitely had the "WOW" factor. I am a perfectionist, and Zoe very patiently worked with me until the centerpieces and place settings were perfect, and they were. Also, Zoe designed the centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner, which had a completely different but equally stunning look and fit that *very different* venue perfectly, as well! Thank you, Zoe!

I worked with Zoe and Kellie a lot and they are both such sweethearts and you can tell they really are passionate about what they do. The whole Botanica team is amazing. I really appreciate how easy they were to work with and what a great vendor they are. I will say there were a couple of things that didn't turn out exactly the way that we had talked about but I was so happy overall with the flowers and that it didn't matter to me. The bridesmaids bouquets were supposed to have ivory ribbon but had blush which was a little off from the bridesmaids dresses blush color but it looked fine and was not a big deal. The flowers themselves were not exactly as I had pictured with the open, wide concept so that when everyone holds up their bouquets they flow into each other. However, the flowers were gorgeous and I loved the bouquets anyways. I did have to cut the stems of of my bouquet because they were so long and I had requested that the bouquet be wide and open with criss-crossing stems and provided a photo of a bouquet like that and they were very tight and long. We clipped them a little bit so they weren't quite as long but were exposed and it was fine. Overall the bouquet was absolutely stunning and I can't stop looking at it in photos. The centerpieces turned out beautiful. They do a sample viewing of your centerpiece which I loved and was a big reason I picked them so I could see the centerpiece before the wedding. They show you the middle price tier and you have the option of going cheaper or more expensive. They do say the centerpiece won't get smaller if you go cheaper, just less full, and I did feel that they were smaller. BUT just like with everything, I loved them anyways and they turned out beautiful. The arch they created was stunning and better than I envisioned. The cake flowers we agreed on were different but it still turned out beautiful. I am overall thrilled with Botanica and would recommend them to someone wanting a beautiful wedding!

Botanica truly made my wedding vision a reality. I didn't do much with decor at the wedding, so I was heavily relying on the florals to make up for minimal decor. Zoe, Kellie, and the rest of the team at Botanica was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! They were all so kind and flexible. Whenever I had questions, they would get back to me almost right away. They made my whole experience so easy, and I couldn't believe how incredible the venue looked for our wedding! I can't get over how stunning the flowers were, and my bouquet was to die for! From the beginning I felt like Zoe was on the same page as me and what I had in mind, and I am so thankful they were our florists, because they really did make our wedding so incredibly beautiful! After my initial meeting with Botanica, I knew right away that I wanted to use their services for my wedding. Ian completely understood my vision from the very beginning, and his enthusiasm made me feel even more excited! Kellie was so, incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always readily available to answer any questions I had. I was so happy when I saw the reception space the day of the wedding - I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect! I LOVED my wedding flowers!!! Botanica did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life. Botanica was an outstanding choice for our wedding florist. After researching a number of florists and narrowing down a few to meet with, Botanica really listened to our vision and was genuinely excited to share in the day with us! Their excitement, honestly, was what sold us on choosing to work with them for our big day. From the beginning, they were easy to communicate with, share ideas, and help to bring our very specific vision to reality. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, we were awestruck. The work that Botanica had done truly took our breath away. Our guests enjoyed the evening so much more because of the personal touches that Botanica included. I work in the industry and work with a lot of amazing vendors, but when it came to choosing he we were going to trust on our special day I knew it was the Botanica team. They are truly so talented and pleasant to work with. Their designs stand out and I could always tell as soon as I saw a setup that it was theirs. They take a classic look and put a twist on it. I gave them very little direction as I did not want to hinder their creativity and I am so happy that I did. I knew without a doubt that I could trust them to put together an exquisite design, and they completely nailed what I was hoping to achieve it the look and feel of the ceremony and reception and completely surpassed my expectations! Zoe, Ian, Kellie, Athena, and Jordan (and the entire team) were absolutely amazing. So professional and organized, and just easy to work with. Botanica International Design Studio provided flowers, decor, draping and furniture for my daughter's wedding two years ago, so when we were planning her baby shower for her first child, we naturally turned to them again. The stunning florals, decor and linens they provided absolutely transformed my home into a beautiful venue for our celebration. We absolutely loved our experience with Botanica! Excellence is the word to describe them! We approached 4 different florists and Botanica was the most professional, creative and friendly people we met. Zoe and Kellie were wonderful to work with. We did not know much about flowers so we totally trusted Zoe. Everything was just perfect! What I love about Botanica is that they have a 360 vision. They provide more than just flowers: they provide furniture, linens, chairs, decor etc... and you have an expert making your dream wedding come true! Zoe created a pinterest board for me to show me what she had in mind and I was impressed but our sample viewing! It was better than I expected!
We had a venue with different rooms and Zoe created a different ambiance for each room within our color palette. The ceremony, reception and bridal party flowers were absolutely gorgeous and we had so many compliments on the orchid foliage that was the focal point above the dance floor, located under the tent.
Another plus, Zoe is so quick to respond to emails and phone calls! We all know how stressful it is to wait for responses while planning a wedding. She also coordinated everything with the reception and church which made our wedding planning so smooth. Regarding the budget, she always thought of an alternative if something did not fit.
I highly recommend Botanica and would definitely work again with them for any future events! Thank you Botanica for making our wedding such an amazing day!

Botanica meet and exceeded all my expectations. We used them for flowers and décor. From our first call Zoe was amazing to work with. I feel like she jumped in my head and was able to pull our exactly what I was thinking of. She created a pin board for me on pintrest and I was sold. I loved everything she pinned and knew she understood my vision. Then when we walked in for our previous I was blown away. It literally took my breath away and I just LOVED everything! Then when I walked into my ballroom my vision and dream came true. In my opinion, my wedding was the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen thanks to Zoe and Botanica! Botanica International Design Studio is just AMAZING! Ian and Zoe exceeded our expectations and made our vision come to life. They did a phenomenal job and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did. My husband and I had a formal, elegant wedding and when I described to Zoe what I had always dreamed of, they were able to transform the ballroom into exactly that… my dream reception. Beautiful gold candlesticks, blush/gold sparkly tablecloths, and the most beautifully arranged flower arrangements, brought everything together to create the soft, elegant room we had hoped for. The design, precision and attention to detail was perfectly executed. Ian and his team are just incredible and Zoe’s sweet, happy and loving personality made this such a wonderful experience. WOW... is all I can say about the service provided by Botanica International Design studio. WOW was also what I said at our first preview at the flowers trial, with Zoe providing a small room model set up with the flowers and decor we had chosen for the event.. walking into the model room just only made me feel SO EXCITED to see the final event. WOW.. was the first thing I said when I walked into my ballroom. A room I had found to be previously bland was converted into a magical, victorian banquet room, with beautiful tall arrangements of cherry blossoms, complimented with romantic bouquets of ivory and pink flowers.

All I had given them was pictures of my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, and the groomsmen tuxes, told her I liked gold, and she could not have nailed it more on the head. The flowers, the colors and their romantic feel, totally made the Feng Shui ON POINT!

Botanica's service was absolutely stellar, flexible, and personal. They took all my ideas, personality, and the overall theme of the wedding and really made it a spectacular intimate setting.

My highest recommendations for Botanica International Studio, and I am truly grateful for their amazing talent, caring nature, and GORGEOUS flowers.

The Botanica team was amazing and all of the flowers and tables at our wedding turned out perfectly. I had an overall vision for the wedding but knew no specifics- thankfully Botanica is a team of experts and they were able to take my ideas from our initial conversations and my pinterest boards and turn them all into a beautiful New Years Eve extravaganza. Working with Zoe was wonderful and she listened to all of my requests and questions up until the last minutes before wedding day, she was always very responsive and willing to work with me and some of my crazier requests. They truly made my vision come true and dealt with last minute additions such as a head table with ease and the perfect execution on the day of, everything from the table cloths to the large candelabras were amazing. Botanica International Floral Designs provided a floral decor that was absolutely gorgeous. The reception ballroom was a winter wonderland with elegant white towers of flowers with gold accents. A truly magnificent job and we would highly recommend them for any event.

From an absolutely stunning wedding arch to giant centerpieces with dangling crystals, we felt that Botanica went above and beyond to realize our vision for our wedding day. I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness, especially since I sent back and forth e-mails at least 20 times and Botanica responded within 24 hours every time. I know that all the guests, including myself, raved about the quality of the flowers, and I could not be happier.

Botanica exceeded every expectation we imagined for our wedding floral design. We were directed to Ian by our wonderful photographer, Djamel Ramoul, after hearing our desire to achieve an elegant old Florida look that would be earthy and natural but classic, not rustic (we weren’t even sure what this would be but we wanted it!) and we were a little concerned on how to make this work at our venue (MFA in St. Petersburg). After meeting with Ian in Tampa, there was not a reason to visit another; he took our ideas and grew them into something absolutely amazing. Ian understood the design goal and direction, provided helpful suggestions to guide our choices, listened well to our feedback, and he left no doubt that he and his team would create a beautiful and unique expression of us through the floral design. When we returned months later to see a mockup of one of the centerpieces, I actually cried (and felt ridiculous!) but apparently this is a normal reaction for Botanica brides as their work is truly this moving. In addition to our centerpieces, Ian had added a few design touches to the table that made the whole unit work perfectly in concert. Yes, our budget needed a little adjusting as we spend disproportionately more on floral but the cost benefit is huge, it really was the highlight of the wedding and guests continue to tell us how impressed they were by the décor. Everything Botanica did for our wedding (church and reception floral, lighting, feasting table centerpiece, guest table centerpieces, bouquets, cake floral, flower children headpieces, escort card table grass/box) was outstanding. While we were on our honeymoon, Botanica even emailed to let us know that nursing home residents were enjoying our floral and that made us so happy to know others would continue to enjoy the beauty and joy Botanica had brought to our wedding!

Botanica International Design Studio is AMAZING! When we first met Ian we knew right away they were our florist. They did a phenomenal job for us at our wedding and we cannot thank them enough for everything! They created a beautiful elegant wedding for us. The flowers were all simply gorgeous! We wanted to keep them all after the wedding haha! The design and precision was impeccable and so well executed. Zoe helped us so much along the way! She is such a sweet, loving, and incredibly helpful person! They are all so professional and put so much work into every last detail. Which was potentially a little scary for me, given that Ian Prosser Productions was a decent chunk of our overall budget. But expressing the bride's style visually was important to us, and I was familiar enough with Ian's reputation to know that whatever Botanica did was going to be fresh, original, and fabulous. And we weren't disappointed!
Everything was exquisite, and both guests and vendors still can't say enough about it--people raved not only about the delicious details (hanging lanterns, the wine bar, pashmina cabinet, orchid lamps...) but also the overall style, layout, and flow. So if you're considering using Ian Prosser Productions (which is, for lack of a better term, Botanica's "full Monty" in terms of services) for your wedding, just know you're getting a lot more than just gorgeous floral arrangements, linens and furniture (beautiful as they are!). You're also getting a layout that will be ideally suited to your venue, catering, and timeline. They're experienced with crowd flow and behavior, when and where people will congregate, sit, etc., which is really essential if your guest list is over 250!
For my husband and me, having only one daughter, this was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Botanica/Ian Prosser productions truly provided the dream-come-true decor that our family will treasure forever. And Botanica is now and forever my go-to for any and every future event! (I'm thinking/hoping a baby shower will be next but the bride is telling me to give it a rest...)

My flowers were beautiful! I used Botanica in my wedding at the Ringling Museum earlier this month and they were fantastic! My head table was to die for! They supplied us with beautiful flower arrangements for the ceremony, cocktails and the reception. We also used a variety of candles and urns from them to enhance the decorations. Ian was a joy to work with, really understood my vision and was a lot of fun! I loved having a linen and flowers mock up table to see what I was getting, and he totally knew what I was trying to say (even though I have zero flower lingo in my vocabulary). I would recommend their beautiful work to anyone getting married who wants fabulous, luscious flowers. The look was exactly what I wanted, the colors were the right shades (not too pink, not too apricot), it was just really beautiful. This is a vendor that you know you will be getting what you want on your wedding day.

You have dreams and visions of what your big day will be like and when that day that you have thought about for so long finally arrives, nothing compares to the feeling of reality being better than your dreams. Botanica took an abstract description and conversations and turned them into the most magical wedding I could ever imagine. From the flowers, the ornate and unique centerpieces to the rich textures of the linens and glowing lights all around, every detail mentioned was present. I can only hope when we renew our vows that Botanica can again play the major role that they did, in making our day PERFECT! I would recommend them over and over again. They were so pleasant, attentive and professional not to mention just plain nice to work with. I may just be their #1 fan!

I was absolutely blown away by all of the flowers! From my bridal bouquet to the tablescape. EVERY detail was perfect! They were able to give me exactly what I had asked for. The final product far exceeded my expectations. It was better then what I had dreamed of my special day. The flowers smelled so good! I still have them at home (4 days later!). Zoe Gallina at Botanica was a wonderful help in planning the floral decorations for our daughter's wedding. She helped us choose the floral arrangements that would give us the look we wanted and would fit into our budget. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Everyone commented on them and they helped to set the tone for the whole evening. We were very pleased with everything they provided. The only thing missing was a small toss bouquet but we used one of the huge hydrangeas that had originally been a pew marker.

For the past year, my daughter and I have been planning my daughter's wedding at The Gasparilla Inn & Club with Zoe at Botanica International Design Studio. We have had an absolutely fabulous experience! Zoe is creative, talented, organized, patient and ALWAYS available to answer our questions. The flowers at the wedding were spectacular!!! We also rented furniture, table accessories and linens from Botanica and we were extremely pleased. Zoe and Ian even designed a stunning floral runner design which was suspended from the ceiling of our clear tent over the feasting table!

Ian, Zoe and Jessica all worked with me on my recent wedding. They were patient, understanding, very responsive and overall AMAZING! Ian is brilliant at what he does and I trusted him 100% to take make our vision come to life in the most spectacular way.

I traveled from out of town for my wedding at the Florida Aquarium so I chose my flowers sight unseen. I could not have imagined that my flowers would have been as beautiful as they were. Breathtaking. Staff from our venue commented that they had NEVER seen the venue so completely transformed and decorated. I am not even big on flowers, but they stole the show at our wedding. Ian and Zoe were an absolute DREAM to work with. Ian LISTENED to every word I said and he genuinely wanted to deliver an event that was unique for me and my groom. The decor turned out better than I ever could have even envisioned. My friends and family were in awe of the reception room. I loved my bouquet. They were able to adapt the decor on the day of the ceremony to accomdate the crazy wind conditions- my guests even compared them to Ninjas because they were so quick to fix anything that blew over. The visual component of my wedding was stunning from top to bottom. I am SO HAPPY that I found Botanica after having to fire another florist that didn't provide great service. They just made the whole event amazingly reflective of my groom and I and that was just the greatest thing for us. You won't be disappointed with this talented team!

Botanica did a wonderful job! We were so thrilled with the bouquets and the table arrangements, as well as the palms they had scattered throughout the event space to define it and hide certain details (like our band set-up) during the ceremony (since we used the same space). Ian did a brilliant job of coming up with a concept that matched our style and the bridal party's attire. I also liked that he took my initial idea of hurricane candles as a centerpiece and made it more special by proposing mercury glass hurricanes, which looked amazing as the sun was going down. When I saw everyone together, the floral really made everything come together and gave it a great pop. I chose Botanica despite knowing they were higher end because I knew I would get a terrific result and wanted to prioritize quality over quantity. They didn't disappoint. Ian, Zoe and their entire team are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a unique and personal floral style to their event.

We cannot say enough about Botanica, Ian and his team. Everything was absolutely perfect! They were so amazing, creative, and extremely patient with us! Botanica did such a great job for my wedding ceremony and reception! I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful wedding day. I worked with Ian, his assistant Brittany, and Zoe. They were all such a delight to be around, and made my wedding day dreams a reality. The flowers were beautiful, however, my favorite elements were the table decorations at the reception. They did a fabulous job creating exactly what I wanted (even better), with sea elements like coral and starfish. It looked amazing and I received many compliments. Bontanica was also very flexible with making some last minute cuts to accomodate my budget. Overall, I was very impressed.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ian and Zoe for the amazing job they did on my centerpieces and my ceremony arch!! I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the planning session, to the mock-up, to the event execution. I couldn't have asked for more!!

Ian has an amazing creative ability and did a great job of listening to my ideas/vision and transforming them into a final product.

Also, I wanted to mention what an impeccable job the team did on the wedding day. We had to move the ceremony location at the last minute due to weather. They worked so hard to move everything to our alternate indoor location...I was so impressed.

I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience! Thanks Ian, Zoe, and team!!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!! We kept our floral decor to a minimum since the space at the Tampa Museum of Art is so contemporary. We asked for modern, simple, elegant flowers and Botanica delivered! They suggested orchids to keep with the architectural feel of the museum and it was a perfect fit.

The flowering branches used for our alter arrangements were the right mix of color, height, and fullness. They filled the area wonderfully for pictures. The bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet and flower girl flowering ball were created beautifully. I'm having my bouquet professionally dried and arranged to preserve it forever.

Zoe and Ian were responsive and easy for me to work with. They had creative and unique ideas that were appropriate for the style of wedding we wanted.

Ian is absolutely the best. I wasn't able to find exactly what I was imagining in a magazine, but Ian took all the pieces and put them together into one breathtaking picture. He came up with the term "French Garden" as a theme, and the rest started to fall into place with topiaries and gold rimmed glasses. It was visually spectacular.

No one even needs to read my little review to know the brilliance and delight of Ian! He is so great to work with - he never lets an opportunity to laugh pass him by. His arrangements are gorgeous. When they showed me a sample of what we would have at the reception I realized that I wanted to change my color scheme to be a little bolder. Right away he pulled in flowers and created exactly what I hoped to have. He is fantastic.

although botanica is one of the more expensive florists in the tampa bay area - you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for!!!! we approached them with a very unconventional decor agenda and they responded beautifully! thanks so much botanica - we dont think anyone could have done a better job.

Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations - truly one stop shopping for all your floral and event design needs. They were able to arrange for your florals, linens, chairs, lounge furniture, fabric draping, and pretty much anything else you can imagine. What more can you say other than WOW for the florist of the inauguration and many celebrity events. Well worth the $$ and fabulous! :-) He is an utter genius thats all there is to say about it. He created a Preston Bailey centerpiece for us that was right out of a movie. AMAZING!

Botanica was wonderful to work with. Our flowers looked like something you would see on Platinum Weddings! We did a half tall, half short arrangement for the reception and they even suggested using Green Goddess lilies instead of white callas, and they looked amazing!

The only thing was that the stephanotis in my bouquet and in my husband's bout wilted very quickly, so maybe I would have liked silks for those instead.

I took my bouquet home after the wedding and put it in a vase and they stayed beautiful for almost a week until we left on our honeymoon.

They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Ian and his staff at Botanica were so wonderful to work with and I was so lucky to have them help create a beautiful wedding day for me. From the very first meeting I was so impressed with how creative, warm and helpful everyone was. Ian is extremely talented and I loved all of my flowers from the bouquets to the centerpieces and even the rose petals he had floating in the fountain.
One side note that people should know is that even though Botanica is hired by governors, celebrities and even presidential staff, his fees and extremely competitive and fair. You get every bit of value from the money that is spent.

From my very first meeting with Ian, he was able to finish my sentences and truly saw my vision. He always listened to me, but did not hesitate to tell me his honest and expert opinion. I always knew the final result would be fabulous and it truly was. The flowers were absolutely exquisite and really finished off the decor. Botanica was wonderful to work with and they made the wedding. Everyone loved the atmosphere that was created by them for us. We wanted simple elegance and we got even more than we hoped for. They were so accomodating by helping us with our long distance issues, listening to our ideas , knowing exactly what we wanted, and making the whole experience so delightful because they delievered exactly on time. We always felt relaxed and confident that they would be perfect for us...and they were. A fantastic company to work with especially when the event is a wedding which is that one time shot!!! I would highly reccomend Botanica for wedding florals and decor. I used them for my destination wedding (I live in NYC, the wedding was in St Pete, FL), so we only met once in person. The rest of our dealings were via email and on the phone. When I saw the first samples, I was not thrilled with the design. They were incredibly responsive and Ian and Zoe expressed that their goal was to make 100% sure I was happy with the result. I sent more photos, they reviewed my pinterest page, and set up a second sample. I was much happier the second time, and we made a few more tweaks, and finalized the details. Needless to say, I was still a little nervous that they would not be able to create what I envisioned.
I could not have been happier with the result. The chairs, linens, candles, utensils, and florals were absolutely PERFECT! The bouquets and boutonierres were exactly what we wanted. I cannot express how grateful I am to the Botanica team. They made the ballroom so beautiful that the venue's catering sales manager took photos for her sales materials! She said she hadn't seen the ballroom look that good in years.
Botanica worked tirelessly to bring my vision of my wedding to life. I will be forever grateful. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Botanica team is incredible and hands down the best florist and wedding design company in the area. Ian and Zoe were incredible to work with from day one, and they did such a great job of understanding the things that were important to me and my vision for the day, then creating an event that was much better than I could have ever imagined. They were incredibly responsive and flexible, making changes down to the last moment due to weather to ensure that everything was perfect. I received so many compliments from guests and from our venue, and I would absolutely recommend Botanica and Ian Prosser productions to anyone looking to plan an amazing event in the Tampa/Orlando area.

Botanica has THE BEST DESIGN TEAM IN THE WORLD! Botanica did an amazing job. We had our wedding at the Tampa yacht and country club on 8/31/13. We received so many complements regarding the floral arrangements and decorations. Our reception coordinator specifically told us that she sees a lot of weddings and ours definitely stood out as amazingly beautiful. The quality of floral arrangements and decorations was impeccable. However their quality was not secondary to the amazing service and professionalism that Botanica- Ian and Zoe- provide. They were instrumental in creating deco themes for each event: ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and tying them all together. Their experience really paid off. The professionalism was second to none. From the first meeting, to the detailed up front pricing and proposal, to the exhibition of table linens and floral arrangements they really walked us through each step and provided us with great advice. During this whole wedding process, I sometimes experienced that after vendors were paid, the quality of service dropped off; however, that was not the case here. The staff was available and accommodating up until the hour of wedding. Zoe and Ian are very familiar with the Tampa wedding industry and were able to offer suggestions on local vendors and overall wedding advise. You definitely get what you pay for here!!! They made the wedding planning fun and easy and helped to provide us with the wedding of our dreams!!!!!!!

Botanica was definitely a 5 out of 5. The bouquet was gorgeous. The only issue I had was that I had a cascading bouquet and some of the flowers started to fall out towards the end of the day. However, they were easily put back in and it really could have been my own fault! Botanica is an awesome florist! One that I would recommend for anyone!

Absolutely Amazing!

Botanica went above and beyond expectations for our wedding. The flowers were complemented by all of our guest as the most beautiful they had ever seen. The set up and flip of our venue was done gracefully and the whole event was more beautiful than we could have dreamed. I would definitely recommend them for any wedding.

Beautiful flowers, beautiful candles - if you can dream it, they can do it! Phenomenal job to the entire team! Be prepared to spend a good amount of your budget here. One of the great things they offer you is a 3 tier quote - so you can choose how to spend your money in each of the categories. This allows you to splurge on ceremony flowers and maybe do smaller center pieces for the reception. They are very willing to work with your budget - but it's very easy to go over the top once you've visited their warehouse! They have very talented design teams and work well with your Pinterest ideas. Their execution of our vision for our day was flawless! Amazing job Botanica!

Botanica was recommended by the reception venue (Dali Museum). We used them for personal flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres); reception table arrangements and special lighting. We were extremely pleased with everything! All flowers were beautiful and unique. The decor with the lighting was exquisite and exactly the style we requested. The staff (Zoe and Jessica) were extremely responsive and professional.
