I had so much fun looking through all the dresses at Angeliques. Quinn was so helpful in answering all the questions I had and helped me find the perfect dress! I’d definitely recommend this shop.

I absolutely love Lisa and Robin. These ladies are the sweetest, caring people I’ve experienced so far during this wedding journey. I was so nervous going in as this was my first time trying dresses and I absolutely fell in love with the vibe, the shop and my experience. I’m a size 12/14 in street wear. I found my dress (which is so beautiful) and they had such amazing options. I was able to try on dresses without feeling insecure. Everything I tried on highlighted all my best parts. Lisa allowed the experience to me mine and with an open mind, we found my dress. I highly recommend dress shopping here.

Expect the best unexpected

Went with the expectations that we would only be able to be in the sample room (but this was also during covid) and it was a quiet day for a few hours. The owner and the employee (who I feel horrible because I forget her name) we’re amazing in helping me. They helped me get the sample dress picked out and when I was not finding what I was looking for they started pulling from the other side. It was coming time for our time to be out so they came with one last option and I was a little unsure about it but something told me to try it on!! It was amazing and it was the best dress. I never saw anyone with the same one on ever. I am so happy with the dress and everyone loved it!! I loved they had the option tho I didn’t need it, to buy off the rack for a discount vs ordering. Totally recommend going and looking at dresses here!!

My daughter bought her dress on line and it was all wrinkled. I called Angellque's Bridal and asked if they would steam the dress for me. They did without question and did a beautiful job,

I recently ordered my wedding dress from Angeliques! The first time I went there I worked with Karol and she was awesome to work with. Offered many ideas, but was not pushy in buying my dress that day. The second time I went back I worked with Lisa and she was amazing to work with. Spent extra time with me, was not pushy to purchase, extremely helpful in making sure it was the dress for me, and patient! My dress is ordered and will be here in 8 months.

The only negatives were not being able to take pictures of the dress the first time I was there or understanding which designer designed my dress. I was not planning on buying it anywhere else, but would of liked the opinions of those who are out of state.

I searched 4 different bridal boutiques for my dress. I tried on about 35 dresses total. I had a very specific look in mind- I love lace, and I did NOT want strapless. My final stop was Angelique's. I should have just started there, because my older sister also bought her dress there. This boutique itself is very quaint and feels very homey. I love that you immediately feel comfortable. The sales team is not pushy in any way, and they do not have a lot of rules like some shops. All of the ladies who assisted me respected my budget and really listened to what I did and did not like about each style of dress. I am very happy with my decision. My dress took about 7 months to arrive in the store, and I was given a 6-8 months approximate time frame.
My seamstress was Deborah Block. I did not have to have any alterations regarding length, because they measured just perfectly ahead of time. I hired Deborah to add short sleeves to my dress. It was originally sleeveless. I am SO happy with the result. She is a true professional and very skilled at what she does. My dress is a silk slip dress with a layer of lace over the top, so it was very delicate to work with. Deborah did an excellent job! I would recommend her to anyone. Everyone just loved it and I had many compliments. I would wear it every day if I could. Thank you to the entire team at Angelique's! You made our day perfect.

I HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY DRESS!!! I purchase my bridal gown, veil, and belt from Angeliques. I enjoyed everything about it! They were patient and so helpful every step of the way. They never pressured me into adding any pieces or any type of alteration. Every time I spoke with them on the phone or in person, they were amazing. The atmosphere was unbelievably relaxing. I loved finding my dress at Angeliques and would do it all over again in a heart beat with the ladies there! On a side note, if you pick out your tuxes from Savvii next door, they will put the grooms tux on a display model and bring it to your dressing room to make sure you like how it looks next to your gown!

Today I worked with Jackie and I could not be more thankful she took time out of what seemed like was a very busy day at the salon to accommodate my "walk in." I had already selected my dress a few months prior but like a lot of brides I picked a wishful size. Now I'm six months out with a size 6 I'm not even close to fitting into. Jackie assured me that these things happen and she would do everything in her power to try to get a larger size before my dress comes in. She answered all my questions and heard all my concerns, without making me feel like a diva. She genuinely seemed invested in making me a happy bride. I feel in very good hands with the staff at Angelique's!

I really liked trying on dresses at this store, it was very personal and quiet and calm. I had tried on dresses at other wedding dress stores where there were a million people running around, a ton of woman trying on dresses and not enough staff to help them all. At Angeliques I felt well taken care of, I had one staff member helping me one on one and I had my own personal space away from other costumers to try on dresses. It was a lovely experience. I love my dress, which I got during a trunk show, and thus got it discounted! I would highly recommend brides to go here to try on dresses.

Angelique's is a GREAT vendor!! I've had family who has purchased from this vendor and so when it came time to buy a wedding dress I knew where to go due to multiple recommendations. Lisa had helped us and was such a joy! We had the best experience and even found my wedding dress in one appointment. Their prices are reasonable and selection is awesome I even tried on new 2015 dresses. They have a great staff and we were crying and laughing, it felt more like visiting family. Truly a place where the people there care about who comes in their door and who they help. TOP NOTCH!

I liked that the staff listened to my wants and needs and when I went in to look for the first time they were not pushy and let me take my time and look around. After I had picked out my dress I wanted to add some things to the skirt and Deborah was just awesome. I found this vendor at a bridal show. They were the only bridal boutique representing plus sized gowns at the show. Being plus sized, it meant a lot that they recognized that not every bride is a size 8. I set up an appointment to try on dresses and it went well. I found my dress there and purchased it when they had a trunk show for that designer. That made my dress less expensive than the other boutiques I had visited. I was very happy with my dress. I had my alterations at the same place. Having a background in fashion design/ Product Development, I can confidently say the seamstress was very knowledgeable and got my alterations done in a very timely manner.

I was engaged for a week and was super excited about finding the perfect dress, so I went to Angelique's one day after work and booked an appointment to dress shop with my mother. Kate was the associate that helped me find the perfect dress. She even stayed after the store's closing time to finalize the details. I would recommend this salon to any and all future brides!

I came here a few days ago looking for a wedding dress and Sharina was more than helpful! She gave us a run down of where everything was located in the store, and how to start picking out a few dresses to try on. Once she got a feel for what I was looking for she pulled a few dresses that were just what I was looking for. I was more than pleased with this place, and I found a beautiful dress. Not to mention I got an absolutely great deal on it! Sharina was so friendly and she made me fell comfortable. She gave us privacy when needed, and was there to lend a helping hand when needed as well. I would definitely recommend coming here. They had some stunning dresses!

Loved Angelique's Bridal Salon. Simply walking in the door is a breath of fresh air compared to other dress shops. I was greeted kindly at the door with my mom, we removed our shoes and started looking at dresses! Personally, I went into dress shopping without an idea of what I wanted (no Pinterest, no saved links) because I'm not a model and I wanted to see what looked great on ME (not a model). The lady who helped me picked out a few dresses that I didn't think I would care for, but I went into it with an open mind and spirit. Sure enough, the first dress she picked out was the one! A timeless dress full of class. They have a great set up with private platforms for you to stand on in front of mirrors and chairs for mothers and guests.

I also brought my Bridesmaids in and they bought their dresses there as well. We've all had great experiences from trying them on upon their arrival and we went with the alterations on site. All dresses purchased will be steamed prior to the wedding for free!

So helpful from the very beginning. When it came to the shopping experience it was by far the best compared to other shops in the area. No pressure, large area to try on, you get to look through all the dresses. Once I bought my dress and started fittings they even helped me pick out my shoes and match my colors with the groom/groomsman attire next door. I felt they went above and beyond and I was so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely worth the trip if you are not local.

A few family members and my maid of honor joined me at Angelique's a few weeks ago to find my wedding dress, and we had a wonderful experience!! As soon as we walked in, I spotted a dress on a model that would later become my wedding down. I tried on many dresses, with the help of bridal consultant Lois, who was very patient, professional, and enthusiastic and had excellent taste in choosing additional gowns for me to try. She and another consultant chose several pieces of jewelry for me to try, so I could get a better idea of what I would look like on my wedding day. This was very helpful! I ultimately purchased the first gown I tried on at Angelique's, and after seeing the selections at a number of other bridal stores, I was pleased with the unique dresses they offered. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Angelique's! My bridal party and I walked in and immediately felt welcomed by the staff. The staff was knowledgeable and really listened to what I was drawn to and what I wanted (even though I only knew bits and pieces of what I wanted when I came in). I found the perfect dress, but had another appointment to go to. I could not find a dress or service that matched up to what Angelique's had so I rushed back. We called and got to the store 10 min before closing. My dress was pulled up and the staff didn't seem to mind a bit that I was running late, they even stayed and chit chatted with my mother and I, after I was measured and we had paid. We really felt like the quality of service could not be beat!

From the moment I walked into my very first appointment in August 2013 to my final fitting in September 2014 I felt I was in amazing hands. My dream dress came true!!!!
I liked 2 different dresses at the time and had such a hard time trying to decide. With their help I chose the dress I liked most and just asked them to add in certain qualities from the other dress I didn't choose. The end results was more than what I could ask for!!!

Lois and Carly were wonderful to work with! I was from out of state and had an appointment to try on dresses on a Friday night. I was having a hard time making a decision but I was assured I could come back the next day and be taken care of(even during a busy Saturday without an appointment). I had a wonderful experience at Angelique's Bridal. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I loved my dress. The only downfall is that you can't take pictures of the dress until you buy it so for those shopping around and taking pictures to get opinions you may want to consider bringing the people you want to see the dress to the appointment. Overall, my experience was wonderful!

Angelique's was the best experience I could ever ask for while dress shopping. After visiting other dress shops this one stood out, by far. First, I would like to say that the staff are just wonderful. I had Lois help me find my dream gown, she is just great. I didn't feel pressured at all and I felt so much more comfortable at Angelique's than anywhere else. They are ready to help you and make the dress finding process so fun and easy. Another great thing that I couldn't fail to mention is the quality of each dress for such a reasonable price. I could not find anything even remotely close to as beautiful as my dress in the styles that I loved that also fit into my price range, until I went to Angelique's. I would recommend going to this shop if you are ready to have great service and find the dress of your dreams.

I absolutely love my dress!

This was the first place I went too. I totally thought I would need to go to more then one location. But the very first dress I tried on I fell in love with. I didn't end up going with that dress just but it did end up in my top three. By the time I was done with my appointment I had three dresses that I loved. I pretty much knew which one I wanted but my Mom and I wanted my aunt and my friends to be there to share in the experience. So, I made an appointment a couple of days later.

I had so much fun and absolutely love my dress! I went back when they had a trunk show for accessories. Found a veil that matched my dress. Love Love Love!

I searched for a wedding dress FOREVER. I started a year and a half in advance, went to a dozen shops and travelled all over MN as there is not a lot of selection in Duluth (and I refuse to shop at David's-off the rack at those prices? I don't think so!) When I got to Angelique's the salesperson pulled all the dresses that fit the style that I was looking for as well as some others that she thought I should consider. I am a plus size bride and would never have considered a drop waist dress if she hadn't given me the confidence to try it on. It was perfect! There was always something "off" about the other dresses I was trying on and it was that they were actually making me look bigger! Once I had my eyes opened we tried on about 6 more dresses and I found EXACTLY what I had been searching months for. I bought everything at Angelique's, all my accessories (sash, veil, hairpiece, shoes, jewelry), and my bridesmaids dresses and their shoes. I am a bargain shopper but also fervently believe that you get what you pay for. I found bridesmaids slightly cheaper elsewhere ($10-$20) but the few extra dollars to my girls was well worth it to them and to me as all the dresses were stored the entire time, those who wanted alterations done there did so and the others took theirs when they were ready to their own seamstress and then they let them bring them back for free pressing! I thought that was wonderful and was very unexpected when most other shops we looked said, "for this price you have to take it as soon as it comes in". The skirt on my dress was also very complicated and I honestly thought I would have to touch it up myself before the wedding-but again they surprised me. The convenience and the incredible service made the drive from Duluth to Angelique's well worth it to choose the gown and for my alterations appointments. I would (and do) recommend Angelique's to everyone I know getting married. Having the tux shop next door was incredibly helpful too.

I had made an appointment a couple weeks in advance for 5pm on Tuesday August 6th 2013. Jolene was the individual that was going to help me. Jolene was absolutely amazing, she helped me from the minuet I walked in the door until the moment I was walking out. They have a great selection and Jolene helped pick out dresses and also let me and my party pick as many as we wanted. She helped me in the dressing room get the dresses on and made me feel completely comfortable. I found my dream dress and at Angelique's Bridal. From the first time I walked in everyone was really nice. Fortunately for me, the very first dress I ever tried on was the one I went down the aisle in. I received so many great compliments on my dress. Your first visit you will feel like a princess. Each girl has her own platform and mirror. Your consultant helps you to imagine your big day by bringing whatever accessories you need to complete the look weather it be veils, headbands, jewelry, etc. By the end of my consultation I was extremely excited to come back for the next fitting. They also have great deals for people in the military and awesome trunk shows on certain weekends. Check out their website. I bought my dress on a trunk show weekend.

After a frustrating day at David's Bridal trying on dresses and the attendant not being helpful and assisting other customers during my scheduled appointment - Angelique's was an amazingly positive experience! She was attentative and truely cared in finding me my dress without being pushy at all. I was hesitant at DB because I didn't want to buy a dress off the rack because they all looked dirty and beat up. At Angelique's, you can tell they take care of their dresses they have in stock.

I ended up buying my dress off the rack at a discount and couldn't be happier!

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from angeliques. I liked that the staff was not pushy and let us look around and take our time when picking the dresses out unlike other places we had looked at. The dresses were all reasonably priced and they had a variety to choose from. They steamed the bridesmaid dresses for free and they all looked great! I would definately recommend Angeliques

Angeliques had the most unique selection of dresses that I could find! I was able to buy my dress off the rack and it was unlike anything I've ever seen before which was perfect for me! The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and patient.

All the ladies I worked with at Angelique's were fabulous!! Nothing but the best help from them. Another plus: if you pay for your dress up front, you get 10% off! (Or you did, anyway, don't know if their rules have changed.) We got all the bridesmaids dresses there, and my dress at a different shop only because that's where I found it elsewhere first. (the place my dress was from was a nightmare!!) Only good things to say about Angelique's! :)

My mother, sister, and I visited a few bridal boutiques when wedding dress shopping. Angelique's provided great one-on-one assistance and never made us feel rushed like other shops.

I stated my budget and they found a lot of dresses for me to try on! Once we narrowed it down, there was no pressure. They allowed us to come back late in the evening so I could show my dad.

We were so happy with the overall experience that we went through Angelique's for the bridesmaids dresses and alterations. The alterations department handled each girls' needs flawlessly, pressed/steamed everything, and held the dresses until I was able to pick them up the day before the wedding.

Amazing! Loved getting the awesome customer service when picking out what I felt was one of the most important parts to our wedding day! My dress was beautiful, it was pressed wonderfully, and their tailor was AMAZING! I had a little tougher dress to bustle and she did an amazing job at making it look great. Angelique's was recommended to me by a friend and my first thought was - really? you want me to go to a dress shop in BLAINE? But I fell in love the moment I walked in. The shop is impeccable - clean, beautiful, and it makes you feel like a princess. I was in so many dirty, crowded bridal shops that this was a real find. Then I found "The Dress" - in my size, and was doubly in love. Even before I bought the dress, the staff person helping me sent me a thank you note - very personalized - to thank me for coming in!

This was the first and only place I went for my dress. I described what I wanted to the assistant and she found a dress I fell in love with. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here. They were not too spendy (around $130). They were able to take measurements and order dresses over the phone for my girls who were out of town. They also have a seamstress who can do the alterations right there. Since I purchased my veil and dress from them they comped my head piece which was over $100.

My dress was absolutely beautiful and their customer service is great. They were very flexible and professional. I never had any trouble with times or quality of their service. The owner has a big heart and has done a great deal of charity for our troops and their fiance's.

We bought my dress through Angelique's Bridal Salon. I tried on a ton of dresses there - it was my first stop and they were great at suggesting dresses for me to try on. I didn't know what would look good on me or what I really liked but they took my body type and height into account and really helped me to open my eyes to the dresses I really liked (which I probably wouldn't have tried on without them being suggested). The dress I ended up ordering was a Pronovias dress and they did not carry it in store but they were more than willing to work with me to order it. Once it came in, they stored it for me, helped me figure out all of my alterations, and did a great job pressing the dress and keeping it in great condition for the wedding. I would highly recommend Angelique's Bridal because they do a great job of helping people find THE DRESS. They are good at what they do and it seems they really enjoy working with brides to make them glow on their wedding day. Thanks to Jackie and Tawnya especially!

The staff was very friendly! They were great at finding dresses that matched the style/design of the dress that I was looking for. It didn't take long for me to find the perfect dress! I did have to go outside of my budget to get the dress that I wanted. I thought that it was over priced because of how simplistic my dress was. The salon does store your dress for you so you don't have to worry about your fiancee seeing it prior to your wedding and they also steam it for you!

Highly recommend this store. Huge selection of dresses for everyone in the bridal party! And since they also have the tux shop within the building it is a one stop shop for both sides of the bridal party!!The prices are also very reasonable.

Angelique's was amazing! My dress was so beautiful and so affordable. We also last minute needed a flower girl dress and they were extremely accommodating. The staff is so friendly and patient. I gave them 4 out 5 on flexibility because I travel for work and their in house tailor has very limited hours that were not convenient for me, however, she does do a great job and the pricing for that was also reasonable. Overall, great staff and great service and a very large, very beautiful selection.

Angelique’s were very flexible and provided options that other boutique's did not. Friendly Staff, some of them were friendlier than others.
Angelique’s will not let you take pictures until you buy the dress. I'm guessing this is so you don't copy the dress, but I mean there a billion pictures from the stylists online, so I don't really understand it. They let us take pics and every other salon.
Although some other bridal salons make you feel like you are the only bride in the whole world, the other salons were not able to get the dress I was looking for. No bridal store in the state did. But Angelique's had it shipped in, especially for me. And it's the sole reason we went with them. They took the fee off the final price of the dress. The dress was not overpriced in the first place, so it was a great deal.
When I came in to make my final decision, they had sold the sample of a dress I was considering to someone else. Not being able to see that dress anymore, and not having any pictures of it, I had to choose the other option. The dress was beautiful, so I can’t really complain.
The tailor Angelique’s uses is pretty pricey and not overly friendly.
One thing I did like about Angelique’s is that they store and clean the dress for you.
Overall, I would recommend Angelique’s to someone else due to:
Willingness to find the dress I wanted, good prices, and storage/cleaning convenience.

Great bridal salon! I was really impressed by the layout of the store, you had lots of room to try on dresses unlike other places where you feel like you are in a crowded attic. They also had the biggest selection of boutique dresses too.

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from here and they were so cute. They had a great selection of both long and shorter dresses too. Lastly, I'd like to thank the staff for being very patient and helpful when I was trying to decide what colors and fabrics I wanted...it took me a while.

This place was great! We ended up getting all of our dresses from here. They were very friendly and helpful. They actually didn't carry the bridesmaid dresses that we wanted, but special ordered them just for us at a less expensive rate that the original place where we found them. Their hours are great for people that work. They are great with kids and have a variety of dresses and jewelry. ALl of my friends will be going there when they get married!!

It is best to visit their store on a weekday, the weekends are very busy and not as much one on one service is possible.

This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses. I went in with a relatively clear idea of what I was looking for. While I was getting into the final dress I had in the fitting room, another was pulled for me, one that I would never have chosen. The moment I stepped out and saw myself in this final pull, I knew this was it. I was done shopping. This dress was not pulled by me, not by my mother, (who was there with me) but by the associate helping with my appointment. She had been so attentive that she was able to pull my perfect dress, even though it did not fit my initial idea of what I thought I wanted.

Great service the day I came in to pick out my dress, very patient with me trying on so many dresses. I also had a good experience with the dress fittings. Although we did have to wait quite a bit past our scheduled appointment time, the session was quick and painless.

Although I did not purchase my dress through Angeliques I had to take time to write the a review because of how AMAZING Jackie was. They had so many beautiful dresses, just not the one I had my eye on all this time. Jackie is the owner and was so friendly and not the slightest bit pushy. While looking for my bridal gown the ladies were a phenomenal help and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams. However, when I went back with my girls to find bridesmaid dresses the girl that was supposed to be helping was MIA for more than half of the appointment. I would recommend them for a bridal gown but not for bridesmaid dresses.

I received very good service where the focus was on myself and my guests. The consultant helped us grab dresses and also offered her opinion. Thay have a very unique collection where dresses come and go often, which is nice becasue then you feel like your the only one who has that special one! The prices are amazing and can't be beat! I also got my bridesmaid dresses here and so everything was easy to get altered and fitted! One thing I recommend is to get your dresses altered somewhere else as that is the one pricey aspect of Angeliques!

I visited Angeliques simply because it was close to my house. I had no intentions of actually finding a dress here. However, I found my dream dress! And for that, I'm forever grateful.

What I did NOT like about the place:

They will not allow you to take pictures of dresses that you try on. I can imagine that this is probably the case with couture salons, but this is Minnesota. It makes it very difficult when you are visiting multiple salons to make an educated comparison when you can't capture a photo of yourself in the dress. Not sure what the reasoning is behind that...

They lost my file EVERY TIME I called or visited. I had a destination wedding, which I think threw them off. My wedding date was actually filed as the date that I departed, which is the date that I needed it. But even with that logic, it still took them solidly ten minutes to find my file when I visited.

I had to call to check on if my dress had arrived. They forgot when they told me that it would be there and I had to stay on top of them to ensure that the dress would get to me in time for my departure.

They were NO help with sizing. Almost every bride intends to lose weight before the big day. With this in mind, and understanding that they had to clamp the bejeesus out of the dress when I tried it on, she refused to recommend a size. Very frustrating for someone who has never worn a bridal gown and doesn't understand how they run.

That said, it's a great local place to find dressed you may not find other places. I ADORE my dress and it was right in my price range. The ladies there are nice and it's a cute shop!

To start with, I love my dress. The dress itself that I got from here was beautiful and was just what I was looking for. However, some of the service and the politics made me a uncomfortable. Two women argued in front of us about whether or not shipping had to be paid up front or at pick-up (it was like $25 or something, not a big deal). When the dress came in, they wanted me to be there right away within a few days. I live about an hour from this shop and it made it difficult to get there right away.

Also, when shopping for a dress, as other reviewers have commented, they take out all of the identification from their dresses so you can't price shop them or go somewhere else. This shows that they are not confident in their service.

They had a very good selection of dresses but everytime I have ordered a dress from here I end up having to have a lot of alterations done, this includes my wedding dress. They charged quite a bit for alterations, I was able to have it done somewhere else for a lot cheaper.

It is very hard for me to write this review, the first time I walked in to Angeliques Bridal I had an amazing experience! The gal that worked with me really connected to what I was saying and she helped me find the most gorgeous gown! I had an amazing experience that time. However, when I went to pick up my gown my experience was exact opposite. The lady at that was assigned to my appointment started showing me dresses, but then I explained to her that I already purchased one and her attitude completely changed. She went to get my dress and showed me to the dressing room. At this point she completely abandoned me to put my dress on all by myself and was no where to be found in the store. When I did find her to ask a question she was on the phone. I tried to be very patient, but after 10 minutes of waiting by case to see if I could try jewelry on with my dress, I just decided to change because I didn't want Angeliques to have anymore of my money. I was also very disappointed with the bag my dress came in. I spent $1500 on my dress and they gave it to me in a garbage bag! Not cool! Additionally, there is basically NO bridesmaid dresses to choose from at this location.

Every time I called about my dress as it was around the 2 month mark until my wedding, they had a hard time telling me when it would be in even though I had ordered about 6 months prior. They never informed me that they would not be putting my order in right away. Had I known that, I would have gone somewhere else as I just wanted the ease of mind that I had my dress and that it fit me correctly and also so I knew what undergarments to buy. There were several occassions that calls were also not returned which forced me to be one of those pesky brides that kept calling. When I went to pick up the dress, I was basically handed the dress to try on and offered no assistance. They were arguably busy as it was saturday but a little attention to explain bustling and what not would have been nice instead of leaving us to discover it on our own.

That being said, the staff was always friendly and accommodating when they could be. My dress was beautiful compared to the amount we spent which was great. I think I just had an experience that I wasn't expecting which left me disappointed. Lesson learned....

Not impressed with the woman I worked with. I was contemplating buying a dress off the rack but would need to have it shortened. She tried to convince me (in a very roundabout way) that it could not be done due to the lace - therefore I'd have to pay an extra $100 to have it made to the right length when ordered and would not get the 20% off the rack discount. She clearly was going for the extra commission.

We asked her to contact their tailor they recommend to take a look at it. We came in a week later but the seamstress was a half an hour late because the woman we worked with didn't tell her until the day of that we scheduled an appointment. The tailor then said it would not be a problem removing the lace and then sewing it back on. I chose not to go with their tailor as she was way overpriced. That being said, we bought the dress off the rack to obtain the 20% discount and the seamstress I ended up going with made numerous comments regarding the quality of the lace and the dress in general.

I would not recommend this boutique. The only reason I went there is because they had a 50% off sale for certain off the rack items. The boutique is nice on the inside but they would not allow photos to be taken. All of the dresses had the tags cut out so you couldn't see the designer name. They would not provide me with a swatch of fabric for the bridesmaid dresses I liked. Their has been no follow-up at all since I purchased my dress. Their website is awful and definately gives people the wrong impression. By looking at their website you would think they are a very small boutique that only caters to plus size brides. Like I said if it weren't for the 50% off sale I would not have gone their. The only positive thing I can say is that the dress I bought was absolutely beautiful!

Although you had to remove your shoes or boots, and there was a sign reminding people of that, there were people walking through with snow filled shoes and boots and no one sent them back to the entrance area. The gal who helped us with our appt. was sluggish, and non-chalant. She wasn't much help. They give no worthy discounts for used samples. We were quoted $1200 for a tag removed, snagged, soiled dress. It's all about commission here, and tired personnel. This is not a great place to get excited about.

If I could give them a zero I would. This place is horrible, the bridesmaid dresses came in wrong and the owner blamed the manufacturer. I was told there was nothing she could do about it, waited forever to hear back because she's NEVER there, and she's the only person in the store who can do anything. Her staff is absolutely useless and can't do anything without her. If you want to skip the stress before the wedding, I suggest staying away from this shop.

We purchased two bridesmaid gowns and two bolero jackets for my daughter's wedding. When the jackets arrived, they were the wrong style. We were told it must be the correct style because it matched the style no. and name written on the order. Both my daughter and I called and spoke to the manager. She said clearly it must have been something we did, because their system is apparently foolproof, and it was our fault if we didn't notice the wrong item written on the receipt. She offered to sell us a different jacket for half price but refused to reimburse us for the wrong jackets. She said she had no use for them and suggested that I could sell them on Craig's List or at a consignment store.

First, no one would pay 50¢ for this jacket. The fabric is comparable to cheap graduation gown material and it is so poorly constructed there is no way to salvage it through alterations. Second, why would we take a chance on ordering two more jackets when they messed up the first order and refused to take responsibility for it. Out of time, we looked for ready-made jackets to replace these but without success, so I purchased a pattern and fabric to make two new jackets myself.

I imagine wedding shops are wary of returns, but apparently this business has no remedy when the error is theirs. With their special system of writing things down on a piece of paper, mistakes apparently are impossible, so the fault must lie with the customer.

I find it hard to believe there are so many 4- and 5-star ratings for this vendor. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a very bad experience at Angelique's Bridal Shop. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses and had gone in twice to confirm the dress colors. Then I get a call two weeks after putting my order in finding out that they showed me the wrong available colors. I go in to see what color are available and they showed me colors that weren't even close, instead of getting a turquoise color she showed me a lime green; which is not what I wanted. I was forced to get a refund and now start over looking for dresses.

BEWARE!!!! I would not ever recommend ordering a dress from this boutique. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I am in November, and I ordered my dress at the beginning of February thinking that would be enough time. We were all told that it would take about 2-3 months, fine great it would still give us all enough time get our alterations done. When calling in May to inquire when the dresses would be in I was told that they would only talk to the bride, seriously I paid for the dress but fine I had here call. She was then told that they told us that it would be 6 months and there wasn't anything we could do about it. She has tried to talk to the owner about the situation but they don't seem to care. So we will be lucky if we get these dresses a month before the wedding. There customer service is horrible, they just don't care, and will continually tell you to just calm down and that you'll figure things on how to make this work. Also when I went to go get sized for the dress, they had me change into a silk robe with only what I was expecting to wear under the bridesmaid dress. So me not wanting to wear a strapless bra under my bridesmaid dress because who would chose to get measured with out a bra. I thought they would measure us over the thin silk robe, nope I was wrong she made me lose the robe to get my measurements. After my embarrassment she then told me "oh you bust is a size 8, your hips are a size 6, and your waist is a size 4. So what size dress do you want to order?" Wow that sizing was helpful because I could have told you that I normally wear a size 4/6 with out the embarrassment since they went going to help me pick a size anyways. Also they refuse to size you unless you pay for the dress. I will never recommend this place to anyone, they have no regards to their customers, and have awful customer service.

I used this Salon for my girls bridesmaid dresses. They sucked. They called my one bridesmaid over weight then ordered her the wrong size dress. The owner of the place got in a screaming match with my bridesmaid saying it was her fault the wrong dress was ordered and it was too bad. They refused to help with the dress being 3 sizes too big
