The Blue Moon catering staff were absolutely amazing! They did such a great job at our reception and the food was to die for. Our friends still tell us how much they loved it. Lana was awesome to work with as well - she thought outside the box and didn't just stick to the catering responsibilities. If I had a question about anything she was more than a happy to help. We will defnitely use Blue Moon again and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is willling to listen. You get more than what you paid for!

The team at Blue Moon is above and beyond fantastic! From the first meeting we had with them I knew they were the ones to go with! There are a lot of places to choose from, however I would do research first! Read the reviews first! I found them at our local bridal fair and also our venue recommended them. The level of service and quality of their food is amazing! Everyone at our wedding was raving over the food! Companies that work as hard as Blue Moon needs to be recognized! Please take it from us and meet with Blue Moon! You will be so glad that you did! Thank You again to the whole team at Blue Moon for making our big day so great!!!

Blue Moon was a great addition to our day! There were so many different choices of options for our reception meal. We went with hors d'oeuvres, and had a very hard choice from all of the choices they had! We met with Lana, at Blue Moon to go over all the choices, and then got to come back and taste a few things that we chose. We edited, and could make changes up to a couple of weeks before the event, and that was helpful. The food was great, the buffet and bar they set up were nice looking also. One of the bartenders was super entertaining also! We also had a second set of hors d'oeuvres that were brought out later in the night that was great for people who might have had a bit much to drink. :)

Blue Moon Caterers staffed our wedding reception at Tanganyika and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had the herb grilled chicken and bacon-wrapped chop steak with salad and green beans as the sides; our guests remarked at how much they enjoyed their meal! With a large wedding reception (~350), they seemed to handle the volume seamlessly. We also used their bartending service, which was fantastic! We had a full bar and they were very professional and courteous to our guests. They provided the kegs and we supplied the hard alcohol and wine; this was a great money-saver for us and it was even at their suggestion. We highly recommend that you use Blue Moon for your reception! I was in contact with Lana, Sales Manager, throughout the entire prep process and she was remarkably helpful and quick with replies to my emails and always friendly.

Blue Moon was very reasonably priced, and worth every penny we paid. We used them to cater our wedding reception, and our guests were raving. We had peach belinnis at the bar, and I am still getting compliments! The service was outstanding. They were very attentive to me and my husband. They made sure we had everything we needed. The bar kept up nicely with our very thirsty guests. And they were set up and torn down very quickly. Even though they had other events the night of our wedding, both Lana and Bill stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. I would absolutely Blue Moon to cater any event.

Staff was so great I cannot even tell you. The manager even sat down on our initial meeting. All of the staff had so much energy & were so vibrant & just overall fun! Along the way I had many questions & they responded very quickly & NEVER acted like I was bothersome to them. They invited my questions with open arms & enthuasim. It completely soothed any anxiety I could have ever had!!! During the wedding I couldn't believe everything they did for us! They carried the bridal parties food to the headtable! Then they kept coming around to make sure we were okay, if we needed anything to drink, or more to eat. It was great!! They also did this for our guests. As soon as plates were empty on any table they were sure to ask if they were done & immediately got rid of the trash. The food was SO SO SO good!!!!! All of our guests gave us a ton of compliments on the food & people even went back through the buffet for seconds & thirds. It couldn't have made me more proud as a bride. We had so much food left over that we took it home that night & ate more!! I couldn't give Blue Moon & their staff enough stars. I hope to work with them again in the future for some event. I really hope that you will consider them!!

The wedding day was forcast for storms, and did we have storms! The group had everything in place on time, the problem was cold food and undercooked meat. This led to over-reaction from some of the guests that just sparked a land-slide. The caterers started up the stoves at the hall and started cooking the undercooked meat, but by this time, people were done, and throwing some of it away. Once the crowd heard there were tornados in the area, people panicked and took off. With all of the chaos,the caterers asked if they could leave, I told them to go and we scheduled a time to meet the next day. Some family and friends came back with us and we packed the remaining food. I had contacted Bill, who is in charge of the catering, with no response to my e-mail.
I am updating my review after meeting with the Blue Moon crew. They sat down and discussed the evening with me. They were more than happy to make it right, and prove to us that they are the same caterers we were so excited to share with our family and friends. Thanks guys!

Totally cool caterer. Try their pasta made to order. It was the hit of our wedding.

Blue Moon was incredibly easy to work with. The staff were all very personable and kind. They were very prompt with responding to phone calls and emails. They had countless meal and drink options. The food was delicious, and we were able to take home the leftovers. I would recommend them to every bride.

The staff at Blue moon was amazing. The food was amazing, the bar staff was so wonderful and the other staff did everything perfect. They helped setup my tables and they looked wonderful also :) My husband and I were very pleased with everything about the company!

Blue Moon Caterers was an awesome choice for our wedding. Bill worked with our budget and came up with a spectacular menu. We got so many complements on the food. Blue Moon Caterers is very affordable and the food is great!

Bill and his team were incredible - and the food was AMAZING! We did the "elegant mixed grill" and their full bar and it all looked beautiful. The bartender was fantastic; he walked around and refilled glasses. The staff invisibly removed plates and moved seamlessly through the reception. We also had them set up a separate cocktail hour with appetizers and it was equally impressive. I would definitely recommend them!!!!!!

The food was scrumptious, the staff was professional, and the cost was super! I went to several caterers and Blue Moon was the best price and the food was yummy, yummy, yummy......need I say more?? Call them!

I loved Blue Moon. They were very flexible and worked with us throughout the planning process to make sure we had all of the details covered. I served as my own wedding planner (yikes!), and Bill Rowe at Blue Moon was so helpful, making suggestions, and guiding me in some of the more overwhelming decisions! We had a terrific menu (pork tenderloin was awesome!), and his team took care of all of the bar tending, cake cutting, etc. We had a few glitches on the day of the wedding because of a much much colder forecast than planned. But the Blue Moon team was incredibly flexible, and helped us to enact plan B (indoor ceremony). The bar ender even helped to clear our chairs off of the dance floor after hte ceremony so that everything was ready to go when our first dance came around. Terrific service and super nice people!
