Bill is a true professional! He was so easy to work with and his attention to detail was impressive. As the mother of the bride, I knew that selecting the right DJ was one of the most important decisions my daughter and her fiancé would make. After reading Bill's reviews, we set an appointment to meet him. Both she and her fiancé knew after the first 5 minutes that Bill was the guy for the job. He is organized, professional and he also has a great sense of humor! Bill did an amazing job for us and I will definitely be recommending him in the future to friends and family. My mother did tons of research while looking for the best vendors around for my wedding on May 13, 2017. She came across Bill, and he had nothing but rave reviews. From the first time my fiancé (at the time) and I met with him, until my wedding day he was extremely responsive and paid much attention to all the little details we wanted to make sure to include into our big day. He was so patient and helpful during the entire reception, and made sure everything turned out exactly how we had dreamed. I would reccomend him a million times over to anyone looking. Bill was amazing! He kept everything flowing smoothly and made the transition from the ceremony to the reception flawless. He was interactive with the guests and had fun ideas to keep things interesting like "how well do we know the bride and groom" game. My favorite was the "garter on" it was hilarious! Bill always responded to my emails and texts immediately and was very professional. He was worth every penny! If I ever need a DJ again I would absolutely hire Bill.

Every review I read before hiring bill for our wedding is so true words cannot express how easy he made the evening flow, was not sure about our crowd dancing but Bill sure kept them on the dance floor he paid attention to what people were dancing to and played more of that type of music to keep our party going and fun for everyone if I ever need a DJ again Bill will be the first one I call

Bill is very professional. He met with our family twice. A month before the wedding he gave us a timeline so we knew he had covered everything we wanted. We also used Bill for our oldest son's wedding 8 years ago. At both weddings, he kept the guests busy while pictures were being taken. He had a good mix of songs for all ages. Both weddings were in our backyard and he miked the pastor and had mike's available for toasts, etc. Everyone loved him; he's the best!

Bill was an excellent dj to work with. He asks for all the details you won't think of up front and keeps track of them to work basically independently the day of, only popping up to help you out as needed. He is an outstanding professional and if he is available the date of your wedding it would be ridiculous not to book him.

I do not know where to start. From the first meeting, I knew Bill was the DJ for us. We had met with several DJ's but his professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm, made him the one for us. We met several times throughout the process to go over intricate details. He not only made suggestions to important parts of the wedding, but helped us to make these sequences perfect. To say the least, the wedding went off without a hitch.
I want to stress that this is the most important choice of your wedding. Bill was basically a second wedding coordinator. He was in contact with all our vendors and even accommodated some special requests during the event that proved pivotal to the success of our Wedding. There was never a moment where the guests were left in limbo as to what was going on. Bill kept a constant flow to the evening. The shoe game, awesome! Our guests thought it was rehearsed it was so good. The music selection was to say the least, on point. There was non-stop dancing!!!
Bill, we cannot thank you enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives. Our guests have consistently said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to.

I had worked with Bill when helping to plan by brother's wedding back in 2009. So, he was the first person I contacted when I started planning my own wedding. Bill is the utmost professional and very detail oriented which I loved as I have a very Type-A personality. We had a unique venue, along with a day-of wedding coordinator and Bill came out and met with both of us to discuss the best set-up/logistics for the somewhat difficult site. Bill was patient thru all the changes we made to the ceremony - including adding a slideshow to the wedding 2 weeks prior. And everything was perfect. We had asked him to play down any "cheesy" elements and didn't do any of the traditional wedding party entrance, garter toss, bouquet toss, etc. and it was great - just how we had hoped it would be. I was on a pretty tight budget and did not hire a videographer - but was delighted to receive a video that Bill took that captured the ceremony and the speeches. I remember he had done this for my brother but was not expecting it. It wasn't high quality or anything - but it was just fine - It was so nice to watch it with my husband and re-live the day from the audience's perspective. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill to anyone that is in need of a DJ for the wedding. He is very professional and on top of his craft! Thanks, Bill!

Bill was absolutely AMAZING!! After meeting with him, we knew he was the perfect choice for our wedding - we booked him that night! He was very professional, enthusiastic and fun to work with! We had 350 guests and he made sure everyone was included and focused during all the reception activities - no one missed out!! He contacted the vendors before our wedding to make sure the timeline was perfect - everything flowed smoothly! We had planned on ending around 10:30, but everyone was having so much fun and the dance floor was still packed that we went on another hour! We had so many compliments from all of our guests on what an awesome job Bill did! As an added bonus, he sent us a video of the ceremony and the highlights of the reception. Bill was AWESOME!! He was very organized right from the first time we contacted him. He made the process of planning and mapping out a timeline before the wedding a breeze, which was nice because it was one less thing to stress about leading up to the big day. On our wedding day he was on time, dressed professionally, and did a great job all night. He played a wide variety of music to get guests young and old out on the dance floor and all our guests would not stop raving about how much they loved Bill, The DJ for You! and how this was one of the best weddings they have been to. Bill is awesome! He really did a great job of preparing us for everything that was going to happen during the reception since we had NO idea what to do or where to start. He really worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted and had all of the songs and events we wanted to include. It was such a great help that he reached out to all of my other vendors to make sure everything was organized for me and also kept everything in order the entire night. He was extremely professional in making sure we kept the momentum flowing, making sure to know everyones name so he said them all correctly, and making sure my husband and I ha everything we needed at all times. We also surprised him the day of with a dance routine we made up the night before and he did an amazing job of incorporating it, such a trooper! Definitely an amazing DJ, look no further!

Bill is fantastic! At our initial consultation our first impression of Bill was that he was very professional, and we were not disappointed! With our outdoor wedding and indoor reception all taking place at the beautiful Tempe Center for the Arts, we wanted someone that would match the level of professionalism we desired. Bill provided quality sound during the ceremony along with the perfect mix of music and entertainment during the reception. He honored all of our requests perfectly. He worked with us to create a timeline, and he also was in contact with our other vendors so the event flowed perfectly. Bill is very organized, has quality equipment, is experienced, and he was always prompt in responding to email and offering suggestions. For the ceremony he put wireless mics on the minister and groom that didn't show. When it was time for me to talk, my voice picked up on the groom's mic perfectly. He was there well ahead of schedule to set up his equipment in both locations. Bill is very easy to talk to and our minds were set at ease from the beginning, knowing that he was going to be the perfect master of ceremonies. We whole-heartedly recommend Bill!

I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day! We had a do it yourself wedding in my parents' back yard without a wedding planner... or so we thought. Bill really came through for us by helping us plan out the ceremony and reception down to every important detail. He helped keep the flow of the night going. Everyone commented on how great our dj was and how well he read the crowd. The music was exactly what I imagined and I truly believe the night would have gone so flawlessly if Bill wasn't involved. Bill was a great choice! He was so organized and professional and communicated very well with our venue and the other vendors. He had a timeline of the wedding that he went over with us the week before, and I found it very helpful to have it all laid out like that. He went above and beyond to make sure our day was special and perfect. I have already recommended him to multiple friends because he was so great. When searching for a DJ, we made a few appointments. We met with Bill first and then a couple other DJs and we honestly didn't need to follow through with those appointments. Bill was nice, no pressure, and genuinely helpful and excited for us. AMAZING DJ!!!!!! There are no words to describe how grateful we are that we booked Bill. Not only was Bill an amazing DJ, but he also handled the entire reception from start to finish and was so incredibly easy to work with. From day one Bill helped us to organize the night so that everything would flow smoothly. He was able to create a schedule, and contacted all the vendors so everyone was on board. In fact, Bill was the only vendor we never had to worry about- he was on top of it and very professional from the start. He was able to read the crowd perfectly and played music relevant to our guests. During the night, guests were commenting how great he was and continued to talk about it the following days. Not only was he helpful from day one, but on the wedding night he was even more outstanding. Everything was beautifully organized and we could not have pictured anyone better. He is definitely worth the money, and then some! As an additional bonus, He even gave us video footage of the reception as a keepsake--- such a wonderful thing to look back on. Years from now we will be able to look back and watch the highlights of our night and what an amazing night we had because of Bill's help. Can't thank him enough

I originally heard Bills work at a friends wedding in 2010. He was so fantastic that I held onto his card for 4 years knowing there was no one else I wanted to be my DJ! Bill was fabulous to work with, he was easy going, thorough in his planning and really went above and beyond. It absolutely poured at our 100% outside wedding and Bill adapted easily and was flexible with his setup. We really cant thank him enough for his fabulous work. We picked Bill Limbach as our Wedding DJ initially on his face, slogan and website alone which were all friendly, professional and intriguing. Our intuitions were on the mark because when we met him, he was a friendly, outgoing, honest, creative, knowledgeable, and professional. He seemed like a long lost relative that you just have that instant connection with. He is willing to incorporate any detail, song, announcement that you want in your wedding. He is flexible with meeting times, and he is 100% prepared with all paperwork, list of songs, and order of events for your wedding. He also answers your emails and questions within minutes of sending them to him. He truly appears to love and enjoy his job and making your day the most beautiful, fun and memorable day you could ever imagine. He asked questions and details about our wedding that we never even thought about, and we thank him for that. I believe he has been a DJ for wedding for over 30 years or so and is even a member of a DJ committee/group where he attends conventions on how to improve his business. He is a exceptional person and DJ. Trust me and my opinion when I say that Bill is the DJ for you and you will never regret your decision.

The D.J for you the title says it all.

The DJ for You
Bill Limbach, the DJ for you, went above and beyond to help make our wedding ceremony and reception memorable. He was very professional from the first time we met, six months prior to our wedding. At this meeting we were able to figure out Bills’ style as a DJ and get a better understanding for his personality. This is when we decided to hire Bill as our DJ for the wedding reception. One month prior to the wedding we met with Bill again to go over the timeline for the event. Bill answered all of our questions in detail and he listened to all of our special requests for the reception. Two weeks prior to the event, he sent out the timeline to all of our vendors.
Bill surprised us at the wedding ceremony by recording the event with his camera. We could not find a videographer that we liked prior to the event so we did not book one, a fact Bill knew. Bill kept the camera rolling throughout the reception and sent us two copies of the DVD after our wedding. During the reception, Bill was very active and did a great job getting our guests involved. He was attentive to the song sets and the pulse of the guests, altering the music accordingly. Bill provided superior customer service and helped make the reception a night that we will never forget. My wife and I highly recommend Bill Limbach as a DJ for your next event.

We can't say enough good things about Bill. From the first moment I spoke to Bill on the phone, I knew he would be the DJ for my son's wedding. He was professional and thorough in our introductory phone meeting and his professionalism continued on from that first meeting to the end of the wedding reception. Bill was incredibly patient with me, my son and his bride. We were all over the place and couldn't get back to him in as timely manner as we promised but he was incredibly patient and understanding. He connected with our party planner at the wedding venue as well as our photographer as soon as we gave him their contact info and he took off with it. He truly made the entire reception a cohesive event - he not only was the DJ and Master of Ceremonies but he directed the entire evening for us. Without him, I don't think I would have been able to enjoy the evening, The reception felt so short and I was trying to talk to as many guests as possible and he took care of all of the events without me having to think about it. He would tell me where to go and/or what to do and I'd try to do what he asked. He truly made it a wonderful night and allowed me time to enjoy the evening after many hours of planning.

The other thing I want to mention is that he was kind enough to provide us with a DVD of the evening. Since I was busy trying to talk to our guests I missed a lot of events, but the DVD filled in the gaps for me. We were not able to hire a videographer for the reception and he provided us with his. He takes videos of the events so that he can critique his own performance (didn't I say he was a professional?!) and he noted that we didn't have a videographer so he made us a DVD of the evening. It was so wonderful to watch - Thank you so much, Bill!!!!

Would I hear Bill, again? - Of course, I would. I would do so without a second thought or blink of an eye. He contributed greatly to a wonderful evening and I couldn't thank him enough!

Bill was great to work with! From our initial meeting until the end of our reception Bill was professional, knowledgable and overall just amazing. Going into the big day you often don’t think of everything and Bill was a huge help to us making sure that we had thought of every aspect of the reception. I would highly recommend Bill and his services, he will not only surpass your expectations as a DJ but will make the evening flow and get the party started.

Bill was amazing! He met with us twice and co-ordinated the itinerary with our other vendors. Our reception was 6 hours long and we (and the guests ) were dancing all night! Even our caterer said that was the best music they've ever heard at a wedding. I wasn't sure about the newlywed game but he said it had been a success at his other weddings. I am glad we decided to go with it. It was a huge hit! I can't thank you enough for all you did for us Bill!

Bill played a key role in our wedding and under his direction it came off perfectly! He is a consummate professional, easy to deal with and has lots of ideas to make your special day memorable, and enjoyable! He directed the flow of events from the wedding to the reception. Bill was a fantastic DJ. Before the big day, he met with me and my husband a few times to make sure he had everything he needed to make our day special. He arrived early at the venue and had everything set up promptly. All of the ceremony audio was seamless and he helped everything flow from there to the reception. He listened to all our preferences with music and made sure he was as involved as we wanted him to be. He made everything custom to us, and the night turned out perfectly. Thank you, Bill!

Bill was not only our DJ but also kept things moving as the MC for the evening and helped keep everything on track and on time.

We had our ceremony, a cocktail hour and the reception in 3 different parts of the venue and Bill was able to make it all seamless and keep things moving. We had different styles of music at all 3 and Bill was able to accommodate us and it all sounded great.

He also officiated a "Newlywed Game" for us that everyone commented was one of the highlights of the evening.

Bill was great! He was so flexible and very communicative. He was able to work with the ever changing requests from me (the bride). He was also able to provide great music for all my guest to enjoy. I can't say enough great things about Bill Limbach! He was a fabulous DJ, kept the wedding party the kind of party we asked for and did it all by arranging things with us long distance! We live in Texas and were able to coordinate our entire event in Phoenix via emails and phone calls to Bill. He incorporated everything we asked for - even the Italian touches we were hoping for. Bill was great! We knew Bill would be the DJ and Master of Ceremonies for our wedding within minutes of the interview. He was so professional, knowledgeable, fun and friendly. Bill was the best! My husband and I were so happy with our wedding and especially our DJ. Your DJ is what makes the night right, and Bill does just that. We had so many compliments from our guests regarding Bill's work. He is fantastic! He kept the guests going, dancing and watching the different games Bill had us play. He is so nice to work with and will do whatever is necessary to make your night perfect. Dj Bill is the most awesome vendor that we worked with during our wedding preparations and actual wedding.. He is very amiable, he listens to what we want and make sure we get what we want.. We let him run the reception and picked almost all songs played.. The reception went smoothly, variety of songs played and it went really well.. All our guests enjoyed our wedding!! We would not hire any other Dj than Bill!!! He is highly recommended! And oh, we even get free DVD coverage of our reception/ ceremony that we never expected, it was a great freebies from him!!!

Bill Limbach was AMAZING! Even my guests were talking about how awesome he was. He organized everything from the day we met. He got with all of my vendors to make sure everything went perfect and on time! He even video taped the wedding since we didn't have anyone to video tape. He did it strictly out of kindness. Bill was an amazing DJ! He met with us before our wedding to go over anything we wanted. He had great ideas including a newlywed game! We had so much fun! He also brought his own video camera.. this was a total suprise because we never saw it. He taped our entire ceremony and lots of our reception! It was an amazing gift to recieve and review after our wedding. Bill was very responsive to change the night of the wedding and made sure our reception was a HIT! Bill is the definition of a true DJ professional. Unlike some of the other DJs out there, you will get Bill as your DJ and not some other person they broker out. Bill takes the time to understand your needs, and helps you ever step of the way...from making sure other vendors are working together to ensure a steady flow of the event to keeping the party going all night long. Words cannot even express how pleased my husband and I were with the DJ services Bill provided for our wedding reception at Moon Valley Country Club. We were referred to Bill by our wedding photographer and we are so glad that we took her recommendation! She honestly couldn't have recommended a better person for the job. I emailed a few DJs for information and Bill was the quickest to respond to my inquiry (within the same hour that I emailed him!). Bill set up an initial meeting at our reception location and we instantly felt at ease with him upon our introduction. He asked plenty of questions to ensure that he knew our style and preferences so that our wedding reception would go exactly as we envisioned. He understands that each couple and each reception is unique and tailors his services to match your desires. Bill made a timeline for our reception, which he also emailed to our vendors so that everyone was on the same page as to how the events of the evening would unfold. He met with us again before the big day to finalize everything with us in person. The day of our reception arrived and it went off without a hitch. The bridal party was introduced with perfect pronunciation of all names (even the really difficult ones!), music was the perfect volume and there were never any mishaps with the equipment, announcements were made clearly, and Bill's personality and music selection kept the dance floor at full capacity all night! I got lots of compliments about Bill, even from a couple of wedding crashers that came from their high school reunion upstairs because our party sounded more fun! Bill is truly a high quality professional that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend in a heartbeat. Best of all, he surprised us with 2 DVDs of our reception highlights including the toasts and dances. Having all of those memories on video is priceless to us and we couldn't be more grateful for Bill and his willingness to go above and beyond our expectations. Worth every penny! :)

Bill was professional, modern, and very easy to work with. Here are some of our thoughts from the whole process:

Planning:

Bill was very easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly to e-mails. He met with us at our venue (Arrowhead Country Club) on several occasions. Bill had a very well organized itenerary and some fantastic ideas that turned out even better than we had planned. I had a somewhat obscure classical song that I wanted played during our sand ceremony, but I didn't get the song to him until a couple of days before the wedding. Not only was he able to include it, but it was queued and faded perfectly - just as I had imagined.

The Ceremony:

Bill's equipment was top tier and everything was wireless (no duct-taped cables all over!). When it came down to it the sound quality was flawless. I had a wireless mic concealed in my jacket that picked up both of our voices very well, without any glitches or static. Bill was able to wirelessly control the volume on my mic, so I didn't have to walk on eggshells with what I was saying before the ceremony started. One thing we didn't expect was that Bill had a small video camera going during the ceremony. We didn't have a videographer, and assumed we wouldn't have video at all. When we got the video a week later, we were amazed – and got choked up all over again watching the ceremony from his perspective on the DJ booth.

Reception:

The music was loud enough to keep the party rolling, but quiet enough not to blow out people's eardrums.
The reception was a ton of fun! My side of the family is a bit quieter and more reserved, while her family loves to party. Bill was able to get EVERYONE out there, having fun together - while my wife and I were able to relax and enjoy everything without a worry. Everything was on cruise control!
Bill gave the same camcorder to my best man during the reception. My best man got some awesome video, and Bill compiled it all and sent us the disks. Again – he went above and beyond our expectations.

All in all - we would recommend Bill to anyone!

Bill did an amazing job! We had over 150 guests and he kept the entire party going and entertained for hours. He had a bunch of different games/ideas to personalize the reception and make it unique - some involving comedy, some involving the guests, etc. He was also very flexible and organized while meeting with us to discuss options prior to the ceremony/reception. Bill Limbach did a fantastic job DJing our wedding. He was very professional and organized and I felt like we were on the same page with what we wanted to do with the music from the very beginning.

The best part was his awareness of the crowd, our reception was indoor and outdoor so our guests would move towards and away from the dance floor and Bill did a really good job of keeping the music going and just letting the crowd move as they wanted. It made the reception that much better and easier knowing that he had everything taken care of.

We had our wedding at the Regale! in DC Ranch a few weekes ago, Bill was our DJ. He did an AMAZING job!!! Bill was amazing! He did an excellent job by playing the music that we wanted, when we wanted, making announcements, and keeping the wedding on schedule. Our wedding was at Los Abrigados in Sedona during a holiday weekend. While Bill had never done a wedding in Sedona or at this resort, he braved traffic and arrived to the venue on time and had his equipment set-up well before the ceremony started. Having not hired a wedding planner, it was a great help to know that Bill made sure that all the vendors stayed on the same page throughout our wedding day. Bill has a great personality, and was able to mingle with the guests to keep them engaged without being unprofessional. My wife and I used Bill as our wedding DJ two weeks ago (5/23/09) and we could not have been more pleased! Bill wired the minister and myself with microphones during our ceremony and had all of his high quality equipment set up and ready to go for us. He then DJ'd our reception at Arrowhead Country Club as well as put together a montage for our guests to view. Many of our guests commented about how classy and professional our DJ was. Bill was absolutely amazing! I was really concerned that no one would be out on the dance floor, but there were only 1 or 2 songs that no one was up there, and that was beacuse something else was going on! He played a great mix of music, responded to requests very quickly, and everyone had an awesome time! He was very professional, respectful, and even rolled with the punches as my grandmother stole his microphone to tell a story when he asked her a question ;-) As far as I'm concerned, we got WAY more than we paid for. Thanks Bill!

My husband and i were extremely happy with Bill. We got his name and information from a co-worker who went on and on about him. We met with him and decided that same meeting we wanted him to DJ our wedding. Bill is very professional and he listens to what you want and more importantly don't want for your event. We have recieved many compliments from out guests about how great our DJ was. He kept the night on track and on schedule. We would recommend Bill to anyone!

Bill provided exceptional service throughout the entire ceremony and reception. He went over every detail early on so things would run smoothly. He communicated with all of my vendors to make sure that they were all on the same page. He was involved with the crowd throughout the entire night. I would highly recommend Bill.

Bill was everything we could have ever asked for in a DJ. He was professional, funny, creative, and most of all, a great guy. We met with him a couple of times to discuss our preferences, and he gave us great ideas when it came to the reception. My husband and I didn't even think about the fact that people need to interact at the wedding, but Bill offered excellent strategies (games and dances) to get the party started! Bill has many years of experience, and knows how to direct weddings and prevent any disasters (by the way, there were none at my wedding!). He really got my guests involved, and even the people I thought would never dance were up there shakin it! Everyone was telling me how great the Dj was after my wedding...at most weddings I have been to, most people dont even notice the DJ! Still, Bill was inspiring and funny at all the right moments...like my guests said "he's not one of those obnoxious DJs that dont know when to be quiet". Even my father who was skeptical of hiring a DJ for the whole 5 hours was deeply impressed and thankful for his presence. I only hope that I have another opportunity someday to hire a DJ because I am going straight to Bill!

Bill helped us to plan our reception so that everything ran smoothly. He was very flexible and willing to work with our ideas, but his experience and suggestions were what pulled the night together. After our wedding he sent us a DVD of the reception (for free) that he'd asked one of the groomsmen to take since we hadn't hired a videographer. I would definitely recommend him!

Bill was a great DJ. He had a ton of really cute and fun games that he did to make our wedding fun and interactive and it wasn't too over the top. We had so many people tell us how fun our wedding was. We would highly recommend him.

Bill Limbach (The DJ for You) was absolutely the best DJ we have ever experienced at a wedding reception! The music was perfect and everyone had a wonderful time. We are still getting comments on how great the DJ was! Our guests especially like the newlywed game! Bill definitely went above and beyond and we would highly recommend him!

Bill Limbach was an amazing DJ. His professionalism, quality of service and overall personality is outstanding. He really makes you feel comfortable and listened to what we wanted during our reception. We obtained many complement on our DJ selection, and were thrilled during the reception because his music selection got many of our guests on the dance floor. Bill was great in keeping in touch with us throughout the planning process and making sure that everything was squared away before the wedding day. He was very accomodating in our music selections for the ceremony and really jazzed up the reception. A lot of our guests said it was the most entertaining wedding they had been to in quite a while.

I first saw Bill at a wedding Expo, he was so friendly and out-going that I wanted to have a one on one meeting with him. After out one on one and he explained all the games, i.e. the "newlywed game" The questionnaire at each table and also that he was going to be the master of ceremonies I really like what he had to say. I was sold. The night went off better then I could have even expected he got people on the dance floor made suggestions. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is getting married. I first saw Bill at a wedding and then found out that he also hosted a church friend's wedding. After talking to her and meeting Bill personally, I was sold. His willingness to accommodate suggestions and requests was excellent. All of our guests enjoyed not only the "Newlywed Game" but also the "How well do you know the Bride & Groom?". Bill made our wedding the success that it was. My wife and I haven't had that much fun in years, and Bill is the reason. He coordinated with the facility, the photographer, catering, and minister to ensure everything went as planned.

We can't sing his praises enough and without any hesitation, strongly recommmend his services. He takes a personal interest in his clients that shows.

Bill is the best & only DJ everyone should use at their wedding. Not only does he DJ, he pretty much coordinates it all & keeps everything together. We went over details & he listens & helps to make your wedding unique. He is very organized & gets everyone involved. I never had ANY worries about Bill, unlike my other wedding craziness. We booked Bill as our DJ because he did my sisters wedding years ago and she was so happy with him. He came over to our house so we could meet him and we decided that night to use him. Bill promptly answered the e-mails I sent him. He gave good advice about choosing music to keep the guests having fun. After the wedding I received several compliments about him from my family. My grandpa thought Bill did such a great job of making the wedding about me and not showing himself off. My parents thought he did a great job of pacing the wedding events. My husband's grandpa said it was the most elegant wedding he'd ever been to. Even my photographer said it was a fun party! There were other compliments too. We were happy with all the music he played. Bill "reads the crowd" very well. My husband and I thought Bill did a GREAT job; we would recommend Bill!

We would reccommend anyone who wanted to have a classy and beautiful wedding reception to use Bill Limbach as their DJ. He was extremely professional and attentive, and as a result of listening to what we wanted, he put together the perfect selection of music that really made our night special. I remember when first meeting with Bill he stated that he treats every wedding reception as though it was his own, and it was evident that he really meant that.

Bill, first of all, Thank you very much for the job well done. We couldn't have been any happier. You are real professional and our saving grace. As you know, we hired another DJ who scammed us, lucky for us we used pay pal, reported him, and recieved a refund of the 200 deposit we gave him. At short notice you filled in, and man what a great night it was. Your time and professionalism will never be forgotten. I am very thankfull that you were out DJ. My wife was very worried after our first debuckle, but you calmed her fears on our first meeting together. And for that, I owe you. I have your cards and I will hand them out, you have my email, phone #, and please, give them out and I would gladly put my name and reputation on the line for you at anytime. I had no idea that you took on so much of the coordinating. I believe that a major part of our wedding going smoothly was having you at the reins keeping everyone on beat. Thank you very much.

We hired Bill after he was recommended by a DJ friend of ours that was already booked. We knew the DJ was going to be one of the most important vendors we had because we wanted everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves while we celebrated our day. We met with Bill a few times prior to the wedding and I had countless emails with him. He was very sure he knew exactly what I wanted and even made suggestions to help the reception run smoother. He was always early, very professional and was absolutely AMAZING! We received countless compliments about him and everyone wanted to know where we found him. The dance floor was full all night and everyone always knew what was going on. He was great at making announcements so the guests new when we would be cutting the cake, throwing the garter/bouquet, etc. I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat! He is worth every penny; you won't be disappointed!

We were extremely happy with Bill Limbach as our DJ for our wedding. He was by far one of the top vendors that we used, and I would highly recommend him. He coordinated with all of our other vendors to make sure that the evening went smoothly, he played all of the songs that I had requested to him, and he got our wedding guests out on the dance floor and kept everyone entertained without using crazy tactics that we have seen at other weddings. We came across Bill as he was the DJ at my sisters wedding a few years earlier, and are so happy that we made the decision to use him as well. He went above and beyond what we expected from a DJ. We met with a few other DJ's in the Phoenix area, and I would say that none of them could compare with his professionalism. Again, I would highly recommend using Bill as your DJ! He did a fantastic job!

Bill was unbelievable as a DJ! All of my family, friends and myself have decided that hiring him was the best decision and the reception would not have turned out so great without him. He really involves all of the guests, he gets them up and moving. Even while we were taking pictures, he was taking care of the guests! He was the most thorough of all of my vendors. He even coordinated with the other vendors (photographer, site manager, catering, etc.) to ensure that they were all on the same page and the day would run smoothly. Both himself and his equipment was very professional and nice looking. We had a pretty long list of music that was special to us and I could not believe he played ALL of it. That really made our day so special. The reception was a blast and we didn't have to worry about anything thanks to Bill!

Bill is the man! Having witnessed some DJ-disasters in our past, we were apprehensive about selecting a DJ for our wedding. Bill put us at ease right away - he's simply the most accommodating and professional DJ we came across. In fact, he ran circles around the others. Bill is like a DJ/wedding coordinator all in one. He took ownership of the "flow of the night," and took it upon himself to coordinate with all our other vendors - the officiant, photographer, videographer and wedding venue. He also came to the table with ideas for optional "add-ons" to the ceremony. We were also thrilled when he came to the rescue and was more than willing to edit down our father-daughter and first dance songs for us. Amazing. He was also all-ears when we had specific requests for the night. At the actual wedding, the dance floor was jam-packed. He got everyone to their feet. Our party could have gone all night! Needless to say, you probably don't need to waste your time interviewing other DJs.... Bill has our wholehearted recommendation and we feel so lucky to have had him as our DJ. Bill did an awesome job for us as our wedding DJ. From the first meeting we had until he event he was professional and courteous. He answered emails and phone calls very quickly and answered all of my questions. He made the whole music planning process so easy. Our wedding was April 2 and Bill did a fabulous job. Our guests continue to talk about the reception and loved the variety of music he played. He was very flexible and kept the reception flowing smoothly which was not easy because I was very sick and timing kept getting delayed due to me as well as dress malfunctions! No one ever noticed because Bill was on top of it. He listened to what Greg and I did and did not like and our guests liked his humor and his interactions with the guests. The only issue was the ceremony music. My husband and I picked a few songs to play while guests were seating and one single song to play for bridal party entry. At a certain part in the song was when I was suppose to enter. Apparently some one of the songs played about 15 sec, stopped then he started our song. Timing was off so I came in about 20 sec or so after the part I was suppose to. No one noticed but my husband and I could not even hear the music as I was in a daze. It was a minor detail, but a big deal to my husband. Other than that everything was perfect and I really appreciate how well he worked with such a large bridal party of 14 and a sick bride. Thanks Bill!
