  New Owner, New Staff makes a world of difference.
  
  Bloom was just great. I cannot say enough great things about Eric. He was patient with me and made it very unique, creative, and affordable. That's right Bloom can do anything you ask them to do. Jennifer was a big help from a women's point of view and she has a lot of experience with weddings.
  
  I will be using Bloom again and again.

  Geneva (owner of Bloom) is a very educated and creative professional business owner. Recently moving to the Bentonville/Eureka Springs area from Chicago she brings modern, chic designs to the small towns surrounding.

  Bloom floral in North West Arkansas got the job done for a fair price, however it took MONTHS to get ahold of them. CONSTANT EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS before anyone would even acknowledge my request for service. They were very nice once they remembered to contact me, however there were still two week delays to get any sort of response or confirmation.
