I absolutely love this place!! Ann, Rudy, and the entire Bayanihan Staff did an incredible job organizing and arranging our day! They were above and beyond what we could have asked for! Everyone in attendance loved the venue, the ambiance, and everything!! Thank you for everything and Thank you for making our day amazing!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. I worked with Ann Bartlett and everything was moving along smoothly until 1 week before the wedding. We scheduled to have our rehearsal there 2 months in advance and 1 week before the wedding, I found out that they had double booked and we were out of a rehearsal space. I was not impressed by their unapologetic attitude and their lack of flexibility in accommodating us at another time. We finally worked out a time for the rehearsal and when we arrived we were prevented from entering the building and told to enter from the side door.

After the planner made a call to the manager, we were ‘allowed’ to come inside but the space provided was very small. On the day of the wedding a new coordinator, Joel, was assigned to us and he was a pleasure to work with. I wish that we had been working with him from the very beginning. The room was more beautiful than I could imagine and Joel made sure that everything ran smoothly. I was pretty impressed because we utilized our plan B because of the rain and guests did not know about any of the changes made. They said all of the transitions were smooth and that everything was planned well.

Where do I start... After booking a non refundable venue prior to viewing thie Bayanihann we kno that we had made a wrong decision. This venue was absolutely jaw dropping beautifull. It was somewhere we could have our ceremony/reception @. It was everything we had hoped for visually and financially. So the next week we returned to seal the deal. From the day forward, we had the opportunity to work with ANN BARTLETT!!!! Ann was very professional, flexible and helpful through out our whole planning process. She went up, out and above to make our day special. We couldnt have asked for a better coordinator. Our guest keep telling us that, that the best wedding they every attended and how georgous the venue was. We also went with the Bayanihan Arts & Events Center as our Caterer as well. The food was delicious and affordable.

The day really turned out beautiful. We were planning the wedding from a different state and had to do everything though email and phone. I was able to visit the place only twice before the wedding. I was nervous about all the details, but they got it all right and my husband and I are very grateful. Our guests were very impressed with the venue as well and all night we were asked how we found it and how beautiful it was!

If you are looking for a unique and accommodating venue, definitely consider the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center! As one of my bridesmaids put it: "You may not be able to pronounce it, but at least you will look classy!"

The Bayanihan was a wonderful location for my wedding reception! It was BEAUTIFUL! Looked like a platinum wedding for WAY less! The bartender at the beginning of the night was a little slow. I was told that I would have tables set up in the lobby for the day of the wedding, and they weren't there the day of the wedding. When I spoke to the lady who was acting as the manager of the night, she was little rude and said Well you didn't pay for it. Even though I thought I had work it out with the other manager to have those things. Overall it was really wonderful, just those minor details. They are quick to get you in, and then start to add a few extra cost. Which it's was worth in the end.
FYI: Be careful if they tell you to go with Victoria's Linens... Her prices sound great, and she does a great job, but she shows up the hour before your wedding to do the linens and charges extra for silk linens.

The Bayanihan Arts Center is a hidden gem amongst Tampa! I did a lot of research and visited a lot of venues while planning my wedding. When I visited the Bayanihan I was blown away at the beauty of the facility and the ambiance that can be created with the colored lighting. It was breathtaking! What was even better is that the staff was incredibly easy to work with and seemed to care a lot about our event. In the end, my December wedding was the stuff made of dreams and a day I will never forget! Our guests are still raving at how beautiful the place was! Thank you Rudy, Ann and the entire staff for helping to make our wedding one to always for remember!

I would recommend this place to everyone. It is absolutley stunning. I had the best wedding ever. I am so amazed with the style in this building. It was a dream come true to host my event here.

The Bayanihan is simply beautiful. I had my wedding an reception there. It is very affordable for all the ammenities that you get, drapings, chandeliers, and extra time if available. I will say to keep all of your paperwork. I was chargd an extra $250 for items that were already promised to me in my initial meeting but I couldn't find the paper. I didn't complain because many extras were added. Check it out!
