  Wow! Did we luck out finding these guys! I searched high and low for a band to play for a ceremony and cocktail hour that wasn't a harpist or a violin with no luck. In my last attempt I put an ad on craigslist and Tony found me. I couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Not wanting to do the traditional wedding march, I sent Tony a bunch of samples from youtube for the songs I wanted for the ceremony (think the Beatles, here comes the sun) and he nailed it! The music was beautiful and just our style. he had the cocktail hour rocking and did a great job of listening to exactly the type of sound we wanted and delivered. He was extremely responsive and prepared to set up at our venue as it was an outdoor venue he had never played at before. He was also extremely accommodating meeting our needs saying her could provide as many or as few musicians as we needed. If you are looking for a great (not cheesy) wedding band; these guys will deliver.

  Band of Gold is a hidden gem. The band leader, Tony Schettino, was very responsive, and we spoke and exchanged several e-mails. He was always very prompt. They offered to learn new songs for the wedding. The band was a great value and all the musicians sounded really good. We received a lot of compliments on the band. I would highly recommend them.
