Daughter's wedding

Amazing!!! Kate was wonderful to work with. Best wedding food I have ever tasted! My guests were telling me afterwards how delicious it was. Love the duo entrees. Catering/bar service was also excellent. I would highly recommend for any big event you may have in the future.

You won't be disappointed by booking Beyond Details! Our guests can't stop talking about the food at our wedding. The shrimp and grits are some of the best i've ever had. Brandy was so easy to work with. She truly listens for what you are looking for and helps with suggestions and substitutions. On wedding day, the flow of catering was so efficient and the catering team was so kind!

A dream!

If you are looking for a true DREAM TEAM to work with for your wedding- do not hesitate for another second and call Brandy from Beyond Details. I had no idea where to start with wedding planning but Beyond Details was mentioned to me by a friend. I reached out and immediately heard back. Communication was ON POINT! Prices and options were totally reasonable. The food was INCREDIBLE and not to mention looked beautiful in its presentation. Brandy and her team were so professional. When I initially reached out Brandy told me she also does florals so I booked her for that too. She helped me coordinate linens, table rentals, alcohol and bar vendors etc. She did it all fast, efficient and seamless. I would not have been able to make my wedding happen without Brandy. She was so amazing. If you know anyone looking for catering and beautiful florals for their event you MUST CALL BEYOND DETAILS!!!!! I can’t praise her and her team enough!

THE Absolute Best!!!

From the moment I spoke with Amber at Beyond Details, I knew we had found our caterer! Her amazing knowledge and professionalism helped us through the process of planning and orchestrating our rehearsal dinner party for our son. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the presentation was flawless! We started planning this event well before Covid, but even with all the shuffling and uncertainty that this pandemic brought, Amber remained the calm amidst the storm. They were flexible and kind and supportive. With every phone call or email, over and over again, I was amazed at how lucky we were to have them as our caterers!
Their company name, Beyond Details, is perfect! They went above and beyond, creating the most memorable evening for our family and all our guests. We are forever grateful!

Beyond Details catered our wedding Sept 2020. This wedding was originally scheduled for May at the Bedford, and last minute we decided to move it to our lake house at Tims Ford. Wanted an outdoor open Outdoor venue where our guests would feel more comfortable

Amber and team were great. The were able to pivot and not miss a beat. Food was phenomenal (Plated dinner with steak filet and shrimp and grits) and they stepped up and supported the entire ceremony. Professional, personable, smiling and hard working. No hesitation in recommending!!

Beyond Perfection!

We are so thrilled we chose Beyond Details to provide catering and florals for our wedding day! From the taste testing to the wedding day, everything was fantastic! We loved our taste testing experience, and they even sent us home with a little sample because my husband loved the appetizer so much! It was so much fun talking about food options, and discussing florals with Brandi. I brought pictures of floral inspiration to show Brandi, I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted. Brandi was able to look at the photos provided, and create our perfect wedding vision! She made suggestions that were very helpful and asked many questions to help create a vision of our wedding day. We made adjustments to our order through our wedding planner, and the process was easy and simple; less stress for the bride! On the wedding day Brandi walked me through the bouquets and alter piece to ensure it was okay, and it was absolutely beautiful! We cannot thank you so much for the incredible experience, and for making our wedding day even more special!!

The Best Wedding Food

Best wedding vendor choice ever!

Beyond Details was one of the best decision we made for our big event. Amber & Brandy were so helpful throughout the whole process- not to mention the food for our wedding was out of this world! The Beyond Details Team also did an amazing job taking all of my pinterest inspiration for our florals and turning them into a reality.We would have been lost without the Beyond Details team they answered any and all of my question. Great service & the food was AMAZING!

I had a great experience with Beyond Details! They offered top notch customer service and were very accommodating of my dietary restrictions (I have a dairy allergy and they made me a free custom meal since our wedding menu included dairy). Best of the Best

My son was married in Franklin, Tennessee in September of 2018 which is 7 hours away from our hometown. I was nervous and stressed because I knew no one in this area and was hoping and praying that my internet search would lead me to the best vendor. Well…. Brandy and her crew exceeded my wildest expectations and were absolutely amazing!!! They catered the Rehearsal Dinner for me. The food was absolutely out of this world!!! The venue did not have a full kitchen to work out of but you would never have known. The passed Hor'Dourves were mini hot chicken + waffles, Shrimp and Grits, Sesame Chicken Salad, and Cheeseburger Sliders. A plated Caesar Salad was next. The main course included a Petite Sirloin, Smashed Potatoes, Green Bean Bundles, Summer Squash, and a roll. We ended the evening with home made Apple Pie. There were so many compliments on the food and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. If you are in the Nashville area and are looking for the best of the best, then Beyond Details is the caterer for you! They were punctual, professional, flexible, and truly made our evening perfect and memorable!!! Don't waste your time looking any where else...…….Beyond Details is the premier caterer in the Nashville area!

Thee mac n cheese!

People are STILL ranting and raving about the mac-n-cheese at our wedding! Beyond Details killed the food at our wedding. Everyone loved it! We paid about $47/pp for a buffet with 2 main courses, 2 veggies, bread and salad, which was a very reasonable price. Food was kept hot.

Fabulous food and gorgeous flowers!

We were so pleased with our decision to use Beyond Details for the food and flowers for our daughter's recent Nashville wedding. Brandy and her team were professional and responsive. Our guests raved about the delicious food from the appetizers to dessert. The majority of our guests were from out of town and our appetizers incorporated the flavors of Nashville -- shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles. Our friends really enjoyed the little taste of Nashville. The entrees were equally delicious. The servers and bartenders she used were great. They were responsive to everyone's needs. We couldn't have asked for a better team! The flowers and table designs were also stunning and enhanced the ambiance of the evening. It was a beautiful wedding due largely to Brandy and her staff.

Best Wedding food... EVER

My Wife and I are very particular about our food quality, so when we found Beyond details we knew they were the ones. We met them in a quiet, romantic location to do our taste test. With it being a destination wedding, we tested 4 other vendors on the same day. Beyond details was first and they stuck out in our minds every single place we taste tested... they became the one to beat. When we made it through the day of food touring, we immediately knew we had to contract Beyond details for our big day.
After we locked them in, we went to multiple friend weddings through the year and still used them as "the one to beat". I won't lie, we understand that preparing food for a small order is much different than mass quantities, but we prayed that the food quality would stay the same on our magical day. Beyond details brought their A game on our wedding day... the food was the quality you expect in a 5-star restaurant. Our guests loved it and we will always remember how amazing the food and staff were for the entire day!

Over all our experience with Beyond Details was awesome for flowers and catering. We had a lot of compliments on the food and flowers. We did have some negative feedback on bar staffing and servers, from guests. However, this should not reflects on them as a whole. Thank you for helping make my daughters wedding day perfect.

Beyond Details provided truly exceptional service. Ours was a multi-cultural wedding with guests flying in from five continents. Todd truly went above and beyond to incorporate dishes from South Africa and Russia to celebrate our unique heritage. Kaylyn, our assigned rep, was very responsive. Brandy and her team were amazing to work with. She eased the stress on my plate and was fun to work with. They have a great menu selection, the tasting was fun and she offered constant guidance when it came to the menu and my changes/tweaks throughout the process. We really loved having Beyond Details cater the food for our daughters wedding this past weekend. They provided food for the rehersal dinner as well as the wedding for 300 people. I only take the time to review a vendor when they are either exceptional or sub-par. And, I never give a recommendation unless I believe the product/service is outstanding. Beyond Details did an outstanding job catering my son's wedding. I have received an OVERWHELMING number of positive comments from our guests regarding how delicious and fresh the food was. The presentation was stunning. We also used the foral service and it was also perfect. We could not have been happier. My partner and I own a design firm here in Nashville called Ninth & Everett. We have had the honor of working with multiple caterers for our weddings and events. Without a doubt, we can count on Beyond Details for perfection every time. The presentation is amazing, the food is always hot, there is a huge variety to choose from, great price point, and in my opinion, above all, communication and client respect and appreciation is ALWAYS present.

The staff is always on time, shirts ironed, they look good, they are professional, and they are always willing to assist and go above and beyond to make the client happy. Truly 5 STAR service here. That is hard to come by... But they "get it".

Thrilled that they are here in Nashville. We have used them for multiple events and have 4 more events booked with them in the future..

Brandy was very professional and accommodating. She wanted to make sure that my daughter's wedding vision was fulfilled in every detail. She was always very calm and patient with us and never made us feel as though we were frustrating her (even though at times I'm sure we were)! All of the food was delicious and the flowers.... from the wedding party to the ceremony and table centerpieces were amazing. If you want a company that is flexible, reliable, prompt answering questions, priced well, and does an outstanding job with food and flowers this is the company. I had to do almost everything on line or the phone since I live in Texas and Brandy and her group made sure I had everything needed to give my daughter a fabulous wedding. They have a fabulous menu but will take suggestions (live the bacon bar & tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich), will let you know if you are lacking something, give opinions (which I always respect), and just fun to work with from day one.

CATERING -- WOW!! From the initial emails with Brandy, I knew she/Beyond Details was the perfect caterer for us. She helped make all my dreams come true, from the specific off menu items I requested, to scheduling meetings, countless proposal revisions, and more - Beyond Details was a dream to work with. Their customer service and client-first mindset is incredible and something to really be proud of. AND THE FOOD... it is the best in town. We had passed hors d'oeuvres, action stations, plated dinner, dessert shooters and a s'mores bar! Every single set-up was so visual and gorgeous. My guests definitely enjoyed the food, because there was NOTHING left (and we had tons!). Each menu item was gourmet, warm, fresh, and delicious!!

FLORALS -- Beyond Details has their own in-house floral designer, Karrah, who is an absolute dream. She took meetings with me to review exactly the type of flowers I wanted, how big/small each arrangement should be, and to look at countless examples until we had the vision set. Karrah was patient with me and helped educate me on what is in season, what works well together (and what does not), and did a great job managing my expectations and budget.

For anyone looking for the best team Nashville has to offer -- you've found it with Beyond Details! It is such a benefit to have the catering and florals come from one vendor, it is streamlined and they work together so well making it easy and stress-free for the client.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I am an event planner by trade so to say my expectations were high would be an understatement. Beyond Details perfected it all and I can't thank them enough for the memories they helped create.

Brandy and her team at Beyond Details were amazing Caterers for Monica and Brandon's Wedding. As a Wedding Planner I will admit, we are very select in whom we work with in the industry. Quality of product and attention to detail means everything in this business. Brandy met every question from our clients with professionalism, specific details and a outcome that worked for everyone. The quality of food that she and her team presents is exquisite and on point, even when working at a venue with no kitchen. They are on time, worked very closely with us as planners to make sure the food was presented on time and hot. The most important thing that stands out to me is the attention to detail that Brandy took with her food stations, presentation of the plated dinners and the over all execution of the meal. They made sure that breakdown was done 100% and even stayed and helps us wrap a thousand candles... I can't say enough good things about Brandy and her whole team! Brandy Dyer and her team were incredible. I have never felt so at ease within such an ordinarily stressful process. The food was not only delicious but they took the time to make it look BEAUTIFUL. I was treated with so much respect even though I was just a college student/ event planning amateur putting on a sorority formal. I could go on for days. Beyond Details is the best catering/floral vendor in the Nashville area and you would miss out if you didn't book them.

Brandy was amazing to work with! She is so sweet, and was willing to help us with any questions we had, regardless of if they were about catering. She worked with us and our budget to create a great menu! People complimented the food all night (and for days after). Absolutely give her a call!

I loved working with Brandy and her team. They were easy to work with and gave ideas to help around budgets. I knew from her style and the set up of her office space alone that I would love their taste and trust their judgement. I gave Brandy full trust, and I told her to make any decisions she needed the days before the wedding in case I was unavailable. Everyone was responsive and helped with any and all crazy questions as they came up in planning. My wedding wasn't in Nashville proper, and they made sure everything was coordinated for an on time arrival for set up and tear down. I received so many compliments on the food, and numerous people told me how impressed they were with how it all looked as well as tasted. If I ever need catering for an event again, I would definitely use Beyond Details again. I also used Beyond Details for my bouquet and groom's boutonniere, and everything was exactly as I had envisioned.

You can not go wrong with Beyond Details! Working with Kaylyn and Jakob was so easy and enjoyable from start to finish! They designed the most beautiful wedding and so unique that I had friends and coworkers telling me weeks after the wedding that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. I'm so glad I had someone like Jakob doing the thinking and vision of all the details for me because it completely took any stress out of the wedding planning. I completely trusted their ideas and you get to see and imagine what everything will look like because they have a building filled with all of their beautiful props and will set up an example area to give you a taste of what your wedding will look like. Even seeing the examples ahead of time, I was completely floored and brought to tears when I saw the space on my wedding day. It was absolutely magnificent. Thank you so much for making my wedding so perfect!

Beyond Details was beyond accommodating! I changed my mind a bunch and they were always willing to work with me. Their work is impeccable and my bouquet took my breath away! Jakob Garner (owner of The Mill at Yellow River and Beyond Details) created the perfect wedding for our daughters. Our older daughter was married at the Mill in 2014. She wanted an elegant and romantic look. Beyond Details delivered!!! The ceremony was held outdoors in the garden area fronting onto the Yellow River. The red brick facade of the Mill was the perfect backdrop. The flowers were lovely in shepherd's hooks hanging on the aisles. Inside, for the reception, long tables were spectacularly decorated with beautiful florals, candles and votives. Cafe tea lights and cream linen long drapes were strung across the ceiling to create a romantic, magical aura. The food was outstanding. When our younger daughter became engaged, we sought Jakob out again to create another perfect wedding!! The couple was married inside amidst a stunning display of golden branches, crystal orbs with tea lights, cafe lights, cream linen drapery, large iron floor lanterns with candles. Flower petals were strewn along the wedding aisle. It looked like a scene from The Great Gatsby. Cocktail hour was outdoors and butlers passed o'er d'heuvres while bartenders seamlessly filled guests orders. The Beyond Details staff "flipped" the room, indoors, to create a stunning visual with long tables outfitted in champagne linens and glitter-gold table runners. Cafe lights, golden branches and glass orbs ran throughout the room. The lighting was soft and warm and created a magical atmosphere.The food was outstanding. The dance floor was accented by a "club/bistro" seating area. Everything about this wedding was excellent and well-thought out. I would recommend, WITHOUT HESITATION, Jakob, Todd, Kaylyn, and the rest of this outstanding staff to anyone who is looking to create a memorable event.

I cannot praise Brandy and Karrah enough! They made my March 25th wedding absolutely gorgeous with our florals and so yummy with fabulous food! Brandy and her Beyond Details team were fantastic to work with. I was coordinating a charity event and reached out in order to talk through my budget and options. Brynn was my first contact point was extremely helpful in setting up some options and a brief tasting. Brandy stepped in to outline what my budget could support and to her credit clearly took into account this was for a non-profit organization and went above and beyond ensuring we received every break she could manage. That flexibility alone earned a customer for life.

In terms of the food, staff, and process, I could not have asked for more. Attendees raved about the quality and presentation. As the person responsible for catering, I was confident everything would be smooth sailing and it was.

I would recommend Beyond Details to anyone looking to host an event that requires any of the services they provide. I was looking for a team that I could trust to execute my plan without me having to be keeping tabs on and they exceeded my expectations. Truly a great experience.

The staff at Beyond Details took care of all the details! The food was delicious and just the right selection for my guests. The service staff was prompt and helpful, and completely unobtrusive. Beyond Details was an absolute joy to work with when planning our wedding. Beyond Details is an excellent catering and coordinating company. We used Beyond Details for our December 2015 wedding, and I couldn't be happier. The food at our reception was incredible, and the guests loved it! We chose tomato soup shooter and grilled cheese hors d'oeuvres, which were a huge hit! Our dinner of prime rib, corn souffle, green bean almondine, and roasted new potatoes was incredible. We have some leftovers, and I ate them for days after the wedding. So good! We purchased a credit at the "Found" store, and the props we chose were just perfect. Beyond Details also provided a GORGEOUS hanging aisle arrangement of branches and orb lights which wowed our guests (and me!). EVERYONE who came to the wedding or saw photos after have said it was just breathtaking! Thank you, Beyond Details!!

Brandy and her team were absolutely incredible to work with! They were so kind and helpful, all the way down to helping us select wine to pair with our meal. There were many choices for the menu, and everything that we tasted was delicious! In addition to the catering for our wedding, we booked the Savannah Tea Co. for my bridesmaid's tea (also run by Brandy). It was so perfect and fun! The food and attention to detail was beyond what we expected. I'm so glad we chose to use Beyond Details for our catering, and even wish we had chosen to book them as our florist as well!!

I loved my experience with Beyond Details. My flowers were beautiful and looked exactly like the photo I showed them. Brandy is wonderful to work with. Beyond Details catered our wedding at the Mill at Yellow River. A few months before the wedding we were able to sample the food at a tasting, which was included in our package. The tasting was amazing and so helpful. The food was delicious and the staff was so helpful and respectful. It was a great opportunity to sample the popular items we were thinking about putting on our menu, while also see the venue set up with tables and decor (good for getting ideas). Our personal wedding day consultant was there with us, answering questions, showing us promotions that were available, and just making sure we were taken care of. The day of the wedding, we had a buffet menu, and the food was absolutely delicious! Beyond Details handled all of the catering, including clearing all the guests plates, and serving the bride, groom, parents of bride, and parents of groom. Those extra details were so nice and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend going with Beyond Details at the Mill or the Cotton Warehouse!

I can't say enough about Beyond Details! Brandy and her staff were amazing throughout the whole process! Our wedding was outdoors in Nashville with a buffet style dinner. The setup was beautiful and elegant...and we got so many compliments on the food. And I probably wouldn't of had a chance to try it if the staff didn't bring us food and make sure we ate! We used Beyond Details for catering, florals, and event coordination. I cannot recommend this vendor strongly enough.

Brandy was our wedding coordinator. She is so professional and helpful, and she definitely put my mind at ease during the whole process. Brandy is very knowledgable and so generous with her suggestions and ideas regarding anything from staying within budget to handling drama. Our wedding day ran so smoothly with Brandy doing the coordinating. She's truly a gem!

Beyond Details also did the catering for our wedding. All of our guests complimented the food--it was fantastic! I would highly recommend their catering services. In addition to the food being delicious, the serving staff and bartenders were friendly and professional.

Finally, Beyond Tables provided our florals. I loved the arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres! I had something very specific in mind for our 1920's-themed wedding, and Danielle in florals went above and beyond to make it happen. Everything looked gorgeous!

They made my wedding fabulous! Beyond Details paid attention to the details, made our wedding day design reflect our (me and my husband) personality, and were wonderful to work with. Tim and Jakob were flexible with our needs, were passionate about their job and obviously cared about making my day perfect for me. My wedding was in March 2015 and I still receive comments about how gorgeous things were and how awesome the food was. The food was DELICIOUS! I am so glad that we worked with Beyond Details. Brandy and her team are absolutely fantastic. Not only is she so fun and energetic, but the food is DELICIOUS!! Even my family and friends from New Orleans are still talking about how good it was! The carrot soufflé is a must. In fact, she knew I loved it so much that during my wedding she brought me an entire plate of it! I cannot say I found Beyond Details on my own. My brother found them and used them for his wedding flowers and catering. Everyone was impressed; they're set-up was really beautiful and you can tell Brandy (the owner) and the Beyond staff really take pride in every bit of their work. Brandy is truly a delight! Since then I have had the pleasure of working with Beyond for my own event and of course also spectacular. They're so easy to work with, the food is great, the flowers are great and they make everything beautiful and stress free. Really I can't say enough good things about Beyond Details.

We have used Beyond Details Catering once or twice a month for over a year. The food is consistently delicious and warm and presented in a professional, timely manner. They are accommodating to all needs and we ALWAY get compliments on the food. Beyond Details has fed over 1000 guests for us and we have never had any complaints - AMAZING! All of the employees are delightful, professional, and talented. I only wish I had found them sooner. The catering and food used to be a source of stress for me. Since we started using Beyond Details, I don't have to worry about the food at all!

Beyond Details exceeded all of my expectations. We used them to caterer our food and also do the floral design.

The food was outstanding, many of our guest stated that it was the best food that they have had. Todd was great to work with. We have dietary needs (dairy free and gluten free) and Todd was very understanding. He was able to make our dishes with vegan butter and alternative milks as well as gluten free. Our guests had no clue since Todd did an awesome job making everything taste delicious! The carved turkey and cod were to die-for as well as the bbq chicken corn cups!

The presentation was outstanding. Jakob has a true eye for design. We got married at the Trolley Barn which is a big open space. Jakob took our vintage theme and made it look gorgeous. He even made paper wreaths out of old sheets of music that we were able to keep. The mason jar chandeliers were beautiful.

Amanda was our primary point of contact, she was very responsive and really helped to coordinate everything and keep things on track.

Beyond Details will work within your budget to create the wedding of your dreams - I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Beyond Details for making my day stress-free and a memorable event of a lifetime!

We used The Cotton Warehouse as our event venue, and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was beautiful, but informal which is what we wanted. The catering from Beyond Details was excellent. I've never had food that good at a wedding before. They also did our flowers and even though I was having a hard time describing what I wanted they nailed it. Couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else.

I met with Brandy several months before our daughter's wedding for a second tasting, the first one was with our daughter and fiancé only. I was absolutely blown away by the tasty offerings. Our guests could not stop talking about how great the food was. Our point person was Tim and he was so professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Todd, Tim, and the whole team are awesome and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great catering company.

Going into this event I had zero experience with planning an event or hiring a catering service. Brandy Dyer and the team at Beyond Details Catering were extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process. Due to my work schedule I was not able to meet with Brandy prior to the event to discuss our plans face to face. This was absolutely no issue at all, she was able to fully understand what we were looking for through only email and showed up more than prepared to execute our event.

At the event the Beyond Details team was extremely friendly and willing to help with numerous tasks at our event which were outside of their responsibility. Aside from being a great group of people to work with, the Beyond Details team prepared an amazing meal to serve the 400 individuals attending our event. I received numerous compliments from guests about the food being the best meal they have ever had at a Military Ball. I would recommend Brandy Dyer and Beyond Details Catering to anyone looking to cater an event in the future.

Chef Todd did such an amazing job with the food for our wedding. Being a Louisiana girl in a Georgia world I wanted to make sure we had some good Louisiana staples at the wedding. My Louisiana family raved about the crawfish étouffée and shrimp and grits (hit of the night!). It was such pleasure to work with all of the people from Beyond Details and I highly recommend them!

Brandy and her team did an amazing job with catering and providing florals for my wedding! Brandy was so sweet to work with and incredibly on top of every last detail. On the big day, I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew it was going to be taken care of. Danielle also did a beautiful job with my florals and was very accommodating to all my random requests! Definitely recommend this company and the wonderful services they provide!

Bandy and John were so easy to work with. John did an amazing job with the food. Brandy was helpful on everything and very easy to with with. She always responded immediately and have great suggestions on vendors to use. She took on a "event coordinator" position instead of just a caterer when it came to helping me work through things. They did all of our florals and they were amazing and added the final touch to all the tables. The staff that they brought were professional and very easy to work with as well. They all had matching Aprons on that really tied the look of Beyond Details and made them stand out incomparison with other caters I have worked with in the past. I would recommend Beyond Details for everything!!!

My event was an art exhibit. It was very personal and somewhat unique. I felt I was given attention and had my ideas validated and accepted. It was an easy and wonderful experience.

From our first meeting with Brandy and Danielle we felt very comfortable. We appreciated their easy-going personalities, their affordable prices, and their excellent services. We could not have been more pleased with the final product. It truly exceeded all expectations! Beyond Details provided wonderful food, and spectacular floral arrangements for three locations during my son's wedding weekend. Guests were so impressed with the beauty and deliciousness of what they provided. But the most impressive service was their attitude of wanting to work with the family's unique desires. In particular the willingness and creativity to use the bride's father's garden roses in the floral design was so appreciated. Both families could not have been more pleased with Beyond Details' service.

I absolutely loved working with Brandy and her team at Beyond Details for my wedding. The menu they came up with was perfect and our guests loved it. They were flexible with creating a perfect menu and including options for guests with dietary restrictions. Brandy was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend them to others!

Brandy and her staff were awesome the whole way through. They were very professional and answered any questions I had very quickly. They were not the cheapest option I looked at but it is worth it for what you get. The food was delicious and the service was on point. Great job!

Beyond Details is AMAZING. Seriously, no exaggeration. They were a huge part of making our wedding so perfect! From the perfectly cooked and moist chicken, the most amazing salad and cute little dessert tins - BEYOND DETAILS is definitely the perfect name for this amazing catering company. A few of our more picky eaters even went back for seconds :-)

We received so many comment about how great the food was and even more comments about how amazing Brandy, John and the wait staff were!!

I promise you this - you will never find a catering service better than Beyond Details.
The service is exemplary, the food is fantastic, their professionalism is outstanding and their ability to make every detail unique to your event is beyond what you can expect. They are top notch.

This is the 2nd time I have hired them to cater for an event and the 3rd event I have gone to that they have catered. Each was even more impressive than the one before. They have always been outstanding.

So much so that Brandy and John have become like family to my wife and I. Right before our wedding reception began our wedding party was in a VIP lounge waiting to be announced and we asked Brandy and John to come back just so we could say hi to them. They aren’t just caterers, Brandy and John are family. The great food and service is the bonus.

I will never seek another catering service for any event again. Im hooked!!!

Katherine and Beyond Details made certain that every little detail was taken care of for my daughter's wedding! I had no worries on the day of the event and prior to that, every time we met we had so much fun and laughter! The food was the absolute BEST that I have ever had at a wedding and when I asked for two serving lines so that my guests would be accommodated quicker, they were more than happy to oblige. It was the best wedding ever and I highly recommend Katherine and Beyond Details!!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Chef Todd, Ebony, and the rest of the team were. My guest are still talking about the food. If you don't choose anything else off the menu please get the chicken salad. I will definitely use Beyond Details again and again!

The quality of Beyond Details is in the name itself. They are very professional women/men working hard to make your day wonderful. They are always quick with responses and able to work around your budget. Their felixiblity in times of stress and organization makes them worth working with. All these things don't even touch the beauty they bring to your wedding day. It was beyond my expecations. I was truly grateful for all they did for us and will refer them from now on.

Beyond Details could not have done a better job. Brandy and Danielle were awesome to work with. The food was delicious and the floral arrangements were beautiful. Everything was just like we had asked for. The waitstaff was expecially sweet and on top of things. I would highly recommend them.

The appetizers and meals we chose were delicious just as in the tasting and they even made an appetizer not on the menu at our request. The presentation was pretty and the bartender was very professional, as were the servers.

Brandy and her staff at Beyond the Details were amazing. They provided my food, table decor, bar floral services. Everything about their service was perfect. The wait staff and everyone involved was so kind and friendly and a joy to have for the reception. Our venue even raved over how wonderful they were. They were such a delight to work with and our reception wouldn't have been the same if we used anyone else. I had SO many compliments on how delicious the food was! It was all set up beautifully, kept warm, and flowed wonderfully. The table decorations and floral were better then I ever pictured in my head. Every flower right down to the toss bouquet was lovely and just what I asked for. Brandy and her staff were organized and prepared which really helps not only in the months leading up to the wedding but of course the night of the reception. I would HIGHLY recommend Beyond the Details to all my friends and family that have future weddings or events!

Brandy and John were so amazing to work with. Brandy was always so quick to respond to my emails, which was so great as we were planning our wedding. We loved the presentation of the food, the taste of the food, and the quailty of service that Brandy and her staff provided. I never once had to worry about anything to do with our food on the day of the wedding. Brandy had it all taken care of. The little touches like having the salads in mason jars really started the meal off right.
We couldn't have been happier to have Beyond Details as part of our wedding team. Thanks again!!

Brandy and her team were amazing at accommodating us throughout the whole wedding planning process and day of. We had a fiesta themed menu and everything was great. Our guests raved over the fajitas! I am so glad that the food came out great and people actually enjoyed it compared to other catered food! Thank you guys so much for the beautiful decor and amazing food. We loved the flowers that were used for our wedding and the other decor items.

worked with Beyond Details for both catering and design. We met with Jakob in November of last year to begin the planning process. Originally, I had something very modern in mind, and Jakob created a design plan very quickly that I loved. After he visited the private residence where the reception would be located, he suggested that we take a more rustic and whimsical approach for the outdoor flowers. His suggestions could not have turned out better. The centerpiece flowers looked stunning. The tables were set up when the staff arrived, and they arranged the three different designs beautifully. Our guests loved the many unique options that Jakob came up with, including dusty miller and curly willow. Our photographer noted that the flowers complimented the outdoor venue. The ceremony design was a little more casic. We supplied the floating candles, and Beyond Details arranged different size cylinders throughtout the Chapel. We had originally decided that curly willow would also be submerged but I believe the staff noticed that the aisles were too thin. They were able to make the space look beautiful. The bouquets were all prepared on time. The mothers had individual roses; they were slightly wilted. This was understandable since the weather was incredibly hot and humid that day. My mother also chose to decorate the mantle in the Chapel. We were not orignally aware that this would be empty, and Beyond Details was very flexible with their supplies and any work that my mother did. Overall, i would recommend this vendor for any wedding.
