I probably tried on 30 dresses that day in other stores. But the attention on this store was amazing, they listened to what i wanted and I had already a dress that i felt in love with but they were able to top that dress.

Best Decision Ever!
I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress! From the moment my Mother and I walked into the store we were greeted with a kind and friendly manor. We sat and talked with my consultant (who was amazing) about what style I was looking for and if she thought anything else would complement my curvy body. She gave me about five to six dresses to try on, and after the third one I didn't need to try on any more, I had found THE ONE! We were given champagne and we were able to take pictures and celebrate, as a bride should when she finds her dress!
What is almost as important is that the prices were very reasonable, and if you don't have all the money right then and there they have a great payment plan if you need it. Best decision I made was going here for the most important dress I will EVER WEAR!

Highly recommend for your wedding gown
Bellissima Bridal Designs was the 11th bridal salon that I went to try and find my wedding dress at. When I walked in, I was extremely discouraged and frustrated that no other salon had what I was looking for and was forcing me into what they had instead of trying to figure out a way to give me what I was looking for. It wasn't until Yadiris assisted me in grabbing a handful of dresses and put two of them together to create the dress I was looking for. When I saw myself in the mirror, I instantly knew that the dress was the one!
The team at Bellissima Bridal Designs was so accommodating, supportive and extremely welcoming. They made what started as a very stressful process so easy and always made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They worked with the designer of the two dresses to give me my dream gown that made me feel like an absolute princess that day. I HIGHLY recommend you go see them and so they can help you say yes to your wedding dress. Thank you all for everything!

I would like to share the AMAZING experience I had at Bellissima Bridal Designs at Coral Gables. From day 1 they were super friendly and accommodating. The day purchased my dress was a Saturday and I did not have an appointment. I called early and they were able to accommodate me. The gave me the best price I could find on the dress and were a true pleasure to work with. The seamstress had a lot of work to do once my dress arrived and she did a spectacular job. Bellissima Bridal was wonderful to work with! When I wasn't able to find the "perfect" dress while trying them on, they helped show me how I could make changes to one to personalize it to my own design. When the designer took longer than expected to ship my dress, they worked on a shortened timeline to do the alterations needed and make all the changes to the design of the dress that I requested. The result was unique, tailored to my style, and absolutely beautiful!

I had a great experience at Bellissima Bridal. They were very professional and called to confirm and remind me of my appointment. When I came in, they were very attentive, looking for dresses that matched my style. I think it must have been 4 different employees helping me out. One of the employees helped me get into and out of all of the dresses, adjusted things, looked for veils and hair clips, etc. They were also all very nice and very patient. I am very picky and I shot down a lot of their dresses and they never once got discouraged and kept searching for the perfect one. At the end, one of them picked out a dress that had all of the elements I loved and I said yes to the dress! They brought out champagne and photo props for us to celebrate. Overall, amazing service! I highly recommend Bellisima Bridal.

I first went to Bellissima Bride back in September and said yes to a beautiful Allure Bridal dress style 9501. The dress came in ahead of schedule and they held it for safe keeping before my first fitting. Everything went seamlessly and after 3 fittings my dress fit perfectly. The staff was great and friendly. Everyone was super helpful. Tanya is fabulous and helped me with the crazy bra I had to wear because my dress was backless. However on my wedding day the bra was not fitting properly- no fault of Bellissima! Thanks for a great experience!

Yes to the Dress was never easier!
Never did I imagine the search *the* dress to be as easy as Bellissima Bridal Designs made it! I had made an appointment with Yadiris who was very friendly from the moment I met her. She asked me what I was looking for, I showed her my Pinterest board, and she pulled out the exact one I had pinned! She literally felt like my Fairy Godmother at that moment. Since I had come from Orlando to find my dress, she made sure to follow-up with me periodically to coordinate when I could go down and say my "Yes to the Dress!". When I finally made it down to say "yes", she made sure my mom and I had the chance to celebrate with some champagne. Everyone at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never once felt pushed and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Bellisima Bridals!

I actually went to Bellissima on the recommendation of one of my good friends, another bride who had chosen her dress from Bellissima. I has been looking for my wedding dress with my mom the week I walked in Bellissima. As most Miami brides I hit a lot of shops along Miracle Mile and some others in the Grove and Kendall. I walked in with my mom and we were immediately greeted and the staff were incredibly friendly. They asked about my wedding, my love story and my dream dress. They made sure to stay in my budget as they chose the dresses I described which I appreciated. Needless to say the first dress I tried on was MY dress. It had everything I wanted. It was elegant and beautiful and well within my budget which for Miracle Mile was tough. The staff were amazing. They showed me my dress from a million different angles, different colors I could order and how they would look and brought us champagne when we said yes. They were so sweet and honestly made the experience for my mom and I even better. They know my wedding is destination and are more than capable of meeting those deadlines. They're also willing to work with me to bring in my wedding party next time I go in to pretend I've never seen the dress before so my wedding party can choose it all over again.

I live in LA and was in Miami for work so decided to stay the weekend and have my mom and sister from Chicago, meet me so we could celebrate my engagement. We went to 2 other bridal boutiques and ended up at Bellissmia where the 1st dress I tried on, I bought! I am in love with my dress. While in the shop, the customer service catered to us and they even had Disney princess music playing which was very sweet and enchanting. We popped some Champaign for saying YES, to the DRESS and the rest is history! Their dresses in stock are gorgeous and affordable. I showed a few pictures to Omar and he knew exactly my style! Bellissima Bridal made what would usually be a stressful experience an absolute pleasure. They are by far the best bridal shop on Miracle Mile (which speaks volumes because Miracle Mile is the mecca of bridal shops in Miami. They stock all of the best brands and have a top notch curated collection. I met with their amazing consultant, Dagne, and described my dream wedding dress. She quickly pulled three dresses and the second dress was more than I could’ve dreamed of. Not only was it stunning, classy and comfortable but it was extremely affordable. I could not believe the quality of the dress for the price. This was the first bridal shop and the second dress I ever tried and it was without a doubt, the one. Their on-site tailor is also top notch, working on customizing the dress until it is exactly what you want it to be. I can’t say enough good things about Bellissima Bridal. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle of wasting time and overpaying for a dress, come here first.

I live in Boston, MA but my mom lives in Florida. There was no way that i would try on dresses without my mom being present. In one of my trips to FL, we visited Bellissima Bridal. The staff was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Bellissima had a large selection of dresses to pick from and I never felt pressured to buy something i didn't want/liked. They also opened a bottle of champagne for us after i said Yes! to the dress. They were always able to accommodate all my fittings appointments with my traveling schedule. The seamstress was absolutely the BEST and made sure the dress fit me to perfection. This was the best bridal store I visited during my hunt for a wedding dress. I had already been in a few stores on Miracle Mile that day. My mom and I weren't even spoken to or acknowledged in almost every store we went into that day! We were tired and hungry when we quickly popped into Bellissima Bridal as our last stop that day. We were greeted right away and the staff was extremely helpful even though we didn't' have an appointment. I saw several gorgeous dresses and one that I wasn't too sure about because it was in blush pink. They convinced me to try it on because it also came in ivory. I realized after trying it on that it was the most amazing dress I had seen all day. When they let me see what it would look like in ivory I knew that pink was the way to go! I only had to go back for one fitting before picking up my dress months in advance. The alterations were perfect. They recommended a veil that matched PERFECTLY with my style and my Stella York dress.
I felt the true love the staff had for wedding dresses and cannot wait to send them pictures from my wedding day! They asked to see how it came out and I could tell they were genuinely interested in my day being as special as can be! I highly recommend this shop!

The owners have been in the business for years, but they don't treat it like a business at all. From the moment you step into their store, you are an old friend. I was a little nervous picking a bridal gown as I was planning my wedding from out of state (I currently live in NYC) but couldn’t picture being anywhere but Miami to find my dress with my family at my side. I set aside a week to travel to Miami with the hopes of finding the perfect dress, and booked appointments at several boutiques on Miracle Mile and Bellissima Bridal was my first one. Needless to say, this is where I found my dress, and only the 4th one I tried on! They have a TON of options but it didn’t take me long to find THE ONE. After I said "yes to the dress" they popped a bottle of champagne and made the moment even more special for my family and I. They were very helpful and accommodating, working with my out of state schedule for fittings and alterations. The alterations were flawless! They made me feel beautiful at every fitting and the compliments I received on the day are a testament to their professionalism and commitment to what they do. Highly recommended!

The staff was what made this shop stand out for me, there was no pressure into dresses I hated or to buy something I did not love. It just so happened that the first dress I tried on is the one I got. They were fantastic all along the way. I had three fittings, and they listened to me for my opinion of what I wanted.

I got my wedding gown at Bellissima Bridal and I do not regret it! I started shopping for dresses everywhere, but I couldn't find a style it would fit me perfect and I would love. One morning walking through Miracle Mile I found this boutique, what called my attention was not only the amazing gowns they had on display, but the ladies who guided and helped me to search for the perfect gown until I said "yes to the dress." I love my dress so much I want to keep it for a while.

I spend 3 Saturday's looking for my dress in coral gables (miracle mile), and I found the most beautiful and stoning dress I have ever seen in this store. I absolutely loved everything! Excellent customer service. Thank you you girls so much for all the help.

OMG my wedding dress was absolutely stunning! I purchased it at Bellissima Bridal and I could not have been happier. The entire staff is very professional and attentive to all of your needs. They greet you by name and are there to offer your expert advice when you need it most. Shopping for a wedding gown can be a bit overwhelming but at Bellissima it was a pleasure! Great prices and selection from a variety of designers.

I bought my Watters gown from Bellissima as well as crystal belt, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful and patient. The showroom was not overcrowded and it was a much more relaxed experience than many bridal shops in Miami. Highly recommended!

This store was exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and flexible.
I looked at a few boutiques for my bridal gown and this was hands down the best.
Their selection of gowns and range of pricing was everything I was looking for. I wanted an experience with the least amount of stress without pushy sales staff and that's exactly what I got.
Gaby was so nice and patient and listened to everything I said and she helped me pick out a few options until I found the dress! It was literally the first one I tried on, the tears were flowing, and I said Yes to the Dress!
They were very accommodating in regards to fittings since I did not live locally and when it came to alterations, they tried to fit me in according to my schedule and in the end everything was done on time and my dress looked perfect!
I was so pleased with their services that I also used them for my dress preservation services.
From beginning to end this boutique was exceptional. I recommend them to any bride looking for not only beautiful dresses but for amazing service, friendliness, and professionalism.

Buying a wedding dress can be an overwhelming process. With so many choices, and lots of alteration decisions when you do find "dress," it can be a bit much. Thankfully Bellissima made the entire process completely painless. From selection to final pickup, they were incredibly helpful. They carry a range of International brands from Essence of Australia to Pronovias. Their salon has veils and a prop bouquet to give the full picture so you can visualize how it will look on the big day. Furthermore, they sell a number of accessories if you would like to add a little something extra. In addition, the original alterations estimate was a good indication of the actual cost. As for the alterations, they were willing to meet with me repeatedly to fix any tiny issue that I found until it was just right. I am fairly top heavy, and was very concerned about making sure I was tastefully covered and able to wear supportive undergarments. They really worked with me to fit the dress to my body perfectly. Throughout the visits, the staff remembered me and made me feel like part of the family, asking details about things I had mentioned months before. I highly recommend this friendly and professional bridal boutique.

I live in Boca Raton and went to 3 different bridal salons up there and didn't find anything I liked. I'm not very girly so it was difficult getting used to seeing myself in a formal gown. I booked several appointments on the Mile and Bellissima Bridal was my first one. Needless to say, this is where I found my dress! Compared to some of the other stores on the mile, it isn't the biggest, but I think that's what sets it apart from the others and they have a TON of options. They caught on to what I was looking for and pulled the dress I ended up choosing almost right away. After I said "yes to the dress" they popped a bottle of champagne and made the moment even more special. The alterations were flawless! The woman who did them has been doing it a long time and she is very thorough. She really takes her time and notices every detail; she made my dress even more beautiful. Also, they were very flexible with me when scheduling my appointments. The only negative thing about the process was all the Miami traffic I had to get through to get here after work for my fittings, but it was well worth it. The punch line is I have a dress that I love and the process for getting it at Bellissima Bridal was painless and wonderful.

I shopped all around Miami to find my perfect dress and once I stopped at Bellissima, I cancelled all my other appointments. I didn't need to see any other dress because I had found THE ONE :) The girls there were amazing, from day 1: great customer service, flexible with the fitting appointments and always treated you with the outmost professionalism. They worked with my budget and made sure I only saw dresses within the range I set and OMG what a selection. I would recommend this Bridal shop to everyone I know because it was just an amazing experience that every girl should have while she dress shops and gets fitted for her big day :)

My experience at Bellissima Bridal was the BEST ONE at the Miracle Mile. The ladies who help me understood exactly what I was looking for. They brought different options of styles and fabrics with the idea of what I wanted. They where very patience trying on the dresses until I found the ONE! I fall in love and I knew immediately that was my dress!
I really want to thank Bellissima Bridal girls, they are wonderful and very friendly, I felt in family with them! They made my wedding day be the most memorable one!

I walked thru Miracle Mile for three weekends in a row with my mom in tow, Bellisima is where I should have started.

She worked with my budget and got me into dresses that I would not have considered without being pushy or condescending - including my wedding dress!! And the seamstress was a perfectionist (which is what you want right??). She took her time to get all of the little details just right, which meant several more fittings than I was anticipating, but the final product was UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Bellissima is the first wedding dress store I set foot in and my wedding dress was actually the first dress I tried on. Maria, Yadiris, and the rest of the staff were so lovely to work with - I am so glad Yadiris suggested the beautiful Ella dress that I purchased (I love that dress!!!). I received so many compliments on the dress, both at the wedding and in pictures. Everyone at Bellissima was a joy to work with - They understand weddings!! Also, Bellissima has the best alterations department - When I showed up for the 2nd (and final) fitting, the dress looked great and the alterations dept. worked quickly to complete some last minute items so I could take the dress with me the following day (as I was from out of town). The dress looked absolutely fantastic - Cannot say enough great things about Bellissima!!!

Verrry kind, genuine people that work at this shop! I shopped for my dress here, and they treat you like a princess. I felt like I was in a shop in the midwest, everyone is patient and respectful and very helpful. If anyone knows anything about shopping in Miami, than they know this is very uncommon.
I had my dress altered here for a fraction of what is cost, where I bought my dress, Alfred Angelo. The lady that did my alterations has been doing wedding dresses for 25+ years. They had all kinds of slips and tulle undergarments to puff out the dress that you can choose from and buy on the spot. Needless to say everything came out perfectly. My dress had a lot of beading and was a strapless, I did not need to adjust at all! All night long! And I am not small up top.
Go! you will be happy you did, at least for the alterations

After trying one other bridal salon, I stopped in here and said 'Yes' to my dress! Yadiris, showed excellent customer service and was very patient and made me feel important. She did her best to give me the best price for my dress and the alteration cost was very moderate.
Now, I did have a bit of a meltdown after I ordered my dress 2 sizes bigger to find that I lost so much weight from working out and stress of planning that I needed to alter it drastically. I went for alterations about 6 times until it was done correctly. They had a male seamstress (seamster?) work on my alterations for the first 3 fittings and I just wasn't happy. My dress wasn't fitting correctly, so I opted to by some straps for my strapless dress with hopes that will help from it revealing too much and keep it from sliding down on me. On my next fitting that didn't help much and I broke down into tears. Well, Yadiris, promised me that she won't let me leave unhappy and had one of their top seamtress', Julia, come to my rescue. Within 3 more fittings, Julia transformed my dress to fit me. She was a godsend as she molded the dress to accent my curves and fit my small chest and even added 2 more bustle spots so that my dress opened up beautifully when bustled. I know the bridal shop might discourage this as other's need to earn a living and I'm sure the other seamstresses are good as well but if she is available for you, ask for Julia to be your seamstress! She really outdone herself and as Yadiris promised, I walked out of there a happy bride!

BB was amazing. I had about four hours to pick my dress and they were extremely helpful. In fact, I fell in love with a lovely dress at about 6k under budget. The tailoring was impeccable and they even tailored my mom's dress and my reception dress though we did not purchase them at the store.
They were accommodating with scheduling esp since I was a destination bride.

I personally think the Bellissima Bridal is one of the best in US. When I was getting married the bridal shop that we bought the wedding gown from was not professional enough to also sell the veil to us and when we realised that we don’t have the veil as a part of wedding dress, it was too late to order it. I started to call every bridal shop in UK, USA, Australia, Spain, even Qatar or Germany.
You don’t believe that it was only Bellissima Bridal who had it and shipped it to me in UK. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff.
I think if you are looking for some sort of elegant wedding dress and if you are very picky in shopping don’t miss this bridal shop as they had the veil that none of the bridal shops that I looked at had it

Bellissima was only the second store that I went to and I knew I had found my dress once I put it on and the deal was sealed when they put the veil on! They did a wonderful job at always making me feel comfortable and beautiful. The fittings were a breeze and all the attendants were so sweet. They popped champagne for me when I said yes to the dress and even offered more champagne at my last fitting which was so nice. Thanks Bellissima!

The girls there are great, they helped me pick out the perfect dress. I did have to ask them to give me the undergarments needed for the dress and they did but they would have not done so unless I asked. The fitting room is really small but I was able to get my dream dress and in the end that is all that matters.

Bellissima bridal was the first store at Coral Gables that I visit and after going to all the other stores, I was decided I wanted to buy my dress there. They work around your budget and they have so many beautiful dresses! Plus, the attention is A+. Everybody loved my dress and asked where I bought it. I must say I am very satisfied :)

Bellissima Bridal had a great selection and very helpful staff. I would have rated them as a 5.0 but my only problem with the whole experience was this: I purchased my dress off of the floor, it fit almost perfectly and was in pristine condition. Staff assured us that they would make sure it got a thorough cleaning and would put it in storage right away. The first time I went to try on my dress I was horrified to find makeup smeared all over the inside of the dress. Not only did they not get it cleaned, but it was obviously put back on the floor even after we paid for it. Thankfully the makeup came out and when we went back for the next fitting everything was clean and perfect. While the entire experience was perfect, even down to the extremely thoughtful special touches, I'm still just a little disappointed about that first fitting experience.
I'm sure if you buy a new dress this will be the best experience ever. Highly recommended.

I had visited quite a few bridal shops before my appt at Bellissima, and had two other appts schedule after, which were cancelled,because with the patience of the amazing girls there I found my dream dress. Even if it was exactly what I said i didn't want. I told them I wanted a lace dress, nothing to fancy, no "bling" etc. But that I wanted their professional opinion of what would look good on my body type. They were very informative without being pushy. I brought with me a group of 6 girls, we made a bit of noise in the small store but the girls at the store made it such a laid back experience, we didn't feel out of place. Each friend or family member picked a dress for me to try on, and again, the girls at Bellissima were patient and helpful. I tried on my dress at least 3 times before i decided, this is the ONE. My dress came in a week before I was told it would, Maria who does alterations was so great to work with. At my last fitting I did feel that the bottom was a bit uneven (higher in the front), they told me that if I wanted to wait, they would fix it now, So I wouldn't have to drive back. I live over 100 miles away. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend. Yadiris the Supervisor was always in contact and responded to my emails in a timely manner.

Bellissima Bridal did the alterations for my wedding dress and they were awesome. They gave me a flat rate price which I liked (some other places that just gave me estimates which made me worry that they would end up charging me more). They also shipped my dress to NY for me where I was getting married at a good price and packaged my dress for me which was great. My dress had a lot of lace detail and piping inside and I know it wasn't an easy job but they had the bodice fit me perfectly! Couldn't be happier with them. Quality of workmanship was excellent.

I bought my wedding dress, with them. I loved my dress. The only problem was that my veil took forever to arrive. I ordered them at the same time and the veil came like 1 month before my wedding. Also I felt like I had to follow up with them to find out the status of my dress and veil instead of them updating me. At the end they also had a great alteration lady.
Just as an FYI just make sure you get a swatch, be on top of your orders and make sure to take pictures of your dress to see it comes just the way you wanted it no matter where you buy it.

Love my dress that I found. I went to the Deerfield beach location. Alterations came out beautiful, but since I bought a sample size dress, all the excess material was left in the dress until the very last minute, which worried me because I couldnt't get the full feel of how the dress would lay around the bust. I ended up having to go for an extra fitting because of it but in the end it came out beautfiully. My mom and sister got their dresses altered there as well and they both came out lovely. However, very pricey, but worth it for peace of mind :)

I loved my dress. I walked all of Miracle Mile and they were the last shop I went into. I think bridal gowns are way overpriced, but in comparison to all the other bridal shops they had the most reasonable prices. I gave them 4 stars for service, because I felt that when they were busy and I was there for a fitting I did not get the attention I should have received, and when it's your wedding dress (and you are spending a pretty penny) attention is expected.

My dress is beautiful..Everything was great up until my fitting which was 2 weeks before my wedding, where the simstres took in the dress too much. I was ok, but the manager was so rude to me, and did not want to allow me to come for the next fitting when I was available.I had such a terrible experience at the end.They are very nice to take your money, but when it comes to the fitting not very flexible.. In the end, the day before my wedding was when I was able to pick up my dress, and you can still tell on the dress that they had to make it bigger..Talk about stress right before the wedding..

I had a great experience here with my matron of honor. We had some kids in tow and they were able to sit in the salon with a movie while we tried on dresses. I live in NC and traveled here to visit family. Bellissima was very accomodating with Militray discounts that the store in NC would have offerened me. They gave me the best deal possible on my dress and we toasted it's purchase with some tasty champagne!

I loved my dress that I bought in October. I was told that I would receive my dress in April and then when I called in April they told me that my dress would come in by July. My wedding was August 8th. Although all my alterations were done on time, the time difference was stressful. As well, when I kept calling to check on the dress, the girls were very rude and told me "don't worry about it."
All of my alterations looked great, however my bustle did not hold and the buttons came off one by one as the wedding went on. My coordinator had to use safety pins to hold it together, which it did not work. Clearly the bustle was not done correctly.

When I was looking for dresses this store was so horrible I have to write a review. When I first walked in noone acknowledged me or my party (Even though I had an appointment). Once someone finally got around to helping me it felt like I was an inconvenience. The store felt dirty and was extremely hot. The dressing rooms were really small for trying on ballgowns and having another person in the room to help you get into the gowns. Also, I felt the saleswoman was very pushy. Once I finally was able to get out of the store I was called several times after that to come back and purchase a dress. Personally, I would not recommend this store, but everyone is different.

I went to try on wedding gowns at this location and felt like I was being a complete bother to them. It was my first time going wedding dress shopping and they insisted that I select a specific style of dress to make it easier. Easier on who?? Clearly it is easier on them. As it was the first time I had tried on dresses, I wanted to try on different styles to see what looked best on me. When taking off the dresses, the woman helping me was very quick to snatch the dresses and run out of the dressing room. So much in fact, that at one point, I hadn't completely taken my foot out of the dress before she did that and I almost fell to the floor. I did not feel like an appreciated customer at all and I left before the appointment was through. It was not a good experience at all.

Terrible customer service
I came to this store looking for the dress of my dreams and if I found it, I loved the designer who made it, I felt like a princess in it, so I didn't even think about it and bought it immediately, just like my veil that was perfect I paid my complete dress that day and they told me that it would arrive from 3 to 5 months maximum to arrive both. I have called several times because it has been 5 months and I have never received a call or email from this store. In month 7 they call me that my dress is ready, but the veil still took a while because it supposedly came from China. My dress arrived almost in November and the wedding was on February 5, 2023 and I had paid for everything in April 2022, after a long wait, anxiety and uncertainty, they called me a few days before my wedding that the veil I had that it was paid was not the same because supposedly the designer was not going to do it anymore, that is, they waited 11 months to tell me something like that a few days before. my wedding. When I went to look for the veil, the seller Yadiri offered me another similar veil, one of the used ones that they have in the store that everyone tries on for the same value that I paid $800 for, which was new and exclusive for an old one, but The saddest thing was that they never gave me free or discount options after all the stress I felt. However, the saleswoman Yadiris always kept a calm attitude despite my anger, she was friendly but I never received excellent service, that is, it was normal. I was never given any options since I had to borrow a veil to be able to do the hairstyle test. In short, this store only cares about money, the customer is not a priority for the owner of this business, I never saw her face. This person named Maria, who they say is the owner, never showed up, not even an apology call, for all the stress they caused me. This store that claims to be exclusive to me has zero on everything. Designers should be more selective when doing business with owners like these who have no word or ethics, my advice to future brides I sincerely tell you not to waste your time or money in Bellisima, there are many other stores around that I assure you that you will have the experience they deserve since a day as important and special as a wedding, choosing your wedding dress is a magical moment and here in Bellosima you will not find it.

Terrible guest experience
so to start off this review, I want to say that i came to this bridal store so my sister can find a dress. I LOVED the dresses they had in store but I HATED the costumer service! THEY WERE VERY RUDE! I felt as if they were rushing us out the store when we had JUST gotten there! you would assume that we would be able to try on any dress we wanted but that was not the case! she only tried on 4 dresses and we wanted to try on more and she refused to allow us to try any on until we eliminated the ones we didn’t! we LIKED all of them. we just wanted a dress that was gonna WOW us! they were NOT HONEST about the name or brand of the dress, when we called to find more information about it. they said they would call back and never did! there are so many MORE things that were terrible about my experience but I will NOT be going back to the bridal store and I will definitely NOT be referring this place to ANYONE!

Worst service i have ever experience
Do not come here if you are hoping for an easy or joyful experience. When I think of bridal shopping, I think of smiles and accommodating specialists because a wedding dress is a very important purchase that cannot be taken lightly. My bridal shop experience was not like that here. I booked to this particular shop because they were one of the few shops that had the designers whose dresses I fell in love with. This shop is by appointment only and has a no-show fee of 25 dollars. This made me feel like the shop must be very personal with you. However, when I got to the appointment I noticed that there was another bride there even though the place was very small.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I was helped by a woman named Yadiris Perez. After trying on the two dresses, she was pressuring me to buy one of them immediately. I thought both dresses were nice, however, I did not appreciate her pressuring me to make a decision on the spot. I told her that I wanted to try more dresses and she stubbornly dragged her feet while getting the dresses. She was limiting the number of dresses I could try on. I tried on a total of 6 after constant back and forth with her.
So, I decided on a dress. I asked her if I can get it brand new ( not the one that has been worn by everyone at the shop.) This is when she lied to my face. She said “this is a dress in the designer’s private collection, it can’t be done” ( what does that even mean? ) When I asked more about it, she said “don’t worry, this is new. We get the newest dresses from the designers.”( This is also a lie.) I find out later that the dress I bought had been discontinued. I bought a discontinued dress for almost 3x its current value and off the rack. (This dress is also a little dirty cause of the dirt from the floor, it gets dragged as people are trying it on themselves.) I was furious. The dress is lovely, of course. I did not go to another store because I flew from out of state so I had limited time to shop in Florida. I do not live in Florida but, my family does. I wanted to share an joyful memorable wedding experience. I would not be able to book another appointment with anyone else since my wedding day is approaching sooner than my ability to visit Florida again. To sum it up, I was floored by this store’s blatant dishonesty. I was distraught by the specialist’s rudeness and pushiness. My family was disturbed by her pushiness and was advising me to not make the purchase. I guess the only upside is that after you make your big, important purchase, they hand you a cheap, warm bottle of champagne.

I had to send the dress designer a message to confirm my dress was legitimate and she was the one to tell me that my dress was discontinued. Meanwhile, your boutique sold me a dress telling me it's a private collection and that is why my dress couldn't be ordered. And the fact that you sold me an overpriced dress like it's new and this year's collection. I could have bought the same dress online for a small fraction. Cannot compare I bought the dress for about $4000 and it's sold online for $1400
You obviously reading wrong. My family did not support my decision.
Also, the problem is not that the dress is discontinued. The problem was that I was lied to!
The other obvious problem was that your salesperson did not make the experience enjoyable for me.
Your feedback shows how much you do not care about your customers.
You completely disregard everything I was saying.
This is just a warning to everyone who reads this.
This place gives bad customer service, you can tell just by the owner's comments.

HORRIBLE experience. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. I bought my dress there and then had very serious issues with the alterations. They told me they could do certain alterations before buying the dress. Once it was paid for and the first fitting came around the alterations lady was rude, aggressive and said she couldn't make it the way they had told me. It ruined my first fitting. The alterations lady insulted my mother when she asked a question. Now, a day that should've been pleasant and memorable will forever be ruined.

I was there not so long ago and a girl name Irea helped me but she seemed like she was pregnant and couldn't help me right she looked tired with a bad attitude didn't want to help me try on dresses .in the fitting room she wasn't helping me she just stand there. Keep checking her watch I was feeling unconfortable I wasn't satisfy with the service there. Therefore I didn't purchase my dress with you guys!

Dont get me wrong, my dress was gorgeous, but stir away from this place. They were trying to convince you that the dress fit you right when you tell them you dont think it does. If they can get you out of there asap with a single alteration they will be happy to do it. And if you tell them you want something still fixed they will charge you extra after already paying 5 times the actual price of the dress for it and alterations separate. Very upsetting to come to find out that. I felt cheated on big time. Also most of the time they will speak in spanish between themself without paying attention to you at all. They dont know how to provide customer service to save their lifes!!!

The communication is horrible they all don't talk to each other before and tell you one thing and then do another. I wouldn't recommend them. Sorry I bought my dress from them
