Now that the rush of the wedding and the relaxing honeymoon is in our past, I wanted to tell everyone how it was working with Bill Mellett.
A girlfriend, who I had known for over 10 years, was helping me plan my wedding. When it came time to decide on a photographer, I was clueless! I could probably find one but it would take some time and research on my end. She suggested a photographer she had worked with in the past on some commercial shots for her business. I didn't ask any questions other than "is he good?" "Of course", she said, now I had never planned a wedding before so I really didn't know the particulars or questions to ask. The fact that my friend liked him, now meant I liked him!!
Bill & I scheduled many "get acquainted meetings" prior to the wedding, but they all fell through! We were finally able to meet at the rehearsal, scheduled at the Chapel the evening prior to the wedding. Much to my surprise, Bill was already at the Chapel when I got there, all his gear and assistant in tote!! He had already scoped out the surrounding area and suggested some pretty cool ideals. Bill & I had a lot in common when throwing ideas out there and agreed on most of them! It was easy to explain to Bill my expectations of the pictures and what I hoped he could capture for us.
Bill was easy to work with and was up for anything! No idea was a bad idea! Bill has the capability to capture a single petal and produce a bouquet through his intuitive artistry.
Our pictures surpassed the ordinary wedding collage many people capture at weddings or events. Bill had somehow captured the emotion in every frame!
I would highly recommend Bill to capture any special occasion for you!!!
