    Great experience.

    We hired these to set up the venue decorations for us. Team was fabulous, experienced, and very affordable. They did a great job and the few items that were different than planned. Recommend her enough!👍

    Friend's marriage

    Yesterday, I went to my friend's marriage and I am so happy for them. The arrangement on their wedding was amazing and wonderful. The decoration was also good and the food was delicious. The Music selection was also great.

    Purchased Rosette Tablecloths for wedding. Sent wrong ones at first but immediately shipped the correct ones even before they had received the others back. Ordered on Monday arrived Saturday, emailed them about wrong ones and they responded first thing Monday. I came home today Wednesday here they are. Absolutely Gorgeous! Can't wait for the bride to see them!

    I love a sweet wedding decoration so I bought ribbons from BB Crafts Inc. I got best service from them. The customer support was very responsive and they deliver my ribbons so fast. The price also cheaper than other ribbons store.

    They have the best value for ribbon. It only comes in larger amounts, but if you plan of using more then a spool, chances are it's cheaper then the craft store by a mile. The shipping charges are not bad, and there is live chat if you have any questions. I used Navajo blue satin ribbon and it matched Tiffany blue very well.

    I ordered DIY invitations and was a little wary since I had never ordered anything like this before. I contacted customer support via Live Chat (on a Sunday) and received all answers to my questions. When the invitations did arrive, they were perfect and included much more than the website said including glue stickers and pre cut ribbons. I bought an extra box of invitations for just in case because the price was unbeatable.

    I used tulle and ribbons. All products are awesome. Little drawback packaging is not safe. If you get safe pack, you will get more customers. \r\n\r\nCan\'t match with others price and quality because, You provided a good quality and low prices.\r\n

    I am making all of my flowers from satin ribbon. I had ordered red, black, light blue and burgandy ribbon. The blue and the burgandy were not at ALL like the colours I needed. The burgandy especially. It was more purply pink/wine coloured. As I live in Canada, I was unable to purchase ribbon samples. The cost of shipping them back, even for exchange, would be more than I paid for the ribbon. Their international phone number does not even go to their business. Their return policies kind of suck and their shipping charges are REALLY expensive for Canadians.
    On a positive note.. I emailed them and asked them to ship it either fedex or usps as UPS charges ridiculous brokerage fees to canadians. They responded quickly and did ship it through fedex and it arrived quickly.
    I would recommend them again.. but with warning that if you are trying to match anything but the most basic of colours, you may not get what you expect.

    I am not happy with B&B Crafts. I ordered 4 bolts of tulle and 6 packages of Colonial Pink Sashes, (shipping charges were outrageous). When they arrived I immediatey saw that the Colonial Pink Sashes were red NOT pink as shown on the internet. I immediately emailed to say that i needed to send them back and that I only recieved 5 packages of sashes not the 6 I ordered and paid for. They argued with me saying they sent 6. I sent back the 5 packages (I had to pay shipping which was $13.00), they did reimburse me for 6 packages. In the long run I am with a non-profit organization and when I total all the cost of sashes and shipping, then the return shipping, I
    am in the RED, therefore I have to eat the cost. I will not order from this company again. I ordered the pink sashes from another company.

    I ordered from BB Crafts because of their low prices. BE ADVISED that they charge shipping if you need to do an exchange...which is likely, as the color names and swatches shown on the internet can be vastly different from the product you receive. The customer service representative I encountered were professional at first, then promptly rude and accused me of not reading their return policy (which I had, but did not apply in my situation). Order at your own risk!

    Buying wasnt an issue. The box came today, it was all ripped up. Clearly they tried to put too much stuff in a box that was too small instead of getting a larger box. Then as I go thru, I find out 2 of my items are not in the box. The total of the items missing is 3.56 before tax or shipping costs, they refunded me 3.20 without any explanation. I honestly think they just couldn't fit it in the box so they took it off my order, without asking me. I needed those 2 things, would have dropped something else if given the choice. Was a first time customer and had my eye on other things to come back to, but don't think I'll shop with them again.

    I ordered a large amount of "premium" organza for my daughter's wedding so there was no way to look at every bolt of the organza. First the edges were very ragged so you loose at least 2 inches off the width and if you need nice edges you are out of luck. One bolt was only about 56 inches wide not 60 and the edged were still really bad. Some of the bolts are spliced so that could be a problem depending on where it falls. This is definitely not "premium" organza when compared to what you would find in a fabric store. I got what I paid for and we had to make it work, but I ended up buying some at the fabric store when it really mattered about the quality. On the other hand the sparkle organza was terrific as the ribbon would have bee fine if it had really been "Royal" blue instead of Navy.

    Low Quality Ribbons

    Shipping was fast but the wedding ribbons were low quality and fell apart. It's not the quality I was hoping for and would recommend paying the small premium to get something that is not noticeably low quality.

    Very disappointed with BBCrafts. I have been a customer since 2011, I am not sure if ownership has changed over this time or if their service and quality has just tanked, but it is just terrible. I used to love this company, they had a great selection, orders shipped fast, great prices and it used to be that they took care of issues that came up. As of the past 3 years or so, it has all changed. Items have been discontinued, so selection is nowhere where it used to be. Ribbons that I ordered for years were replaced with alternates that were totally off in color. BBCrafts will not send swatches to ensure you order the correct ribbons and to make that worse, if you are unhappy with your ribbon, they will charge you the return shipping fee AND a restocking fee. I ultimately found a new ribbon company because I was fed up, but due to the higher prices, I decided I would give BBCrafts another try. Bad decision. My order was delivered yesterday to my previous address. I had updated my info on the website after I moved, prior to placing my order. Apparently there was a glitch of some sort and it was sent to the previous address. BBCrafts just does not put customers first. I have to fill out forms, pay to get the package rerouted to me ***IF*** FedEX is able to retrieve it. They have zero compassion for customers and put their bottom line first. Terrible way to run a business. I don't see them lasting long if they don't make some changes.
