This was the second event that ASE had catered for us this year. This second one was for my wife’s surprise 60th birthday for approximately 35 people at our daughter’s home. The menu consisted of sweet and sour meatballs, roast beef sliders (my favorite), stuffed new potatoes, fried chicken tenders (for the grands), a veggie tray, fresh fruit with dip, spinach dip with chips (especially delicious) and tea.
I dealt with Gwen and we communicated almost exclusively by email. She provided suggestions for the menu and was accommodating to prepare the final menu decided on. The food was excellent and the presentation (even with the disposable platters, containers & cutlery) was very pleasing. The food delivery was prompt and required no reheating upon serving. She provided an “all-inclusive” service for us, which was great for keeping the surprise, convenient for the hosts and provided for easy clean-up after the party.
ASE prices are reasonable, the service was very good and the food was delicious (several compliments from the guests as well). Recommend and would definitely use again.
