To say this was the best day of my life is an understatement. The Black Swan was everything (and more) that my husband and I wanted for our wedding. The food was delicious, the property was stunning, and our wedding coordinator (Ashley) always kept us on track and made sure we had everything we needed all day/night. We wish we could relive this day over and over!!

Amazing Venue
The Black Swan Country Club was everything and more than we expected for our wedding day. From the ceremony area, the cocktail hour and the reception, the venue was incredible! We had a very big wedding and there was still space and not once did we feel overcrowded. We keep receiving compliments on how amazing the food and venue were. The venue staff was more than helpful and a huge shout out to Donna who helped us every step of the way. If you are looking for a big venue to fit 200 people plus this is your go to venue!!!

Best wedding venue ever!
My husband and I recently got married at Black Swan Country Club, and I truly can’t put into words how incredible the entire experience was — but I’ll try! From our very first visit, we were blown away by the beauty of the grounds, the elegance of the venue, and the professionalism of the staff, especially the venue coordinator Donna. It was clear right away that this was where we wanted to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.
The team at Black Swan made everything feel seamless and stress-free. They were responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our wedding perfect. The ceremony setting was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greens and a peaceful atmosphere that made for magical photos and unforgettable moments.
Our guests are still raving about the reception — the food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the entire evening flowed flawlessly. Every detail, from the décor to the lighting to the way the staff treated us and our loved ones, was handled with care and attention.

Best Night of Our Lives!!
We can't imagine a more perfect place to have our wedding than at Black Swan Country Club. The venue is absolutely stunning both inside and outside! The staff were fantastic - so professional and nice! We also got so many compliments on the food! The staff were all super friendly and attentive to us on our wedding night - bringing us drinks and asking if we needed anything else. What also was a huge factor in our decision to go with this venue was Donna. We LOVE Donna and we loved working with her!! From start to finish, she was always extremely responsive and more than happy to answer the million and one questions we had (especially closer to the wedding). Donna was always so welcoming and friendly whenever we saw her or spoke/emailed her. She really took the time to understand our vision for our wedding and was super flexible with our meetings. For our table center pieces, her and her staff did SUCH a fantastic job setting up all of the glassware (and we had a LOT of glassware)!! They also really took a lot of care with packing everything up for us to pick up after the wedding because no glassware was broken. Donna also made sure the schedule had everything we wanted on there, that we did everything that we wanted to on our schedule, and made sure our day ran smoothly without a hitch!! Do NOT wait to book this venue because it is so worth it!!

Rain On Your Wedding Day? No Problem
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Black Swan Country Club. From the beautifully manicured grounds we took some outdoor pictures at despite the rain, to the elegant ballroom, everything was picture-perfect. The scenery provided a stunning backdrop for both our ceremony and photos, and our guests are still raving about the whole day!
The entire day ran well, and the staff at Black Swan were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm, romantic, and just magical. I would highly recommend the stations for your wedding guests. This was a hit!
They made everything feel seamless from start to finish, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or stress-free place to celebrate such a meaningful day despite the rain on and off. Black Swan Country Club exceeded every expectation and gave us memories to last a lifetime.
We cannot thank Donna enough for helping us pull this off and also allowing our golden retriever, Archie, to be a part of photos and the ceremony.
We are so sad it's over and if we could copy and paste the entire day over again and party every weekend, we would!

If I could give Black Swan Country Club 100 stars I would!!
My husband and I just had our wedding reception at Black Swan on February 8, 2025. I cannot recommend this venue enough. We worked with Donna, who was there every step of the way to help coordinate a beautiful day.. she is the real deal and truly knows how to plan and execute an incredible event. She treats you like her own family and makes you feel so special! In addition to Donna, the Black Swan Staff were incredible; referring to some of our guests by name, and catering to every need that arose. As a bride and groom, you are pulled in many directions during cocktail hour, the staff followed us around during this time with hors d’oeuvres and drinks on a cart so we weren't starving prior to the formal dinner. I can't recommend Black Swan enough for your wedding ceremony!

Highly Recommend Black Swan!
My wife and I got married 12/07/24 at Black Swan and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The venue was beautiful. We worked with Donna Andrews who was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful - professional, communicative, and responded immediately any time we had a question. She was there to guide us through every part of the process and oversaw all the events on the day of the wedding as well. She kept us both on schedule while being so relaxed, we couldn’t help but feel relaxed too! The waitstaff were friendly and professional. Vinwood Catering did a fabulous job with the food. It was all delicious, and they were able to accommodate our guests’ dietary restrictions with no issue. Donna and the venue staff did ALL of the set-up and breakdown of decor and centerpieces for us, and were very flexible with letting us pick up and drop off at times that worked best for us. It was so nice to be able to go home at the end of our wedding night and not have to pack up cars and transport decor, like we’ve seen at some other weddings. Our guests commented over and over again how much they enjoyed our wedding and we agree more. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Black Swan, and Donna was an absolute lifesaver. We’ll be recommending this venue to everyone we know!

Perfect Fall Wedding!
We had our reception at the Black Swan and it surpassed all our hopes for our special day! Donna, our wedding coordinator at the Black Swan, accompanied us through the wedding process from the very start, and always responded to any questions with promptness and kindness. She was amazing! The ballroom is gorgeous and elegant, and the food was incredible! The staff took great care of us! They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to keep our guests happy. The balcony was a fun way for our guests to get a sneak peak at the bride and groom/wedding party photos. The landscape for the outdoor pictures was beautiful! The cost was also much more reasonable than many of the other venues we had considered, but we also felt that we didn't need to sacrifice or let go of what we hoped and dreamed our wedding would be. Overall, our guests had a wonderful time and we are so happy we chose the Black Swan to have our reception!

Perfect Wedding Day!
Black Swan Country Club helped to make our wedding amazing! We got married on 9/21 and it ended up raining all day. Donna was extremely proactive calling me early enough in the day to talk through options for the ceremony, which was supposed to be outdoors. Donna and the team at Black Swan did an amazing job setting up for the ceremony and made the room look beautiful. They very seamlessly tuned the room from the ceremony over to the reception. The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests were raving about the flavor of the hors d'ouvres and their meals. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking!

We recently had our wedding this past Friday, September 20th, and to say it was our dream wedding would truly be an understatement. Donna was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her encouraging, exciting, and calm presence was exactly what we needed over the past year and a half while wedding planning. It was always hard to envision what our day would look like from the day itself and the decor, but the day came and everything was perfect. Donna and her team were absolutely incredible the day of the wedding, they were friendly, accommodating, and over communicative. I would recommend this venue over and over and over again.

Perfect wedding day
My husband and I got married on 9/6/24 at the Black Swan and we could not have been more satisfied with our whole experience! Donna was so welcoming from the moment we first met. She was very responsive via e-mail and phone calls and answered all questions and concerns professionally and promptly. The landscaping around the venue was well kept and the flowers looked beautiful and vibrant. Our guests loved the food from Vinwood Caterers and we really enjoyed our signature drinks! (Moscow mule and peach sangria). On wedding day, Donna kept the timeline moving smoothly. We did not feel stressed or pressured to keep the night moving along. We are so happy we booked this venue, we could not have envisioned our wedding day anywhere else! This experience exceeded all of our expectations!

As soon as we walked in Black Swan and saw the facility we knew this was the spot we needed to get married. The facility is beautiful and the perfect spot for pictures. We worked with Tiffany who was so helpful along the way. She answered every email so swiftly and assured us the day would be great and she would take care of everything. Everything was on time and the day was magical. The food was amazing and the bar service was perfect. We honestly could not have had a more perfect day. Also for all we got it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using The Black Swan.

A decision you will not regret!
The moment we met Donna at the Black Swan during our wedding venue hunt, we knew it was the place we wanted to celebrate our special day at.
Donna really sold us on the fact that the Black Swan KNOWS weddings.
Tiffany really made that promise a reality! She is an incredible event coordinator and really makes it all look so easy and seamless for us.
The entire team from the moment we signed to the wedding day was attentive, accommodating, professional and made it clear that this was our special day.
All of our guests raved about the food and the service during dinner.

Professional right from the start. Beautiful Venue inside and out. Delicious food and Efficient and accommodating staff.
My daughter and her husband were recently married at the Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown MA, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. Great location, beautiful view, inside and outside with plenty of parking.
From the moment we met with Donna, we knew this place was special. Donna was very professional and explained everything to us in detail.
The Event Manager, Tiffany was amazing, very quick to respond and so helpful the entire way through.
The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff were accommodating and efficient and went out of their way to meet your every need.
The outdoor views and landscape were beautiful for photos. We had an easy transition upstairs to the reception, and the indoor atmosphere was great for dining and plenty of room for dancing.
The price was affordable, and the venue also works with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. Everything was just as we had asked for (and imagined it would be). All and all, we were very happy with this venue and would recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Black Tie at Black Swan
Black Swan Country Club was an excellent venue for our ~200 person wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony, and the reception was indoor and had outdoor access via balcony. The ceremony went seamlessly, and although we expected noise from cars, there was NONE. It couldn't have been more perfect! Before going in for the reception, we took some beautiful photos on the golf course. Inside there was plenty of space for everyone on and off the dancefloor (we were in the Andover Room). It was a bit weird that two weddings happened at the same time (another in Essex Room), BUT we never noticed the other wedding. Vinwood catering comes standard with Black Swan. It was delicious and the staff were friendly and on time. Working with Donna was great! She had years of experience and was very responsive and accommodating. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

Our wedding venue was absolutely stunning, they made our vision come to life, set up our decor exactly how we wanted, and the coordinator Tiffany was phenomenal. A wonderful experience
Donna and her team were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I got married in 2020 and didn’t get to have the reception until October 9th, 2022. Earlier this year, our original venue closed and we had to scramble to find another place for our reception. We called around and Black Swan had a cancellation THAT morning for October 9th. After a look around and a meeting with Donna we knew that Black Swan was the perfect place for our reception. Donna was so helpful, nice, and supportive. The room, ceremony location, and grounds were beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The food was delicious and there were a number of options that all tasted better than the next. My husband and I were partial to the grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters. The kitchen was accommodating to our food allergies and willing to change things up on the menu. I cannot say enough good things about the Black Swan Country Club, Donna, and all the staff. Thank you all so much for making us feel so special and making our wedding reception magical.

Magnificent
We wanted the perfect wedding for our daughter Ashley and her fiancé Russell. Tiffany our wedding coordinator along with Donna and the entire staff and of course Deric and the guys made our dreams come true. Magnificent! Beyond what we could have ever expected. Amazing Wedding Day
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Black Swan. Tiffany was so wonderful to work with in planning our day. We are an older couple and opted for a Sunday Brunch celebration. The food was outstanding . . . from the prime rib to the omelet station and Belgian waffles!!! The attention to detail and professionalism of all staff was first class. We, along with all of our guests, had a perfect day!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with black swan country club as our reception site. Tiffany was on point through the entire process and made sure every small detail was accounted for. During the night of our reception she made sure we were satisfied with everything and that it was to our liking. She catered to any questions we had and helped serve our drinks and our food during the evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to use black swan country club for future events!

Stunning Venue and Great Service
We can't say enough great things about Black Swan Country Club. The ballrooms are beautiful and the grounds make the perfect backdrop for our photos. Tiffany was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, and on our wedding day everything we brought for decor was placed where we wanted it to be. The food by Vinwood Caterers was delicious and our dinner service ran extremely smoothly. We loved having our wedding at Black Swan and highly recommend this venue for people looking for a beautiful location and great food!

Black Swan was Beautiful!!!
Black Swan was a beautiful venue for our wedding, and Tiffany and Katie were amazing!!! The ballroom was beautifully decorated exactly the way we envisioned/asked for, and we received SO many compliments about how delicious the food was.
Tiffany was so responsive over Email and was very detailed. She happily answered any questions we had leading up to the Big Day. Katie was great and helped our Rehearsal of the ceremony go smoothly, especially with such a large Bridal Party!
I think the only thing we wished went a little smoother was the process of photos after out First Look on The Bridge. We were told that there wouldn't be any golfers on the course late evening and during our photos, so that we would have plenty of space. There were a few golfers there that were getting in the way of some of our photos/videos and they seemed upset and likewise for our Bridal party. Katie came out to the bridge to inform us we couldn't go onto the course and to stay on the bridge, but this was contrary to what we were told, and the photographers and videographers were not told those rules either.
We wish there was a little more communication/clarity on this piece.
Otherwise, it was perfect and I would definitely recommend this venue!!! It truly is a stunning location inside and out. I would only suggest getting more clarity on what areas are allowed for photos/videos.

We had a great experience working with Black Swan. They're responsive, willing to help you out, give advice when asked, and very supportive. The food is good, the bar service was very friendly. The venue is beautiful, you don't need much decor, the space is beautiful on its own. The value compared to other venues was very good as well.

Amazing venue!!
My husband and I looked at almost a dozen venues before finding Black Swan. From the minute we walked in, we were in awe at how absolutely stunning the venue was. Everything was in pristine condition and it checked every box we were looking for. The look of the venue was just the tip of the iceberg. We worked with Ellen throughout the whole process and I can't express how amazing she was to work with. She was so easy to work with and was always so responsive and accommodating and continuously went above and beyond for us. Every time I spoke with her I felt at ease and stress free. The food at this venue was absolutely phenomenal. Im still getting compliments from guests on how delicious the food was and have been told by several people that this was the best wedding they had ever gone to. I couldn't have done it without Ellen and truly could not have asked for a more perfect venue.

We chose to go with a different venue solely due to budget but Black Swan is extremely affordable. I also can't recommend Kayla enough! I emailed her a million times and not only did she respond in a timely manner but I never felt like a bother. The ballrooms are gorgeous, catering is delicious, and you are 100% in the best of hands!

Ellen = Perfection ++++++
Ellen of the Black Swan was amazing. From the beginning stages of planning to the very end of my daughter's wedding, Ellen took the reins and FULL SPEED AHEAD she did an amazing job. As anyone knows planning a wedding can be a bit frustrating and my daughter moved to North Carolina shortly after booking the Black Swan with Ellen. Ellen reassured her (and me) that she'd take care of everything and allow Kayla peace of mind. Well Ellen did that and more...She goes above and beyond what she is required to do. We felt so comfortable with Ellen we valued her ideas and always left there feeling more comfortable and excited in anticipation of the big day. The day came and Ellen lived up to our expectations and MORE...everyone commented on what a great job she did. Our arrival at the Black Swan on the day of the wedding was beyond our visual dreams - everything looked like a fairytale wedding. Ellen placed things in just the right spots - nothing less than perfection. The food was so delicious people are still raving about it... shout out to Kayla in Catering for that one as well. They make a terrific team. I have recommended the venue to many others and will continue to do so. Thanks is just not enough! I will cherish and forever remember my daughter's wedding and the fun we had planning it with Ellen's expertise help. Love her ~ she is an amazing wedding planner/coordinator and dealing with Kayla and myself well she is a saint. Thank you for sharing her with us.

Black Swan Country Club was the perfect venue!
My husband and I could not have been happier with how perfect the Black Swan Country Club was for our wedding. From the day the venue was toured to the day of our wedding, the entire process was seamless. I was a bride living in Oregon and my parents were living in Boston. Ellen and the staff of the country club were so accommodating with me living so far away. Between Video Chats, emails, phone calls, and visits when I was in town they made sure that I was a part of the planning process to make every decision.
Ellen was absolutely incredible with staying organized and making sure every detail was taken care of. She knew what I needed before I could even think about what I needed. She kept everything moving on time during the wedding so that I was not worried about where I needed to be when. She made sure that I was totally stress free on my day.
The ceremony venue, the background of the golf course for pictures, and the Andover Ballroom for the reception were absolutely stunning. They did an incredible job setting up all the decorations I had prepared and it made such a difference to know that I didn't have to worry about setting up even a single picture frame. It was all even more beautiful that I could have ever imagined.
The food was out of this world, I still have guests talking about how amazing the chicken and the surf and turf were. The serving staff and bartenders were incredibly professional. The packages that they offered for food and beverages were great and it was so easy to pick and choose the exact food/drinks that we wanted.
Having the bridal suite and groom's area to get ready in was wonderful and they were both large enough to feel like we had plenty of space to get ready.
This is a venue that we would recommend over and over again to anyone looking for an elegant and perfect place to get married!

The Black Swan was actually the first venue I checked out online while venue shopping. It looked beautiful in the photos so I decided to request more information. I got an email from Ellen, set up a tour, and never looked at another venue again. The Black Swan was absolutely beautiful and our wedding night was perfect. I walked in and couldn't have imagined anything better. The food was also "the best food at a wedding" quoting nearly all of my guests, and I agree! If you're looking for an elegant, classy venue with amazing food and helpful staff then the BSCC is the one for you. Ellen was also truly amazing, and made our day so perfect for us. She takes the time to get to know you and knows exactly what you want and makes sure that's what you get. I'll truly miss working with her, and will be recommending her services and the BCSS to every bride to be that I know.

The venue was beautiful, elegant but very warm. The food was absolutely delicious, our guests called us to compliment us on the amazing dinner and what a beautiful wedding it was. The staff was so accommodating, kind and professional. Ellen, our coordinator, was fantastic and made sure all our needs and our guests needs were met. The wedding was in September and the grounds were lovely. The appetizers were also plentiful and passed around in a way everyone was served as much as they wanted. It was a perfect day!

When we chose this venue we immediately knew it was the right place. It is beautiful and they are so accommodating and their food is delicious, everyone at the wedding raved about it. As parents of the bride Ellen our coordinator made sure we felt at ease and had nothing to worry about, not to mention our daughter and our new son-in-law. She had a wonderful list of vendors to look at for music, flowers, photos, cakes, the list goes on which we followed thru with and we were absolutely thrilled at their expertise too. Beyond Perfect!
The absolute best decision to have our wedding here!!! We originally toured it last summer and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was the venue for us (we had visited 4 other venues). Ellen is absolutely incredible, so fun and easy to work with and made whatever we wanted happen. She made every step so easy and always responded to my emails super fast. Our wedding on July 28, 2018 could not have gone any better. Ellen met us outside and guided us exactly where to be and helped us follow our timeline. Taking photos on the golf course was awesome and I can't wait to see all our professional photos. Ellen even bustled my dress for me before the reception started ...Our reception was in the Andover Room (the larger room) and the room looked gorgeous! It was so perfect and we had the large deck overlooking the property . And of course, there's the food! It was even better than the tasting and everyone complimented how great the hor d'oeuvres, dinner, and drinks were. The servers were great too and constantly checked on my new husband and I to see if we needed anything. The whole night was so much fun and everyone said it was the best wedding they've ever gone too!

When I initially booked my wedding, there was a different person who I was working with, but when she left and Kayla stepped in the transition was seamless. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and was very professional through the whole process. The wedding went off without a hitch and I know that Kayla and her team were the main reason for that. Three weeks later and I am still getting compliments on my wedding. They answered all of questions without hesitation and always in a timely manner leading up to the wedding day. On the day itself they made sure everything ran smoothly and were constantly checking up on me to make sure I was okay and to see if there was anything we needed. They made sure the night ran accordingly to the schedule and without any issues. People have not stopped talking about our wedding and how much fun they had and especially loved the food!! I can't say enough about the Black Swan. My wedding day was an absolute dream come true. Ellen was faboulos and handled everything so my day was stress free! She was so professional and so calming. I knew with her there everything was going to be perfect. Planning a wedding is very stressful but Ellen eased all of my stress answering all my questions whenever I needed. The food at the Black Swan was amazing and so wasn't the service. I would choose Black Swan over and over again. It's simply THE BEST.

I was beyond pleased with how my wedding day turned out! Leading up to it, Ellen was great. She answered all of the email and calls my husband and I made! Any changes that needed to be done she made happen. On the day of the wedding we were running behind schedule at the church, but Ellen and Kayla made sure the rest of the night went by smoothly! Ellen checked in with me throughout the night to see if I needed anything. The hall looked absolutely beautiful I couldn’t have asked for a better night!

The staff at the Black Swan were all wonderful. Kayla was our coordinator and she kept in contact right up to the day of the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed. She was easy to communicate with and so helpful when we needed suggestions about potential vendors. The venue itself is absolutely stunning inside and out. The grounds are beautifully maintained and perfect for taking outdoor pictures. Our guests are still raving about the food that was served. I cannot stand it when the food is terrible at weddings, and this food was outstanding. We had a hard time choosing our menu because everything tasted so good! The day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about food or drinks at all. Tim, the maitre d'?, made sure we sat down for every course, and whenever our drinks got low, a new one appeared.

The Black Swan Country Club is a stunning venue with an amazing staff . Andrea and Leslie we so incredible to work with. They answered any and all questions I had prior to the reception, and made sure that my husband and I were completely taken care of the day of. The food was absolutely delicious! UNBELIEVABLE! The service here is incredible. I had my wedding here last weekend and couldn't be happier. Everyone has told me "if something goes wrong don't stress" well NOTHING went wrong everything went amazingly well, I'm very happy and impressed. I was nervous having my coordinator changed half way through planning but Leslye is awesome- she's super friendly and right there for everything.... I was not used to the amount of service she provided me! She should be recognized for her upbeat personality and superior service! All the staff were attentive and the bar tender Lisa was great. People loved the food and I've had people say it was the best wedding they have ever been to..... Thanks again Black Swan for making my day great and making my family and I feel like royalty! :)

The first time we visited the Black Swan, we fell in love with the venue. We were originally working with Gina and she was great with helping us get prepared. Then we were assigned to Leslye about a month before our reception because Gina had resigned. We honestly didn't know what to expect and didn't know how things would go since we had already gone through multiple appointments and details with Gina and never met Leslye. Well let me just say that we are so happy that Leslye came into our lives. The second we met her we clicked and she had so many ideas and really helped us plan even better arrangements of the room and our vision. She is so upbeat and positive and she definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to weddings. The day of our reception she greeted us at the door with a huge smile and hugs as if she was part of the family. I walked into the Essex room and was absolutely blown away with how she had everything setup. It was perfection. It was better than we could have ever imagined and she didn't stop there. Throughout the entire night Leslye made sure that my husband and I along with my parents and bridal party were all set. She continued to check in with us to see if we needed anything. She was amazing with my 4 year old nephew who she had met at one of our prior appointments. He loved her and she helped so much even during our formal photos with keeping a smile on his face as well. Leslye went above and beyond to truly make this the best night of our lives and we cannot thank her enough. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She was there for us from start to finish and we are forever grateful. The rest of the Black Swan staff was incredible as well. The whole night was flawless thanks to them. My wedding was Saturday Jan 9th, 2016 - It was a beautiful reception and the most perfect winter day ever! First, I cannot thank Caryl enough for all her help in planning my perfect wedding reception. I had a vision and she made sure it was brought to life. She was wonderful to work with from Day 1! Black Swan Country Club is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Despite it being winter...the outdoors and grounds were gorgeous! It made for a beautiful outdoor back drop in my photos. I had exclusive use of both function rooms. My cocktail hour was put together so nicely. My guests continue to rave about the food I had passed around. Same with my reception dinner. I had chosen Prime rib & Harvest Chicken... DELICIOUS. Being the bride it's not often you can make it to your food, but I made sure too! It was plated on time and my guests enjoyed it very much. The ballroom was breathtaking and I used Black Swan's uplighting and gobo projection package. I was given the chance to take a quick peek of the ball room before any guests had entered and it was so breathtakingly beautiful! I teared up and thought wow I need photos of this!! I had the chance to take photos with my husband and looking at them now - I still feel as if I couldn't have chosen a better venue to entertain my reception. The entire night seemed to run so smoothly. The staff was pleasant and treated my guests and I with such professionalism and respect. Everything was beautiful and tailored to what I had envisioned. I wish I could re-live my wedding day in it's entirety! I wouldn't change a thing!

Great venue, the view overt he golf course is great. We had a switch of wedding planners during our planning but everything still ran very smoothly and we were very happy how our day turned out! Budget wise very friendly also for the quality of venue it is! I would highly recommend this location!

From the moment we started looking for reception halls, we knew the Black Swan Country Club was the one! We met with Gina D., she took the time to show us everything they had to offer, she made sure we saw the entire country club and gave us the option between the Essex or Andover room (as both were still available at that time), she literally broke down every single thing that we would need and told us she would get back to us with an estimate. This was the second venue we had seen that day and we were off to see a third, however, within the hour Gina had already drafted up an estimate for us. Right then and there we knew that there was no need to look any further, we were going to be in great hands for the remainder of the year; especially with someone who was so dedicated to her job. Gina made the entire experience stress free and never once made us feel pressured into choosing any certain vendor, or to purchase more than needed for our wedding night. You don't want your day to be filled with stress, you want to have a beautiful day, and that's exactly what we had at the Black Swan; with a HUGE thanks to Gina! Our night was the most amazing night we've ever had. Our guests had such an amazing time, not one person had a single negative thing to say, they are still raving about how great the food and service was; no one wanted the night to end, especially not us! Gina was there via email day/night, she always answered within an hour (not even!) Never once was I made to feel like I was asking too many questions or that any question was stupid. My husband and I will forever be thankful to Gina and the rest of the amazing staff at the Black Swan, for making our wedding the most perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a beautiful, stress-free, fun, magical wedding! That's exactly what ours was and it wouldn't have been that way had we not gone to the Black Swan. Thank you so much Gina, and staff! We had the time of our lives!

I cannot say enough about Caryl and the BlackSwan staff that made our wedding day the best day of our lives. Caryl was very responsive, answering her email when she was not at work, giving us detailed answers. She was extreme knowledgable about the wedding industry in general. She gave us realistic advice when ordering meals and apps for cocktail hour. We had so much trust in her and she pulled our day off with flying colors. The venue itself is gorgeous, inside and out. We got married inside with views of the golf course behind us, beautiful. We had 230 people attend with a very smooth transition from room to room. I can go on and on. If you are looking for a beautiful venue and stay under budget, black swan is place to be (and have Caryl coordinate your wedding :) )

My fiance and I worked with Tiffini White at the Black Swan Country Club and would highly recommend this venue to anyone in the Boston area, or even in New Hampshire, as it is so close to the border, for their wedding ceremony & reception venue. We were referred to the venue by a friend of mine who got married there, and quickly found out why she loved it so much when she got married there. Tiffini went above and beyond to help make the day perfect for us, for our kids, and for our guests! She was always available to answer questions, even when I would send them late at night or early in the morning, I could always count on a response within 24 hours. The site itself is beautiful and we chose to have our ceremony outdoors, which was not easy for late October, but it was beautiful and they did a great job accommodating our requests. I cannot tell you how many times we tweaked our package, even up until the week of, adding and changing different things to our package that we wanted or didn't want. Tiffini made it happen and the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything! You will not be sorry if you choose the Black Swan as your venue and I assure you will have a great experience!

I worked with Caryl as my coordinator at Black Swan and it was such a good experience start to finish. She was such a huge help through the whole process, she responded so quickly to any question I had, and was so organized which helped my now husband and I feel at ease and relaxed. She went back and forth in emails with me in such a prompt manner, and was so accommodating to any little request we had. We had to do our rehearsal two days before the wedding and she'd made sure the whole ceremony space and tables were already set up perfectly so we knew exactly where we'd be going. We had an indoor ceremony, and the transition from ceremony to reception was very smooth.
She was SO awesome the day of, I never had to go find her to ask her something, I swear I think she was reading my mind because any concern or last minute thought I had she took care of. I can't say how much she helped us make our wedding day perfect. Her positive attitude and genuine excitement in being a part of our wedding day was something I'll never forget, and made it so easy to just be in the moment with my family, friends and husband rather than worrying about the details.
I'd recommend anyone to come and get married here for the customer service level of the staff alone.
The food was great, the bar tenders were quick, the weather was rainy and the staff made sure we were still able to get great pictures in the venue, and our rehearsal on location went perfect too. If I could do it all again, I'd still have it at the Black Swan. Thanks so much Caryl and the staff!!!!

My husband and I held our wedding reception at Black Swan in July 2015 and worked with Tiffini. We can't say enough about how happy we were with our special day! From the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful grounds and function room to the delicious food and fluidity of the night, it was perfect. Our only complaint was that it went by too fast! Tiffini was great to work with - prompt in her responses, accommodating to any wishes, and willing to offer suggestions. We received so many compliments from guests saying how beautiful the room looked, how great the food was, and how much fun they had. We have to thank Tiffini and the rest of the Black Swan CC staff for those compliments and for making our experience one we will remember forever. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone!

From the moment I walked into Black Swan Country Club, I knew it was where we should host our reception. All throughout the planning process our coordinator Tiffini was incredibly supportive. Planning a wedding can be so stressful and it was wonderful to have someone available for questions (regardless of how silly).
The day of our wedding was complete perfection. The staff serving our friends and family were responsive, friendly, and professional. The food was incredible. We had compliments on all the hors d'oeuvres we selected, there was incredible value and variety. No one left our reception hungry - the entrees were delicious and even our late night snack station was even better than I imagined.
Tiffini was with us the entire evening, so we felt completely supported until the moment we left. I would recommend Black Swan to anyone planning a wedding.

We recently had a wedding at Black Swan Country Club over Labor Day weekend. Our wedding coordinator Tiffini could not have been more accomodating with every request we made (and we did make a lot). We would send her an email about changing one thing and then changing another thing and she was so flexible it made our lives and planning so much easier. The day of our wedding she was on top of everything, moving things along making sure we could squeeze everything into such a tight schedule. We had our ceremony on site and the ceremony location is gorgeous and quiet, you feel like you are in the middle of a beautiful garden.
The food was excellent. Everybody was raving about their entrees (chicken and salmon) after the wedding and cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvre were also excellent. My wife and I highly recommend Black Swan Country Club to any future weddings.

We had our wedding at the Black Swan on September 5, 2015. The ceremony was outside and reception was in the Essex Room. Tiffini was our coordinator and I can't say enough good things about her!! She was so friendly, was very quick at answer any questions we had and made the reception room look exactly how I wanted it! I couldn't have asked for anything more. She was wonderful the day of the wedding in making sure me and my husband were happy and always asking if we needed anything. The Black Swan is a beautiful place to get married and very reasonable in price. I will always recommend couples to check this place out especially due to the wonderful staff. My husband and I held our reception at Black Swan in the Essex room on 9/12/15. Our wedding coordinator Tiffini was an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. She was helpful from the very first day we walked into Black Swan to inquire about having our reception there. Leading up to our wedding day she was always quick to respond to questions we had. She made me feel so at ease about my Wedding Day that I knew I wouldn't have a thing to worry about. The day of my Wedding she immediately greeted us as we arrived and it felt like a friend congratulating us. Everything ran so smoothly and when I entered that room for the first time I couldn't believe how beautiful and elegant it looked. The venue is elegant and beautiful so no matter if you are decorating heavily or very little, the room will look stunning. The food, oh my goodness, the food. It was delicious and not even close to that "wedding food" flavor. Everything was delicious! I cannot recommend the Black Swan enough!

The Black Swan was the PERFECT venue for our wedding reception. My husband and I can't say enough about it. Tiffini, our wedding coordinator, was truly at the center of it all. She made us feel comfortable and at ease through the entire experience. She went the extra mile to make sure that EVERYTHING was done to perfection and was always so responsive, professional and helpful with every minor question and request I had. They will meet your every need and expectation.
The food is so delicious, and of very high quality. The gorgeous views, and the beautiful Essex room are really top notch. There is a back deck overlooking the course that really sold us.
Overall, we highly recommend the Black Swan for weddings! We will never forget how wonderful they made our entire experience!

My husband and I got Married at Black Swan at the end of August. We had our ceremony outside, and our reception in the Essex room. Everything was perfect. The outside ceremony area is beautiful, and the interior is modern and elegant. Our wedding coordinator Tiffini went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! She even coordinated golf carts to pick myself and bridal party up at my parents house on the golf course to bring us directly to the ceremony. The food was exceptional. We still have guests raving about how delicious everything was. The staff was attentive, polite, and efficient. You can't go wrong having your wedding at Black Swan!!!

We had our ceremony and reception at The Black Swan Country Club on August 15, 2015. We can't say anything but great things about Tiffini and her team! We had the best wedding- I know everyone says that but it truly was AMAZING! feel like months leading up to the wedding I was that bride emailing Tiffini and asking the most ridiculous questions but I obviously wanted my wedding day to be perfect- which it was! Tiffini always responded promptly, which was great! The ceremony was absolutely wonderful, Tiffini had everything under control and really was a go to person for me. We had rain, hail, a tornado warning, and finally a rainbow on our wedding day which made for some great pictures at The Black Swan. The golf course, and of course that bridge is absolutely amazing for pictures. My guests are still commenting on the food, we chose to do a buffet style, and it was amazing. The reception went off without a hitch and was so fun- I want to re live that day!!! My husband and I are so thankful we chose The Black Swan Country Club for our wedding. Tiffini was awesome. She made the whole experience stress free and we were able to fully enjoy our special day. Venue was beautiful, staff was friendly and professional. Overall great experience!

We just had our wedding at Black Swan 2 days ago, and I could not wait to write a review because we are just so pleased with how everything turned out. We worked with Caryl as our wedding coordinator, and from the very beginning she was so incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient as we figured out the details of the day. She would respond to emails almost instantaneously, and would never act annoyed at even the silliest question. The day of the reception, everything literally went off without a hitch. Caryl was there to greet us and our guests, and would help in even the smallest ways as carrying my bouquet or my drink. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, and I cannot rave enough about the wait staff. We were hoping for dinner to go as fast as possible so we could utilize as much time on the dance floor as possible, which is no easy task with 230 guests (and, not to mention, another wedding going on in the other ballroom)! But they were a well oiled machine, and served each course and cleared away the tables at impressive speed. Many of my guests commented to me that they noticed the same. They would also always come up to my husband and I to ask if we needed a drink or anything at all. Something that we were a little apprehensive about was the fact that there was another reception in the other ballroom at basically the same time as ours. I am not exaggerating when I say that I did not even notice that there was another reception going on, and in fact forgot that there was until the next day. It was incredible! At the end of the night, Caryl and her team had packed up all of our centerpieces and other decorations, so we did not have to spend much time at all getting out of there and back to the hotel with our guests. I cannot say enough great things about Black Swan and their team there. Our wedding was more amazing than we ever could have imagined. Thank you!!!

My husband and I can't thank the staff, especially Caryl, at the BSCC enough for making our July 2015 wedding day perfect. From day one Caryl was responsive and on task with helping answer my random thoughts that would pop up. She had wonderful suggestions for us and the day of she and her team truly transformed the Essex Ballroom into my dream wedding (even better than I imagined). The BSCC food is incredible, our guests are still talking about how they have never tasted better wedding food (we had the filet and harvest chicken). Caryl was very organized and made the night run as smooth as can be without missing a beat. The outside venue is beautiful and the recently renovated ballrooms are classy and sleek. BSCC was very affordable, yet our night looked and tasted like a million bucks!

There are not enough positive words describe our experience with The Black Swan. Carly was our wedding coordinator for our reception on July 11, 2915. She was like my fairy godmother. She was available with every question or concern I had leading up to the wedding and throughout our entire reception! Our party was perfect! Literally flawless! We used the Essex room for cocktail hour and the Andover room for dinner and dancing. Our guests were blown away by the venue- outside appearance, land scape, grounds, ball rooms, food, and staff. We continue to receive compliments on how fabulous our wedding was and how beautiful the Black Swan is. The rooms are large and the dance floor is roomy (my two biggest petpeves at wedding venues)! It is the most magical place to celebrate your wedding! HIGHLY recommended!, 10 stars!! We love Caryl!

Our families are from PA and Maine, so we picked a spot in the middle. Caryl was fantastic! There was nothing she couldn't do for us. Even with us living in Pa, it was so easy to plan this wedding! The ceremony & reception were absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better day!!! Caryl paid so much attention to little details & went above & beyond to make our day magical.

What more can you say? The food, the look, and the staff were all perfect. Tiffany was amazing from beginning to end!! I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Black Swan Country Club this past Friday, June 26, 2015 and every aspect of our experience with this venue from the professionalism of the staff to the quality and taste of the food was nothing short of amazing!!!! Caryl was our Wedding coordinator, she was excellent helping us from the start keeping us within our budget and through out the whole planning she made sure everything went as planned if not better!!! They matched our signature drink perfectly to my bridal party colors and set up all our decorations just like we wanted to make our night feel just right! The outdoor waterfall, bridge and golf course made some outstanding backgrounds for our wedding pictures! We could not have asked for more! My wedding reception was beautiful at The Black Swan Country Club and I would highly recommend this venue to everyone!!!! :)

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here at Black Swan Country Club this past Saturday night 6/27/15. I cannot even begin to describe how perfect the whole night was. We had our ceremony in the Essex room (the smaller of the two rooms) and our reception in the Andover room. Being the control freak that I am, I was having a hard time letting go and letting the venue do all the setting up and decorating, but it turned out to be a million times better than I ever imagined. The team did an amazing job of transforming my ideas. I brought all of the decorations there on Thursday night with detailed instructions and pictures and it came out perfect!! I worked with Caryl for the whole planning process and she is outstanding!! She understood exactly what I had pictured in my head and followed through. She was always there to answer any emails, phone calls, etc almost immediately. We had the rehearsal dinner at Holloway's on Thursday night and everyone raved about how great the food was. We had a big wedding party so it got a little rowdy but we all had a great time.
Black Swan and all their staff were so wonderful to me and my now husband. We are so pleased with the whole staff. The food is exceptional, the service staff is friendly and very on point, and the atmosphere is breathtaking (especially the waterfall and fire pits outside). I couldn't have asked for a better experience and a better wedding. Thank you Caryl and to all the staff at Black Swan Country Club!!!! You have made our wedding unforgettable!!!!!

I loved working with Gina at the Black Swan. She was so helpful and willing to chat anytime I had a question. She would often email me back within a half hour, even if the only time I had to send her an email was at 9pm at night!
The staff at the Black Swan was generous and gracious, my parents and I instantly fell in love with this venue and knew we had to hold my wedding there. The day was wonderful and went exactly as I had hoped it would. Gina was on hand the whole day for my wedding making sure everything went smoothly. My husband and I had the day of our dreams. Also not to forget how good the food is there!!!
