I am obsessed with these ladies. All four of our make-up and hair stylists were beautiful inside and out. They made my girls feel great and everyone loved their glow up for the day. The make up artist, Katie, is an absolute doll. My husband said he was a little nervous that my make up would be too much/overdone, and he said he absolutely loved it (he hates make up in general, so this is a big deal haha). My hair was exactly as I pictured it and stayed put through the night. My girls particularly liked the honestly, as in, if they wanted something with their hair or make up that was not doable, the team tole them and offered other suggestion, rather than allowing it to not turn out the way they envisioned. The entire team was a joy to have in the bridal suite and they worked efficiently to get everyone ready for the ceremony. -

Absolutely wonderful hair and makeup team!
I had a phenomenal experience working with Bangs and Blush on my wedding day, especially with my makeup artist, Jamie, and my hair stylist, Kacie. It is clear the entire team takes immense pride in their work and prioritizes the client's happiness with the finished product more than anything.
During my hair and makeup trial, the artists would step away after completion of the service to give me a moment to process it without feeling like I needed to react for the benefit of the artist. They encouraged me to give honest feedback and made adjustments without hesitation. They asked very thoughtful questions both before and during the process to get a good understanding of my preferences. I appreciated that they made suggestions I may not have considered on my own and took the time to explain any additional recommendations.
The B&B team communicated directly with my venue so they could arrive ahead of time and already had all of the hair and makeup stations set up when my bridesmaids and I arrived on the morning of the wedding. We never felt like things were being rushed but the team easily stayed on schedule and was even able to accommodate an extra hair service on the day of the wedding. All of the bridesmaids requested different hair and makeup styles, and the team was able to execute every request perfectly.
The products they use are very high quality and it is clear they take great care to keep products from getting cross-contaminated when being used for so many different people. Both my hair and makeup lasted flawlessly all day, even through lots of dancing and happy tears. I was especially impressed with their use of airbrush foundation, which provided good coverage but still looked natural on everyone. Both my bridesmaids and I were flooded with compliments on how our hair and makeup looked throughout the wedding day, and the highest compliment I received was that I looked like myself, but elevated, which is exactly how I wanted to look. I was so thrilled with my experience with Bangs and Blush and would highly recommend them to anyone! -

Bangs and Blush did hair and makeup for myself and most of my bridal party on my wedding day. They were easily one of the best parts of the day and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a hair and makeup team! Katie and Katie were so amazing and fun to have helping me and my girls! I had a large wedding party (10 getting hair and 6 getting makeup) and they were so quick and efficient getting my entire party done on time and with enough time for quick touch ups before we started pictures! My mom was so worried about getting everyone's hair and makeup done on time but the Bangs and Blush girls far exceeded our expectations and calmed everyone's nerves the morning of the wedding. From the moment I reached out to them, they helped to answer any and all questions we had and were so helpful making sure everything at my trial was exactly how I wanted it and treated it as if it was the day of. They also did an amazing job accommodating the wide variety of hair types and makeup wants that my group had. -

I couldn’t have been happier with my choice to use Bangs and Blush for my wedding hair and makeup. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. I had a party of 13 and they helped me craft a timeline in order to get everyone done on time. Everybody loved their services and we all had fun getting ready with them the morning of. Amanda and Abby did an incredible job, were receptive to feedback, and ensured I was happy with my final look. I would highly recommend them to any bride! -

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Bangs and Blush for my wedding! Abby did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and makeup — it turned out even better than my inspiration photos or anything I could have hoped for. She has such a wonderful personality and made the whole getting-ready process so fun and relaxed.
Abby was also incredible with my niece, styling her hair beautifully and adding a little sparkle that made her feel so special. I received so many compliments throughout the day on both my hair and makeup!
The entire experience with Bangs and Blush was seamless from start to finish. I would recommend them — and especially Abby — to any bride looking for someone talented, kind, and professional. -

My husband and I are from Florida and wanted to get married in Tennessee. Upon looking at venues, we fell in love with Castleton Farms. With our package, we got hair and makeup included for myself and my bridesmaids. I had done research on the vendors listed and Bangs and Blush were my top pick.
I knew that I wanted to do a trial with Bangs and Blush prior to committing so I booked with them for my engagement photos! I was very fortunate that I got both Heather and Kacie. After my engagement photos, I knew I wanted to book them for my wedding.
Heather:
Heather is very personable and nice! She is very easy to talk to and plays some great music! She made my engagement photos and wedding photos turn out STUNNING. Myself, my four bridesmaids, and my mom were all amazed at how the makeup turned out! She did such an amazing job! I had never felt so beautiful! It made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I was speechless when she showed it to me!
Kacie:
Kacie is also personable and super easy to talk to. She listens to you and gives you your dream hair. When I came in for engagement photos not knowing exactly what I wanted but I had an idea of it, she brought my hair to life. On my wedding day, She did absolutely amazing on my hair. It brought my entire look together and made me feel like a princess. I was in absolute disbelief that was my hair when she showed me. All the girls, myself, and my mom looked beautiful and everyone’s hair turned out STUNNING.
Kacie and Heather are the dream team. Book bangs and blush and book with them for your hair and makeup! The hair and makeup speaks for itself.
Also, a special mention is Amy! Amy did the spray tans for myself and my bridesmaids before the wedding and did an amazing job! She is so sweet and we all had such a great experience with her. I would go back to bangs and blush for a spray tan as well and would book with Amy!

I am very particular about my hair and makeup and I was very nervous I was not gonna love it! But Erin made all of my worries disappear! She absolutely killed it! I could not have been more happy with my hair and makeup! She is also such a sweet woman with a helping heart! She was willing to do anything to make my vision come true! At my trail appointment the prep she had put on my face wasn't working and she was like you know what let's take it off and try something else better for you! I knew I loved her,
instead of ignoring it and hustling through she was honest and adapted! Not only was Erin and Heather fabulous with hair and makeup they were just fabulous to be around! It was so sweet to spend my morning with! They kept the good vibes going! I had a few mess ups with my cake and flowers and these women were ready to step up and help with those issues as well! They were there for literally anything I needed! I can not recommend them enough! They are doing my twin sister's wedding in September, and we are so excited! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

May 2025 Bride
Jamie did my make up and Wendy did my hair for my wedding day and let me just say, they SLAYED my vision. From start to finish, my experience with them was incredible. Their attention to detail during my trial to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted on my wedding day was amazing and much appreciated! I felt incredibly comfortable telling them what I wanted and what I wanted to change.
From booking to the day of I had the best experience with this team. I had a very large wedding party and these ladies went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure everything was done in a timely manner while still making sure everyone looked INCREDIBLE. They even stayed over the allotted time to ensure everyone was perfect.
I can truly say I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt on my wedding day all thanks to these ladies and I am forever grateful. Truly cannot recommend them enough. -

What a fabulous experience! I am so glad that we used Bangs and Blush for my daughter's wedding. From the trial that my daughter did to the actual hair and makeup for the day of the wedding, everything was very professional. I booked Bangs and Blush for spray tan, hair, and makeup services for my wedding day. Kacie and Zea did such an amazing job making us all feel and look so beautiful and natural. They were both patient, professional, and enjoyable to work with! Zea fixed my makeup multiple times throughout pictures prior to the ceremony because of tears and not once did she seem frustrated to have to stop what she was doing to help me. Amazing Lexington team!
We had Bangs and Blush (Lexington) do makeup for all my bridesmaids and moms, and could not be happier with them. The communication through the entire planning process was amazing, and our makeup that day was even better! So worth every penny and more
I was referred to Bangs and Blush because the people I hired originally did a horrible job during my trail. Since I was an out of state bride my trail with B&B was scheduled 3 days before my wedding. I met with Jewely (Julie) and I showed her my inspo pics and we talked about what I liked and what was possible for my hair and makeup. She even did one eye different so I could choose which way I preferred. I was so happy I didn’t want to take if off but I wanted my look to be a surprise. So she changed my hair and makeup so I still looked great for the rest of the day. On my wedding day Jewely was all set up and ready for us at our start time of 10am. She did all 3 girl and myself as well as touching up the first two before she left. My girls do not wear makeup and they couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved how they looked. Jewely did my look even better that day. I couldn’t get over how good and natural I looked with amazing hair! She said she tweaked a few things since she knew how my skin reacted. So don’t skip the trial ladies!!! I left her open to what sparkle to add to my hair and she chose to use the Queen crown after seeing my dress. She even asked if I wanted it in all day or just for the ceremony. I said all day and let me tell you it never moved even after multiple dips on the dance floor. What an amazing experience and the level of skill and professionalism is off the charts. Please don’t hesitate to book with them, even the email traffic and communication was always quick and prompt. I'm so glad I went with Bangs & Blush for my wedding! The team was so nice to work with and well worth the investment. They were flexible with scheduling my trial since I now live out of state, and 100% listened to my changes on my look after the trial, and had a very relaxing vibe the morning of / while getting ready! It's a stressful thing, having moms and bridesmaids and the bride all be ready within the span of a few hours, and they were so efficient with everyone and never made it feel like we were crunched for time. Everyone looked amazing! Definitely recommend -

Jamie and Wendy made my wedding day perfect!!
Jamie is the best at makeup. Not only was she so nice but my makeup looked amazing- she really took her time with my makeup. Wendy did my hair and it was great! I had 4 bridesmaids but 10 of us got makeup and hair done and it all got done quickly but looked so elegant. If you want to feel like a million bucks on your wedding day, I will highly recommend Bangs and Blush!! Being an out-of-town bride, I was so nervous about not being able to meet the team in person, but between phone calls, emails, texts, and video calls, Bangs and Blush helped minimize that fear immediately! They were so kind and attentive to my vision for my hair and make-up. On the day of, Becca (hair) and Amber (make-up) were phenomenal. My girls and I can't say enough good things about them. They made us all feel like queens and were the sweetest souls. They made me feel so at ease and were my personal hype team. Easy & efficient
I had four team members on my wedding day & they were all there on time (6:45am), all were polite, funny, listened and executed every style my girls wanted, and most importantly, the got us done 20 mins ahead of schedule! As the bride, my makeup held without a single touch up for 12 hours and my hair looked great from morning until night. Overall, I am so so happy we chose this company!BANGS AND BLUSH's reply:

Ultimate glam squad
I would highly recommend using Bangs and Blush for any special occasion! Wendy and Heather led a team for my wedding day at The Magnolia, and they were all outstanding. Everyone's final look was even better than the inspiration photo's we showed them. Everyone looked stunning and felt so confident!!!!! The Bangs and Blush team is also very organized and professional. They requested inspiration photos weeks in advance and brought a total of 4 stylists to ensure the day was relaxed and they were able to spend enough time with each person. I used Bangs and Blush for my wedding at The Lodge at Brother’s Cove in June! I had 6 bridesmaids, plus my MIL and I getting makeup. We had a variety of hair types and skin tones and they nailed it! Everyone looked beautiful with their natural features enhanced. At the trial, I felt so comfortable and confident in my decision. I also decided last minute to add a second hair stylist and makeup artist and I’m so glad I did! Kaci was my primary Hair stylist and Heather was my primary makeup artist, with Katie E and Shannon as the 2nd artists.
I couldn’t recommend them more! They are totally worth the money. The hair and makeup looked beautiful on everyone and they were so professional!BANGS AND BLUSH's reply:

the BEST experience!
So incredibly thankful that I chose to work with Bangs and Blush for our wedding! There are so many vendors that provide hair and make up but NOBODY can match the level of customer service and true care that Bangs and Blush provides. I had the pleasure of having Ella and Amanda for both our engagement shoot photos and for our wedding and I can't recommend them enough. Every person in my bridal party couldn't believe how flawless their hair and make up were and how incredible their attention to detail was. Casey and Meg were AMAZING! They worked with us to change locations since we couldn't be on the venue property until later. They made my vision come to life. I had to hold back (happy) tears so I wouldn't ruin my makeup! I wanted to have the classic 1950's look attributed to my late grandma, and I think they captured it perfectly. Amazing, kind, beautiful
Bangs and Blush is 100% the best out there and worth the money!! I am so happy I went with them for my wedding. Patty did my makeup and touched me up multiple times when I couldn’t stop my happy tears, and with the sweetest smile on her face. Even when I accidentally got half a bottle of champagne on my face when popping a bottle for pictures. I can not thank her enough. And Emily!!!! Omg Emily did amazing on my hair (which my hair is literally so much/ Curly crazy) I’m still getting messages about my hair weeks later saying how amazing it looked. And the curls stayed for days. They were both so patient and kind with last minute add ons and honestly Patty and Emily were exactly the people I wanted to surround myself with on the morning of my wedding, the nicest/ most light hearted people to be around. I could not have asked for a better hair and makeup artist than Erin! We absolutely loved meeting her and figuring out my wedding look together. I had no idea what I wanted makeup wise and only a slight idea of what I was looking for with my hair. The final outcome was better than anything I could have hoped for! I felt so beautiful!! My mom had also booked hair and was nervous because of previous experiences where she didn’t get what she asked for. After getting her hair done she was so happy with it that she asked if she could have some special pictures taken of her and my dad as well since she loved it so much! Erin was even able to make time to do my mom’s makeup as well even though we hadn’t pre-booked it! She’s seriously the best!! Bangs and Blush was so responsive and helpful in all my questions leading up to the wedding. I never got a bridal trial done because I live in a different state, but had total confidence in their abilities. And of course they did a great job. The stylists were very flexible even the day of, considering we had 8 women to get their hair and makeup done in a short amount of time. They made this stressed out bride feel at ease with the timeline. The only down side is after the ceremony my strip eyelashes both lifted off the insides of my eyes. Considering I am the bride and the price of this services, I was a little let down. In reality it was not noticeable to anyone but me (I think), and I didn't sweat it. Just not ideal. Christina did my spray tan and bridal makeup for my wedding. I'll start by saying that I am really particular about makeup and not looking over-done. I had a vision in my head of how my makeup would look on the big day and definitely felt worried about how it would look before I met Christina. Erin and Amber from Bangs & Blush did a wonderful job on my wedding day. They arrived on time and were fully prepared with all of their tools and materials laid out and ready to go! She also worked on several people of different skin tones and types and was able to give us all exactly what we asked for. Loved our experience with the ladies and B&B! As an out-of-town bride, hair/makeup was the most nerve-wracking part of wedding planning for me. Bangs and Blush did not disappoint! I thought I would give them a try for engagement photos before deciding if I wanted them to do all of the bridal party hair and make up for the wedding. Heather and Tara KILLED it! They were so much fun and made me feel so comfortable from the minute I met them. I felt like I had always known them. I knew they would be perfect for the big day and would do a great job with the bridal party too. Covid came crashing in and I had to reschedule the wedding date several times, Bangs and Blush was very accommodating and understanding about all of it. I had a vision for my hair, which was executed beautifully, but wasn't quite sure what I desired for makeup. Jamie helped me figure out exactly what I wanted so that I looked better than I ever imagined. Bangs and Blush did the styling for the women in my wedding party this fall and they did a great job! Jewely was my lead stylist and she was awesome. She came out to my house to do the trial, and she was really good about pausing frequently and getting feedback to make sure that I was happy with how she did everything. She and an assistant came to the hotel on my wedding day. They did makeup for my bridesmaids (4) and both mothers (bride/groom), and then makeup and hair for me, the bride. Everything turned out great. We had a really diverse set of skin tones and looks and they did a good job doing makeup for everyone that complimented each person’s look, while tying the group together as well.
I would absolutely recommend Bangs and Blush for any hair/makeup needs. They were nice, professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and it all turned out great! -

From beginning to end everything was wonderful! They were always quick to respond, helped me with what to do with my skincare and hair care to prep, and helped me understand what to expect! From my engagement photos to my wedding Bangs and Blush were amazing! Heather was my make up artist and Jewley was my hair stylist, and I couldn’t be more grateful to these girls! As someone who does photography for a hobby I was nervous about being in front of the camera, but when you feel beautiful it shows in your pictures! Anytime I see a picture of myself my first thing I do is pick myself apart, and I couldn’t do that! I had no idea I could look so beautiful! That’s including when I came in with like 10 pictures of ideas for my wedding and told them I liked all of them, but couldn’t find the one.. I just wanted to look regal AF! Lol Not only are they SUPER talented, but their just genuinely great people. Working with them is like hanging out with your best friends! The morning of our wedding was perfect because of these ladies! Even when I almost couldn’t make it to my bridal suite because my vehicle wouldn’t drive up the mountain Heather saved the day and alerted the venue! After a mamosa and some jokes with these girls my nerves was eased and I was ready to enjoy my day! My girls and especially I are grateful to both of them! Lets not forget the most important part.. I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that my now husband had no complaints as well!
We plan on having anniversary and family photos with our photographer when we are in town in the future, and DEFINITELY will be working with these ladies again! It’s a investment you won’t regret! -

I hired Bangs and Blush for my wedding day this past Saturday to do my and my bridal party’s hair and makeup. Heather did our makeup and all I can say is “WOW”! I didn’t wanna wash it off after the wedding! We got so many compliments on it through out the day. The colors were perfect and she literally matched every skin tone from super pale and freckles to tanned skin. Tara did our hair and she did amazing also! We all just showed her photos and she matched our Pinterest dreams perfectly! From thick hair to thin hair, to short hair, to hair with extensions, she made it work! Wendy came up with something custom for me after I showed her pictures and I was in love! On my wedding day, they arrived early and made the whole process easy. So happy with my team: Tara and Kaya! Jamie was so helpful and responsive in setting up trials, timeline, and everything else needed. After my make up trail I wanted to make some adjustments and show Kaya the day of my wedding...she nailed it! Bangs and Blush did such a great job with all the hair styling for my wedding. Jewely was so sweet and very attentive to details. During the hair trial prior to the wedding, she took the time to thoroughly go through the different ways we can accomplish the look I desired on my wedding day and walked me through different options of volume, texture, etc. The day of the wedding was a breeze. Jewely scheduled plenty of time for everyone getting their hair done - we even finished early and she utilized the rest of the time doing touch ups and making sure our hair was perfect. As a whole, Bangs and Blush was super responsive and easy to work with. -

She makes sure that you are happy with what she is doing every step of the way, so you're not just surprised at the end! I never did a hair and makeup trial, I came from off town to have my wedding in Tennessee, so I was really happy with how she did it! She is so nice, my hair looked perfect and my makeup was just stunning! My now husband, couldn't stop telling me how beautiful I looked! she also did my mother, MOH and flower girls hair too and they all turned out so so beautiful as well! I would hire her again and again, she was one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding!!! Thank you so much for making me feel so pretty!! -
