I purchased my wedding dress last March 2021 for my December 18, 2021 wedding.
From the day we went for dress shopping to the day I picked up my dress they were very helpful.
Faith my consultant was very accommodating and flexible with her time.

The dresses they had we're beautiful and there were so many choices not only in bridal but also for the bridesmaids. They were super helpful and so kind throughout the process of finding my dress. I also felt very safe during COVID with their processes.

Wonderful!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. My consultant was Faith, and she was perfect!!I felt comfortable and welcomed. I am a bride who knew what I was looking for, and Faith got to know my dream dress details. I actually tried on a dress and said “this is almost it.” Faith pulled another dress and she got it! It was my dream dress! Purchasing was simple and easy, they even applied a discount! My dress came in much quicker than expected. They do not have an in-house seamstress but they do have a recommendation list. I chose Linda Young our of Lockhart and she was very reasonably priced, and altered my dress perfectly! Her lace work was incredible! I have her information if anyone needs it! You can also get it from Belle Saison I’m sure!

Very professional and helpful!

My experience with Belle Saison have been very pleasant. During my appointment, our consultant, Amy, was very helpful in finding the right dress for me and for my body type. I was able to get an idea of what I want through my own research, but Amy's recommendations made it very easy to lock down the dress for me. I ended up going with an off shoulder ball gown dress, which was perfect for our wedding day. My dress was absolutely stunning and I enjoyed every minute wearing it! The overall experience with Belle Saison have been very good from dress shopping to getting the dress prepped for the big day. I would highly recommend them for any bride-to-be looking for a good bridal shop with lots of options and warm service!

Service that exceeded expectations

You would expect good customer service from a bridal salon, but what I experienced went far beyond those expectations. My consultant, Amy, was patient and professional. She was encouraging if I wanted to try on different styles than what I said I wanted, just to see how they looked. But made sure to never bring me a dress over the budget I had given her and was reluctant to pull one dress that my sister liked until she was sure I and my mom were 100% ok trying on a dress over budget. We tried on so many dresses and went over our “time slot” that Amy’s next appointment arrived. However we never felt rushed to leave or make a decision. Most impressive was when it came down to veil. After my dress came in, Amy helped me select a veil and confirmed that it came in Ivory (to match my dress). When the veil arrived it was bright white. Amy immediately got me an appointment so I could try on the veil with the dress to see how it looked… no go. While I was fretting looking through the racks, Amy spoke with her manager and came back to tell me that they were going to do a custom order for me of the beading I wanted on the color veil I wanted at no additional charge. Perfect! An appointment I thought was going to be stressful resolved in 15 minutes! Or so I thought…. A couple of weeks later Amy called to let me know that unfortunately, the manufacturer couldn’t custom make me a veil. However, once again, Amy had proactively gone into problem solving mode, done research, and had already ordered me THREE new veils to try on. Amy’s number one pick was EXACTLY what I had wanted, and again, no additional cost to me! I was so impressed by the extra time and effort that was spent finding resolutions to my issues before they even informed me of them. Now THAT’S customer service!

I had Faith for my appointment and i truly got so lucky. I went in there with an open mind and she knew exactly how to find what i wanted. She knew exactly where to pick from and i fell In love with my dream dress. Everybody needs to go see her!!!

Amazing experience!

Had an amazing experience with this bridal salon. Brittany was so sweet and patient and I didn't feel rushed or stressed at all here. Amazing Experience

I had nothing short of an amazing experience with Belle Saison Bridal! Their team and the vibe in their bridal salon make your experience so personal and special. Belle Saison carries top of the line designers and their consultants really takes your style and preferences into consideration when pulling dresses for you to try on. Iliana was such a pleasure to work with! She is super knowledgeable about the designers and she made me feel beautiful and confident when trying on dresses. She helped pin my hair up, put a head piece into my hair, and place a veil on me when trying on dresses so that I felt confident in choosing the perfect dress for me. Belle Saison was very professional and organized when it came to letting me know when the dress was ready for pickup, explaining my options for alterations, and offering me packages for cleaning, steaming, and preserving my dress. I would recommend Belle Saison Bridal to anyone for any bridal attire needs you may have!

Dream Dress Found!

I found what I thought would be my "Dream Dress" on The Knot's dress gallery and Belle Saison was one of the only bridal dress shops in Texas that had a sample available. I called the shop to confirm the gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress was there and told the consultant I felt it was "the one" even though I hadn't tried on a single dress, yet. I knew it probably sounded silly to her, but she didn't make me feel silly. They worked with me to get an appointment the next day and I drove almost four hours by myself to rule this one dress out. Well, trust your gut, fellow brides! Faith was my consultant and she is AMAZING!!! She made me feel like a princess and validated my choice like we had been girlfriends for years. She took pictures of me, Facetimed my bridesmaids so they could see me in The Dress, chitchatted with me while she took my measurements so I didn't feel awkward in my underwear with a perfect stranger, and my dress ordered so I could get back on the road before rush hour traffic started. Bottomline: I would HIGHLY recommend Belle Saison. They have a HUGE selection of every style of gown you could imagine and the consultants know every single one of them, so you will find your Dream Dress just like me! xoxo ~ Chelsea

Fate! Amazed! Never wanted to leave!

I went to Blue Bridal for my very first “wedding dress try on” and it didn’t feel right and it has to feel right... So I headed to Belle Saison Bridal just to see if they had any appointments for December and they did! I went with my mom for the first try on at the new store and found thought I found the dress! I asked to book another appointment for December 22nd so my family and friends could join and it was the easiest process ever! Faith was amazing! I tried on more dresses on my second visit and found “THE ONE” surprisingly it was a totally different dress.

I highly recommend this shop!

Best dress buying experience

I went dress shopping last November for my Oct 2018 wedding as I had family in town for Thanksgiving.
We had been to 2 other bridal places and went to 1 more after Belle.
I am not a sample size bride and at some of the other places they would cram me into either the only 3 normal sized gowns or would shove me into the smaller sizes. Belle never did this to mean. They had a great range of selection as well as sizing in shop so that I could actually see what I was buying.
Our helper was absolutely amazing. She saw what I was picking and actually picked my chosen dress after only seeing 2-3 styles i liked. There also wasn't the upsell you get at other places. She new what my price range was and ensured I stayed in it.
Once my dress came in I was able to have them hold it, transport it for fittings, steam it and clean it making my life easier.

I had a great experience finding my dress at Belle Saison back in November of last year. I almost cancelled my appointment at Belle Saison because I had already tried 4 or 5 other places that weekend and was tired of looking. I am so glad I decided to go instead! I was helped by Brittany and she steered me toward several options (and eventually, "the dress!"). Brittany was great at only showing you dresses within your budget and was never pushy. The first time I went into Belle Saison I actually went by myself, so Brittany was very helpful in providing feedback on the dresses and I was able to narrow it down before I came back with my mom. Some may be put off by the fact that Belle Saison does not have an in-house seamstress like many other bridal boutiques do. However, I came to realize why this is actually a plus. My particular dress (a Maggie Sottero) came in both a "long" length and a "short" length. So I was actually able to order the short length and not have to have any alterations on the length of the dress (which can run you several hundred dollars). I was never offered the option to purchase a "short" length dress at any other boutique, so part of me thinks the other boutiques only offer one length for a dress so that people will spend money having it altered by their in-house seamstresses. Plus Belle Saison recommended an outside seamstress who did a wonderful job on my dress!

Belle Saison was so helpful! I came in with my budget and the kind of styles i was looking at online, and they picked dresses out according to what they thought i liked. I went to other stores before hand and did not get the same service as I did at Belle Saison. I found my dress here and absolutely love it! I found the dress of my dreams at Belle Saison Bridal! I went to 5 different stores around Austin area and found the perfect dress here. I'm petite, so I had a very difficult time finding gowns. I am only 5'2 ft. The lace all over the dress has a unique pattern which would've been ruinned if the dress was cut straight across. However, Belle Saison was able to order my dress with specific measurements for my height! How awesome is that?! The dress arrived few months after and it was absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience at the store. I decided not to do alterations with the recommended seamstress given mixed opinions on reviews. I went to an independent seamstress, one of the best in the area - Victoria McLane (512-665-4674). I highly recommend her!!!

I had a great experience at Belle Saison! I went to this shop because they had a designer that I absolutely loved! I went to one other shop prior and actually thought I found "the dress", but it wasn't my favorite Pinterest pin (which was at Belle Saison). I tried on the dress that I've been eyeing for months and was a little disappointed that I didn't have that moment. However the girl that was helping me (I forget her name) asked me what was missing about the dress. I told her and she said "I have one more I'd like you to try on". I tried on her suggestion, which was a mix between the dress from the other shop and my Pinterest dream dress, and didn't want to take the dress off! I'm so grateful that the staff know their inventory like the back of their hand or I would have missed out on my perfect dress! I absolutely recommend going here while dress shopping!

I had such an amazing experience at Belle Saison and with my consultant, Kristin! I had been to two other chain stores to try on dresses and was starting to dread the experience. At these other stores I felt pressured and like an inconvenience with each dress I tried on. My experience at Belle Saison couldn't have been more different! Kristin was so energetic and attentive! She just seemed to understand what I was looking for, even if I didn't have the words to describe it. She was very careful to respect my budget so there was none of the awkwardness or pressure I had felt at other stores. I ended up walking away with a beautiful Mori Lee dress, a stunning veil, and a great care package for an amazing price! Belle Saison was exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to find my dress there. They had so many different styles available and still everything was so classic. We worked with Sarah and she was so amazing! She was super informed about all the dresses which made it quick and easy. She was also honest, which I loved!
We got our Bridesmaids dresses here as well and they turned out great! They had a larger selection than I was expecting and they weren't horribly ugly like a lot of bridesmaids dresses.

I found my dream wedding dress at Belle Saison Bridal! This was the second place I searched and absolutely loved the service we received here! I had a large group of family/friends with me and they accommodated us happily! They had an amazing selection of dresses too! I got to pick out several I liked first, and then once I knew the styles/designs I liked best, Amy was awesome and helped pick out similar designs she thought I would love, and I definitely did! My perfect gown ended up being a ballgown Allure Bridal dress that brought me to tears I loved it so much! When I walked into my appointment at Belle Saison, I was completely blown away by their selection! Brittany listened to what I liked, looked at a few photos that I showed her, and had an immediate sense of what I was looking for. The third or fourth dress I tried on ended up being the one I chose! I went back and purchased it the next day! I appreciated Brittany's honesty and she is very talented at being able to help a bride choose the right dress! I am also very impressed with how my gown preservation turned out, so I definitely recommend using that service as well! The only aspect I recommend against is purchasing the dress care package. The only alterations service that comes with the dress package is through Nelda's Tailors, and I had a very negative experience with my dress alterations. I can't speak for the other alterations services that Belle Saison recommends, but I suggest trying a different place or finding your own place. But overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Belle Saison!

We were looking for a very unique dress - vintage 50s and tea length - they were the only store in Austin that offered several to choose from. They took the time to help us get just hat we were looking for and were always cheerful and eager to help. I LOVED Belle Saison! I went to two different places before making an appointment at Belle Saison. Everything was great and they were so accommodating and patient. I tried on about 7 dresses and actually tried on the dress I chose 3 different times and every single time Brittany was so patient! She helped me figure out what style I liked and she even picked dresses for me based off of how I felt about the dresses I tried on so far. They have a HUGE selection and plenty Mori Lee styles (my fav!) Plus they also offer your bridesmaids up to a 30% discount if you order through them, and they are also storing my dress/transporting it wherever I need it to go as well! I loveeeeeee them! Great, professional and extremely patient with an indecisive bride like myself!

I got my wedding dress from Belle Saison. We got the dress care package (includes cleaning, delivery and pick up from tailor, steaming, and preservation). Everyone we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and full for great advice (when asked). They were very patient despite my being clueless about what I wanted, and like a lot of brides, what I originally thought I wanted to wear was wrong. Like any other bride I went on a hunt for my wedding dress and it took the 5th shop to find my dress and it was here! Brittney was my consultant and I told her everything I did and did not want for my dress. I went into Belle Saison a mess because the dress shop I had previously been to told me they couldn't get me a dress in time for my wedding. Belle Saison encouraged me that 5 1/2 months was plenty of time to get my dream dress. Amy helped me find a Stella York dress that is gorgeous and versatile, and it will be here in plenty of time! On the morning of my appointment, Belle Saison was extremely accommodating to my unexpected circumstances. After having a very disappointing first outing at David's Bridal, I made an appointment at Belle Saison, and it was WORLDS different, in a good way. They have a much better and higher quality selection of dresses, for one thing. Jess was super patient and helpful as I picked out and tried on a bunch, and once she got a feel for my taste suggested a few as well. The one I ended up going with was completely different from what I had thought I'd get beforehand! I'd also recommend their care package, which includes storing the dress up until your wedding day (so you don't have to keep it in the house where your fiance might see it!), pressing it before the wedding day, and then cleaning and preservation afterwards. I loved my dress, and was very happy with the service at Belle Saison, from start to end.

I got my wedding gown here. I found the allure bridal dress online and I couldn't find any stores that had it in stock. Finally my mom found it online at this store. Since it was a previous season's dress, it was half off! The saleswoman was great and super helpful. I would recommend this store.

I bought my Maggie Sottero wedding gown and ordered my bridesmaids' dresses from Brittany with Belle Saison. They have a lovely store with plenty of room to look at dresses. Brittany was SO amazing and fun to work with. You are able to look through the dresses yourself and pick several you would like to try on. Brittany got an idea of what I was looking for and took it from there. My top three picks were all ones she pulled for me. She also made picking out the bridesmaid dresses so easy. I went with different styles and colors and she was able to give me tips and advice and was so patient as I figured out exactly what I wanted. All the dresses came in with plenty of time. We purchased the package from Belle Saison where they will transport the gown to and from the alterations location, steam the dress and veil before bridal portraits and the wedding day, as well as preserve the dress for you. This was such an amazing deal. Everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend Belle Saison (and Brittany!) to everyone!

I live out of town, but am getting married in Austin so I knew that I also wanted to go shopping for dresses in Austin. We went to half a dozen other bridal stores before we ended up at Belle Saison. The employees at the other boutiques were mostly nice and their selection was decent, but they were nothing compared to Belle Saison! They truly made me feel like a bride--not just a customer--and their number one most important client. I didn't know exactly what style I wanted yet they were more than happy to offer their expert opinions and let me try on multiple dresses without any fuss! They put zero pressure on me, which made my decision even easier. The staff is outstanding, their selection is above and beyond any of the other stores, and they have many different price points. I highly recommend them! Yanna was DREAM COME TRUE!

I tried on several wedding dresses at multiple places in Austin, but found the most amazing dress for me at Belle Saison. They have a really good variety of styles to choose from and the staff are all very friendly. I was very lucky that Brittany helped me, because she is absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the perfect dress, but she put me first and was really good at dealing with the ladies that I brought with me too. When I set out to find a dress for my wedding, I wanted to keep my purchase below $1500. I began looking around local bridal shops and chain stores and realized that being a plus sized woman wasn’t super conducive to trying on bridal gowns. Most local bridal shops carry ZERO plus size samples. I wasn’t super keen on buying a dress without even putting it on my body and getting an idea of what it will look like. Many places tried to talk me into just “imagining what it would look like.” A woman who helped me at Alfred Angelo refused to pull some dresses for me (even when the samples were close to my size and I could try them on) because she thought and told me they wouldn’t look good on me. David’s Bridal was one of the only places that carried more samples. I found a few I liked there, but I was hoping to have more choices. I saw that Belle Saison carried a plus size line so I made an appointment. I was able to try on 5-6 dresses that I liked and Jessica, the woman who helped me, was super friendly and made the experience fun. I ended up buying an Allure gown (one that Jessica grabbed for me and I probably would’ve never picked out myself, but it ended up being my favorite!) there and felt like a pretty princess on my wedding day. I didn’t feel like less of a bride because I’m a size 20, not a 2, my dress was super flattering, they made me feel very comfortable, and I stayed within my budget! She never pressured me to look at anything beyond what I wanted to spend. They do not do on-site alterations, but they had quite a few recommendations of where I could go. They also offered other discounts to local vendors after my purchase and a discount for me to buy accessories and bridesmaid gowns, if I so chose. I would definitely recommend them to other brides!

My serve was unbelievably amazingly helpful. The first time I went there I tried on ten dresses in an hour. This was the first and only salon I ended up visiting to find my dress! I had other appointments but ended up canceling all of them because I found THE dress at belle saison. They had a crazy big selection of quality gowns and after trying on a few and really liking one, I told my wonderful consultant Tracey what I was imagining for my dress and not even 2 minutes later she came back with a dress that I over looked, which was exactly what I wanted! They were so helpful and helped me find the most gorgeous dress. I had constant attention and help and they provided great advice. I did not feel any pressure to buy it and it was fine that I waited a week to think about it. I can't recommend the ladies at Belle Saison enough!! Brittany helped me find THE dress. In fact, she was the one who found it and brought it over for me to try. Once I put it on, we all knew it was the one. And awesomely enough, it was actually (mostly) within my budget. I ordered the dress with a custom length, but it was too short when it arrived. After working with a tailor to try to remedy the situation, it just couldn't be fixed. When I told the salon, they really worked with me to make things right, even eating the cost of the original dress and ordering me a new one from the designer within a tight timeframe. They also coordinated everything with the tailor to make sure the alterations were perfect. By the time I got married, I felt like I knew the girls at the salon quite well (they would even recognize my voice on the phone). What a group of wonderful people who really care and do everything they can to make their brides happy. I highly recommend them to all brides!!!

I purchased my wedding gown from Belle Saison back in March and I have loved my entire experience with this store! I was a little intimidated when we walked in to look at gowns as we were told just to walk around and pick dresses ourselves. Once we had collected about 10, Kim showed me to the fitting room where I tried on 3 that were not right on my body. Kim asked if she could just skip to the dress she knew I would like, I agreed, and then proceeded to put on my dream gown! Kim helped me select a beaded belt to accentuate my waist as well as a gorgeous cathedral length veil with sparkles on it. I LOVE my bridal look!

The other associates in the store have been so helpful when I've gone in to pick up my dress for alterations, fittings, pressings, and cleanings - I love this store. I would highly recommend Belle Saison to anyone in the Austin area who is looking for a wedding gown!

I originally fell in love with a $7,000 dress. I knew I didn't want to spend that much money on a dress to be worn for only one night. After shopping around, I found Belle Saison. After trying on a few that I picked out, Elizabeth picked one out that I didn't think I would like, but tried on nevertheless. It was THE dress! She had listened to everything I said and pulled the perfect dress! Not only was it perfect, but it was under $1000 too!! My mom and I were in heaven.

They have so many gorgeous dresses to choose from at such affordable rates. They also have amazing sales packages that give you discounts on your shoes, jewelery, veil, etc. Granted, a lot of these are very expensive, but the discount combined with the service makes it all worth it. I received updates on the status of my order, when things were expected to arrive, when they actually arrived... they were just fantastic.

They even stored my dress for me up until the wedding date, had it steamed along with my veil, and after the big day, we dropped it off for them to clean it, press it, and professionally box and store it so it will be preserved forever. This is the best bridal salon in the Austin area!!

Elizabeth and Martha were amazing to work with. Elizabeth was always so helpful and helped me select the perfect dress for my wedding. We also selected our bridesmaid’s dresses from Belle Saison and never had an issue with them coming in and received a phone call the moment they arrived at the store. They really took the stress off my shoulders! I was also thrilled that every time I walked in the door, the staff remembered my name! The first bridal shop that we went with in Houston went out of business, and Elizabeth at BS in Austin was able to get the exact dresses that we had previously ordered for the bridesmaids and at a better price than the first store. She did it all by phone since we lived in Houston. She and all the staff at BS deserve all the high reviews that they get. Fantastic.

Belle Saison literally saved me on my wedding day. First, I thought it was a great price for my dress. Elizabeth was my consultant and she always remembered me each time I came in and was very patient with me. They are not like the other bridal stores in Austin that are so snooty, pretentious, and overpriced. Back to how they saved me. About an hour before I was going to walk down the aisle, we realized that my shoes and jewelry were missing. My coordinator called up the store and they said I could borrow jewelry and a pair of the sample shoes (I was allowed to borrow them for my bridal portraits, so I knew they would work) free of charge! My friend rushed there and they provided her with 3 different combinations of jewelry for me to pick from. I found the perfect combo and the wedding started on time and I wasn't a barefoot bride! I don't know if any other store would have done that for me.

Highly recommended for many reasons.
They have a great selection and store layout. Brianna helped me pick out a really great dress and helped with accessories because I have no style sense whatsoever - everything turned out really great. I think from the dress to the shoes everything was made of good quality material that shows up great in pictures.
They have super package deals, like if you buy your wedding dress there you get discounts on the accessories and free shoes, etc...Also for the bridesmaids they can either get a 20% discount or pick free shoes.
Everyone is super friendly and I think their prices are much more reasonable than places like Serendipity.

This shop had my dream wedding dress. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had very large dressing rooms. Their prices were reasonable. I was able to e tmy dream dress for much less than I was planning on.

This was the second store I went into and within minutes found the gown I wanted. I bought an Allure gown from Belle Saison. The staff was so helpful. Our consultant helped me try on a bunch of dresses and was so patient with us. I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to shop for a gown in Austin.

Previously I had gone to another bridal shop and the experience was not fun and I felt like I was being punished for being a size 16. When I called Belle Saison to make my appointment I was a little apprehensive, but the ladies made me feel welcome over the phone.

When we arrived Jessica (JR) took the time to learn about me, my friends and of course my dreams for the wedding. We found THE DRESS! It was the 2nd dress I tried on and when I was shaky, she added the veil and I had to fight the tears. She mad me feel beautiful and highlight my features instead of making me ashamed of my curves.

The dress was at many other places, some closer to my home (I live 90 minutes away),l but I have to say they are the best and worth the drive!!

When my dress arrived they were just as nice and made sure I still felt magic with my dress. I am very excited for our wedding and I feel like JR not only helped make my vision a reality, she made me feel like the only bride in the world that day. I will never forget her.

Belle Saison was great! I'm paraplegic, so I needed a few accommodations to make sure the dresses didn't get dirty and they were super helpful! The girl helping me pulled a dress I may have never picked myself and that one ended up being THE ONE! My dress arrived almost a month earlier than predicted. I also got my bridal headpiece there which only took about 2 weeks to arrive and it is stunning! All in all I would definitely recommend Austin brides check out this salon.

My overall experience at Belle Saison was amazing. I ended up choosing the first dress I chose. After spending many hours there, the girls were so helpful and kind. I ended up choosing my Maggie Sottero gown and veil all in the same day! Good luck to all the future brides.

Best first bridal appointment ever!

Considering it was my very first appointment, Patience helped me feel comfortable and empowered throughout my bridal appointment. I liked the wide range of dresses that are all relatively budget-friendly. I was able to try so many dresses without feeling too overwhelmed by the process.

I just picked up my dress yesterday and couldn't be happier! My consultant, Brittany, was amazing at my first appointment and I was happy to see her again when I went in to try my dress on and take it home. When I came into shop, Brittany listened carefully to what I knew I liked, what I wanted to try, and what my budget was. She pulled dresses for me to try in a few different styles so that by the end of my appointment I felt confident that I knew what I felt good in. I never felt pressured to spend more to get a dress I loved. I pointed out a dress that had a lace pattern I loved but was a few hundred dollars more than I wanted to spend and ultimately not a silhouette I liked. Brittany found a dress in my budget that had similar lace that I fell in love with. When I went to pick my dress up, the size we ordered fit just about perfectly. It's a Maggie Sotero and I was able to order it 3 inches shorter for no additional cost, and since I'm about 5'5" and plan on wearing heels I should be able to skip having it hemmed.

Belle Saison doesn't do alterations on site, but they had a recommendation for a seamstress near where I live in Round Rock. I didn't feel any pressure to go with their recommendation, but their suggestion has great reviews so I'll likely go there.

They have a wonderful selection of dresses. Ones that you could really try on. I'm about a 14 and was very pleased to actually fit into the sample dresses they had in the store.

I was nervous about finding a dress because I hate trying on clothes. Yanna from Belle Saison Bridal was a fabulous consultant. I found my dress, Maggie Sottero "Sydney" and ordered my veil and add on straps and shoes.

All came in with high quality, and the service I received was very good. I ended up losing a lot of weight, so when the dress came, it was too large. Belle Saison referred me to a tailor near me, and that was truly helpful. I looked amazing on my wedding day and I would recommend this shop to any bride-to-be.

Great selection of gowns from the designers I wanted to see. I almost had too many choices, it was hard to make the final decision. The prices were on point with what I expected to pay. I did get a bonus because I won their monthly drawing for free alterations. Couldn't have had a better experience unless somehow I had gotten my gown for free!

I have to start out by saying that I am not the type of girl that looks forward to dress shopping... all of that white just freaks me out! Haha
I had 4 visits to Belle Saison with Kat Williams and she totally made this experience enjoyable. She dealt with me trying on the same dress 3 times and finding something new to try on almost every time. She offered her input but wasn't too pushy (like sales people at other big name bridal stores.) Even though I won a giveaway and a portion of my dress cost was donated by Belle Saison, Kat always gave me the attention that a full paying customer would receive.
I was especially impressed when I returned almost 5 months later, Kat remembered me, my mother in law and some random issues I was having associated to the wedding. The customer service is top notch!
Their prices are reasonable, they carry well known name dresses, but not a huge array of sizes (only reason for not having a 5 star review)
I would definitely recommend Belle Saison (and Kat) to anyone in the market for a wedding dress!

I looked at so many dresses before coming to Belle Saison and was so confused. There were plenty of dresses that I liked at my price range ($1500 or less), but I hadn't found the one I loved. It didn't take long to find "the one" after I went to Belle Saison. The price was great and so was the service. Since I bought my dress there, they also had wonderful deals on bridesmaid dresses, care packages for the dress...and so many other things. My one and only complaint is that my dress showed up a little shorter than it was supposed to and I had to go find new shoes with tiny heels. The length was measured at Belle Saison and the alterations were done by the dress manufacturer, so I'm not 100% sure where the measurments went wrong, but it was honestly ok in the end. I think it may have been the universe's way of saving my feet.

I received so many compliments on the dress both on the day of the wedding and after. It was amazing! Overall, I'm happy with the Belle Saison!

I chose Belle Saison not only because they were the only shop that had the dress I wanted but also because they have a great group of ladies. We worked with Elizabeth which was initially alright until my dress came in and I realized the size we ordered was wrong. A word of advice...the dress you are trying on may be stretched out and actually a size bigger than the tag size noted so be sure to get measured and get the right size ordered for your measurements. I had to have 3 dress fittings to let out my dress and lose about 15lbs in order to fit in it. This of course cost an arm and a leg in alterations, not to mention adding stress and tears. I did let the shop know about the headache this caused and unfortunately felt a chill from Elizabeth after that and she never once appologized. But all the other ladies were so helpful and wondeful and very appologitic and helped to make up for it. I got my entire wedding attire from them right down to the dying of my shoes and everything turned out great. They also have some added perks you can take advantage of...such as a free bridal portrait session with Ron Parks photography, and I did take advantage of that and it was wonderful. Thank you Belle Saison for helping me through this process and being a part of my special day.

Belle Saison and Elizabeth took my dream as a little girl and made it reality! I could not have asked for a more beautifel dress, much less a hassle free purchasing experience. Elizabeth works wonders with brides and their entourages. Overall Belle Saison had to be one of my best wedding plannig experiences and I would definietley recommend them to everybody! I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Belle Saison. All the women there are incredibly helpful and understanding of how stressful making wedding decisions can be for a new bride. I did pay a bit more for my dress than I had expected to but it was well worth it because it was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen and better than I could have ever asked for. And the dress ran the same price at other wedding dress boutiques. I also got my shoes and a couple accessories there. I do think the veils were overpriced, so i didn't get that there. But everything else was amazing!

This was the perfect place for me. They were honest and upfront and gave me a lot of extra coupons for a bridal and/or engagement shoot, free dance classes, etc. I loved my dress!!!
