  Oh my, if I could give them higher than a 5.0 rating I would. We used Blue Rock for our wedding and they went above and beyond. First off the food. We are still being asked by our guests if there are leftovers. They have all said that this was the BEST bbq they have ever tasted and they want more! (My dad is in the bbq business on the East Coast so this is a major compliment coming from him!) We can't speak more highly of the food.
  Secondly, the service. Marie and her team were amazing. So easy to work with and super friendly/helpful. During the wedding chaos we asked her to help out with things that weren't even in her domain and she dove right in helping out tremendously!
  I have been to SO many weddings where the food and caterers are just so-so. Don't be scared to do bbq for your wedding, remember, food and drinks are the ONE thing that everyone will notice. I can GUARANTEE you you won't go wrong with Blue Rock. Even for the most formal affairs!
  We would definitely use them again, and many of our friends (who are looking to get married soon) are now wanting to use them as well.

  Blue Rock BBQ is a young business, but do not be afraid! Marie was over the top wonderful pre-wedding, and during wedding. Whatever we asked about or wondered about, Marie answered to the fullest. She made great recommendations while being sensitive to our wishes. During the wedding, she offered to do things that were not in her contract, just out of her desire to make sure things went smoothly. She's a great communicator and always made me feel like I could call and talk about anything. And her pricing---way too fair. I would have gladly paid more for the service and amazing food selection. Everyone raved about the food, and isn't that one of the things you most remember about a wedding?
