  I placed an order with this company for two events. I called immediately to get an estimate on when my order would ship, left a message then emailed when I didn't get a response. I called and emailed several more times over the following week with ZERO response. Finally, more than a week later I got an email stating the item was not available and a refund was issued. I asked when the refund was issued and never got a response. In addition, the 800# listed is not valid. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

  Horrible! I ordered 3 items off the website, I got an email confirmation saying my order was being processed. Waiting, waiting and waiting finally after 3 days I received another email saying they no longer have the items I purchased and that I would get a refund on my credit card. What kind of crap is that!?!? If you do not have an item the. TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE! It's a simple concept.
