The staff was all amazing and so helpful. The food was fantastic, all my guests were very impressed. The venue was updated and finished the day before my wedding and is absolutely beautiful. My wedding was everything I hoped for and more. -

Ramkota's staff made our wedding reception picture perfect. The Catering Director listened to every detail we wanted for our wedding and went above and beyond to make sure the room looked stunning. I still remember walking into the room with all our family and friends thinking "WOW!" this looks Amazing! They turned a plain convention room into something magical. We had numerous guest compliment us on how good the food was as well. I would highly recommend Ramkota for a wedding or event in the future!

We couldn’t be more happier with the service we received at Ramkota. I feel like the catering manager listened to our every need down from the menu to the little glow rings and sticks she got for the little kids at the dance. She even had little tables with coloring books and kids to do while the parents ate.
The decor and food was exceptional and the staff was friendly and welcoming!
The rooms were nice and the price was affordable. -

We had great service with the Ramkota. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and one catering staff member in particular went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was good, the ambiance was lovely, and my guests all remarked on how nice everything was. -

The head of catering (Julie Colman) was not very polite...she was only looking to book the room and collect the money. The food was ridiculously priced and I was thoroughly disappointed with it. We did not get to taste anything before we set up our menu and on the night of the wedding when we finally sat down to eat the dinner was not good at all...we paid about $15 per plate for cold meat sandwiches, potato chips, and noodle salad. The whole thing was a joke. The decorating team did a wonderful job though. The room was beautiful and elegant.
I enjoyed everything about the Ramkota except for the horrible food. -
