I hired April for my wedding August 10th and I cannot thank myself enough for this.
She was the greatest help ever. I don't think I would have had such a perfect event without her. We worked together mainly on the month of the wedding and kept in constant communication before that with updates. She was easy to get a hold of when I needed her and also was flexible with me and all my changes. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and myself nor my family had to worry about any vendor or guest. With her military background, she was assertive and the best leader for the large group of vendors I had. April and her assistant were always around making sure I was good (because I'm kind of a crazy control freak/perfectionist) and I never once was worried because although there probably were some issues (like all weddings), I never found out about them! I could go on and on about her service. Definitely recommend her! -

April was fantastic!! I am still kicking myself for not hiring her right off the bat. I thought I could do it alone and went about 9 months into my 17 month engagement before I decided to hire April. Seriously, hire her right away and get the most inclusive package. I opted for her second most inclusive package, which was great since I hired her after I had a lot of my vendors chosen.
She always promptly responded to my emails and was very professional. She attended appointments with me when she was needed and was always prepared with a notepad and her file notes on my wedding. She was honest when I asked her opinion and reassuring when I was emailing her in a panic.
She coordinate with all of my vendors to make sure they would arrive on time and created a timeline for the day of so we all knew where/when we were supposed to be doing things.
She helped me pick some great vendors and honestly, I don't think the reception would have happened without her. My friends and family would come to me and say, "So, what do we need to do for set-up the night before?" and I would happily respond, "Nothing, my coordinator has it covered." Seriously, all I had to do was drop off some key items (cake cutter, ice, alcohol, decorations, etc.) and show up the next day after the ceremony. It was the best. The ballroom looked fantastic and I didn't have to do anything!
The actual reception went very well. April was behind the scenes the whole time making sure things went smoothly. She always made sure we were moving onto the next event at the right time. I also hired her to make our candy bar. It was fantastic!
She stayed late that night to clean up and made sure we had all of our keepsakes in a box. It was amazing to know that I could trust her to take care of everything. My whole family was very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend!! -

April and her mom were amazing! They really went above and beyond on the wedding day and all the days before! My wedding wouldn't have been what it was without April and I will be forever grateful! -
